e two aspects, I would not recommend working with Complete Weddings & Events. My biggest issue with the company was a HUGE lack of communication. After we booked our services with Lauren L., we were passed along to Anthony. We received many automated messages from Anthony four, three and one month(s) out from our wedding to fill out the detail forms for our wedding in their platform manager. I would respond directly to his emails that were sent with our questions and either we wouldn’t hear back at all or it would take multiple follows up to receive an answer from Anthony. One of the biggest annoyances about working with complete weddings and events is that they did not tell us who our DJ was until a week before the wedding (I followed up 2-3 times via email a month out from the wedding and didn’t hear back til a week and half before). I also didn’t get the name or contact info for the girl running the photobooth until days before our wedding too. The other big issue I had working with complete weddings and events is their platform manager. They ask you to fill out details for your wedding on their platform. My husband and I spent a lot of time in there—specifically with the music. We had very specific songs that we knew our guests would live for on the dance floor so we added a lot of songs that we wanted played. We added all of the songs in 2 weeks before our wedding because we were told by Anthony that the DJs don’t have access to the platform (which is WILD). Apparently, the company creates a PDF of our answers and sends that to the djs a week before the wedding. Well, on our wedding day, our dj didn’t have our full list of songs so I had to give him my phone that had access to the platform manager so he could reference that all night. I don’t get why they can’t give the DJs access. Not super ideal and definitely was a negative aspect to our experience. Lastly, although our dj was very nice, we explicitly said in the forms we filled out and to him on Zoom calls that we didn’t want ANY lines dances of any sort. He ended up playing the YMCA and my husband and I both had to go over to him to ask why he was playing that. In addition, he butchered my parents (of the bride) last name when entering the reception. I know it’s not a huge deal, but It takes very little to ask for clarity on pronunciations to ensure you are saying the names correctly. Overall, if I were to do it again, I would not hire this company. The lack of communication was my biggest issue. Our wedding didn’t feel like a priority whatsoever. I get the fall is a busy wedding season, but we hired you for a service and felt it didn’t meet the expectations or cost we put forth.

ake sure everything was all set for our day! Our photographer checked in as well and we discussed all the details and specific pictures we wanted to get for our wedding day. She took the time to talk through the entire day and how the schedule would work. On the day of, Jillian was amazing and got everything done in a timely fashion. She got pictures of everything we wanted and she even let me bring her around from person to person at our reception to get a picture with everyone. She remembered a specific picture that I wanted to get during my reception that I had completely forgotten about. I appreciate her remembering the details for me because that was a really special picture for me to have. Jillian truly went above and beyond during our day, helping us with food and making sure we drank enough water during the day. The most important moment for me was after our ceremony and pictures when we were heading towards the reception, she told the few people with us to go on a head so that my husband and I could have a few moments together alone before the reception. This was so special and important to us during the craziness of the day. I appreciate her going the extra mile for us and making our day extra special. Highly recommend!

After dinner the dance floor was packed and stayed full almost the entire night. Our videographer was Eric and he was amazing as well. Such a nice guy that really cares about what he’s doing. My photographer even told me he was the best videographer she’s ever worked with! I can’t wait to get our video back and see Eric’s vision come to life.

We had a log in and forms to fill out that let them know what songs we wanted played when, if there were any songs/dances we wanted to have done and we could update until the day before, which was nice for me since I was changing my processional song a lot. Once we got closer we had a phone conversation to get to know us and our style then we were set up with Nick McAdams who matched with us perfectly! He played everything we wanted, made sure to play anything that was requested by our guests and went above and beyond what we expected. Nick was timely, took control during introductions, even carried my dinner plate to my seat so I wouldn't spill on my dress. I CANNOT say enough good things about this service!

After fiddling with it for an hour (with one of our guests helping, he gave up and said we would have to sing without the lyrics. Fine, not the end of the world, right? Wrong, he then proceeded to fiddle with the service they use to provide songs to sing to (just instrumentals); he also could not get this to work either, and so his solution was to give us a mic and have us sing along to the regular music he was playing... So we paid extra for something we didn't get, and after reaching out to the vendor several times, we still have yet to speak to someone and be offered a refund for a service that was never provided. Everyone loved the wedding, and the only complaints were about the DJ... Never again, Complete Weddings. I would not use this service; they have zero concern for what you want and fail to respond when contacted, and I would not recommend them to anyone!

Took great videos and was like a great referee, you didn't really notice him. Thank you, Josh, and Complete Weddings for making our wedding a wonderful experience. of event planners. However, I would never send one of my students to this vendor. Unprofessional, unengaged. My two pre-event meetings were both over a half an hour late. The DJ at my event wouldn’t have included key events, like the bouquet toss or garter toss, had I not reminded him. Multiple dances and other wedding preferences were disregarded throughout the evening. If you’re going to have a bride and groom fill out a pre-event planning form, it would be expected that the items included on this form would be a part of your evening. The DJ offered no help throughout the night, was rude, and didn’t engage at all with the crowd beyond just playing music. For the money spent, I would go elsewhere.

It was the first quote I received back, so it set the tone for my review of all subsequent quotes I gathered. I paid the deposit and signed the contract. When someone reached out a couple weeks later to introduce himself and ask if I had any questions, I learned that they had NOT provided the correct email/quote to me. The contract was for their signature packages and not what I was lead to believe would be included based on the email that accompanied the quote. After a bit of back and forth, we had a call where I was told we could “meet in the middle” for the difference. Well, somehow to them, the middle of $1700 is $1100! Thank goodness we learned so far ahead of our wedding what type of company we were dealing with so that we could accept their offer for a refund of our deposit and find a reputable company to work with.

prior to using their services and today I feel bamboozled.  The services I used were their DJ, Videographer, Photo Booth and general event coordination services. TLDR: DJ couldn't follow a do not play list, Videographer was very unprofessional, the coordinators lacked communication and final product delivery was very late. DJ service: We supplied the DJ with a list of songs to play during certain times (e.g. for cocktails, for dinner, for dancing) and a specific do not play list. Mainly the do not play list was a specific artist my wife didn't care for that seems to be played at a lot of weddings. The DJ went on to play that artist 4 times. We felt we were being helpful by providing a list of what we wanted to hear (which he did follow for some of it which was appreciated, but  to play a "do not play artist" 4 times makes it seem like he was phoning a lot of it in. Also, we asked the DJ if he was comfortable releasing tables to get food. He said he had done it multiple times before and said he could handle that for us. We felt he wasn't paying very close attention to the pace of the tables and was going way too slow. Video service. We received no communication from our videographer until I poked and prodded Thursday before the wedding on Saturday. His initial response was "I've been doing this for X amount of years..." basically saying don't bother me with any questions.  We had no idea what we would be getting in regards to shots and was given an air of "you get what you get" in regards to shots. On the day of the wedding he seemed professional enough (even though he didn't go up and introduce himself, we had to prompt that interaction). That was until we received our photo booth photos.  We have a picture of our videographer using the photo booth and flipping off the camera. A paid professional gave the bird to our photo booth...slow clap for the stones on that guy.  As for the final video, the edited video was fine but the audio on the speeches were garbage. I would think a “video professional” would know how to mic up speeches…you know something that happens at a lot of weddings. Event coordination.  My video was due 4-6 weeks (i thought it was 8-10) after the event. I received no video or any information on why it was delayed at the 6 week mark. I called and left a message every week for 4 weeks after the due date without a response.  I felt like I was being avoided or ignored.  When trying to contact the company, you call a voicemail box and leave a message. Supposedly they will get back to you within 2-3 days of receiving a message.  When I finally got a hold of someone the response was "we were on vacation" as well as "it's our busy season".  I have no problem with delays...I have a huge problem with it not being communicated to me.  And if you were on vacation for 4 weeks...you could probably put an out-of-office in your voicemail. The lack of customer service to people who spent thousands of dollars at their company was shocking. No "I'm sorry about that" or anything. Basically, they had our money and were going to take as long as they felt to give us the product, if ever. This company should be much more respectful of the day and desire to be a positive part of that day.

He organized a game with the wedding party to help the break the ice that everyone loved and even brought me, the bride, drinks throughout the night continuing to check on how I was. I couldn't believe it. He got us perfectly and absolutely made our night! The music was one of our top concerns and the fact that everyone danced the entire night just proves how above and beyond he went. Would 100% recommend!

s with the video after. The video is horrible, the sound quality cuts in and out, and our guests were not able to hear anything during the ceremony on Zoom. When I reached out to Misty she was unaware that she missed one section of the reception where the father of the groom gave a speech, one memory we will never be able to get back. She also claimed that it was the word of the salesperson against myself and that because I didn't have in writing the things they shared there was nothing she could do, BAD business overall. The video quality is a joke and many videographers in the area have told us that others have found this experience. Misty and Milwaukee Complete were not willing to refund us and getting ahold of them was like pulling teeth. DO NOT do this to yourself. Book somewhere else. Happy to share the video with you if you're considering to truly see how bad it is.

passionate about an event company 😊 Choosing Complete Weddings as my vendor for Photography, Videography, DJ, Photobooth, and Lighting made planning my wedding a lot less stressful and I think their pricing is very reasonable. It was a one stop shop. Because it was so simple, I was a bit uneasy thinking there must be a catch. There wasn’t a catch. 60 days from our wedding we had a phone call discussion on the general planning of things. This included my timeframe, how we wanted the vibe of the wedding to be, and other less detailed decisions. Two weeks from our wedding is when we got more specific with our DJ and Photographer. Matt and Jan, our videographers, came about an hour earlier than expected in order to get a lay of the land and get set up. Both they and our photographer, Torean helped guide us through various shots and made many suggestions that I was grateful for. For example – while my bridal suite was awesome, it was in a basement. Torean suggested we take my dress outside to photograph it with the beautiful fall colors as the background rather than painted cement blocks. I won’t lie he could have just taken the picture in the basement and I wouldn’t have said anything, but he put in a little extra effort. I’m very excited to see how these pictures turned out. We had Josh as our DJ and the moment we got off the phone with him, we knew it was going to be a good night. Josh is highly experienced and was able to incorporate the songs we wanted in with his typical playlist. He was great at communicating with us throughout the night and kept us on our timeline. He also knew how to read the room and if he felt like a song wasn’t going to have people on the floor, he skipped it and later explained why. Misty, who happens to be married to Josh (power couple), was a last minute add on to our event. While her official job at our wedding was to man the photobooth, she did much more. I specifically remember that she helped fix my train right before I walked down the aisle and later went around to the wedding party asking if she could grab us any drinks. These small details make a huge difference. These are the people you want at your wedding!! Thank you all for making our once in a lifetime day so special!

as late and missed all ‘getting ready photos’, photo booth often ran out of paper even though the attendant was present. Many guests stated that they requested songs, that were never played. My brother in law had to coordinate and take lead. Very unprofessional and unable to reach. I have called, emailed, texted requesting status of video and photos over the past few weeks with no reply or feedback. I am very laid back but it was just unbelievable how uncoordinated and unprofessional this group was. Maybe I will feel different once I get my photos and video back, although it has been 9 weeks and no reply or feedback from them.

Our DJ Jeremy was very interactive, and a great entertainer which made the party a success!
