Conceptually Social Catering is led by Chef Malone Deaver, who has more than 16 years of experience in the restaurant industry. An Arizona native, Chef Malone graduated from the Arizona Culinary Institute top of his class with a focus on classical French cuisine. During his illustrious career, he also spent time in South Carolina where he developed a deep appreciation for Southern cooking. He now incorporates all of his skills into creating unique and memorable dishes. Menus at Conceptually Social Catering rotate seasonally to reflect the changing flavors of the natural world. The chefs come from a diversity of backgrounds and blend cooking techniques from a number of traditions.
