I began playing violin in weddings when I was very young with my family. After receiving my first tech degree for audio/video production, I began school at Mizzou where I became social chair of my fraternity. It was my job to plan successful parties and events for over a thousands students. I would DJ these events and soon I transitioned to working weddings. Over the past 10 years and over 100 weddings, I have gained the experience, equipment, and everything needed to make amazing weddings happen! Check out the reviews!

Ryan was absolutely stellar to work with!! He was super professional, really cool, and very fun! He went above and beyond playing our favorite song on violin for our processional and he was very communicative throughout as the entire process as well. Highly recommend him!!

Ryan was a fantastic DJ and made our wedding wonderful! He made sure everything ran smoothly and gave us reminders for certain parts of the evening. We asked him to not take requests from guests and he honored this, which was important to us. Would 100% recommend!

When speaking to Ryan I told him that the most important aspect in my wedding was the music and timing. He listened and made it happen!! Every detail we discussed was delivered! He is very easy to work with and very knowlegable in his work. Ryan is also very flexable as some things were changed around. Ryan knows his stuff. When I was shopping around for a D.J. they all said they had the best system and so fourth well Ryan does too but not boastful about it. Very down to earth and reseasonable pricing! I would definitely hire Ryan again for any event I have in the furture!

Ryan was great! We spoke on the phone early in the process to discuss what kind of music he plays, cost, and timeline expectations. He was at the venue, set up and ready to go right on time! He kept the dance floor full all night!

Ryan with KC Weddings Plus was amazing. We hired for video, DJ and photo booth. He took every step to make sure he captured every moment. The music was great and had our guests up and dancing all night. HIGHLY recommend for a great, budget-friendly experience.

Ryan did such an amazing job DJing our wedding! He was very easy to work with, easy to communicate with and overall we had a great experience hiring him as a DJ. He was perfectly professional and fun throughout the whole night. Very affordable compared to other companies and he provided everything we needed!

This team was so great to work with! They communicated perfectly and everything went so smooth! They were on time to the event and we received everything back so much quicker than I could have expected! They brought backup equipment and my other photographer was able to use it, saving our day! We are so thankful for that! The videography we received was from multiple angles and showed our day in perfect view. They were awesome to speak with and did an all around tremendous job! Now we have amazing moments captured that we will cherish for a lifetime!

Sons Of Soma is the best wedding band my family has ever heard! My fiancé and I interviewed many bands and could not believe the talent they had. Ryan played the violin and a recorded song during our ceremony and then the band played through the evening for guests. They were professional with our guests and hotel staff and even stayed a little longer than planned to close out the evening. If we could go back, we would select them again!

Very professional and personal were competitive. Expected less to be honest and the experience they exhibited certainly made things very easy and enjoyable. On a day that you need less to worry about they certainly made that a good experience.

We had such a fantastic experience with this DJ company. Almost everybody at the reception was up dancing the whole night because of the energy and awesome song choices, which is exactly what I was hoping for. The value was incredible for how good and professional everything was - I would highly recommend!!
