We had the pleasure of working with Isabella for our wedding day and we can’t recommend her enough. She literally thought of every detail and her organization skills were next level.
From the planning and keeping us on track with contracts, due dates, etc; all the way up post wedding check-out, the support was FLAWLESS. We relied heavily on her vendor recommendations and with little research on our part it felt like the end result was the best day ever. The day of the wedding she was hands on and the focus was clearly to make our day picture perfect.
Brides perspective: She was always there when needed. My bustle ripped on the dance floor and within seconds, Isabella was on the ground pinning me up with safety pins to get me right back in the mix of things. When I needed a break to cool down, Isabella had a fan in hand. And throughout the whole day, her and her team made sure we always had our favorite drinks filled.
We cannot thank her enough and know that our day would not have been as special with anybody else. We sincerely believe she put her whole heart into making our day special and it certainly showed. Multiple members of our friends and family came up to us throughout the evening to say “WOW! How did you find her, she is GREAT!”

Emma was absolutely amazing!! I truly don’t know how I could’ve done this day without her. She was so helpful, quick to answer any text or email, and was with us throughout the entire process. As someone who is very type-A, it was so comforting to know I had someone I could trust to be just as thorough and detailed as I am. Day of the wedding, Emma made sure we were running on time and kept everyone organized. She constantly checked in to make sure we were doing okay, and having her there made everything feel like it ran much more smoothly. I highly recommend hiring a wedding coordinator, but more specifically hiring Emma! You will be in great hands and she will help make your big day even more perfect!

From the moment we booked to us getting to our hotel room on wedding night they were there 100% of the way. Emma was quick to respond, very well organized and a wonderful addition to our wedding day. Wow we can't say enough amazing things about Helen and Coastal Celebrations as a whole! Helen was so helpful in coordinating all of our vendors leading up to the wedding and was amazing working with everyone the day of! She was on the ball with the schedule and making sure all of our tiny details came out just the way we pictured it. She even helped us coordinate a first look with our dogs (lol)! It was a beautiful day and it was all because of Helen and her team!
Working with Costal Celebrations was an absolutely wonderful and exceptional experience. We were blessed enough to work with Emma Gruber and her team. Emma is the professional and experienced coordinator any bride and groom would dream of to help plan their special day. She not only handled all the inter communicating between vendors, she coordinated meetings, recommended outstanding vendors to look into, she went above and beyond with every little detail you can think of (including, but certainly not limited to, having our luggage sent to our Airbnb the night of the wedding so we didn’t have to worry about how they would get there or stress our guest/ family for dropping it off) . There was not one piece of detail left untouched or uncoordinated. She even went out of her way to print special QR cards for the reception so guests could upload their photos to a joint album. She made sure my husband and I were taken care of, heard, and genuinely celebrated every step of the way from beginning to end. She’s extremely approachable, honest and well versed in her craft. The wedding we had would not have been half as beautiful without her experience and hand on it. The reason we were able to relax and be present the week before the wedding and day of, is because Emma and her team take on all the heavy lifting and communicated so clearly through every process. It is well worth the investment for the clarity, professionalism, seamless progression and transition and exceptional outcome for one of the most important days of a couples journey. We signed up for the Treasury's intimate wedding package and day-of coordination was included in that package. I was assigned Emma at Coastal Celebrations and she was absolutely phenomenal. I was skeptical about going for a day-of coordinator as I also work in the event and wedding space and have seen so many bad wedding planners and day-of coordinators but Emma went above and beyond. She was my day-of coordinator and handled it like a pro. She directed everyone efficiently and quickly keeping everything on-time and smooth!! She kept in touch the entire wedding planning process and helped me any time I needed anything. She is SO detailed oriented and never loses track of the little things. Even my dad made a comment as we were waiting for our turn to line up and walk down the isle, that everything was so relaxed and laid back and he really liked it. I said it was all because of Emma! I would HIGHLY recommend her, she will make your big day a breeze. :)

We got married at the Lightner Museum in July '24 and booked coastal celebrations from a recommendation from a friend who got married at the Treasure
Type of Planning:
Full Planning- We were out of state and I work a full time job so we did the full time planning option, although I highly recommend full planning for ANYONE, its truly worth EVERY PENNY! MICHELLE WAS THE BEST!!!!
Pre-Wedding Planning:
Michelle from coastal has an amazing list of suggested vendors and a timeline/guideline of when you should have things done from sending save the dates & invitations to booking vendors and when to know what your parents gifts/bridesmaids/groomsmen gifts are going to be - to make the monumental task of planning a wedding not seem that bad at all. They also take on a TON of the really small details like setting up meetings with vendors, pulling permits, figuring out day of timing of everything/flow, ordering all of the gifts for your bridesmaids/groomsment, ordering any special things you want for your wedding (we wanted to incorporate our dogs so we had swizzle sticks with our dogs faces and we had them on the cake) Anything you can think of they do!
Rehearsal Dinner:
I didn't know what I wanted for the rehearsal dinner other than the fact that I knew I wanted it to be beachy. Michelle helped guide me by asking questions and showing me different styles of beachy rehearsal to help me nail down what I wanted. She also has such great relationships with the vendors in the area- she worked with the floral team to have things like driftwood and candles on the table to really bring in the vibe. She also made my rehearsal dinner sign! Other than obviously going above and beyond, she made the entire night absolutely gorgeous and kept everything on track! It was SO MUCH FUN!
Wedding Day:
Michelle had a schedule for everyone of hair/makeup when we had to get on the shuttle to take us to the venue (we did pictures prior to the wedding to get more party time in) She ordered food for us, picked up our dresses and took them to the venue, and made everything exactly how I wanted it to be! I am so THANKFUL FOR MICHELLE! My big thing is on my wedding day, I wanted it to be stress free and I just wanted to have fun! Michelle allowed me to do just that! I HAD NO STRESS AND JUST HAD A BLAST! Michelle took care of not only the timeline, but also doing things like ordering our end of night snack, she even dropped our stuff back off in our room at the end of the night and left us a little meal plate of our food and desserts! In terms of the vendors and vibes, it was BETTER than we could've ever imagined and we owe all of that to her.

I don’t even know where to begin.. Michelle made the entire wedding process an absolute breeze. She is so kind and so talented at what she does. From being attentive to very intricate detail, to making sure we were all in the loop, communicating and reaching out to all the vendors before the wedding, to going above and beyond to accommodate very specific details. She is absolutely amazing at her job. We didn’t even add her on until about December, which left her only 3 months to help with a very detailed wedding. She took on the task like it was a breeze. She never missed a beat. This took a huge weight off my shoulders, as I am very type A and pay great attention to details. I was never worried because I knew she’d do everything at 110% effort and it would turn out flawless.
I was shocked at her ease and ability to lead a such a huge group of people so gracefully and effectively. Rehearsal day she was like a drill sergeant (but in the best way). We got through everything quickly and efficiently. On the day of, she made everything run so smoothly. I didn’t have a single worry in the world. There were so many moving pieces, and she made sure she took care of every single detail. She didn’t stop going the entire day or night. She even got our luggage transported to our hotel! Additionally, she took my wedding bouquet and had it sent off to be dried and framed. I would literally trust Michelle with my life. I can’t speak highly enough of her. I don’t know how brides do weddings without her!! Michelle, thank you so so much for everything. You are truly amazing and so talented at what you do! Everyone needs a Michelle for their wedding planning. She is beautiful inside and out and so incredibly skilled.
We did not have to worry about a single thing with coastal celebrations, especially Emma Gruber. I keep telling her there is no way we could have done any of that without her help, she made everything so easy. Emma was our coordinator and when I say from the minute we spoke on the phone I knew she was our girl. She was detailed, focused on making sure our concerns and wishes were front and center and her knowledge/connections with the venue and surrounding area were unmatched. Not only was she great 3 months out but thought of every single detail through the end of our wedding night. We could not have been happier, truly.
We were assigned Helen for our day-of coordinator and she was just absolutely amazing. She was ready to jump right in as soon as we were 90 days out from our wedding, taking over communication with our vendors and making sure everyone was looped in, so we knew what to do, when to do it, and who to pay. She was fantastic at helping us find extra little things, like booking our horse-drawn carriage for our exit when I couldn’t get a response, and she also helped us with finding a place for karaoke the night before the wedding! She also saved the day, helping to make signs for the bar, when the ones I purchased on Etsy weren’t in editable templates. She helped to facilitate meetings with our florist and also facilitated getting additional decor items like plate chargers and the right silverware through the rental company. I cannot say enough great things about our experience with Coastal Celebrations or Helen! She was just wonderful and we were lucky to have her! She truly made it so our day went off seamlessly and we couldn’t have done it without her.
Our wedding planner Ashley was the best of the best! They made everything seamless and tied all the pieces together. If you don’t have a wedding planner trust me you need her in your life. Absolutely incredible professionalism and extremely talented.

Words cannot describe how amazing Emma with Coastal Celebrations is! We were debating whether to hire a wedding planner or not; our budget was a little tight. In the end, we realized we needed the extra help. Hiring her was one of the best decisions we could have made. She is so knowledgeable and patient; never making you feel like a bother despite multiple emails and text messages :) Her positive attitude and energy is infectious. She was able to make a stressful process enjoyable and easy. She made suggestions on additional vendors we were looking for and kept in contact with everyone; we didn't have to stress about a thing.
Our wedding day was absolutely flawless thanks to Emma. Her attention to detail is incredible. At one point during our wedding, we looked over and she was bringing the mother of the bride a glass of wine. Very much appreciated and it almost brought us to a tear how sweet it was.
We left for our honeymoon a few days after our wedding and I decided the night before we left that I wanted to get my bouquet pressed. I sent Emma a text and she offered to mail it off to the company. She's a literal angel.

Coastal is amazing! We got the mid level package and I can’t even imagine what the top tier is because they do so many little things in addition to finding great vendors for you (picked up lunch for us on the wedding day, mailed our marriage license in, brought our gifts to the Air bnb, etc) so you can truly relax during your wedding day. Lucy Yelton is absolutely phenomenal and I could not have asked for a better coordinator! She is beyond on top of things, organized, a great communicator, and has great taste when you need an extra opinion because your fiancé keeps saying he “likes whatever makes you happy.” 😂 I had zero stress going into this wedding knowing Lucy and her team were in charge. Words cannot express how truly awesome she was!

As a man planning our wedding in St Augustine I was very skeptical of using a wedding planner. Emma from Coastal Celebrations truly exceeded our expectations. From the beginning, everyone at Coastal was great at communicating, up front about everything to expect and costs. I chose day-of coordination, and from the 90 day mark, Coastal really jumped in and helped pull together all the finishing touches, and gave excellent vendor recommendations. Emma was incredible on our big day and the entire wedding weekend. She is extremely organized and professional but still kept everything fun and light and exciting for us! Having faith in her to pull the whole day off did a lot to keep us calm on the day of. I highly highly recommend Emma and Coastal Celebrations as wedding coordinators; they are excellent at what they do and its obvious they truly care about the brides/grooms/vendors/families!
We could not recommend Coastal Celebrations enough. The entire staff was a pleasure to work with and all were professional, kind, and very responsive. We absolutely loved working with Isabella! She went above and beyond from start to finish. We had the day of planning package but Isabella supported us and answered any questions we had throughout the whole process. As the day got closer, I was not stressed as Isabella had coordinated everything for us and handled any issues that arose. I cannot recommend Lindsay and Coastal Celebrations enough! They were an absolute pleasure to work with and guided us through every decision. There is so much that goes into planning a wedding and it helps to have someone telling you what you need to do and when. They offered more service than I expected, from mailing out the invitations, setting appointments, staying on top of our budget, and even ordering lunch for the bridal party the day of the wedding! We were able to thoroughly enjoy the day knowing that we were in such capable hands!
We LOVE Emma! She went above and beyond from the day we decided to have her as our planner until the wedding ended. I was beyond impressed by her professionalism and her ability to lead with a gentle hand. She helped coordinate and organize every little detail and guided me with such care and support. WE LOVE LUCY!!! From start to finish she was a rockstar. We had the day of planning package but I felt constant support from Coastal and Lucy throughout the whole process. They provided resources with recommended vendors, checklists, and answered all questions leading up to the 90 days when our "package" with them started. When 90 days hit, I didn't feel as stressed because they set us up for success and I knew they were there for support for all the rest. On our wedding day, Lucy help make it the most perfect day. She swiftly handle hiccups, juggle a million details, and helped share in our excitement. I couldn't ask for a better experience, thanks to Lucy and Coastal. Honestly, I wish I could do it again just to work with Lucy.
Lucy Yelton should win "Wedding Coordinator" of the decade!!!!! My husband and I hosted our daughters wedding at the Lightner Museum on 4/26/24. We're from the Washington DC area and I was nervous about planning a wedding from afar, not being familiar with wonderful St Augustine. We had the pleasure of meeting Lucy last August and I immediately felt a sense of calm that all would go as planned! She was so personable and pleasant while being incredibly detailed, efficient and wholly on board to help Maggie's vision of her wedding day come true!
Her experience was evident and her love of our vendors gave us confidence in our decisions.
While the "day of" is usually a bit of a blur, I saw Lucy working her tail off the entire evening and I so appreciated all of the little things that often go unnoticed, but I caught them. Perhaps the ultimate goodbye was when Lucy told us at the end of the evening that she was going to miss us and that she so enjoyed working with us. It was so genuine and sincere. We felt the same and I know that we couldn't have done it without her!

I would recommend Coastal Celebrations to ANYONE getting married in the area. When we first booked our venue and saw they required a day of wedding coordinator we were skeptical but after getting to work with Michelle as our wedding coordinator, we could not imagine undertaking wedding planning without her! We are out of state so having someone who knew the local wedding industry inside and out was a life saver! She was highly organized, detail oriented, had contacts in every area of wedding planning in the area, and was indispensable! She was patient with answering all our questions at all hours of the day (and night) and calmed both me and my now husbands nerves. We are both very busy with work and Michelle made EVERYTHING perfect and seamless! From small wedding details to the end of the wedding, there wasn't a moment that Michelle didn't have planned or prepared for! She really took the overwhelming nature of planning a large wedding and made it SO manageable. On our wedding day we truly got to just enjoy ourselves with absolutely no stress and we could not be more grateful to have found her!
Michelle makes sure every wedding is special, but her natural talent makes it seem as if she has already run your wedding twice and knows the next step/ what to do next without even thinking about it. She truly made our dream wedding happen and completely exceeded our expectations. There wasn't a question she didn't answer or aspect of nitty gritty wedding planning she didn't help on. She went above and beyond, even helping to ship wedding supplies back to us. We cannot thank her enough!! She is a blessing to the wedding community and definitely in the top 1% of planners!
Helen was an absolute pleasure to work with! Not only did she remain completely calm but she was on top of things I could not even imagine having to think about the day of. She made sure everything was perfect and seamless and was a great shoulder to lean on.
We connected about 60 days out so she could grab all the contracts I had been working with and from that point on she put everything into place. I received updated timelines in my email on the regular, she contacted any vendors with whatever tasks were still not done, and she never hesitated to quickly jump on the phone or answer a text if I had any questions/wanted to clarify a task. Helen took the time to listen and brought whatever idea I had to life.

I don’t even know where to begin. Michelle from Coastal Celebrations was an absolute godsend in helping us plan our dream wedding!! From beginning to end, she and the entire team were extremely professional to work with. We shopped around for wedding planners prior to going with Coastal. We knew from the first initial phone call that they were the one! We were immediately put at ease. I told my family that Michelle took care of all the stressful/boring parts of wedding planning so we could enjoy the fun parts! We did the partial planning package, but it really was so comprehensive that it felt like full planning! She connected us with all of our vendors and we loved every single one she recommended to us! The day of the wedding ran so smoothly. Nothing went wrong!! Her team was prepared for everything! My sister in law works in event planning and even she said it was the most well-run event she’s ever attended. Michelle even helped me change out my shoes in between the ceremony and reception! When I had an upset stomach, she had Tums immediately ready for me! When we got back to our hotel room, my bouquet and personal belongings were already there. She truly thought of every little thing. She helped my vision come to life and our wedding truly felt like it was from a movie! Our whole family was so impressed. I’m one of those people who have never thought about wedding planning until I met my now-husband and I could not be happier with how our wedding turned out despite us living out of state. Emma was there every step of the way was so organized and kept us on track when it came to all of the tasks we had to complete as the months were flying by. Decision fatigue is something I struggle with so having Emma’s experience and expertise in the industry was so extremely helpful when it came to bringing our vision to life. She set up all of our vendor meetings seamlessly and were able to accommodate last minute changes of plans if we had scheduling conflicts as well. We always felt
like we were in good hands under her guidance and she was always so professional and detail oriented so that she kept all of our vendors on the same page at all times even with last minute changes. She knows all the right people for whatever the job is, from finding florists who can create crazy visuals, to amazing caterers that make amazing food for all kinds of dietary restrictions, to finding djs and instrumentalists to create the perfect vibe for a ceremony or dance party. Our guests were complementing us non stop about how beautiful and fun our wedding was and it is definitely a night none of us will ever forget. I cannot even begin to explain how wonderful Lucy was, I couldn’t have asked for a better wedding planner. I’ll be honest that I’m the only bride I know that has said she wasn’t stressed during her planning process and that is partly because the venue (The Treasury) was a blessing but even more so, Lucy was professional, excellent at communicating, anticipated my every need, was an organized queen, set up a flawless timeline, understood my every wish (and executed it wonderfully), and went above and beyond. There was never a moment I didn’t fully trust that she had things under control. The entire process/ day of was fantastic and I was able to be fully present because she had it all under control. I’m so grateful, I’ll never be able to fully communicate my gratitude.

Emma constantly checked in, handled all communication with vendors, answered all our questions with confidence, was honest with us when making certain decisions. Where do I begin….Emma at Coastal Celebrations are incredible. From the first time I spoke with Emma about my daughter’s 18th birthday vision, to the execution on the day of the event, everything ran so smoothly. Emma was always available to chat, quick to respond and gave her recommendations and advise. She took my vision and provided my options for vendors that would be able to deliver. Our wants and needs were always at the forefront and my daughter, Janna’s 18th birthday was absolutely perfect. She was professional, detailed and very easy to work with, but the one thing that we really appreciated is how excited she was in helping plan the party. The party was wonderful and carried to the highest level. She made the event extra special for Janna. All our guests were inpressed how organized and fun it turned out and they didn’t want to leave the party. She really showed how much she cared about every detail and we can definitely say that our family has a memory that will remain with us forever.

Oh my, what can I say about my wedding planner, Emma? Emma and I worked together for the year and a half we planned my wedding in St. Augustine. Not only was she my wedding planner, but she became my friend. I lost my mom 2 weeks before my wedding, and Emma + team were so intentional with going the extra mile to make sure my day was special and intimate in the best ways possible. From coordination to execution, everything was spectacular and perfect. Emma's attention to detail is unmatched, and no matter the location, timeline, budget or requirements, she will get it done and get it done without you having to worry about anything.

Emma was nothing short of wonderful. We used their services for "day of coordination" which started 3 months out from the wedding. For context-- i am the most type A person to exist so I had lists, binders, and very specific instructions of how I wanted things.
Emma jumped right in to understand my vision and to make sure everyone would be pulled off perfectly on the big day (spoiler alert: she killed it).
I did everything I could beforehand to make sure things ran smoothly on my wedding day, and Emma executed the plan flawlessly. She was able to keep me stress free all day because I knew she had things handled, and she was able to fix the unexpected issues which allowed me to stay relaxed.

Michelle was an absolute dream to work with. She is very responsive, and professional even when we were not! (My husband LICKED the cake knife 🫠 and Michelle tactfully took it away from him and just rolled with it.) She is so fun and the whole Coastal Celebrations team made our vision come to life perfectly. I sketched out my idea for what we saw the ceremony space looking like and the team nailed it. It was exactly like my sketch. We had a destination wedding, and Michelle coordinated all of our tastings to be over two days so we didn’t have to travel back and forth more than necessary. She also let us ship our florals directly to her from our florist so we didn’t have to worry about getting them there. Everything went exactly right the day of, and Michelle even fixed my MILs shoe that broke right before we all walked down the aisle. My husband decided at the very last minute that he didn’t want to do a first dance, so we let Michelle know and she pivoted, no one knew we scrapped it minutes beforehand. If we didn’t have Michelle and the Coastal team, there’s no way our wedding would have turned out as excellent as it did. Everyone is still raving about it. Thank you, Michelle!!

Where to begin?! Me and my now husband are from Gainesville, FL but really love St. Augustine. She was there from the very start until the very end. With me being indecisive, she would always help me sort out my thoughts or give her thoughts (which I really appreciated). Our coordinator was part of our wedding package, however, if the venue you are booking does not require a day of coordinator, I still recommend hiring one. While going through the process and especially once wedding day came, I realized how much the coordinators work to coordinate with the vendors, timelines, details etc. Having an exceptional coordinator throughout the planning process will take such a large part of stress off of your shoulders.
