I, my family, friends, and special candid moments that I didn't even notice. The best part is that no one felt any cameras in the way or in their face at all, including us. So incredibly thankful I chose to go with this team for our wedding. They responded to every single e-mail, question and concern I had. I am actually speechless at our wedding video. I have watched it every day if not twice a day since they sent it. They work so incredibly hard on their craft, and you can tell every shot and edit of the video is made with LOVE! They were also very familiar with Longan's Place, our venue, with past shots of other weddings there to show us - bonus! On our wedding day, 4/27/18, it poured rain. Traffic was real bad mostly because of it causing a large majority of our guests to be late ... including one of our DLP photographers. Clearly enduring the traffic, they obviously rushed and were drenched when I first saw them for my getting ready photos. Totally understandable that they were late. 15 minutes isn't even that late in my opinion considering the circumstance. Despite the rough start, they were super nice, remained very professional the entire night, and stayed later than our agreed end time to compensate. Really appreciated that. The rain caused us all to rush a bit from the time to get to the venue to our first dance; The venue was mostly outdoors. However, not once did DLP rush us through any of it. What stood out to me was how patient the DLP team were. That day, I realized it gets tough when corralling my large family as they liked to float off after being gathered for photos. -_- ugh. DPL knew exactly what to do. Not only did they get to shoot every photo we wanted from our family pictures list, they even helped to collect everyone. Lol. The whole experience went smoothly. Needless to say, I was more than pleased with the resulting photos; They were beautiful. I highly recommend. ^_^

From past experiences, I was worried that we would spend a lot of money for photos and video that would not reflect our vision, which was to capture our guests and our love for each other in it's truest form on our special day. Our wedding was very unique and non-traditional in many ways, and it took a very special team to not only capture this on camera and film... but to also to "understand" where we were coming from due to this. From start to finish we felt right at home with the Dana Lynn gang. They are professional yet also down-to-earth artists that are very interested in listening to their clients. They never imposed their ideas over ours and yet knew exactly how to work through our personal vision to make the end results even better than we could ever have imagined. During the actual event they made us feel very comfortable. Most of the time we didn't even realize they were there capturing so many special moments. The artists were fun and even funny, making us laugh during times when we were nervous. They were timely and knew exactly what to do upon arrival. It's been over 5 months and people still remember the video summary we shared on our personal social media platforms as soon as we received it. It was simply magical and we are so very grateful because it was truly perfect! e sure we didn't have any doubts. The day of the wedding was flawless. They truly made our wedding experience amazing. I did a first look with my father and those pictures were breathtaking. I asked for less posed shots and more candids. Our guests said they were amazing being behind the scenes and I honestly don't remember seeing them during the ceremony. When I saw my pictures, we received more pictures than expected. The shots and moments captured exceeded everything. They were so friendly, so easy to work with and we really are happy that we picked them. You wouldn't go wrong with Dana Lynn!

er hand did not live up to my expectations in the slightest. I told my photographer right away I am not great at posing and to coach me but she did not. It felt like she was snapping away without looking and was rushing. People were making jokes like "does she have somewhere else to be?". My pictures truly reflected that. Me and my husband were captured in unflattering poses during special moments. There were only a handful of usable pictures. When I was sent my preview, I actually cried at the pictures they sent me and questioned how I looked. I had a list of several important shots that I wanted to be taken and when I received my photos, most of them did not happen. For example, a picture of me and my bridesmaids on my bed popping champagne. One image we are looking away and the next I have the champagne bottle in my face. The pictures were not as artsy as I had seen on their Instagram. I wrote to Dana Lynn after receiving my preview and she said she was sorry I was upset, they cant alter my body to make me look good in pictures, and hopefully I like the rest. There is also not a huge selection of songs for the video unless you want to pay extra. At the end of the day, I would have chosen them for the video but definitely not for the photography. But it could have just been that one photographer because I know the company has several.

husband). We had a lot of back and forth, as I am a New Yorker and got married in Florida, but they were always very quick to respond and alter the contract for what I needed. My husband and I met with Igor, our main photographer, and he was so nice and assured us he would get everything we wanted. He stressed that the day was about us having fun, and to let him deal with the rest. Needless to say, Igor and his team worked seamlessly, to the point where I wondered if I was going to get a lot of pictures because I didn't notice them doing their job. It rained on our wedding day but that didn't stop Igor & team from getting amazing shots and patiently waiting out the rain due to our outdoor venue. 8 weeks later and we've received our pictures and video and I am completely blown away. The pictures are natural and perfectly captured my husband and I, our family and friends the way I hoped they would. Our video is out of this world. I wanted it to reflect the fun we had at our wedding and it did just that - so perfectly that I've watched it about 50 times in the last 24 hours. You cannot go wrong with Dana Lynn, they are phenomenal.

it POURED. I was a wreck all morning wondering how we were going to pull everything off. The DLP crew unexpectedly arrived almost 2 hours early. When I spoke with the gentleman working on our photography, he said they wanted to make sure they got there early because they know how things are when it rains and how it usually has an impact on the timing. I kid you not, I was so grateful I was trying not to cry! It was such a relief to work with a team who genuinely cared about making sure your day went well, as opposed using these situations to nickel and dime you. Everyone was so kind, professional, and willing to work with the terrible weather conditions. The DLP team was a huge part of making our wedding an amazing one, regardless of the weather. I got the impression that they all love their job and really wanted to be there. We haven't gotten our wedding video and photos back yet but I know they're going to be absolutely beautiful! The day of the wedding the team showed up on time (very punctual) and ready to go. They introduced themselves and immediately got to work. I decided to go with Melanie as the lead photographer for my engagement and wedding pictures. She and her team were amazing, we felt very comfortable with them and they took beautiful pictures. I found Dana Lynn through much google-ing and even in person meetings with other companies and I have to say this was the best decision I could have made. Tasha was my main photographer and Melissa was my main videographer along with 2 other amazing women assisting them both (p.s. was soooo excited to have an all woman team. Girl power!). This team seemed like they were perfectly handpicked for me and I can not say enough good things about these 4 women. They made me feel comfortable, excited, and at ease. They were ALL constantly on it and giving me the direction I much needed to ensure the shots I wanted. The dedication Tasha showcased in order to "get the shot" was unimaginable to me. Laying in the middle of Duval Street on a Saturday night in Key West is going above and beyond the call of duty. Instead of side eyeing or disagreeing with some of the different elements of my wedding (wearing sneakers, wanting some rather “strange” pics with the crazies of Key West and dealing with me insisting I wear my cross body Kate Spade), they embraced it and made me feel super cool for it! We never felt rushed, never felt for one second like we had to specifically ask them to get a picture of something (because they were always 2 steps ahead of us), and we never felt like they looked at our event as just another wedding. I had so many people come up to me after the wedding and say comments like “your photographers were ON IT” and “wow, your photographers were really getting everything.” To Tasha and Mellisa and your 2 assistants (I’m so so sorry I can not remember their names), Bryan and I thank you from the bottom of our hearts for your professionalism and excitement throughout our wedding; you provided the best experience I could think of and we are so excited to see all these (what I’m sure are) amazing shots! Dana Lynn's team blew us away! Igor was wonderful. He captured every moment and was great to work with. I loved that he didn't have to constantly take us away from our day to take pictures. We purchased video and photography for our wedding, and both were very much worth the investment. Our lead photographer, Stephanie, and her assistant, Jehovy, were engaging and professional. Stephanie's "look for my purple hair" and "no hanging arms" mantras made for a fun time taking photos. Stephanie was also dedicated to getting the shots just right, and she knew just how to position people to get the right photos. They made everyone comfortable and respected the timeline for the wedding day. Our videographers were Alex and Sara, whom we had requested specifically after seeing a video on Dana Lynn's vimeo page that we loved. These two were amazing! They seemed to be everywhere yet not in the way of events, and they managed to capture all our special moments. They too were engaging and professional, and we appreciated that they were assertive in asking for certain shots that ultimately made for a great video. If you want to know how great our 2 teams were: during a lull near the end of our reception, the 4 team members came up to us and said, "we have about 20 minutes left on our time and we want to make sure you get all your money's worth, so can we take you back out on the beach for a few minutes and get more pictures and video of you two?" Some of the resulting photos and video were some of our favorites. We don't know who the editing team was behind the scenes, but when we got our edited video and our pictures, we were so pleased. They clearly have a great editing team that supports the photographers and videographers. Overall, the pricing was highly competitive, and our money went a long way with Dana Lynn, much farther than it would have gone with other companies. The ability to have photography and videography from one company was also pretty unique in our experience. The staff clearly know what they are doing, and we always felt that we were in good hands. The final products have been great, and my wife and I highly recommend this company. Thank you for capturing our wedding day!

They captured all of the important moments and stayed on with us after we asked them to stay an extra hour when we began to run behind schedule. The photos and videos are high quality, captured great candids and posed moments. My only complaint would be that I (the bride) didn't get to take photos alone before the ceremony but I didn't take away a star because the day of was extremely hectic and I was hidden in a back room so the photographers probably didn't know where I was hiding! Just make sure to provide a timeline and location and have someone grab the photographer to pass by wherever you are if you haven't gotten the photos you wanted. Overall they were awesome day of, and the finished product was beautiful!

eo for wedding videos, I was surprised at the quality of ALL the videos. I was sold !!! I knew I wanted them to make my wedding video just by watching again and again for months their wonderful work. After hiring them for videography, I then decided to cancel my already booked photography package, and also do this with them. From the first couple emails they were always so informative and nice, I knew I wanted them for everything! And so I did. I booked video, photos, and photo booth with them. Let me just say…. How wonderful of a decision!!! They are a dream!!! A dream team !!! on the wedding day, they arrived right on time and quickly greeted me with a smile, the entire team was soooooo nice, they made me feel comfortable right away. I believe I had one photographer, two videographers and even an assistant. Before the wedding I had explained what I mainly wanted to capture on my wedding day. They did exactly that – and more! The team is passionate about what they do- and im serious , they had wonderful ideas for cool photos and video shots, they were passionate to share the ideas and they got excited when they grabbed a good shot ! I could just tell how much they enjoy what they do. I hired them for a full long 8 hours, I can honestly say they were there for me, shooting each little detail the entire time, they were so dedicated I even had to remind them they needed to eat later at the reception!!!!!! that’s right ! they had ideas for everything, they were behind myself for everything !! I just cant thank them enough. My family up to date, still talks about how great they were, they acknowledge the fact that they were always one step ahead. I just received my video highlight and let me just say – all the dreams I had for my own wedding captured in a video- they made it come true ! all of it ! the video is high quality, it is professional , it is romantic and you can just tell how much effort was put into it. I asked them to edit a few scenes here and there- they got back to me the next day – wow !!!!! From the initial phone call I knew I was working with the best, Do yourself a favor and book with them!!! The photo booth was also a hit and I had the photos quickly, and also they worked with me to change the font of the strip etc. I can honestly say that there are very few teams out there that can do it all- and do it with passion. I am beyond blessed I found them, and I will forever be grateful, for years and years to come for their professionalism. I have yet to see my wedding photos, and honestly I am not even worried. I am beyond confident they will be perfection. Thank you guys !!!!!!!!!!! you are the best in the industry in my opinion, don’t change! thought taking professional photos would feel awkward, but she made it super easy on us. She did a very good job positioning us in photos in a way that really made everything feel natural and fun. She also captured photos of us in the perfect light. We would recommend Melanie, and by extension I'm sure the entire staff at Dana Lynn, for any future events!
