oing extroverted DJ. They gave me the quietest guy, which I understand being an introvert, but why have the option if you aren't going to pick a person who is suited to the job? I just want to say I never review anything but this was something special that got ruined. So our DJ, James, had to be told by myself or the mothers or by literally anyone to do what we had planned. If you don't know they give you a planner to fill out prior, which I did. He must not have even looked at it prior or day of. While we were getting introduced he was very quiet, no one could hear him and he called us the WRONG NAME! Which I'm confused on how you do that, when it was everywhere at the venue and you have to say it on your planner sheet. He had to be told to do the toasts. He forgot to do the bouquet toss and the garter toss we had to remind him to do it. While doing the garter toss he didn't invite any single guys to the dance floor so my husband was just awkwardly holding it waiting for the DJ to ask for guys to come to the dance floor. He forgot to do things I had specifically asked for. He hardly spoke into the microphone and never left his DJ booth. The lights that come with the DJ were not set up so we had none. He cut our dollar dance short. We had a huge line and he just said okay that's the end of the dollar dance after 2 songs. Paying 900$ for a service you would think you are getting something of quality but this was the farthest thing from it. I called customer support to talk about it and the manager was very nice. He told me he would tell the owner and ask about giving us some money back and that he was sorry. I called back a few days later and the owner answered. He is the most unprofessional, rude, unhelpful person. He was very unsympathetic and basically said well that sucks but the only way we would give any money back is if the DJ didn't show up or didn't play any music. I understand not getting a full refund, that isn't even what I asked for. It just seems if you do part of the DJ's job on an important night of yours instead of it running smoothly you would get some money back. So in conclusion if you are wanting a DJ do not book Complete Wedding and Events. They are not supportive if you have an issue. And you never know the quality you are going to get with them.

She reached out to us long before the big day to get to know us, understand our ideas for what we wanted from our wedding photos, and make sure she could do everything possible to capture it all perfectly!! She developed a schedule for the day and revised it to our liking to make it fit just right with our needs!! She arrived on time, was very professional, but also a lot of fun to work with!! I can't wait to see our photos!! Brittany was just amazing!! Dave was our DJ and he did a great job reaching out before the event and making sure he knew us and what our wants were for our reception! He was a lot of fun to work with and kept the crowd engaged all evening! We had so much fun at our reception and wouldn't have changed a single minute of it!! Overall, I am so incredibly glad we chose Complete Events and highly recommend their services!!

He was able to get every single guest on the dance floor and as a Bride I had a 360 view of all of my loved ones surrounding my husband and I, full of love and happiness. David is so much more than just a DJ. David came way before the set wedding time and introduced himself and got to know the close members of our party as well as the other vendors. He was hands on with our Day of Coordinator to ensure that everything went smoothly. David prepped my food plate, always made sure I had any drink I needed in my hand, laced my heels when they got loose, and even fixed my bustle when it came undone from partying too hard on the dance floor. Any second I needed a hand he was by my side and was always checking with me on how my husband and I were doing. If I were to have one complaint it was that he didn't include more of the personal songs I gave to match our styles. As the crowds thin out I would only suggest that he lean more into the specific songs I gave to keep me on the dance floor later on into the evening. Overall, nothing ever goes perfect. However, David is the perfect person to make your big night the most memorable one ever! We love our experience with David and recommend him to everyone we know and any newly engaged couple we run into.

Additionally, she even got us numerous sneak peak photos THE DAY AFTER the wedding, which was amazing to get to look at while our excitement was still high! The DJ (Logan) was energetic, enthusiastic, very fun, and made our reception run perfectly. My bride and I cannot thank Complete Weddings enough for making our big day even more special! We recommend their services to anyone that is thinking of having a wedding as it took so much of the stress away from the event!

We had a beautiful venue but, the venue coordinator was awful and did almost nothing to help, on top of it; our wedding day coordinator could not be there due illness.AND we had no time to rehearse!Cricket flawlessly answered every call, even when we didnt even know what ask for; Cricket evaluated and instantly guided us through how to make it happen :')1. My daughter started to melt down before the ceremony because her dress had malfunction and Cricket lovingly earned her trust and work d to make her dress one that she felt comfortable the whole evening.2. We had a paint unity ceremony and Cricket stepped up to provide wet/dry rags to make sure paint didnt get anywhere it shouldn't. Not a drop on my dress! 3. We had a timing issue concern for the bridal walk and Crickett came up with a timed solution to make sure our timing would be perfect!4. Our venue coordinator didnt even think to locate plates or utensils for our cake cutting. Cricket not only found us plates but,also cake knives in a timely fashion.5. On top of all of this, she was training! And kept such a professional, calm and upbeat demeanor; she was so calming amongst what would have otherwise been very stressful circumstances.Thank you Complete wedding and events for sending such an amazing individual to make our day so special and flawlessly coordinated. <3

ding it went so bad. He told me on the phone that he had not done a ceremony in a long time but that I shouldn't worry because he was going to go home and watch training videos??? Who tells someone that? I had to tell one of my bridesmaids at the ceremony to tell him to play classical ceremony music instead of the upbeat 80s like music he was playing while guests were sitting. After my father walked me to the stage he let the song continue to run until finally we had to que him to stop so the pastor could speak. After the pastor announced us as married and we were ready for our exit we just stood there on stage and waited a while until we had to que him again to play the exit song. At the reception he let all the children play with his DJ equipment. He didn't play any genres of music we requested. We asked for no guest requests to be taken and instead he decided to go to every table to ask everyone for requests. He played one slow that was requested by a bridesmaid and that was it. No slow songs. (Excluding the special dances like first dance). Guests were leaving because they couldn't dance because the music was bad. He was playing oldies music from the 60s. All the songs I told him not to play, he played. Worse experience ever and when I left a bad review with the company they called and told me I was wrong and tried to defend themselves instead of trying to say sorry or making anything right. You can't redo a wedding. DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY!!!

hat I was satisfied with everything. First, he kind of met with me right away to get the sequence of events down, speeches, games, and dances. Which I truly appreciated, he helped keep the reception orderly. Second, he did a great job with the music and playing what we wanted, as well as what our guests requested. Lastly, he was super nice and willing to work with whatever. He did an awesome job. I would suggest him any day!

After the ceremony she was almost in tears, I had to reassure her no one noticed and it wasn't a big deal. But, it didn't stop there. The bride and groom had some pictures together and the DJ was supposed to be playing music in the reception hall and keeping people awake. He played background elevator music and lost the crowd. So the entrance song into the reception was good, I'll give him a thumbs up for that. Then it ended. My sister was very specific that she wanted to do cake cutting and first dances when they got in. Nope, the DJ didn't do the cake cutting and it wasn't until 1030 ! yes 1030 pm before first dances started! He was "fixing" things and playing elevator music. At this point 48 people left the reception. Yes, the bartender (my friend) and I were counting. 48 people left because it was dull! Finally the first dances came! My sister was also very specific that she wanted YMCA, Chicken Dance, and Hokey Pokey played as it was a kid friendly reception and those are great ice breaker songs. NOT ONE WAS PLAYED! There were also only 2 slow songs played the entire wedding reception (with the exception of the first dance song and mother of bride and mother of groom songs). Also, no dollar dance! No bouquet toss! He was on the mic maybe 3 times the whole darn reception. Worst experience EVER! My sister was quite upset. After talking to her in great length, she decided that the point of the day was met, she is married. She is willing to let go of the rest. However, that being said, DO NOT HIRE COMPLETE MUSIC FROM KEARNEY AND ESPECIALLY NOT JOSH. I called the manager the following Monday and he was less than helpful. I am not impressed with the company, the manager, and especially not Josh S.

want a ton of country at the reception, but he did a great job handling the music and trying to honor my requests. We wanted a "coffee shop" vibe for dinner, with bands like Mumford and Sons, Imagine Dragons, Coldplay, OneRepublic, Florence and the Machine, and others that fit into that style. For the dance, we wanted more "current" music, with some oldies thrown in, but nothing really cliche (*cough* "We are Family" *cough*). Our first dance was to "Oblivion" by Bastille. Not a traditional first dance song by any means, and not really a love song at all, but he was excited that we had picked something different and unique. My only problem with Complete was that they weren't quite as helpful as I would have liked in the planning process. I requested 3 different DJs and didn't end up getting any of them (it turned out okay though). I was also stressing because a week before the wedding, I still didn't have a DJ assigned to my wedding, and I hadn't heard from them. I guess that's kind of their procedure, but I didn't know that. Whoever your DJ is, is supposed to contact you by the Tuesday before your wedding to go over your requests that you fill out in an online questionnaire. Once he called, everything was smooth sailing. Just be aware, that they don't contact you very early.

Then the D.J. calls you the week of to go over everything! I would recommend Complete Music to anyone. (We did not use it, but they also have photo booths and photographers/videographers)
