The Whiskey River cocktail hour bar is one of the coolest features we’ve ever seen, and the ceremony space itself is simply breathtaking. reception space is huge and was an amazing party space. The team behind the scenes is incredible, as well. Their packages set you up with the best vendors to choose from and make it a smooth process. And the team at Club Lake is wonderful, super helpful, quick to respond and will set your mind at ease about anything to do with your wedding. Before Club Lake we had already seen at least 8-10 other venues. Club Lake had the space, diversity, and atmosphere we were looking for. They even have a store to rent wedding decor on site which makes it SO efficient! That was probably one of the best benefits. No need to buy a ton of items to only resell later. d a tour with Natalie. From the minute we drove up the driveway we knew that day this is it! It is absolutely DREAMY. It’s some thing you never imagine exists in North Florida. The property is so well kept and the staff is absolutely INCREDIBLE. Any question I had they answered and anything I needed help with they did with a smile on their face. Clara is an absolute doll and angel. She made sure everything and everyone was on point and the day went so smooth. Kayla was such a tremendous help and super patient as well. I even got to speak and meet the owner which felt so personable. I never stressed because I knew I was in good hands. Even with a little bit of rain on the wedding day it went so smooth. Every time I was in the area I went by the property and come the day of the wedding I still had the same feeling as when I first toured it. Look no further!

ay to end. What made a contributing factor to this perfect day was without a doubt the venue at Club Lake Plantation. When we first came to visit the venue we, especially my husband, fell in love with the venue from the moment we drove in. From our first meeting with Natalie to our wedding about a year and a half later, everything involving Club lake exceeded our expectations. Being the extremely type A and over organized person I am, sometimes I struggle to make decisions when I have too many options. This is one thing that I really enjoyed about club lake and its preferred vendors. It really made the decision making process so much easier for my husband and I, and eliminated the need to go to certain high and low for the best vendors. Every single one of the preferred vendor From Clublake were incredible- the florist (inBloom) the dj (xclusivedeejays) the catering (Pisces rising) and of course Bella esposa. Beyond the picturesque and beautiful greenery of the venue, our top two favorite things were #1 the catering from pieces rising and #2 (for me the bride) having Bella Esposa And Hayden help to make it all happen. Anyone that knows me knows that food is the most important thing. From the tasting at Pisces in mount dora to the actual food served at the venue we heard nothing but raving reviews. My biggest fear was having people say the food was not good at Monica and Jeff’s wedding… But thankfully and as expected the exact opposite happened. Next, Hayden was beyond helpful. I was not even stressed a single bit on the wedding day, knowing that everything was in her hands and she knows what she’s doing. Hayden and her team made the process so seamless and she was so easy to work with. She was happy to go out of her way for us to make everything happen. I am forever grateful for her help. All of our guests on the wedding day and continuing as of date, keep commenting on how beautiful the venue space was. Club lake is an extraordinary and magical place already but the weather on March 11th made it that much more special for us. Kayla at Club lake personally met with us to go over all the Decor for the wedding and accommodated all my changes and questions. We really appreciated being able to rent certain Decor for the wedding so we would not end up with 1 million things we would never use again. Also, the lounge area and the couches were a big hit, and I believe they were sat in the entire night!! If we could relive March 11, every day we would. ntly after visiting CLP with my now husband, I knew in my heart thats where we would say our “I do’s”. We originally choose CLP because of the natural beauty of the venue and the all inclusive packages offered, but in the end it’s the wonder family oriented team that Club Lake has that will forever stay with us. It rained on our wedding day, so we had to move the ceremony to the reception hall. The team at Club Lake did their utmost best to still capture our vision and make our day one to remember forevermore. They helped us embrace all of the last minute changes and enjoy our evening with our guests. Our guests can’t stop raving about how beautiful the ceremony was and that you would have never known it was suppose to be held outside. If your looking for a family oriented venue to work with and amazing preferred vendors, your search is over! Everyone we worked with were very professional and responded to our emails in a timely manner! You won’t regret choosing this venue for your wedding day!

Julie at Bella Sposa, really brought our vision to life! In Bloom knocked our floral out of the park. The food from Pisces Rising was some of the best wedding food we’ve ever had and our DJ was great too! Our guests raved about the venue and overall celebration. We can't say enough about this stunning venue and awesome team!

een at. Not only are the grounds meticulously maintained, but the staff is so wonderful and accommodating. Natalie was wonderful during the booking process and Kayla was a dream during preparations and at our event. I've never had a group of people put me so at ease when planning an event. Since our event was in August we had to contend with unpredictable weather and the Club Lake crew are pros at modifying plans to move things inside. I think our event ended up better than originally planned with the last minute changes that had to be made. I highly recommend checking out the decor rentals that they offer as they have a huge variety and it makes decoration preparation so much easier. The prices are super reasonable and they have options for any style. And be sure to add the Lucky 13 room to your event so there is more AC space for your guests to spread out. We used the following vendors that I highly recommend, some preferred by the venue and some we choose on our own: Foodie Catering, CRB Entertainment, PB&J Studios, P is for Pie and Kelly's Homemade Ice Cream. I HIGHLY recommend that you check out this venue for wedding, corporate or family events!

I have a very hard time making decisions, but also love options, so Club Lake’s preferred vendors gave us choices without being overwhelming- seriously the perfect set up! The ceremony site is a dream, as is the entire property! Our guests (and ourselves) still cannot stop talking about it! Kayla did a phenomenal job making our vision come to life with décor, and it was incredibly convenient to have all the options for rentals on site at an extremely affordable rate, without looking cheap in the slightest! This made everything easy at the end of the night too since we didn’t have any décor to worry about bringing home! Club Lake has thought of everything, and we could not recommend a better place!

plan and all of the vendors were amazing. Having two wedding planners from Bella sposa was the best! Our friends and family loved the food we had from Pisces rising catering. The venue itself is gorgeous. It’s big enough for guests to roam around and nothing ever felt too crammed. There was plenty of parking, bathrooms, and seating areas for our 152 guests. The decorations for rent at Club Lake helped our vision come to life. Everything was perfect and we will cherish our wedding day for the rest of our lives.

estions. After meeting with Natalie for our first venue tour, we knew Club Lake would be the place for us. The ceremony site is absolutely breathtaking. The grounds at Club Lake are pristine and you can tell they take great pride in their venue. Our guests were blown away by the venue, and are still talking about how beautiful it was. Their list of preferred vendors provides great choices. We were fortunate enough to work with Julie from Bella Sposa, who was heaven sent. Chris with Pisces Rising went above and beyond, as well as Dara with InBloom and Jasmine with Our DJ rocks. Thank you so much, CLP team for giving us the wedding of our dreams!

emony area. It also seems they have most vendors flow and set up well. A big pull is that the price is mostly all inclusive so aside from the photographer, cake, and booze everything else is linked up. The day of planners were great too!! A few cons. The price isn’t cheap and even having to move the date due to Covid was still very pricey. So we expect the highest level of service. We had an slight issue with the one of the caterers that we originally had forgiven at first. But then when one of the venue staff members threatened us about something that should have been taken care of between the caterer and the venue. We should have never been contacted about this issue as it was a lack of communication between the caterer and the venue especially since this was one of the vendors that was on CLP’s list. It really put a bad taste in our mouth. Another downside is that the venue shows all these cool decorations they have stored in the back that you can use for your wedding but they come at a high price which we originally thought would have been included but they aren’t. Overall though the day turned out to be perfect. Wasn’t the smoothest last 2 weeks of planning due to lack of communication but still an amazing turnout.

Don’t waste time on touring others venues because nothing will compare to this AMAZING venue. This was the last of 7 venues my husband and I toured and we instantly fell in love with it and knew this is where we would get married. Natalie Perche will help you set all your details and truthfully she was our life line if we had any questions. She really is the best. I can not say enough amazing things about this venue. Trust me you will LOVE it!!

all inclusive aspect made planning so seamless. All of their coordinators and staff were friendly, helpful and super responsive from start to finish. They provide a "day of" coordinator through Bella Sposa Events (who was actually more so a "month of" coordinator) who I can't brag enough about. She listened to everything we wanted and gave us exactly that. She made sure our wedding day ran on time and was so organized, I'm not sure what we would've done without her. A common post wedding conversation topic I've had with my guests was how stunning the venue was. Their groomsmen suite is something out of a movie! They offered everything I could have asked for when it came to decor rentals which also made my life easier. The layout of Club Lake is so convenient for everyone involved in the wedding. I am fully convinced that our wedding will go down as "The most beautiful venue" our guests have ever been to.

She was so patient with me while I changed my mind several times haha. Towards the end, one of their day of coordinators (Lauren) contacted me to start putting together a timeline for my wedding day. Lauren went above and beyond my expectations! She was so patient, kind, and helpful. I couldn't have asked for anything better. Over all, I'm so happy with how my wedding day turned out! All my guests had so many nice things to say at the end of the night! I can sincerely say I would recommend having your wedding at CLP. The location is BEAUTIFUL, they are very affordable in my option, and everyone is so kind and helpful! Thanks to the CLP crew, I have nothing but beautiful memories of my wedding day! :)

detail is spared. The ambience and decor is so beautiful that you hardly need to add any other decorations. It is so elegant and yet it is still homey and warm. Everyone you come into contact with right down to their preferred vendors made us feel like our event was the most important event they had ever done. I can’t say enough about Club Lake and I really hope I have another opportunity to attend and event there in the future!
