We will forever be thankful that we found her on this website from reviews just like this. They are all true and you better believe every word because Suzanne is the real deal; she can and will do it all. She has connections with the top notch vendors in the area. You can guarantee you will find exactly the right match for you and your special day. All of her vendor connections know her so well and adore her very much. It is just as easy to work with them, and they are all just as pleasant as it is to work with Suzanne. Suzanne also provides more than just one option for all of her recommended vendors in accordance to your budget and vision, which she constantly keeps in mind. She is very organized and has many of her own templates/tools to assist you during the process. The motto she lives by is "it's your vision, your event, our expertise." Suzanne takes giving you your dream wedding to heart, and the main mission is to accomplish just that. You will never, ever feel like just another wedding to her. With your in-person check-ins (if you live in the area), her accessibility, and prompt responses ensure you are always be on the same page regardless of where you are located. We did not have a problem getting a hold of her at any time, and she will respond to you in a very timely, professional manner. While you know she has other clients of all different packages for her services, Suzanne makes you and your wedding feel like it is her only one. We would look forward to our in person meetings at her home office to not only stay on track with our wedding planning schedule but it was also just nice to chat with her and get to know her on a personal level. Suzanne knows when it is time for work and play because she will make sure you are actively checking off the items on your to do list while asking you how your day was too. She is with you every step of the way. By the time the big special day came, we knew we certainly did not have to worry about a thing, and we were right about that! It definitely goes a long way to have the leadership and expertise of Couture Events running your wedding day. We could always count on her to have the answers, keep the timeline moving along, and all the little things in between. For a process that right off the bat seems very overwhelming and makes one feel clueless on where to begin, Suzanne made it as stress-free as possible while always providing trusted knowledge, direction, and guidance along the way. we knew we needed full support, and from our very first call, Suzanne, the Owner and Event Coordinator, made us feel completely taken care of. We chose her higher tier package because we needed all the guidance we could get, and it was absolutely the best decision. She helped us narrow down destinations, select venues, and coordinated our initial tours and vendor introductions. After deciding on our venue, she and her team traveled with us on our follow up visit where we met all of our key vendors. Throughout the planning process, she guided us through décor decisions, food selections, budget conversations, and vendor negotiations, always helping us understand what was reasonable and where we could save. She reached out to bridal boutiques for me, managed the mailing of our invitations for our 180 guests, and kept every detail organized. One of the most helpful parts of working with Suzanne was the structure she created. She built beautiful vision boards for each event with themes, color palettes, and styling direction and shared them with vendors so everyone was aligned. She kept us on track with detailed checklists and created a full timeline for the entire weekend so every vendor and every family member knew exactly where to be and when. Throughout the two and a half years of planning, Suzanne was incredibly communicative, always responding quickly to all of our questions, ideas, and examples. And when last minute changes popped up during the wedding weekend, she and her team handled everything so smoothly that we barely had to think about it. Even after the wedding, she continued to support us by sharing helpful post-wedding resources, including recommended dry cleaners for preserving my dress and services for legally changing my last name. It was such a thoughtful touch and something we really appreciated. We could go on and on about the countless things Suzanne did for us. Beyond her expertise, she is simply a joy to work with. She is kind, warm, cheerful, and genuinely loves what she does, which really shows. We always looked forward to our calls with her. Our wedding turned out to be the most beautiful and special weekend we could have imagined, and we truly could not have planned any of it without Suzanne. We wholeheartedly recommend her and her team, and we are so grateful we got to work with her!
