was my time to get married, I had a strong vision and idea of who I wanted to help me implement my dream. I always followed Copper + Chloe's work, loved her designs, vision and had the privilege of working with her once a few years ago at my company.
I hired Amanda to do full planning. From the day I booked her, which was about a year and a half out from my Wedding, Amanda still treated me as if I was getting married within a month. Amanda not only has an incredible team who she brings day of, but incredible vendors she works closely with and recommends.
Being a very visual person, Amanda would constantly search high and low to find images or videos all hours of the day to show me. Amanda gave us a first look of our tented reception before all our guests entered and it truly was the most magical moment, seeing everything unfold exactly how you envisioned it to be.
If you are even questioning hiring Copper + Chloe for month of planning or full service, trust me, hire her for EVERYTHING!
I myself was caught up in busy wedding season but Amanda kept me on track with all planning aspects, meetings, phone calls, payments and even just checking in. Getting married at my own venue, with my own business makes it difficult to disconnect and enjoy the process. I always thought I should be doing something but she was always one step ahead of me. It truly was a fresh of breath air, trusting Amanda and her team so we could enjoy our wedding day, including my family which was super important to me.
Amanda and her team also took cake of assembling all our welcome bags, delivering them to the hotels, stuffing and mailing our invitations, and truly anything you needed. It really is the little things that they take off your plate which makes a huge difference. Elisa, was our bridal and church attendant the whole morning and throughout the night. She is beyond incredible, never had to worry where to be at certain times, always by our side and took care of our parents throughout the evening. Our family is still raving about her!
I truly consider Amanda someone I will continue a relationship with even after all our wedding plans!

med the most down to earth, like she was one of my friends. Initially my mom and I were a little hesitant...every girl dreams of planning her wedding and we didn't want to lose that experience. However, it was as if Amanda took all the stress and left us all the fun. While planning the wedding I had a lot on my plate with other things happening in my life - a new career, graduate school, and building a new house. Amanda was so flexible with our meetings and truly helped me enjoy the process. Whenever I needed to talk to her about something or started to feel overwhelmed, she was there! She was so organized and on top of everything, and very honest when it came to budgeting our money.
We hired Copper + Chloe for the full planning and design, and I am so happy we did. She had every contract, every contact, every deadline organized and at my disposal. She helped us allocate money appropriately depending on what was most important to us. The platforms she uses were very user friendly for me....and my parents! She also had mine, my husbands, and parent's best interest in mind with every decision that needed to be made.
The wedding weekend was breeze! Amanda was always there and always prepared. Her assistants, Danielle and Elisa, were absolutely amazing too. Elisa was with me most of the wedding day...running up to my room to get me different shoes when my feet hurt, holding things for me, just anything I needed. They truly are the best of the best.

ugh this process alone and needed help/guidance from someone who had experience.
Truthfully - I’m a “Type A” person and thought I could do everything myself but I quickly learned that SO MUCH MORE goes into planning a wedding than I realized.
After our first phone conversation with Amanda, we just clicked and knew that we needed to hire her to plan and design our wedding. This was THE best decision we made.
Amanda was with us every step of the way throughout the planning process and helped with everything from booking vendors, reading contracts, creating a checklist of to-dos, putting together our hotel welcome bags, day-of coordination, etc. Amanda was even willing to send our save the dates and track RSVPs. From the flowers, to the table settings, to the stationary - every small detail was executed with perfection. Amanda has such an eye for aesthetics and she helped put together my dream black and white, modern, chic wedding.
After getting married, I truly do not know how couples go throughout the process without some sort of planning help or at least day-of coordination. Our day ran so smoothly and everything went off without a hitch all thanks to Amanda and her team.
Words cannot describe how thankful we were to have Amanda by our side on the day-of but also throughout the entire wedding planning process. We are beyond grateful for all of the time and energy that Amanda and her team spent on our special day. We absolutely loved working with her and can’t wait to hire her again for a future event!

Since the first phone call with Amanda back in 2019, we knew she was the right person to help us make sure our special day came together. While I had an idea for what I wanted for our wedding day, admittedly, planning is definitely not my strong suit! Enter Amanda. Throughout the planning process, Amanda continued to amaze me with her ability to manage and navigate so many moving parts that go into planning a wedding, and helped to connect us with other vendors that she knew, trusted, and had great working relationships with which helped ease much stress in the process, even when we had to postpone due to COVID. I am still in awe of Amanda’s attention to detail and her drive to ensure that we were happy throughout the entire planning process, but especially the day of.
Perfect example- on our wedding day we had been going back and forth for the greater part of the day on if we would have our ceremony inside or outside due to chances of a storm. Initially, it was decided that to play it safe, everything would be set up inside. With an hour? (if that) left before the ceremony, the percentage of rain decreased slightly and Amanda, knowing how important it was to my husband and I that our ceremony was outside, made this happen for us. In an hour, she had flipped the entire ceremony and she herself was moving florals, signage etc. – and truly did not even looked phased by this last minute change. All to ensure we were happy.
On the day of our wedding, Amanda told my husband and I - “I just love this stuff” when thanking her for handling all the behind-the-scenes so that we didn’t have to, and it was truly evident- her love for her work shows in each wedding that she puts together. Could not recommend her more!

, but Amanda offered a Wedding Management package which was exactly what I needed!! She worked with us in the final weeks leading up to our wedding to coordinate everything with the vendors. We also had phone calls where I would share my vision and things I needed help executing for the day. She was always available in those final weeks to answer any questions or concerns I had. Hiring Amanda was THE BEST decision I could have made. She made the most stressful parts of wedding planning so much easier by being the extra person I needed. She knew exactly what to do to keep the day running smoothly. She is so helpful and easy to work with. She did more than I could have ever asked, and having her there the day-of helped relieve so much stress. I cannot recommend her enough. If I could do it all over, I would have hired her from the start to plan our entire wedding because she is THAT GOOD. I cannot recommend her enough for wedding management and planning! We ended up planning a micro wedding and our full-blown wedding within the span of a year with Amanda and it was incredible! Both events were aesthetically unique and so gorgeous in their own right. It's undeniable that Amanda has an eye for design and can bring your vision to life while also adding pieces to your day that you never even imagined!
Aside from her creativity, Amanda knows how to flawlessly execute a party like no other. She is organized and knows exactly how to get things done. She also knows the best vendors in the wedding industry and they work so well together to make your wedding dreams come true.

owever, Amanda is much more than that. On our wedding day, we realized the florist was missing 1 table arrangement. Amanda was able to take control of the problem and resolve it while I continued to get ready for the day. She called a local florist for a flower stand and allocated flowers from the wedding to the table. We additionally had many hiccups along the way - whether it was the bridesmaids dresses, the seating chart, or the table numbers. Amanda coordinated all of the vendors and handled all communication. She was a great support system, and there for me through all of our ups and downs as it relates to the pandemic. My husband and are so incredibly thankful for Amanda, and can not wait to work with her again in the future.

ether, planning what we thought was a 250 person wedding weekend of 5 events in three months. It sounded impossible but Amanda was fully on board when our venue confirmed they were available. And then covid happened, and that date got rescheduled THREE TIMES. And each time, Amanda was there to keep me calm and work with every one of our vendors to confirm their availability, redo all of our contracts, and keep everyone on track to our new date, did I mention THREE TIMES FOR FIVE EVENTS? She had the patience of a saint while keeping her attention on all of the details that were important to me. She entertained my crazy ideas about possible ceremony spaces and first look locations, found the right dress for my afterparty and the tent for my welcome dinner. Then, to complicate life further, I had a baby 4 months before our wedding and had NO bandwidth to finalize what I hadn’t done yet. Thankfully I fully trusted Amanda to put the rest together, and it all came out stunning. We got lost on a golf cart together, and it was a highlight of my wedding day. I hired an amazing event coordinator and ended up with an amazing friend, and I hope we get to work together again.

wedding date, I thought I had everything figured out without a wedding planner. Fast forward a whole year, and I wanted to completely change my entire vision, had no idea where to start, and that's where copper + chloe came in. I had no experience with the wedding industry and after just one phone call with Amanda I knew I needed her for design and day-of coordination. She has so much knowledge of this industry, and helped me get through planning/designing stress free. After my florist told us she could no longer do my wedding 3 weeks before our date, Amanda went above and beyond to find me a new florist who was brilliant. Amanda is literally a miracle worker! Although Amanda could not be there on my actual wedding day (for reasons we discussed prior), the women she sent to do day of coordination were awesome (shout out to Blaire and Amanda)! Everything from design, seating charts, florals, décor, vendor suggestions, and timeline was absolute perfection. She brought my vision to life in ways I could never even imagine. My husband was very reluctant to hire a planner, thinking we could do it all on our own. After the wedding, his exact words were "Thank God for Amanda." If you are contemplating using copper + chloe, DO IT. Your wedding day will be nothing short of perfection. my phone to prove it), I didn't have a clue on how to make any of it happen. Then Amanda, Copper + Chloe's lead planner, came along. It wasn't until working with her that I realized my Pinterest wedding dreams could happen in real life. And they did, and then some. In addition to curating the absolute dream team of vendors that aligned with the romantic, traditional but modern aesthetic we were envisioning, she kept the process organized, stress-free, and — seriously — fun. The only person who cares about details more than I do is Amanda. I never had to worry about a thing, because if she knew about it, it was handled. From keeping me on track with payments, to putting together my invitation suites and mailing them out, or prepping our hotel welcome boxes, there was no task that was too big or too small for the Copper + Chloe team. Beyond being incredibly talented and resourceful, Amanda is kind, passionate, and the type of person you want to surround yourself with in both a friendly and professional setting, which makes her the most perfect wedding planner. Just like us, our parents, family, and bridal party adored her and her team. True story: They got an espresso martini stain off of the mother of the groom's dress *minutes* before she had to walk down the aisle. Our wedding was truly the most beautiful, perfect day of our lives because of Amanda. Guests are still talking about the details of the day, all which never would have happened without her. he was the only planner I spoke to that immediately understood the vision and seemed to TRULY care. She’s fun to work with, super creative and simply just gets shit done. Her organization & attention to detail are seriously impressive. I had zero wedding planning stress and this was during a freaking pandemic, & that’s all bc of Amanda + team! I tell everyone the best decision I made was hiring Copper & Chloe. Worth every penny. Our wedding went off with zero issues. Everyone kept asking me why I was so chill the entire time and it was because I didn’t have anything to worry about! I felt completely supported throughout the whole process down to the day of. My fiancé loved working with Amanda as well, she understood he wanted to make sure it was a big party and she truly delivered. If you’re on the fence about a planner let this be your sign to hire Amanda. You definitely won’t regret it.

hat we chose to have Amanda as our day-of coordinator. We decided this a year out from our wedding date, of course not knowing what 2020 would bring. We chose to have our wedding on our original date in August 2020 no matter what it ended up looking like, and Amanda supported us every step of the way. With every twist and turn (canceling our original venue 6 weeks out and planning it all over again at a new venue outdoors), and all of the stress that surrounded us, Amanda kept us at ease and I never doubted that the day would be beautiful and perfect. The team is wonderful - shout out to Elisa, who was simply the best and made me feel so comfortable throughout the day as well!! ere was a vibe that I was going for based off of a party that a particular influencer had thrown and as I was explaining it to Amanda, she finished my sentence and knew who I was talking about before I even said her name!
Due to Covid I had to postpone a destination wedding in Italy and plan a backyard wedding in less than 3 months. The idea seemed daunting at first and I wasn’t even sure if Amanda would be willing to take on a new client during this time and with short notice (AND with just having a newborn!) But I am so lucky that she did! I am someone who is crazy about detail and am totally type A and I knew I didn’t want your average backyard wedding. Amanda was able to completely transform our home and we couldn’t even believe we were sitting in our own backyard. Her attention to detail is unmatched and everything came together perfectly! Every vendor she recommended was top notch! We chose each one without ever meeting them in person or even taste testing the catering menu. We put total faith in her choices and they did not disappoint at all! All of our guests raved about the gorgeous florals, the detailed decor, the amazing food and incredible staff.
On top of it all, we had a huge storm a few days before the wedding and had no power for 4 days. When I reached out to Amanda to tell her that we might be without power for the day of, she immediately jumped in ready to go with plans B, C and D to make sure we would pull this off no matter what!
We could not be happier with how our wedding turned out and choosing Copper and Chloe was the best decision we could have made. Thank you so much for creating a day that was a complete dream!

I must highlight the fact that she even took a day out of her bday trip to the West Coast and met up with us to discuss the potential of her planning our wedding. Needless to say we didn't even think twice before hiring such an amazing and accommodating professional. We hired her for wedding management about a year out from our wedding and I can't tell you how great it was to have unlimited communication throughout the process! She even visited our venue when we couldn't and familiarized herself with the space. Planning remotely given we were out of state was no easy feat but with Amanda she made it feel effortless. She would even check in with us when she didn't hear from us in awhile and even set up personal phone calls that accounted for the time zone difference! In regards to details she created the most beautiful design board that matched exactly what I was looking for. She has impeccable taste and great ideas that really gave life to my vision. Fast forward to the day of and her services were nothing short of flawless. Both her and her team (Elisa specifically) were both professional and personable. They took care of all logistics while also engaging in a way that left an exceptional lasting impression. I can confidently say that Copper and Chloe's services are the reason our wedding was a success. I would highly recommend their services to anyone planning an upcoming event! I promise they will not disappoint. The entire day ran so smoothly that I constantly received compliments and inquiries about who I used for planning services. he weeks leading up to our wedding and especially the day of, I cannot explain how incredibly valuable and wonderful she is. Amanda’s attention to detail and romantic styling in every event that she curates is always awe inspiring, so to have the opportunity to work with her on our wedding was so amazing! She not only has an eye for design, color and styling, but she is extremely organized and knowledgable of this industry. For those who are on the fence about hiring a planner, do it and Amanda is your person.
There are so many facets to planning a wedding- namely, working with multiple vendors and a venue while balancing planning, life, family and work.. it is not an easy feat. Amanda made the planning process so easy for us from start to finish. Meeting with her was like grabbing coffee with a friend, effortless but so efficient. The to-do list was always manageable, nothing felt like “work”. She worked with our vision and ideas and created a mood board complete with visuals, textures and details that made everything much more defined. She coordinated with each of our vendors with questions and follow ups so that we could focus on other elements of our wedding. Any questions we had or our vendors had, she was there immediately with an answer. She was honest and real with us during every step of the process, which was so refreshing and reassuring! The day of, she set up the reception space and worked with each vendor and the incoming deliveries, everything was seamless and it was absolutely stunning. I wasn’t feeling well during cocktail hour (probably because I didn’t eat!) and Amanda was there with appetizers while assisting my mom with bustling my dress and making sure we were on our timeline. She timed our event down to the minute and again, it was seamless and allowed us to focus on our guests and the day.
Amanda is honest, kindhearted, trustworthy, timely, organized and knowledgeable- she is everything you need and want in a planner. I want to plan every party with her! I can’t recommend copper + chloe enough to any bride or host of party, Amanda is it! I can only hope to work with her again!

amazing, smooth, beautiful, and exactly everything we wanted in a wedding if it was not for Amanda, her support, guidance, and professionalism throughout the process. Especially considering the type of wedding + venue we chose, a private home + outdoor tented wedding - there were so many moments we stopped and thought how much of a mess it would have been without Amanda LOL! We chose the partial planning package with copper + chloe and right from the start/early stages of planning Amanda guided us, kept us on track, understood our vision, and ALWAYS pointed us in the right direction with vendors, design, etc. She has so many amazing connections and always has a solution to a situation. We had monthly check-ins via phone and she even came out to our home (the venue) several times for meetings. And outside of our scheduled meetings, we often communicated via text or through Instagram sharing ideas and what not. Amanda was willing to take on things/responsibilities that seriously blew us away and also REALLY took a weight off our shoulders -- from organizing/sending out the invites to coming out a day before with her lovely husband to help set up SO MUCH of the rentals. Such team players! Then when it came to wedding day - she again absolutely crushed it! She made sure every little detail was perfect and set up as discussed, dealt with our crazy family and guests (lol), made sure everyone and everything happened on time and as planned in her incredibly detailed timeline, and made sure the groom and I were happy and taken care of. We didn't have to worry about a single thing, vendor, etc. Lastly, shout-out to her amazing assistant who was so sweet, helpful, and professional as well! We are beyond thrilled and satisfied with our decision to hire copper + chloe -- and like I said we CANNOT thank you enough for everything! xoxo

ss, so hiring Amanda for our design planner for our wedding was the best decision!!! She was so easy to talk to, completely understood the visions I had and helped me really enhance them. She was so quick to respond whenever I had questions, was so helpful with recommending other vendors while helping us stay within our budget. She continuously checked in and followed up to make sure we had everything we needed to throw the best party of our lives!! She’s is absolutely an expert in her field and a natural at design, decor and planning. She is so extremely organized and helps you to feel so confident with everything down to the little details. She genuinely cares about her couples and it shows in her work! Design and wedding planning might seem like an added expense initially, but I assure you it is money well spent to take the stress away from you during such a busy time and ensures your day is absolutely stunning and perfect!!! No job is too big or too small for Amanda. She’s the best in the area, you’ll never regret hiring her!!

hired her in October, I would text or email Amanda questions and she was always so gracious, so prompt to respond and super helpful with her advice and guidance. Not only was it invaluable to have her with us the day of the wedding but in the weeks leading up to it. On the day-of she made sure I worried about nothing and that everything was handled - even when I made it a logistical nightmare by having three separate locations for getting ready, photos, and the actual wedding ceremony/venue itself. She handled every question and concern I had with a smile and was prompt to solve any issues that would arise. hat. About two months before my wedding Amanda drove from NJ to Long Island to meet with me and see my venue. We discussed ideas, and details, and plans for the actual wedding day. Then a month or so before the wedding she stared reaching out to all of my vendors and putting together a very detailed and organized timeline for the day of. I didn’t have to deal with any of this. It was so much weight off my shoulders. We spoke on the phone a handful of times to go over any last minute details or questions and she let me know she was available for any additional phone time should I have needed it. All of her organization, talent, and attention to detail made me feel so assured and relieved going into a normally very overwhelming day. On the day of the wedding she was my actual right hand. Curling my hair, getting me a drink, applying my lip gloss, holding my train, making sure the photographer didn’t keep us anywhere too long, all while making sure everything decorated correctly, all my family and bridal party were in the right places at the right times, answering questions from the maître d. Instead of being pulled a 100 different places and answering a million different questions that day she dealt with all of it. Amanda was the best vendor I had the pleasure of having with me on my wedding day. She is friendly, funny, personable, and genuinely cares about her clients. I cannot recommend her enough!

ter going through the day he admits that our wedding would have been significantly more stressful had she not been there. Amanda was truly a saving grace for our wedding day. From managing quick transitions from plan A to plan B due to abrupt weather changes, to helping spot check my lipgloss for photographs Amanda was there for all of the major and minor details.
Going through this process, meeting with endless vendors can become extremely overwhelming. You realize you want and need people advocating for you and the vision you had for your wedding day. From one of the first few meetings I had with Amanda, I could tell that she would be my go to person who would give me her honest opinion, advocate for me and most importantly help guide me through this process. She was more than just a day of coordinator, as she helped me find a stationary company, assisted in the final proofs of our wedding invitations and even went as far as assembling and mailing my invitations out among other things!
Amanda is kind, compassionate and clearly passionate about what she does. Her organizational skills and acute awareness and sensitivity to details are just some of her best qualities. I will be forever grateful to her for everything she did to make my wedding day the amazing day it was.

on the morning of our wedding. We went back and forth on booking someone, but I'm super glad we did. We are very DIY and made everything ourselves, invites, signs, etc. But having Amanda there to set it all up and troubleshoot the little last minute details really assured a successful event. Our garlands didn't show up, and she went to wholefoods to grab us some fresh greenery which she styled on our long tables. Our shuttle left early and she worked to get in touch with them to make sure they were picking up the hotel guests. We didn't have her stay longer than the ceremony, but I wish I did! I forgot to throw my bouquet (and my clean up staff ended up throwing it away) and I 100% know that would not have happened with her there. Amanda is very detail oriented and covered all the bases we needed her to. She met with us multiple times and walked our venue, suggested locations for our lounge and good trucks, and let us follow our own design choices. Her style is also top notch, very very good taste! I would 1000% recommend booking her, especially if you don't think you need her. Take it from me... you do!!!

UST ME - on the day of your wedding you are going to be SO THANKFUL that you have someone running the show.
I felt an instant connection with Amanda from our very first phone call - she was reassuring and accommodating about my concerns and requests. During the weeks leading up to my wedding we texted more times than I can count, had phone calls and emailed back and forth to organize final details. Amanda took care of coordinating with my vendors, created a wedding day timeline, and tied up loose ends I didn't even realize needed attention.
Her attention to detail during the wedding planning process was comforting. She went to bat for me multiple times and made sure that I, as her bride, was her number 1 priority.
I would recommend copper + chloe to anyone looking for assistance during the final stages of their planning process and who wants to have true peace of mind on their wedding day.
Amanda is headstrong, organized, thorough, friendly and warm - and now I even think of her as a friend!
