Facilities and Capacity Nestled on over 17 sprawling acres, Crooked Willow comfortably seats up to 350 of your closest friends and family. Couples have the option of hosting their ceremony and/or reception either indoors in the venue's 6,000-square-foot Event Center, with its neutral-toned pallet wall and chandeliers, or outdoors under a beautiful metal arbor that can be decorated with floral décor to enhance its rustic beauty. Services Offered Couples who entrust their union to Crooked Willow benefit from a wide array of wedding-related services. Options include, but are not limited to, the following: Consultation Liability insurance Preferred vendors Setup Wireless internet Cuisine Crooked Willow’s talented culinary team prides itself on providing couples and their guests with excellent cuisine and outstanding service. Couples may choose from six different caterers that range in buffet, family, plated, or station serving style options. For a truly delightful dining experience, their preferred caterers provide the following catering services: Tastings Server(s) Hors d'oeuvres Other Facilities Crooked Willow features a variety of versatile spaces for couples to utilize during their wedding celebration. This venue also features two fully-furnished wedding suites for wedding day preparation and a barn like you have never seen before which is used as a gathering space for family during pictures. With a full bar in the upper level of the barn, it serves as a unique space for a private wedding party social hour after your ceremony. re were lots of questions! We had hoped for an outdoor ceremony, but they were very flexible when the weather did not cooperate, and were able to move everything inside. They have a list of caterers, and other vendor recommendations to choose from local to the Alexandria MN area. The venue space is simple, but beautiful, we did not have to do much as far as decorations. Another thing we appreciated was having the suites for both the bridal party and groomsmen to get ready in on site. These suites are spacious, and and very vendor friendly. My husband and I couldn't have asked for a better day, everything went wonderful. We highly recommend holding your event here!!

When our ring bearer lost the sole of his shoe 10 minutes before our ceremony, Derek had the shoe fixed in no time! I recommend Crooked Willow for any event! The large venue made a perfect wedding venue, and the barn is perfect for smaller gatherings. There are also separate cabins for the couple's individual groups to get ready. We were able to use all areas for the day.

for! We also ended up moving our ceremony location at 8pm the night before because of weather, and Derek was more than accommodating. The day of, they made sure everything ran smoothly, from set up, to directing traffic, and making sure all vendors had what they needed. Honestly, can't recommend Crooked Willow enough!!
