t thing you'll notice is that she is so incredibly responsive (like always responds within 15 minutes responsive!) . We live states away and she made it extremely easy to work with her even despite the distance. We booked day-of-wedding coordination with her, but I feel like the service was so much more than that. Christy was always available for any questions or suggestions along the way. The Aisle Planner software she provided to assist us with planning was incredibly helpful and kept us organized. I hired Christy for florals as well. I provided a few Pinterest photos and description of what I was thinking, and she took that vision to life in such a beautiful way. She provided multiple options for pricing of florals, was realistic in knowing my budget, and always supported my decisions. The day of, there wasn't a moment that we felt stressed- Christy and her team were there to take care of absolutely everything. I'm a very type A, hands-on person, but I trusted Christy so completely that I was able to turn everything over to her without any worries knowing that it would all end up perfect because she had her hands on it. Her execution of our vision was exactly what we had dreamed of. Our day was perfect. After so much planning, my husband and I and both of our families were able to just relax and enjoy the day knowing that Christy would have everything covered. We cannot thank her enough!

She is very willing to offer you her opinion in the absolute nicest way, as she has likely experienced or planned it and can speak from her own experiences throughout her career. She makes you think of things you would never think of! Christy was always available to answer texts, calls, emails, and willing to have meetings with you if needed to help ease all stress. We had always dreamt of an outdoor wedding and the whole month we had high chances of rain and Christy worked with all of our vendors the weeks prior to assure the plan B rain plan was a go without running it by me so I didn’t stress… all I had to do was show up! She seriously thinks of everything! We got to enjoy every bit of our weekend and not worry about when everything would be set up and delivered. Christy also made all of my floral arrangements and did an amazing job. I showed her a few pictures of what I wanted, told her the flowers I just had to have and she made everything absolutely PERFECT. We chose to have our wedding at my husbands parents house which at the time sounded easy, but there we so many details we wouldn’t have thought of that Christy so easily brought to life. Christy went far beyond what we could have ever expected her to do in terms of working with our vendors. I had zero stress the weekend of the wedding, as I knew Christy had everything taken care of. I had a relaxing morning of the wedding, while she was dealing with setting the tables, and organizing the vendors, and directing people behind the scenes. I will forever be grateful for the work Christy did and for making my wedding day exactly what I could have wanted. It was so perfect, we almost forgot it was raining buckets outside of tent!! I have joked that I wish I had more unmarried friends so I could recommend Christy and continue to see her… I can promise you’ll want to be her friend!!! We would hire her again in a heartbeat!!!

We were in awe of how professional, prompt, calm, and prepared her team was for (literally) everything on our wedding day. I found myself able to actually enjoy our entire day because I knew we were in such good hands. Not only did Christy coordinate our day, but she also was our florist. It was nice to have that seamless connection within our design and not to mention not having to worry about an additional vendor. She was so flexible with my random inspirations and helped my vision come to life in all things floral. If you're worried about being a ball of stress on your wedding day, don't be. We hired Christy for the full service for the wedding, including the flowers, as well as a tailgate at Keeneland and a morning after brunch. We started with Keeneland which was so beautifully done and perfectly represented Lexington. It was exactly how we imagined it would be and more when we talked about the idea of a tailgate. The wedding itself could not have been more perfect, right down to the weather, which I am thinking she even ordered that! Every flower, every centerpiece, table set up, furniture arrangement, desert table was just so beautifully done. So many details and personal touches! We had a large wedding party and a lot of guests to transport around the city. Christy kept us all in-line and on schedule. She has such a calming manner and a demeanor that says, “don’t worry, we have this”. It allowed us to just enjoy the special day with our family. My daughter said at the end of the night, “this was more perfect than I ever dreamed.” My response was “me too”. Christy made planning a “destination” wedding so easy and so much fun! In addition, to being so incredibly good at what she does, we really enjoyed getting to know and work with her. I have used the word, “perfect or perfection” many times in this review, but the entire weekend really was and it was due to Christy’s creative ideas and meticulous planning. Best day for our bride & groom and great Kentucky experience for our guests. Priceless... If we ever have the occasion to plan another event, she will be my first phone call!

MOH was so impressed with Christy's willingness to help her so much. It was an incredibly meaningful touch to our special day. We literally did not have to worry about a thing. If there were any issues, we didn't hear about them. She was so efficient and professional. Her personality and work ethic aligned with our personalities so well. When we booked her, she was the only one we had really looked at and I'm so glad we didn't second guess ourselves.

Christy listened well to my wish list and brought it to life with her design board and Rolodex of vendors. She let me lead in areas of planning where I wanted to, and seamlessly took the reigns and handled areas where I did not. That's important when selecting your full-service planner, since some try to impose their style guidelines - Christy is very collaborative and down to earth and did not. Her work style makes you feel like you're planning a wedding over wine with a close friend. Christy planned our Louisville wedding from Indianapolis, and it's also worth mentioning we felt we had access to her whenever we needed, despite the distance. Christy didn't put a limit on the amount of times she would drive to meet us in person, and we appreciated that. Her professional wedding planning websites and resources were also helpful in facilitating communication. On the day of, Christy's team made sure that everything ran smoothly - running out to grab fans when the house got hot and extra beer when it ran out. They were the first to arrive and the last to leave the venue, and handled vendor relations with great professionalism. Her floral design team did outstanding work on my flowers, and did so at an excellent price. Which brings me to my last point - budget. We started out with a $40,000 budget and came in right around $41,000. My family appreciated Christy's ability to prioritize costs and keep the budget under control. Don't skimp on planning - hiring Christy was a great choice!

At that point I knew having her team coordinate for the full day would take all of the stress off of myself and make the day more enjoyable. Christy and her team covered everything and more than I would have thought of beforehand on my own, leaving me carefree and able to fully enjoy the whole wedding day and be present in the moment. My only regret is that I didn't bring Christy in earlier on in the planning! My parents loved that once the reception was over, they just got into their car (already loaded by Christy and team) and left - no worries about running around checking anything.

She was my bodyguard for the wedding day and made sure that myself, family and friends had a great time free of worry. No matter how organized you are, how many weddings you have been a part of, or how capable your friends and family believe they are, there is no substitute for a professional planner of Christy’s caliber and the peace of mind she will provide everyone involved in your wedding. There are innumerable small details on the timeline and post-wedding that I know of that I would have never anticipated. Who knows how many details she worked out that I am still unaware of. The peace of mind alone would be enough for me to recommend her, but she made my wedding more beautiful than I could have imagined. Her creativity is such a special asset. She can create details unique to your wedding that express your personality. She doesn’t just recreate junk you’ve seen on Pinterest or recycle ideas from wedding to wedding. Throughout our wedding weekend, Christy and her team did an amazing job organizing everything and communicating with the other vendors so that we didn't have to worry about anything. She was able to take all of our decorations and set everything up so it looked beautiful without very much instruction from us.
