As the wedding tasks started to pile up a bit, we decided “just to call and see” what hiring a wedding planner would be like (Jacqueline and the Collected and Co. team came highly recommended by one of my close friends). A few weeks prior to the wedding, Jacqueline stepped in and managed the communication with vendors and finalized the timeline. That really took away a lot of the last minute detail stress, which was so nice! On the day of, Jacqueline, Mary, and Madi were there to support the wedding. They all did honestly such an amazing job. Everything when so smooth and perfect! The wedding party was able to enjoy the day and not have to worry about any set up/tear down, which is exactly what we wanted! I rented their gold stands (both heights) and a lounge set. All rentals were great quality. Their lounge sets are so beautiful and guests love them! Highly recommending adding this to wedding! That's just the start of - I could go on and on! There was so much that happened behind the scenes that I never had to worry about, because I knew they had it under control. That allowed me to just focus on the fun parts of planning and be fully present the entire day of our wedding. A few things went wrong the day of (as they do during weddings), but Jacqueline and Danielle made sure that we and our guests were shielded from any drama and helped us have truly the best night of our lives. We had a very detailed call with Jacqueline explaining what we had in mind, style, colors, likes, dislikes. *I should add a disclaimer we live in Texas so a lot of our planning was done long distance and Jacqueline made it a BREEZE*. After our call Jacqueline put together an incredible Design Board that translated our vision perfectly. It began with a color palette and textures/patterns. She included inspiration photos I had sent her and ones she added based on the overall look we discussed. Then she broke down the look of every aspect of our big day. She put together visions of what the entry would look like, different lounge area options, table settings, invitation design options, table number looks and signage. I didn’t know how much went into making a wedding look so beautiful. Jacqueline presented everything in a way that made it feel complete without being overwhelming. We had multiple calls after this as Jacqueline wanted to be 100% sure everything looked and felt just the way we wanted. Unfortunately during the planning process we had some health issues with some family members and decided to upgrade to full service planning. This was the BEST decision we made. She was like superwoman. All I had to do was say what I liked or didn’t like from pictures or samples she would send and she handled everything else. Collected & Co has an amazing planning platform where I could see a list of to-dos with due dates, see where we were with the budget and different estimates, and keep track of guest list changes. We then decided to hire collected & co to plan our welcome party as well. Finally, wedding week arrived and we got to enjoy being fully in the moment knowing everything was safe in Jacqueline’s hands. The day of the welcome party came and as Jacqueline and our other awesome planner Danielle were setting up, they both reminded me multiple times “whatever you need we are here”. I didn’t realize how much that meant to me. And boy did I need them. There was some drama at the welcome party and could’ve turned into something much bigger, but when I found Jacqueline to tell her what was going on she stepped in like “I GOT THIS” and handled the whole thing without anyone noticing that anything happened. It was INCREDIBLE!!! Next up, wedding day. The collected & co team was operating like a well oiled machine setting everything up, handling deliveries and vendors, and always asking how I was feeling and if I needed anything. I didn’t have to stress about one single thing on my wedding day. I could just relax and soak in these special moments and memories. Any problem that popped up they solved. Many that I didn’t even know happened until after the whole event. I can’t say enough how incredible everyone was and how much it meant to us. If I had it to do all over again I would choose Jacqueline again and again. The only thing I would do differently is go with full-service from day one because it is totally worth it to minimize the stress of wedding planning. Even a review this long does not do Jacqueline, Danielle, and everyone at Collected & Co justice. Thank you so much for making it the best day of our lives. It wouldn’t have happened without you!

From the second we signed a contract with Collected & Co, I was never once worried our day wouldn't be executed perfectly. As the first of my siblings and friends to get married I had so many questions, and Jacqueline was there to answer them all. Alongside designing the wedding, creating custom lounges and organizing the day - she recommended several vendors as I had no idea where to start. Once I told each vendor I was pointed to them by Jacqueline, they all said she was the best in the business, I was lucky to have her and they were excited to work another wedding with her & I couldn't agree more! When I walked into our venue the day of, I was blown away. Everything was better than I ever could have dreamed. Jacqueline thought of every detail and took care of absolutely everything so myself, husband, family & friends could all relax and enjoy. I gave my personal attendants a couple small jobs and each time Jacqueline was one step ahead anticipating everything we needed. I also love looking back at the photos and seeing her in the background making all the magic happen. s cancelled/rescheduled/replanned, etc. so many times that I lost count. We'd planned to rent some items from Collected & Co...but all of the plans changed and changed and changed. In the end, the bride and groom were married on their original date in an intimate (immediate family only) ceremony at his parent's lake home 2 hours north of Minneapolis. Jacqueline and Collected & Co. helped to make that day absolutely gorgeous and stress free for us by delivering and setting rentals. In the process, we discovered that they do not just rent furniture and tableware. They design, plan, source, and coordinate as well! When Covid restrictions were lifted in MN at the end of May, 2021 and we discovered that we could actually go ahead with a big wedding reception in July, 2021, the first thing we did was contact Jacqueline at Collected. We hired her for full service, and it was the BEST decision we could have possibly made! We went a completely different direction with the 2021 party, and we had a short timeline. Jacqueline helped us source some unique custom items, and her ability to understand the vision the bride had in her head and bring it to life was amazing. She was very sensitive to complete, straightforward communication, including about costs. She helped us prioritize and 'get the most bang for our buck.' She and her team managed everything, and as mother of the bride, I literally felt like a guest at the party and had a ball. I truly cannot recommend Jacqueline and her team highly enough! Every single person in our family and wedding party could feel the difference in our day versus other weddings they had been in and attended. The day was EASY and SO FUN. The Collected & Co. team ensured we felt validated, informed, organized, empowered and TOTALLY excited about our wedding day! How many couples get to say that?! If you're worried about being another date on a vendor's calendar and being overlooked, stop signing contracts and HIRE THEM! They will advocate for you through the entire process. While having lots of other clients to balance, Jacqueline made sure we had the chance to talk through every decision we needed to, while also handling anything we didn't have energy to deal with. We will never forget the peace she brought with her when she showed up on our big day. So yes, this review is hefty, but in hindsight, we can confidently say our wedding would not have been what it was without Jacqueline and her team. When we went out to do our final venue tour, Jacqueline eased our fears by letting us know that our job was simply to show up and get married, and she was true to her word on our wedding day! uelyn had a more modern elegant style that I loved and hadn’t found yet here in the Twin Cities. After meeting with Jacquelyn over coffee I knew I needed to hire her and her team for our July 2019 wedding. She put together my entire design and helped me connect with all the best vendors in the area that fit my vision. She also attended meetings with me with each of these vendors to make sure I was getting what I want and that it turned out exactly how I wanted it to. We also used Collected & Co for most of our wedding rentals and we were so happy we did as everything turned out perfectly. We received so many compliments. The wedding turned out beautiful and just had I had envisioned. With her and her teams support, everyone including parents and the wedding party was able to fully enjoy the day with no worry. She even threw in a couple extra things on the wedding day to pull the whole look together. Her organization, and knowledge, prompt communication, and design skills were much appreciated and WOW did our wedding look amazing and fulfilled everything we wanted on our wedding day. She was there to help set up and tear down and collaborated with the florist on the design of the event.
