ng to walk down because the best man forgot the rings. That is very inappropriate and definitely made everyone uncomfortable. Post-wedding when this was brought up to her, she said "Oh my gosh it was a joke!" and just laughed and gave no appology.
She was late on the wedding day and didn't keep the wedding timeline on schedule. I felt as a bridesmaid, I only saw her when we were about to walk down for the ceremony. Even when we were taking pictures in the bridal suite, she didn't even do a time check with the girls or the photographer. In conclusion, the couple had to add another hour or so to the reception to make up for the time lost.
Also, one bridesmaid told Annette that there are no pens out in the welcome table for the guests to sign the postcards. How can she miss that? Especially the number of name cards on a table correlates to the number of chairs you would think. I had to ask for another seat for my daughter because we were short one.
A wedding planner is supposed to give off good energy yet Annette gave us a negative vibe.
You would think for having a guest list of over 115, Annette would have had an assistant but it was just her. Insane.
Save yourself time and do not hire Annette.

eds attitude, she was caught by multiple people rolling her eyes and looking at guests with disgust. We brought this to her attention in hopes she would take accountability for her lack of professionalism and instead she laughed at her behavior and denied acting in such a childish way. Not only was she late on the day of the wedding causing family to have to finish last minute set ups for the reception, she was making comments towards the bridal party for being unorganized, her fault, and refused to apologize for said comments blaming it on her “resting bitch face”. Her ONE job is to ensure things run smoothly, on time and per the requests of the couple and she did not meet a single expectation. Her bad attitude permeated my best friends wedding day and she should not be recommended to a single bride as a preferred vendor in the future. TERRIBLE SERVICE. TERRIBLE ATTITUDE. Incredibly disappointed and shocked that this woman has run her business handling herself in this manner. Do yourself and favor and do NOT book with Annette.

answered all my emails quickly and thoroughly, and was always willing to give advice even about the smallest details. The itinerary she wrote up for us was incredibly helpful in getting our families and wedding party all on the same page. In the end, not one thing went wrong on the big day. It was seamless. Many guests told us it was the most beautiful wedding they had ever attended. We can't thank Annette enough for making it happen. She took care of everything at the reception, coordinating with all the vendors and making sure everything was in place. As a bonus, she knows all of the Mission Inn's recommended vendors, so we basically had one awesome A-team running our party. Annette is kind, professional, creative, and organized--everything you could possibly want in a coordinator. Highly recommend!

d was a huge help. Over wedding weekend, she was so organized, and kept everything running smoothly. She stayed calm throughout the entire rehearsal and wedding day and kept everything running smoothly. Since the wedding, I have honestly had a number of engaged couples ask me for my wedding timeline because the day ran so smoothly - and that was ALL due to Annette!!! :)
