If you are on the fence about getting a videographer for your wedding, just do it! You will not be disappointed. With that being said, I recommend Complete Video Solutions. For our wedding we had Jeremy, who was with us through the whole day. He captured the moments, both big and small, that watching back get you all excited all over again. From the sneak peek to the ceremony & reception, then to the end recap, they were all simply amazing. Jeremy was wonderful to work with, and the company as a whole had consistent and great communication. You fill out a couple questionnaires without even having to meet anyone. We had such a great experience that my sister booked through them, with Jeremy, for her wedding this coming year. I am beyond happy that we did decide to get a videographer and even more happy that we went with CVS. The quality and expertise of every single film is amazing!

Tom, Edwin, and Jeremy went above and beyond to bring our video visions to life! From the first conversation to my constant suggestions via email, Tom made me feel at ease, was attentive, and helped me bring my ideas to reality! He was a joy to have around me on our wedding day, full of positivity and the final videos his team made found us laughing, crying, and smiling ear to ear as we relived the best day of our lives. My wedding video was perfect thanks to Complete Video Solutions! I don't even know how to begin explaining how great it was working with Tom and his team. My husband and I talked to Tom about how we envisioned our video and him and his team executed it perfectly! Tom and Edwin were the videographer's and WOW! The shots they captured made the investment SO worth it! The final videos we received were beautifully edited. This is something my husband and I are so grateful for to Tom and his team to have for our lives!

If you want the perfect wedding video with amazing content and high-quality shots/editing - you need to book with Complete Solutions. Right out of the gate, communication from this company was amazing. Tom routinely connected with us, asked questions, and offered suggestions throughout the pre-planning process. The organization behind the planning stage was also reflected in the final product. Our videos were made with extraordinary creativity and care, meaning nothing was skipped or out of place. We are extremely happy that we went with the Signature Package as we got full edits of the ceremony and reception. If you are on the fence about videography, I would totally recommend going for it. And choose Complete Video Solutions if you want the best product out there. There is a reason why they are rated so highly. We hired Complete Video Solutions to videotape a traditional Vietnamese Tea Ceremony that we celebrated at our home last Fall. Tom Santilli (the owner) was extremely responsive, kind, and easy to work with, and we are so happy we hired him! We planned our entire event in only a couple of months and Tom replied promptly to all of our emailed questions, making our planning process so much easier. He talked through all of the logistics with us ahead of time, such as which elements of the day we would like him to film and where people would be sitting and talking, so he could make sure to bring all of the necessary gear and microphones. On the day of our event, Tom himself came to videotape and was easy going yet extremely professional, and he worked seamlessly among our group of guests (even with many kids running around!). While we wanted our event to be filmed, we weren’t sure how we would feel having a videographer tape an intimate event at our home; however, Tom worked without any disruption to the event, and we barely noticed that he and his equipment were there! We had three different portions of the event, and he videotaped each of them beautifully – one was in front of our home, one was in our backyard on the deck, and one was inside our home. The finished videotape that we received was edited beautifully, with a perfect balance of overall scenes and zoomed-in ones. The sound quality of the speeches was great, too; he perfectly captured voices from different areas of our backyard deck and was able to tune out background noise. We are so appreciative of Tom and his company and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a talented videographer with top-notch service!

We cannot say enough great things about Complete Video Solutions!! From the very start of searching for a videographer, Tom provided so much information and guidance on what package would be best for us. Through the entire planning process, Tom was VERY responsive, helpful and creative in making sure we got everything we were hoping for, and we did! Tom and Jeremy absolutely crushed the videographer game. They made our wedding day so seamless and easy. They came in, did their thing and knew exactly what we wanted from our previous chats and surveys we completed. And then to talk about the final products.. just WOW! We are so in love with the work they produced. On a side note, we highly recommend the video guest book at your wedding! Stop your videographer search and book Complete Video Solutions NOW. Through my search of videographers and combing through so many reviews and other people's suggestions, Complete Video stood out very easily. Obviously the beautiful sample footage on their website is great, but their website is incredibly informative, comprehensive, and answered any questions that I had along the way. Tom is extremely prompt with his email responses. I reached out frequently leading up to the wedding and he answered quickly, kindly, and always had the answer to make us feel at ease. Videography was arguably the most important thing for our wedding and I put all of my trust in them, and it paid off. Jeremy was my videographer in addition to another videographer and they were both EXCELLENT. We received our wedding "trailer" within a month and the entire footage including raw footage well within 4 months from the wedding. They included so many things we didn't get to see. It was so fun to watch each wedding party getting ready, the first looks, the speeches, and the ANGLES...let me tell you, these men went down to the floor to get the best shot, up high to get the entire room...they truly are experts in their work. THANK YOU to the Complete Video Solutions team for making all of our dreams come true. We will cherish these videos forever.

From the beginning stages of working with CVS, they took the weight off our shoulders and helped us every step of the way. Before our wedding, we told the team a few things we would like to have in our video but also gave them creative freedom to create a long-lasting video we could look back on every year. They listened to our suggestions and ran with it. They absolutely crushed the wedding video, and we could not be happier with how it turned out. Over the last year, we have watched our wedding video at least a dozen times and every time it takes us right back to our wedding day. Tom and complete video solutions exceeded our expectations! We were so impressed with his level of detail and how he captured our wedding. The video turned out beautiful and there was not a dry eye in the house. On the day of the wedding Tom was so wonderful to work with. He provided excellent communication before the wedding, during and throughout the editing process. I can’t recommend complete video solutions enough! My fiancé and I contemplated hiring a videographer for so long, and we are SO glad we decided to get one and even more thankful that we went with Complete Video Solutions. Tom was an excellent communicator from the beginning of the process to the end. Our videographer, Josh, was so professional, friendly, and efficient on our wedding day (despite insane heat, a crazy packed schedule, and a power outage). My husband and I can’t even begin to describe just how awesome the guys at Complete Video Solutions are! Tom the owner was very helpful and communicative, answering every question and working well with both my mother and I over the 2 years of planning for our COVID-delayed wedding. Despite the COVID curveball, Tom remained understanding and flexible when it came to scheduling our new date. The day of our wedding, Jeremy and Ben were fantastic! From the moment they first showed up, Jeremy and Ben had a calm yet energetic presence. They both captured some amazing footage of my husband and I’s respective wedding parties as we got dressed and glammed up for the day, and continued to catch the most candid and beautiful moments throughout the rest of the day. As we watch back, it’s amazing how they had the knack to be in just the right places all day and night while staying in the shadows! My husband and I got married in April 2021, after postponing twice due to COVID. Tom was incredibly accommodating and easy to work with our new dates and very easy to get ahold of. We did the signature package. We had 2 videographers who were excellent to work with for our day. We received our videos very quickly and loved our highlight film! We are waiting till our 1 year anniversary to watch the rest of our footage! Highly recommend and would hire again!

They made sure they knew all the details before the wedding day itself, so that everything we wanted would be captured. As MOB, I would HIGHLY recommend Complete Video Solutions for not only your wedding videographer but also for their Slow Motion video photo booth! First of all, Tom and his company came highly recommended as he was the videographer for our niece’s wedding 10 years ago and for her friend’s wedding as well! From the initial call that I made to Tom to help my daughter plan her wedding, to the timeline and planning he did with my daughter and her fiancé, to the actual wedding day...Tom was easy to work with, professional, thorough, and even so kind as we navigated through the pandemic and rescheduled the wedding! The day of the wedding, Jeremy was our lead videographer, and he and his assistant were so easy-going and flexible...they blended in and helped the day flow so naturally! And if you’ve never seen a slow motion video photo booth before, you have to try this! We had so much fun and SO many of our guests thought this was the best!! We have so many photos, videos and downloads from the video photo booth and we cannot wait to see the trailer and final video from the wedding! Can’t recommend Complete Video Solutions enough! Seriously one of the best decisions I made for my wedding. My husband and I booked Tom for our June 2021 wedding. He made the planning process seamless, is great with communication, and produces some of the BEST wedding videos. We just got our wedding trailer back last week and I can’t tell you how absolutely blown away my husband and I were. We have gotten so many compliments on it. Tom is absolutely amazing!! I will recommend him to anyone. He stuck with me throughout the entire pandemic and all of the rescheduling. He made me feel comfortable moving forward with him when things were so up in the air. On the day of the wedding, Tom got to work and was so easy to work with and made everyone feel so comfortable. Just a really nice guy on top of producing great work! Our trailer was absolutely amazing and came within a very reasonable time frame. We can't wait to see the finished product.

Their communication leading up to our wedding was very timely, and Tom was great to work with to organize everything. The day of our wedding, Jeremy and Josh were right on time and made the day go so smoothly! They captured all of the important moments and were so comfortable to be around! My now husband was adamant on not wanting a videographer -- "when are you ever going to watch the video?" is what he would always ask me. But I knew I had to have one! So I set out on a mission to find a videographer that was easy on the wallet without skipping on the talent, and Tom and Jeremy of Complete Video Solutions are just that! There are several packages to choose from that allow you to get just want you want! Jeremy videoed our wedding but we spoke a lot with Tom in regard to logistics. Tom is so nice, accommodating and professional. Jeremy helped capture our day perfectly and made us feel so comfortable! Due to COVID we were worried we would not be able to have video of our wedding, but Tom and Jeremy made it happen! We're so thankful to them and can't wait to see the beautiful video they put together!

We went back and forth on whether we really *needed* a videographer. During the planning process, someone mentioned this was the only day in our lives where our closest family and friends would be in the same place and at that moment we knew we NEEDED a videographer. We watched samples online from many videographers and reached out to Complete Video Solutions as we liked how the videos seemed to really tell a story. After one meeting with Tom, we were excited to have secured a videographer we were comfortable with. The day of went smooth and the wrap up process was quick. We especially enjoyed the sneak peak which we received fast. Watching the sneak peak made us realize how much or the day we missed, even as bride and groom. I was able to see shots the the guys hanging out beforehand and just after they got dressed which is something I otherwise would have no memory/ impression from. It was nice to see my husband in his element with his guys and excited for the day. It was also nice to re-live the whole day as it really was a blur. We would have significantly regretted not having a videographer. We were very pleased with the final products and team from Complete Video Solutions and we look forced to rewatching the videos every anniversary!

We used Complete Video Solutions as our wedding videographer and couldn't have been more pleased with the way things turned out. The best compliment we can give for our experience on the wedding day itself is that, for most of it, we barely even noticed they were there, which is all you can ask for on such a busy day with lots of people around you at all times. For the video itself, we had a specific mood and style in mind, which we communicated to the team, and they nailed exactly what we were looking for. Our 6-minute recap video did a great job highlighting all the big moments and featuring as many of our family and friends as possible. We were even more pleased with the hour-long video that featured our full ceremony, toasts, and dances in addition to several montages of additional footage throughout the day set to a soundtrack we chose. The slow motion photo & video booth was a hit with our guests as well. Tom & his team made everything look spectacular, and we're so thrilled to have these videos to look back on in future years. The team was professional, respectful, and communicative, and we can't recommend them enough!

Our wedding video is AWESOME! I was on the fence a little bit about getting one because of the cost but I am so, so glad we did. We both love our video and I cried through most of it, lol. I was also worried that the videographers would be underfoot during the wedding or following me around making me feel like I was on reality TV. But it wasn't like that in the least and I barely noticed they were there. They captured our day perfectly. Our wedding video is one of the best keepsakes from our wedding and I couldn't even imagine not having it. Such a great decision. I also was really impressed with their editing. The whole video flows really nicely, the music is great, and seriously if you're on the fence about hiring these guys, you totally should.

My husband and I had Tom film our wedding back in June of 2018. He was so easy to work with and very professional. He was able to capture every little detail at our wedding and incorporate it into our video. He worked with us to customize every aspect of our video from the music to how it was edited. He even used a drone to capture some very unique scenes. We will be recommending him to everyone!

Complete Video Solutions is seriously the best! They made the entire experience from start to finish easy and painless during an already hectic time. They were punctual and professional. Jeremy was exceptionally attentive and even stayed later into the night to get some awesome shots with night lighting. We couldn’t have loved our experience more. Our video is beyond beautiful and something we can always look back on to remember our special day..you cannot put a price on that. Totally worth it!!

Although it has been 10 and 5 years respectively since Tom Santilli and Complete Video Solutions filmed our two sons' weddings, I can say without a doubt that the memories made will be captured in a way that is second to none. I can re-live those 2 memorable days over and over with the CD I have and I highly recommend Tom Santilli to all brides/grooms/parents. Complete Video Solutions was absolutely incredible in helping us for our wedding! We decided to book a videographer very last minute (only about 2 weeks out) and Complete Video Solutions came through for us. They were extremely helpful, professional and easy to work with throughout the whole process and the product was incredible. 100% recommend CVS for your wedding!

My husband and I chose Complete Video Solutions for our videographer and could not be happier with our decision. To begin, Tom, who kept in touch with us via email, was always very quick to respond and answer any questions we had throughout our process. It was great knowing he was very willing to help us out and always gave us great suggestions for our day. This company always informed us of ALL of our options, without being pushy to purchase anything we didn't feel was the right fit for us. They have an online portal set up in order for brides and grooms to fill out information on what they want for their day and their final video. It is all very easy to understand and organized. It was awesome to be able to contribute our opinions, but also, allow the videographer to use their own creativity to make our videos perfect. We would also like to thank Josh who was our videographer for the day. Josh did an amazing job capturing so many amazing moments and had great communication with us about his plans and ideas for the evening. Thank you so much Josh and Complete Video Solutions. Now, we have an amazing video, trailer, and recap to share with our loved ones for the rest of our lives!

I was certain that I did not want a videographer; however, a few weeks before the wedding I was rethinking my decision and found Tom with Complete Video Solutions. I told him my hesitations and he did not try and sell me or pressure me to book with him, rather he talked me through the benefits of getting a video. In the end, still thinking I didn’t need a video, I decided to work with Complete Video Solutions and have a video of our wedding day made. IT WAS THE BEST DECISION I MADE! The video that was made was everything I could have asked for. My husband and I love watching it and reliving our day. Complete Video Solutions did and amazing job and I would highly recommend them.

Tom and his team were nothing but professional, responsive, skilled and awesome throughout the entire process of planning our wedding and on the big day itself. I did not have to worry about anything with this vendor! Within a week we had received our slow motion photobooth video (so fun and well done)! We were also able to go home from the wedding with a photobooth scrapbook already put together. Cannot say enough wonderful things about Complete Video Solutions.

I am very happy with my wedding video by Tom! He did a wonderful job. The quality and editing of the video is great. I also appreciated that I didn’t even notice that he was there during the wedding as I feel sometimes at weddings the videographer and photographers can really get in the way and make it feel overwhelming. Thank you for wonderful video Tom!

The entire team at Complete Video Solutions was amazing! Tom was extremely professional, easy to work with and responsive. He got back to me immediately when I had questions and made me feel comfortable going into my wedding day. The videographers that captured our day were great, I barely noticed they were there! I was super happy with the finished product; Tom really went above and beyond. Will definitely work with them in the future and recommend to others in the market!

We worked with CVS for our Downtown Detroit wedding this past July and they were absolutely amazing! You would never know they were so extremely affordable because of the TOP QUALITY products you end up with! They were so easy to work with leading up to our wedding as well as the day of! They got all the shots we wanted and the trailer and fill video turned our amazing!!! I honestly would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone wanting a video of their big day!
