I would recommend coastal celebrations to my bestest of friends, I have absolutely no criticism of their services. My wedding was at the Treasury in St. Augustine, and I was the groom. One specific quality that really stood out to me was the the highest level of care + attention to detail that Emma showed which allowed me to be relaxed on my wife’s and I’s big day. Lexi from coastal celebrations is the absolute BEST wedding planner! Since we didn’t live in the area, having someone who knew the area inside and out and had relationships with all the best vendors made the entire planning process so much easier. She is incredibly personable, genuinely cares about her couples, and was so organized and on top of every single detail. She thought of countless little things that never would have crossed my mind, making sure nothing was overlooked and everything came together beautifully. I truly can’t imagine our wedding without her, and I am beyond grateful for everything she did to make our day so special. I can’t recommend her enough!!!

It was a bit of a challenge as my daughter lives in San Diego, California and the wedding venue was at The Lightner Museum in St. Augustine, Florida. in five months with a specific Gatsby-esque, old Hollywood vibe. She nailed it...it truly was EVERYTHING & MORE. Every vendor she brought in — our band, florist, photographer, caterer, signage designer, baker, and rentals — was perfect and totally understood the assignment. Wedding planning as a Type B bride is not for the faint of heart especially considering our very short timeline. She had endless patience with my indecisiveness, navigated our family dynamics with grace, and helped plan a rehearsal dinner with my husband's parents that was just as beautiful as the wedding itself. I wanted our wedding to be the party our friends and family would remember and talk about for years to come — where my husband and I could let loose on the dance floor and have a blast celebrating our love and being silly with the people who mean the most to us. As a tip to brides, we elected to do all the planned moments (first look, portraits, family photos, grand entrance, dances, toasts, etc.) early in the day / night such that after dinner we and our guests had autonomy to do as we pleased, and it was the best decision we made. We did our grand entrance into cocktail hour then greeted all our guests during cocktail hour so that we got to say hello to everyone then enjoy dinner and the rest of the night without feeling like we were pulled in a million directions! Helen was so helpful in orchestrating that, and my husband and I felt like we had so much quality time together and with guests because of it. Thank you Helen and Coastal for our dream wedding!

If you are needing a coordinator for your wedding day I would highly suggest you ask for emma she truly was amazing and so sweet. dding by the book at all - we had a fully bespoke three day celebration, with many different moving parts, lots of different colors and floral arrangements, and massive amounts of food and decorations. Lexie not only helped us smoothly navigate the complexities of planning an out-of-the-box wedding in Saint Augustine, but she truly made it our dream celebration! Lexie was incredibly communicative, easy to work with, always prompt and on top of deadlines, and was very helpful in making sure that the vendors we chose were in line with our vision. She’s a great wedding planner, yes, but she is also a great person, and that made all the difference. Over 18 months of planning, they orchestrated a grand Christmas-time wedding for 300 guests with absolute precision. Every single detail—from the very first concept to the final send-off—was executed flawlessly. Their attention to detail is unmatched, and their creative ideas, infused with fun flair and elegance, brought our vision to life in ways we didn’t even know were possible. They handled everything seamlessly: invitations and all paper products, rentals, transportation, timelines, logistics - literally everything. The organization of the rehearsal dinner and the wedding day itself was perfection. Their guidance in selecting vendors was impeccable, resulting in an experience that felt cohesive, elevated, and magical. The event itself was truly a fairy tale: Christmas trees, string quartets, a live band, carving stations, live watercolor artists, florals and candles beyond stunning, and a dessert bar that honestly didn’t look real. And just when we thought it couldn’t get better—Santa himself made an appearance at the end of the night. As cold sparks lit the exit and the newlyweds departed in a classic car, it marked the perfect ending to one of the best days of our lives. Lindsay and Emma truly knocked it out of the park. It is hard to find words to fully express how they transformed our daughter’s wedding dream into a breathtaking reality. Coastal Celebrations delivers not just events, but once-in-a-lifetime memories. We will be forever grateful.

fect. If I could give Emma more than 5 stars I would. The closer it would get to our wedding day, the more people would ask me if I was starting to get nervous. My answer was always no, Emma had her hand on everything! Not once was I stressed or overwhelmed. She was/is ON IT, constantly giving me a sense of peace throughout the whole process! It was the biggest blessing to have her in control of our day and everything that surrounded it. I will brag about Emma and her friends at Coastal Celebrations any chance I get! If there is a CEO of getting it done and done well, it is Emma , the queen herself!

ught organizing our wedding would be easy but I quickly realized just how much I needed Isabella’s expertise. From our very first meeting at the venue, we knew she would do everything possible to ensure our day was absolutely perfect. We booked the Day-Of Coordination package, and Isabella stepped in fully about three months before the wedding. Having her coordinate with all of our vendors was invaluable as she made sure everyone was aligned and nothing was overlooked. Isabella joined our final vendor calls and truly held our hands as all the loose ends were tied up. During our 30-day walkthrough, we covered every single detail of the day, and I left feeling completely relieved and confident. On the wedding day itself, Isabella went above and beyond. She came to the Airbnb where the bridal party was getting ready, collected our dresses, and headed to the venue to ensure everything was perfectly set up. Throughout the day, she kept us on schedule and was always right by my husband’s and my side, making sure we had everything we needed. Everyone says something will go wrong on your wedding day but I can honestly say nothing did, and that is entirely because of Isabella. I truly cannot say enough wonderful things about her and the entire team at Coastal Celebrations. I promise you will not regret booking them!

ail goes missed, she is extremely organized, knowledgeable, professional, great at communicating, and ran our entire event flawlessly. She made a very daunting process of wedding planning enjoyable and kept everything on track. She was there every step of the way to guide in what needed done each week to stay on track, with suggestions and answers to every question. The week of the wedding she had everything so prepared that we were really able to enjoy a stress free time (during a very busy night of lights season!). The day of the wedding was perfect. With her timeline, arrangements, attentiveness, and knowledge really showing through to execute a flawless day. She truly could not have done a better job, and we can’t recommend her enough.
