d when we booked the florist. Julie and her team will literally do everything and anything to make sure your day (and the weeks and months leading up to it) not only runs smoothly, but looks AMAZING. I had a general idea of what I wanted, but Julie has such an impeccable design sense that she listened to my ideas and made them into a gorgeous reality with things that I never would have thought of. They have a great stock of things like table numbers, centerpiece vases, votives, etc that you should definitely take advantage of. Jules also has great relationships with other vendors, which is super important (and I mean, seriously, who wouldn't love this woman?!) And aside from Julie, the rest of her team the day of the wedding kicked some serious ass. Team CEP did everything from bandaging my 13 year old sister's blisters from her shoes to finding my groom at the end of the reception when I couldn't. This is an amazing group of women and I would 1000000% recommend CEP.

with, she helped us find a package that was in our budget and best met our needs. Our day of coordinator, Therese, was AMAZING!!! She reviewed all my timelines, if I had any concerns about vendor contracts she read over them and gave me her opinion, and she was always prompt to reply to my emails. She did a great job coordinating the rehearsal dinner and the wedding day. The peace of mind alone was well worth the cost. Everyone kept telling me, something will go wrong on your wedding day....they were wrong. WIth the help of CEP, everything was perfect. It was an absolute dream come true. Having these girls around made it easy for me to relax and enjoy my wedding day. I would hire them again in a heartbeat. I would HIGHLY recommend them to any of my friends or family getting married. They're a delight to work with.

our Planner vs. someone on her staff. But in actuality, we had to do 85% of the pre-planning by ourselves. Julie only went to 1 of our vendor appointments which was 1 that appeared to be a friend of hers that she was encouraging us to use. Communication was absolutely horrendous! She literally did not call me one time to check and see how I was doing. Every conversation or email we ever had was initiated by us. Her personality is that of a corporate event planner not one that deals with emotional events such as weddings. We would wait 2 or 3 weeks for email responses which is unacceptable. It came to a point where we had to request a discount because of the disappointing service. Which she agreed to as she could not deny her faults. She even told us that she did not coordinate rehearsal dinners for clients when in fact some reviews mention her coordination of their dinners. I have only given a 2 rating instead of a 1 or 0 based on the satisfactory service that was provided on the Day-of. We truly can't figure out if there was a reason why we seemed to receive such poor service when most other reviews are so positive. We are not difficult people. If you choose this vendor, we truly hope that your experience is many times better than ours as dealing with Julie was just about the most stressful part of our wedding planning. Unfortunate to say the least.

The day could not have been more amazing- I left many of the decisions to Julie and her team as I really was unsure about many details. When we arrived to the reception, I got a sneak peak of the room and almost had tears (happy tears that is). Every detail was perfect. Julie really got to know me and what I liked, pulling together the most amazing reception I could have asked for. I would 100% recommend Julie and her team for any event. The attention to detail, willingness to get to know me and my family and poise throughout the entire process are admirable. Thank you for the most amazing day of my life!

that everything was perfect and everyone was taken care of. I literally couldn't imagine having tried to pull it all together the way they did, from Julie coming along to help me pick my dress, make sure the flowers were just what I wanted, and we picked the best appetizers, to scouring the grounds and making sure nothing was left behind at the venue. I recommend the CEP team for any event! They are just awesome!

met with me on Thursday to go over everything and it was such a relief! She ran our rehearsal and made sure everything ran smoothly the day of. Erin was so amazing and I would recommend her and Cincinnati Event Planning to everyone!

l we got slightly overwhelmed about a month away from the wedding with our guest and wedding party transportation schedule and so I started researching day of coordinators to handle this. I got really high reviews on Julie from other vendors and brides that worked with her. I was immediately put at ease the first time I met Julie. Not only did Julie formulate and execute our transportation schedule smoothly, but made a schedule for the entire day, she helped me with my centerpieces, recommended my cake stand rental, and took care of sooo many other important details. I would not have been able to do it without her! She rocks! She gets the job done and does such a wonderful job at it!! One of my favorite memories of our wedding day was during our cocktail hour which was outside of the reception venue, Julie came to my husband and I and said you have to see the venue before everyone comes in, and we are thinking how are we going to get away leaving all these guests that want to talk to us...well Julie made it happen :) and we went into our reception venue that was all set up and saw it for the first time, with no guests and it was really an awesome moment, something I never would have thought to do. She also helped me plan and execute a surprise dress change which was so much fun. She just made the day really special and really perfect. What was so great was I felt like I was working with a good friend-She has your best interest at heart and does a phenomenal job! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!!!

Julie did exactly that. We had several issues come up with my vendors leading up to wedding day and Julie seamlessly resolved each and every issue in stride. Her experience in the industry was clear right out of the gate -- and all of her recommendations were spot on. Julie and her team really did go above and beyond -- adding the perfect finishing touches to the reception space. Beyond the obvious qualities of of a highly competent coordinator -- Julie is very personable, down-to-earth, and just plain fun to be around. If you want a great party on your wedding day, be sure you hire someone who knows what makes a great party! I recommend Julie and her team without reservation.

one. On the day of, she was right by my side almost the entire day. Anything I needed, she and her team were there. It was great having a go to person to do those little things. I can't wait to see her again next year, when a friend of mine is using her! :D

being an out-of-state bride, I knew I would need help getting the details all together. While I originally only planned on needing Julie day-of, her advice and recommendations in the months leading up to the wedding were invaluable. She completely handled the rentals for me, even going so far as requesting samples and working with our invitation company to ensure we had the right colors. At the end of the night where a taxi failed to show up for my parents, Paige (a superb CEP intern) drove my parents and wedding gifts back to the hotel. My husband and I were truly able to live in the moment and take in every detail of our wedding thanks to Julie. We cannot thank CEP enough for helping to make our wedding dreams a reality.

d I was able to do a lot of it, but by t-minus 6 weeks to our big day, I was frustrated, beat down, and still had a lot of details to finalize. It wasn't in our budget, but I decided we had to make room for me to get some help. I met with Julie at the 6-week point, and she hit the ground running to make everything perfect. Julie immediately put me at ease to the point that I was able to loosen up my control freak nature a bit - confident that everything was in good hands. She confirmed details and coordinated personnel on every contract I'd already signed. She locked down a vendor that I was having some trouble with - at a great rate. Julie even started doing some budget shopping for me to finish off those little extra touches that made our guests feel really special. And most importantly - she let me begin to enjoy planning my wedding again - helping me get excited about the event all over! By the time the day arrived, I was happy, excited and completely re-energized. When I arrived at my ceremony - I just couldn't believe how perfect and beautiful everything was! I felt like I'd handed Julie a couple boxes of weird decorations and she'd turned it into an amazing vision. We'd been trying to go for a 1950's garden cocktail party feel and she hit the nail on the head. It was exactly what I wanted! My new husband and I got to peacefully enjoy our ceremony, have fun at our party, and escape without a worry when the time came. Our guests had a great time. Even three years later, I get compliments still on how lovely our event was - and even more astonishing, people remember Julie too - saying how nice and helpful she was to them. We have an amazing memory of our wedding day to last us our lifetime together - and a big part of the thanks for that goes to Julie.

ect, wonderful, seamless, beautiful weekend of our lives. Lindsey was with us every step of the way - from selecting invitations, to planning each event (held at Pinehurst Resort, Pinehurst, NC) - we live in Atlanta so Lindsey travelled to Pinehurst several times to help coordinate the planning, pick out venues, etc. - and she was anywhere from 3 to 8 months pregnant while doing so! Their attentiveness to detail, their creativity, their consciousness of our budget, their friendliness and responsiveness - all made our weekend more then we could have imagined. We gave Lindsey almost complete creative control over decor for four days of events including: welcome BBQ and Croquette/Bocce Ball Tournament, Golf Tournament, Bridal Luncheon, Rehearsal Dinner for 150 guests, ceremony, cocktail hour, reception and after party. CEP exceeded our wildest dreams and it truly was a fairy tale wedding for us and for our guests. Suffice to say, my husband and I received not one, not two but numerous THANK YOU cards after our wedding....we thought this was odd and have since found out it really isn’t' the norm....our guests were so amazed with the planning, the detail, the attention to our guests, the personal touches, the decor, the food, etc. they actually thanked us for including them in our celebration. We, in turn, thanked Lindsey & CEP because without them, we would not have had the event of a lifetime. We consider Lindsey a friend and have recommended them to anyone and everyone planning an event - we can't wait to team up with them again for celebrating life's other milestones. They deserve every accolade given, every honor possible - their professionalism, talent and personal attention is impeccable. We are forever grateful to CEP for making our dreams come true.

didn’t have time to attend to throughout my wedding weekend. She was always right where I needed her. I told her what I needed her to do and she was able to take care of everything while I was able to enjoy my weekend without worries. She has great suggestions, but does not make you feel compelled to do anything that you don’t want. I can’t imagine my wedding without her!

dress, teaching me how to pee in said dress, sneaking in during the ceremony and placing the glass for breaking (that my maid of honor had accidentally forgotten) without anyone noticing and helping me figure out the order and set up for our very untraditional bridal party and ceremony. After she left I commented to my husband that we should have asked her if we could pay her to stay the rest of the night. The peace of mind she provided was HUGE and I so appreciate it. Not to mention that their prices were the most reasonable I found for the services they offer!

Cincy and hoped for the best that I would have a stress free day. I met with Julie a few months out to go over what I had in mind for our big day. She took notes and asked questions that I hadn't given thought to. I felt very confident after our meeting that we clicked and she'd be great. The rehearsal dinner was here before we knew it and Julie came to coordinate. She not only kept everyone on task but clearly explained each person's role for the next day. She even helped my husband carry off a surprise for me at the rehearsal. On the wedding day she did such a wonderful job that I couldn't even tell you every detail in this review. Some of the highlights were that she kept everyone calm and in order including my 5 year old nephew(ring bearer), the groomsmen(all drinking), our band from Nashville, the hairdressers, the vendors, and me! It was great to hear all of the people involved in the wedding and even several of the guests say this was the most stress free wedding they'd been a part of!
