iful fall day in Boston that we were lucky to have! He was so easy to work with, responsive and incredibly informative. On the day of, he arrived early and ready to capture the day. I never felt like I was under a lens, he totally blended in and seamlessly worked himself into the day. Our video came out amazing! He is truly so talented- his work was above and beyond what we were expecting. He captured the energy and emotion of the day perfectly. I 1000% recommend City Point Films.

nds as well. My only regret is that I didn’t hire him sooner. He is a gem in every single way. From my initial phone call to his warm, kind and FUN way about him he was the best. So many people came up to me during reception asking about him. I haven’t even seen the footage but know it will be incredible because of his talented eye, his ideas and the time he took to set up our shots. He was even cheering us on and making us feel comfortable as we were posing. I would highly recommend him to everyone and anyone and cannot wait to see the footage. Thank you Andrew for being so accommodating and for being so wonderful to work with. You made a believer out of someone who didn’t originally want a videographer. Now I can’t imagine the day without it.

en our venue cancels, I quickly contacted all our vendors to reschedule, and Andrew initially told me he was free any day the month we were looking at. So, I concentrated on my other vendors when picking the new date. The same day we had selected a new date, Andrew got back to me and said on looking again he was not free on one date, naturally the exact new date we had picked. I totally understand these things happen and was not upset, but asked about getting the deposit back (a whopping 831 bucks, far more expensive than any other vendor). Now the deposit was indeed listed as no refundable however I really thought we could get at least some of it back. The pandemic was quite novel at this point and I had already heard of other vendors giving full refunds for nonrefundable deposits. He said he would need some time to see how much the federal government would assist him and whether he could give it back. Fair enough. Like I said, the pandemic was just beginning and vendors were just learning to navigate through these crazy times. And I felt bad for these small businesses and having their events cancel. A month or two later, he reached out with good news saying he had received aid and could return the entire deposit. I was thrilled and grateful, however we were in the processes of a navy move (we had QUITE the 2020!) so I asked if we could hold until we were settled at our new address. I didn’t want the check getting lost in the mail, and again I felt bad for all the returns vendors must be dealing with. I touched base a few weeks later after our mail started coming but was incredibly surprised to hear him say he changed his mind and he was no longer returning any deposits. I have in writing that he was going to return the entire deposit. Honestly, I made that decision to wait to save him potential hassle. To make a long story short, he has not returned any of my 4 emails following that, as well as a certified mailed letter asking for a response or further discussion. This is absolutely appalling behavior, unprofessional l, and downright low. I cannot believe Andrew has completely ignored me. All my other vendors were so understanding and supportive. Andrew has demonstrated that he is clearly not someone you want to work with or trust, especially in these uncertain times. I would not recommend this vendor to anyone.

SO glad we did! Andrew was able to capture, not only the key moments throughout the day, but all of the emotion from start to finish. I am so grateful for our experience working with him and to be able to relive the day. Additionally, I know our family and friends who were not able to attend due to COVID will appreciate the footage as well! He would be my first recommendation to any couple getting married!!

etail oriented when I see him working. I knew very early on that I would hire him when I got married and he was literally one of my first emails after I secured my date and venue. Andrew is the perfect example of “the proof is in the pudding.” Watch one of his videos and you’ll see. Everything during my booking process was so smooth, accurate, and I felt taken care of the whole time. He is very responsive and was super flexible when I needed to adjust some of my timeline details right before the wedding. I was in such good hands and would highly recommend working with Andrew. Lastly, the number one thing I hear my past brides say they regret is not booking a videographer. Do yourself a favor and book one, do not think twice. And book Andrew!! ;-)

Sadly he wasn’t available for our new date, so he fully refunded our entire payment, with no hesitation or questions asked because he believed it was “the right thing to do.” Although we cant say we had the chance to work with him, we are very grateful to have crossed paths and for his understanding. Andrew’s creative ability can only be matched by his good character and for that we would recommend him to everyone!
