Our guests are still talking about the amazing cocktail hour! Most importantly, the staff was a pleasure to work with throughout the entire process, and our day ran so smoothly thanks to their attentiveness and commitment to service. Had our wedding at Galloping Hill Golf Course at the end of June. The day was everything we could have hoped for and everything went so smooth! We worked with Emily throughout the process and she was great to communicate with. Any questions were answered right away. We wanted a venue that had both inside and outdoor options and loved that it had a covered patio for use all night. Ellis was our day of coordinator and both of our bridal attendants made the day run so smooth. Our guests loved cocktail hour and dinner. There was a great amount of food we went with the seafood station, pasta, Brazilian, and Chinese. We also did the breakfast sandwiches to go for the end of the night! The golf course made great photo backgrounds as well. We had the best time and would do it all over again if we could!

My husband and I got married at Galloping Hill Golf Course on 5/24/25. We knew once we toured the venue, this was where we would be getting married! From start to finish, everything was nothing short of top notch! Kristina and Maria were absolutely amazing! They answered all of questions with fidelity and assurance. Kristina made the planning process stress-free, accommodating all of needs and wants with ease and patience. She was awesome at communicating with us every step of the way. Our day of coordinator, Ellis was the absolute best. He helped make our day flow seamlessly, highlighting every aspect with perfection! Ellis' kindest and dedication helped make our day one to remember. Drop-off and pick-up of decor was a breeze, which made things even easier for us. Everything was extremely organized, and I knew we were in good hands! They also boxed up our leftovers and cake, and we were able to pick everything up along with our decor within a few days. Our ceremony and reception was absolutely stunning! Our guests couldn't stop raving about the amazing food at cocktail hour, dinner, dessert and the late night pizza bar! Everyone loved the beautiful terrace overlooking the golf course! Choosing Galloping Hills was by far the easiest and best decision we made! The entire staff helped fill our day with an abundance of joy, peace and happiness. Overall, we hands down recommend Galloping Hills for anyone looking for a day filled with beautiful scenery, delicious food and amazing memories to cherish forever!

We had an incredible experience getting married at GHGC! From the start, we were assigned a coordinator (Emily!) who was so responsive and available to answer any questions. For the day of, we worked with a day of coordinator (Ellis!) who was absolutely incredible. We met a few days in advance to go over all the details, and he truly made our wedding day vision come true! Any requests or ideas I had to add personal touches to the decorations and set up were warmly welcomed and the team did everything possible to make it work! Our bridal attendants Charlize and Kasey were so sweet and frequently checked in with us throughout the day to make sure everyone was in the right place, and that we were well-fed and feeling great! Our guests spoke so highly of the venue (the outdoor terrace was beautiful and a great backup photo spot for rainy weather), the food (especially cocktail hour!), the service, and the overall vibes from the staff! I was also so impressed by the GHGC team for coordinating with our vendors who were also all amazing and made our day so special! I have only positive things to say about GHGC and would highly recommend without any reservations to anyone looking for a fantastic wedding venue that is a great value, and a team of just absolutely wonderful, kind, amazing people!

September 13th, 2024 I got married at Galloping Hill Golf Course in Kenilworth and could not be happier with out choice. Maria Novo was my main contact from start to finish and she truly had such a huge role in making our day so magical and special. I met Maria when she gave me my first tour of their venue. Her kindness, enthusiasm and knowledge was not only impressive but made me trust her immediately. She walked me through every step of the planning process and was always available to answer questions or to meet up if needed to go over things. The Golf Course was immaculate and the food was phenomenal but the staff is really what stood out the most. Maria, Kristina, Michelle, Ellis and so many more had huge impacts in making my wedding the one I have always dreamed of. All our guests were raving about how beautiful the venue was (inside and out), how delicious the food was but mostly... how impressive the staff was. My husband and I HIGHLY HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend Galloping Hill Golf Course for any and all events, you will not be disappointed!

My fiancé and I weren’t sure if we wanted to have a traditional wedding, but decided to inquire with Galloping Hill golf course anyway. And I am so glad that we did! Working with their staff member Kristina was a dream. The entire planning process was seamless and our day was perfect. Great space. My husband and I got married here just over 2 years ago. We had about 250 guests and they fit comfortably. Also, I feel like no one talks about this but these chairs were the most comfortable chairs I found after looking at dozens of venues. The food was great, our DJ was easily able to fit his equipment. It was all around a wonderful day!

From day one when my husband and I went to see the venue and talk with Kristina, we knew this was the venue for our wedding. Beautiful venue! We fell inlove with it. Fast forward to our wedding day Kristina and her team were amazing. Very polite, and helpful through the whole process. Kristina made my stress level much less. I loved working with her. So nice!!! Our friends and family loved everything about the venue starting with the food. Delicious! I am definitely booking The Clubhouse again for another large event.

From booking to picking up decor the day after wedding, The Clubhouse was extremely communicative and smooth sailing every step of the way. I couldn't have dreamed of a better day. We have been thrilled with the service we received from Galloping Hill since the very beginning! My husband has celiac disease so he cannot have gluten. There were SO MANY gluten free options for him during cocktail hour and all the meals are naturally gluten free. We mostly communicated with Kristina throughout the process but Michelle and Elis were the ones to assist us on our wedding day. They made sure that everything was exactly the way that we wanted it. They did such a great job communicating with all of our vendors so that everything ran smoothly. Our guests were raving about the quality of the food and drinks. They all loved the balcony and unwinding by the fire pit. I would recommend Galloping Hill to anyone who is looking for a venue that is simple, classic, elegant, and has INCREDIBLE customer service. They helped make our wedding day truly magical.

My husband and I are absolutely thrilled that we chose to have our Wedding Reception at The Clubhouse at Galloping Hill Golf Course. From the moment we toured the venue, we knew it would be the perfect place for us to celebrate our special day with all of our friends and family. From the onset of the planning process, Kristina, Emily and their entire Team were always willing and available to answer any of my questions. They made the wedding planning process so extremely easy and it made me feel like a huge weight had been lifted off of my shoulders. I trusted them wholeheartedly to bring my vision to life and they executed it unbelievably. A special shoutout to Tori and Emma for all of their help and hard work at the Reception - not only were they always checking in on me and my husband, but they always made sure I had a full, cold can of diet soda in my hands at all times. Our guests are still talking about how unbelievably delicious the food was. The Chinese food station was a hit at Cocktail Hour and our guests loved the Braised Short Rib entree for dinner. I would highly (and without reservation) recommend this venue, as the entire experience was one my husband and I will remember for the rest of our lives.

THIS PLACE IS FANTASTIC!! My now husband and I wanted a place that took care of most things for us (i.e. didn't need to find outside vendors) and didn't break the bank, and Galloping Hill delivers exactly that! Maria was with us from day 1! Any question was answered, she was so incredibly helpful and walked us through everything. Day of we had Emily who kept us on a strict timeline and made sure we weren't running behind. Emma and Tori were our attendants and when I say they handled everything for us they really did!! I stumbled on this venue by complete accident but I'm so happy I did! The views are unbeatable! The boys had a blast on the course! And the food, was out of this world! I've been to weddings were you get "eh" food but here they dont settle for anything less than the best! I still have people after a month telling me their garlic tortellini was amazing! So convenient to get to! I can't recommend this venue enough, for the price I wasn't sure if it was too good to be true but it was perfect!!!

We had our wedding at Galloping Hill in July 2023, and it was an awesome experience. Here are some of the highlights of our wedding: Venue - The location made it super easy for travelers, regardless if they were coming by car (Parkway) or by plane (Newark Airport). The groomsman and dads made the best of the venue being a golf course, they all played 9-holes the morning of. The getting ready areas are not the most lavish, but they were well stocked with food and drinks, and you realize that they have all that you need. We had our ceremony inside, and the large windows allowed for so much natural light to come into the building. We had about 170 guests, and the cocktail area, terrace, and ballroom not only had so much space, but it also provided great areas for different crowds to gather during our wedding. The ballroom is really spacious. You were not sitting on top of the tables next to you, and there was still room for a really large dance floor. The terrace was a huge hit, and seems like it would be great for all types of weather, rain or shine, hot or cold. We had an extra bar put out there during cocktail hour, and it became a huge hangout spot for people that wanted a break from the dance floor. Our servers were even serving dessert out there late in the night. The ballroom is almost a blank canvas, and provides a great opportunity for personalization. The last thing we will mention is the food. The cocktail hour stations were raved about, and guests had good things to say about dinner too (which frequently goes unmentioned at a large catered event). The amount of options you have to choose from really allows you to pick the food that you and your guests will want to have. Something to keep in mind if you are getting married in the summer: it is a difficult task to keep it cool in the ballroom. With the ballroom being on the second floor, the sun beating into the floor to ceiling windows, and guests constantly opening and closing doors to walk outside, we, and our guests, were hot. But again, we chose to get married in July. If you have a summer wedding too, we suggest bringing paper or handheld fans. Flexibility - We mentioned all of the options for food, but all around, this place really lets you make your wedding your own. The ballroom allows for pretty much any color linens, and they had dozens to choose from. The staff was open to any and all ideas that we had throughout our engagement. They made it known that they would work with us on food, drinks, locations for decorations, timelines, you name it. We were happy that we could bounce ideas off of them, and didn’t have to follow a cookie-cutter approach. Staff - Kristina was amazing. So responsive, sweet, and you could tell she loves doing what she does. From the initial tour through our final planning meeting, she was so easy to work with. We were handed over to Emily, who handled the rehearsal, and was there throughout the wedding. Everyone else, whether their role was big or small, really contributed to keeping such a happy and energetic atmosphere for all of our family and friends. The bridal attendants always made sure important people (bride and groom, parents, MOH, Best Man, etc.) had a drink and everything they needed. They really seemed to have fun watching us all have fun.

My wife and I were married at The Clubhouse at Galloping Hill this past July and it exceeded our expectations! The food is fantastic, the staff is cordial, and the atmosphere was perfect for what we were looking for. The grounds are amazing and picturesque, making the perfect backdrop for our photos. This venue is truly a hidden treasure in the North/Central New Jersey area; its prices are reasonable, ensuring you get the most bang for your buck. I don’t think we could have had a wedding as wonderful as the one we had at our price point if it hadn’t been for the offerings of this marvelous venue. I would highly recommend it for you your wedding!

The Clubhouse at Galloping Hill not only met, but exceeded our expectations! From our initial contact with Maria and all the planning leading up to our wedding day we were very pleased. The staff the day of the event was excellent and very attentive. Emily and Emma were on top of every detail. Food was excellent, and everyone raved about the Viennese table! I would absolutely recommend this venue without hesitation!

The staff at Galloping Hill Clubhouse was absolutely fantastic! Each person involved was able to answer all our questions and address any concerns that we may have had. Kristina Lama was a God send! She was pleasant to work with and helped me navigate every aspect of our reception. Our Wedding attendants were also amazing! On the day of our reception they were working hard to make sure my husband and I were able to enjoy every moment of our day! They even made sure that our dinner and dessert was packed and ready to go back with us to the hotel! This will definitely be a day I'll never forget!

Galloping Hill wasn’t even on my radar for a wedding venue until my then-faincé suggested it. I am so grateful to him for completely upending all the research I did into other venues because GH was the perfect place to hold our reception. Our sales coordinator was lovely to work with - professional, honest, and friendly. GH took care of everything. All I had to do was drop off the decorations the day before, and they handled all the set up and tear down. If you’re the couple that wants people to rave about your wedding food, this is the place to be. There was so much food at cocktail hour that some guests thought that was the dinner for the evening and were unprepared for the sit down meal to follow. I had several people talk to me that night about how the filet mignon was the best steak they’d ever had. The attendants and coordinator were attuned to our every need. Guests loved the outdoor terrace area. There are just so many good things to say about GH. Of all the things there are to stress about on your wedding day, you won’t have to worry one bit if you choose Galloping Hill as your venue.

The venue is reasonably priced, beautiful and remodeled (no carpet!), the view of the golf course is stunning, and the team at Galloping Hill is excellent. We just had our wedding at the Galloping Hill Golf Course two weeks ago and I would not change a thing. We worked with Kristina leading up to the wedding and she was so accommodating with us. Everyone the day of was so kind and helpful I would not change a thing. Would recommend them 1000% Thank You so much to the whole team.

We were able to book a Friday wedding a little under a year in advance. We loved that there were three tiers of pricing depending on the time of year. They also only required a 100 guest minimum for a Friday night, which we loved. We worked with Kristina since the beginning and she was very patient with all of our questions and was extremely quick with responding to our emails. She is amazing! We had the ceremony on site and loved that our guests were shuttled to and from the ceremony space with the golf carts. The views down there are amazing and make for great first look pictures. We were very pleased with the amount of food and the open bar that we had. Guests raved about the food. Overall we had an amazing experience and got so much for the very reasonable price we got. Highly recommend Galloping Hill!

We had an absolutely amazing wedding at Galloping Hill. Everything from our first tour to our last meeting was flawless. The staff is very responsive and answered all of my questions quickly. Our wedding day was better then we could ever imagine. The food was phenomenal and fresh and all our guests couldn’t stop raving about it! The golf course is one of the best places to take pictures and we were able to see the sunset right from the ballroom. I would recommend this venue to anyone getting married!!!

We had our wedding at Galloping Hill back in August and it could not have been a more perfect day. From time we booked up until our wedding day, Kristina was always available when we needed her and quick to respond to our questions. Our Bridal attendant on the day of was Lauren and she was amazing. She made sure we had food waiting for us after our pictures and that we always had full drinks at our table (plus anything else we needed/wanted). Our friends and family loved the food and the golf cart rides to/from the ceremony spot! It’s truly one of the best values out there as far as New Jersey weddings go. We cannot recommend it enough!

We got married on 10/2/22 and couldn’t have asked for anything better. Kristina was our point person and walked us through every step of the process. She would answer all my questions and get back to me so quickly. She made the process so easy for us and it was very organized from start to finish. Thank you so much Kristina!!! The venue is absolutely beautiful. It rained the morning of our wedding but was overcast later in the day and we were able to get pictures on the golf course which I was so happy about. The grounds are just so beautiful! All of our guests truly enjoyed the cocktail hour, main courses and desserts and haven't stopped complimenting on how good everything was. Everyone was complimenting the abundance and variety of foods that were served and how outstanding the service was. We would highly recommend the Galloping Hill and will definitely have other events here in the future.

I cannot promote and suggest the GHGC enough! After looking at multiple venues and being unhappy with their wedding packages, my coworker suggested coming here. We met with Maria and she gave us the tour and went over everything. Any request we had, she said sure! We fell in love with this place. Everyone is so nice and accommodating. Our wedding day was flawless! The food was outstanding. All of my decor was set-up with no issue. My family and friends have said this was the best wedding they have been to in a long time!

We had our wedding here August 21st, 2022. It was a dream! The team is so professional and helpful! Up until the big day Kristina was so responsive and at time literally walked us through the steps. On the big day her team was amazing at following details and ensuring we had an awesome and epic wedding! I would do it all over again and especially here. GHGC was the only venue I visited and with the affordable prices, the beautiful venue and Maria's hospitality, I took a chance and booked it. I was nervous as the deal seemed "too good to be true." The nerves were eased when I went for the tasting, the steak had to be one of the best I've had. Up until my wedding day, Maria was extremely helpful and answered any questions I had. Unfortunately, she was on vacation the week of my wedding - she placed us in the hands of Kristina, who was just as great! Shoutout to Loren, who was extremely personable and sweet, for handling every little thing that we threw her way - from extra beers please Loren to please calm me down Loren, she was there for all that and more. Renee stayed with us until the very end of the night and handled all our requests seamlessly. The guests could not stop raving about the food, especially that filet mignon, the cute golf carts and the beautiful venue. The girls made my wedding day so stress free - and mind you I'm an extremely anxious person, I also DIY-ed my wedding. They executed my vision so professionally AND with minimal directions, they knew exactly what to do. They made sure we were stress-free and were well fed every step along the way. I could not recommend GHGC and its staff enough, thank you!!
