I have nothing but the absolute BEST things to say about working with Deanna. She is a PHENOMENAL planner. She truly listens to what you are trying to achieve with your event, an...
d she makes it happen all while remaining incredibly calm and kind. They say that usually one thing goes wrong with your wedding day but I am someone who can say nothing went wrong on my special day thanks to Deanna. Not only is she spectacular, but every single vendor she recommended and every person on her team was exceptionally skilled and a joy to work with. Deanna is one of a kind!!!!!!!!
I just don’t know where to start with our praise for Deanna Nash. I’d known Deanna professionally for a number of years. I work at a country club where Deanna has been the event ...
planner for countless weddings over the years, and she did the same for a good friend of mine a few years ago. I don’t work with Deanna, but I know that the folks at my club who do all heap praise on her for her caring attitude, her creativity and her attention to detail. So when my husband and I got engaged, one of the first things we did was to seek out a professional wedding planner. We were out of town and jumped on a Zoom with Deanna - which really broke the ice. As soon as that call wrapped, we knew that Deanna was the one we’d be spending the next 10 months with leading up to our wedding. She put together a detailed proposal for her services, and after that, I don’t think we even spoke with anyone else. We had great confidence - and we knew we’d be in good hands. If I had to look back, I’m certain that between my husband and I, we exchanged hundreds of emails, many Zoom meetings and any number of phone calls as we nailed all the plans down tight. Deanna is a seasoned professional, and her relationships with vendors, designers and others really helped us steer the course correctly. She’s done so many weddings, but she gave us the attention we needed, and really helped us think outside the box with ideas that made our day special. She arranged visits to a few different rental companies so that we could help narrow down our design choices. She offered suggestions for florists, bakers, photographers and more. She built a website for us and helped arrange contracts with hotels, lighting companies - and on and on and on. We struggled finding a venue for our rehearsal dinner, but she made it easy - with a fantastic suggestion and an introduction to the manager. She helped to coordinate flowers and arrangements that weren’t even part of the wedding day itself; delivered guest boxes to various hotels where our guests were staying … and so much more. She visited the wedding venue with us multiple times, walking us through the space, making suggestions and taking notes, truly making sure that we were pleased with everything. At the end of all of this, on our wedding day, she provided a sense of calm and control. We’d done a lot ourselves … but on that day, we turned it all over to her - and it ran like clockwork. Capping off the night, going well above and beyond what we ever expected, Deanna gathered up our gifts and brought them back to our house - and waited for us outside of our after party, bringing us home when the night was finished. More than an incredible / amazing wedding planner, we now consider Deanna to be our friend - and our day wouldn’t have been as special had it not been for her steady and guiding hand. Thank you, Deanna, for all you did for us on the most incredible day of our lives!
There aren't enough words to explain how amazing Deanna is! She stuck with us through two different postponements due to COVID and was always on top of everything. She's an absolut...
e pleasure to work with and is the only reason our wedding day ran smoothly. Everyone needs a Deanna to coordinate their weddings, and my husband and I feel so lucky to have found her! Highly HIGHLY recommend hiring her for any and all events :)

bed things for us (forgetful and stressed out bride) the day of the wedding. She even helped create and put up some last minute greenery for me because my brain couldn't think of any more wedding details. Deanna saved the day in multiple ways! Our wedding went off without a hitch. Even our big bridal party commented on what a great job Deanna did, and all guests couldn't stop raving about our wedding and how perfect it went off. Thank you Deanna for all that you did for us! We are forever grateful!

g, listened well to our questions, worked with us on our constraints, and realized a beautiful ceremony that reflected both of our personalities.
What really impressed us was how she took our input on our style preferences and translated it. It felt like the sum was greater than the parts with how lighting, ambience, ceremony, and reception all tied together into a wonderful evening.
She was a delight and made the wedding process much smoother with her expertise and enthusiasm. Would definitely recommend Deanna and her amazing team!
Deanna is seriously a wedding fairy godmother. I interviewed multiple wedding planners prior to choosing one and within minutes of sitting down with her, I knew she was the one. ...
She is so caring, honest, dedicated, understanding and seriously a jack of all trades in the wedding industry. I gave her pictures and spoke through some of my ideas and she came up with everything so perfectly. The wedding ran SO smoothly, it was seriously perfect - nothing I would have changed or altered. There was not a single detail that was overlooked or done "wrong." My family can be a little crazy and she dealt with all the craziness so patiently and efficiently. Whatever I asked of her, she provided and she did not disappoint. I was able to enjoy the whole day and night with my husband and bridal party while Deanna took care of literally everything else. She even put together all of my bouquets and center pieces! I cannot recommend her enough, you will not regret it!!

nows her stuff. She made wedding planning easy and was such a joy to work with as our day of coordinator. I felt like I had known her my whole life! She was not only the most important person of our wedding who made everything go down seamlessly but she was a friend to us as well. She created the wedding of our dreams and we will forever be thankful for her making it all come true. I could not think of a better person to plan a wedding and make you feel confident and happy about the whole experience. I would choose her a million times over! :)
Deanna goes so far above and beyond - no task is too big or too small for her. She's super creative, patient, flexible and reliable! The absolute best wedding planner you can find.

edding. Every detail was attended to and flawless. She just got my style from the moment she met with me and read my lifestyle blog. Deanna was also conscious of areas where we could save money and get more bang for our buck, which is always appreciated. If you are in need of a wedding planner, I highly recommend Deanna Nash!
We hired Deanna as our month of coordinator for our wedding on 10/6/18. Overall, I was disappointed by her lack of proactivity, diligence, communication, and attention to detail. ...
I spent a lot of time following up with her, staying on top of things that were under her purview, and thinking of details and logistics that she should have anticipated.
Deanna frequently seemed overwhelmed, disorganized, and spread too thin. I also received a lot of feedback from our wedding party and family members that she was very unfriendly and unhelpful during our wedding day.
A major pain point from working with her is the way in which she handled our marriage license. Deanna assured us that she would be responsible for overseeing the process of having everyone (our officiant and witnesses) sign the marriage license and that she would drop it in the mail on the Monday after our wedding. Our assumption was that this occurred. However, I received a blindsiding call from the LA Registrar Office a few days ago wherein I learned that the license had been filled out incorrectly and was therefore going to be nullified. I then learned, after speaking with both Deanna and our officiant, that the officiant did not sign the license on our wedding day as we had been led to believe. It turns out that Deanna ended up then mailing the license to our officiant (who lives in on the East Coast) and he ultimately received it over a week after our wedding. He signed it (incorrectly) without the guidance or supervision that we had been told Deanna was providing for this process. Long story short, the officiant mailed back the erroneous marriage license back and six weeks after our wedding, my husband and I have just learned that we're not legally married and now have a huge logistical mess to sort through.
At the end of the day, we trusted that Deanna was managing the signing and submittal of our marriage license as she said she would, but it was grossly mishandled. I understand that mistakes happen, but what I cannot abide is the fact that my husband and I weren't told about any of this. Deanna took this on as her responsibility, and if anything deviated from what she told us would occur (everyone signing the license and it being submitted on the Monday after our wedding), we should have been notified. Instead, we learned six weeks after our wedding what actually happened and are heartbroken to discover that we're not technically married and have a lot of hurdles to jump through to fix this mess. When I spoke with Deanna about the situation, she was long in excuses, extremely defensive, blamed everything on the officiant, and was not accountable or apologetic for the part she played in this debacle.
Due to our experiences with her, I would not recommend hiring her.
Deanna is simply a gem! My wedding was more amazing than I ever could imagine and it was all because of her. I had been planning my wedding from across the country and one can only...
imagine how difficult and stressful that was but thanks to Deanna I always felt that is was going to be great! She is so dependable and reliable and really makes you a priority . She has such a calming sense about her that allows you to have fun and enjoy wedding planning as many brides have a hard time with considering all the stress that comes along. Without Deanna, there is no doubt in my mind that something would be missing from that special day. She is literally the best and I would do it all over again with her any day! Thank you for making my day simply amazing!

he responded to my emails so quickly and always had an answer to whatever I asked. She drove out to meet my husband and I to make it convienent for us and she was always such a joy to be around. She has a great connection and relationship to so many vendors which helped my choosing of the vendors so much. She would send me a list of great vendors and I would look them up and decide which ones I wanted to meet. Deanna would then set up an appointment and handle all the business side of it, which as a bride, made it 100 times easier on me! Unfortunately my husband and I were involved in the Las Vegas shooting which you can imagine set me back in my wedding planning. Deanna was so amazing and took the reins to continue to plan and get things done while I needed some time. She made our wedding planning process seamless and enjoyable when it can definitely get stressful at times. Using Deanna was the best decision we made and couldn’t have imagined our wedding without her. Not only did we receive amazing wedding support and planning but we gained a friend for life. She is the kindest most soft spoken person and we loved getting to know her! We are so beyond grateful for Deanna and all she did for us!

her way. She is very flexible and eager to work with you to make sure you have the most stress free day. No question was a dumb question and it seemed like she has seen it all! I highly recommend Deanna as she has the expertise in the wedding industry to make you feel confident that your wedding is in capable hands while keeping you calm!

After working with Deanna Nash, I cannot imagine working with another wedding coordinator! Our eldest daughter's magical wedding was only a week ago and we're already planning to ...
retain Deanna for our two younger daughters. Deanna's calm, "can do" attitude is so vital to coordinating all the moving pieces of a wedding especially one with divorced parents hosting the events. With vast experience, Deanna is resourceful, creative, flexible and committed to making each wedding special. We could relax and enjoy knowing that Deanna was on board. I cannot say enough words of praise for Deanna...and for our foresight in hiring her!

always quick to answer any of my questions by email and she had plenty of helpful tips as I was planning my wedding. Deanna is also warm and caring and I enjoyed meeting in person with her a few times during the planning process. In addition, after we returned from our honeymoon I finally opened the bags she had packed for us after the ceremony was finished. Each and every item (champagne glasses, guest book, framed pictures, etc) had been cleaned and carefully stored for me. She truly went above and beyond!
Deanna is wonderful. We had an outdoor wedding, and had to make a last minute call about getting a tent brought in the day of the wedding. Deanna made it happen, and everything cam...

anning our LA wedding and she made it such a great experience, even from long-distance. I was a particularly picky bride (lol) and Deanna made my vision come to life! Seriously everything was absolutely amazing from decor to the food. She recommended the most amazing vendors. Her attention to detail, eye for great design, and hard work just made wedding planning so much easier. I truly could not think of a better person to have in your corner throughout the planning process!

less to say, it's a lot of work. And there's no way we could have done it without Deanna Nash.
Not only is Deanna lovely to deal with in person and over the phone, she is detail oriented, hardworking and makes sure the job gets done. Whenever we felt stressed during planning, Deanna calmed us down and reminded us to be excited. A surprisingly easy thing to forget! On the day itself, she made it so that everything we envisioned unfolded around us. She did all the work. All the heavy lifting -- in some cases quite literally! And because of that, our wedding was a true dream for both us and our guests to enjoy.
If we had to do it all over, we'd work with Deanna again in a heartbeat! We highly recommend her. So, your search is over. Deanna Nash is the best.

Deanna Nash is fabulous! She was so highly recommended to us that I immediately hired her as my daughters day of wedding coordinator. Even though she was a day of coordinator, she ...
met with us many times and was always available to help with decisions, suggestions and to answer questions. Deanna is so gracious and spent so much time going over things, always interested and making us all feel so special. We were impressed with her wealth of information and detailed organization. She handled the venue and all of the vendors, and kept everyone informed along the way. Her planning for the wedding day itself was perfect. Nothing was overlooked and everything was beautiful! Deanna made sure my daughter and her husband didn't miss anything and had special moments throughout the evening.
We were all able to 100% enjoy one of the happiest days of our lives without a care in the world.
Thank you Deanna!!
Working with Deanna was an absolute joy. From our early meetings, to check-ins as the date got closer, to the rehearsal and the wedding, Deanna was there for my daughter and me. ...
The week of the wedding she took over all of the coordinating with the various vendors leaving me time to concentrate on family and celebrations. Her calming personality and soothing voice kept me calm and in the moment. I would highly recommend Deanna and her team.

g engaged last summer, it was time to start thinking about vendors. Deanna was the first person that came to my mind. I emailed her right away and locked her down :D Let me tell you, she did NOT disappoint. From driving to my house an hour away (sometimes more with hideous LA traffic), to giving amazing advice for a nervous bride, to returning emails in a timely manner-she was perfect.
The day of my wedding came and it went perfectly, in large part to Deanna. Anytime I had a question, she was right there to answer it. She was calm and collected unlike a lot of other wedding planners who end up stressing the bride and groom out. I had forgotten to give my vows to our officiant and remembered that mid ceremony, and Deanna was there to save the day.
If you are looking for a planner, please use Deanna. You will love her and her sweet demeanor. I cannot thank her enough.

nd Deanna and Catherine made sure our event went perfectly by helping us navigate drama with vendors and with family, and helped us get more out of the experience by fighting for us and being our advocates 100%. They came to every meeting, helped us find our gorgeous custom-made invitations, and were so sweet and nice to boot. Recommend 100%.

When planning your child's wedding, you spend a lot of money with different vendors and I was so thankful that we had Deanna who coordinated with all of them and seamlessly pulled everything together. Having Deanna as our wedding coordinator allowed me to sit back, relax and enjoy this wonderful day.
If you are able to hire a wedding coordinator, I can't believe anyone would be better than Deanna.

My mom tried to take over the planning process many times. She did a great job handling what I wanted and what she wanted while keeping my (the bride's) needs at the top of her list. I would highly recommend Deanna to anyone planning a wedding, especially a Lake Sherwood wedding. The staff all know her, and she knows how to plan your dream wedding while finding little ways to cut down on cost. My wedding day was perfect! I even have two bridal magazines that have contacted me for pictures of my big day!

Deanna Nash is amazing! Deanna provides detailed and personalized service, worth well above her rates! She is very personable, supportive, and most of all-- calming.
My husband ...
and I started to plan our wedding ourselves, with the help of a friend of a friend (who fancies herself a wedding planner, but isn't very experienced).
With only a few months to go before our big day, we realized we desperately need the help of an experienced professional. We had a few of the details set, but were lost on others. Deanna customized a package for us and our needs (some other planners we met with, were very regimented about their packages). She also gave us our word she would be there at our rehearsal, which many others would not. This was a big deal to us! One planner said she would send "an" assistant to the rehearsal, but couldn't even promise it would be the same one who would be at our wedding. Deanna was there personally, to walk us through every step.
Deanna jumped right in with schedules and priorities, to get us on track. She had lists of vendor referrals based on her extensive experience. She worked with our venue's coordinator to make sure everything went smoothly, and the coordinator comment to us how detailed and thorough Deanna's timeline was. She even met my MOH and me at the flower market downtown to look at flowers, because I didn't know the names of what I liked and didn't like.
She had decorative items we could use to save money, and presented us with ideas about details we hadn't considered, while always respecting our vision (or helping us find it when it got blurry...)
Towards the end, we met her assistant Catherine, who was brought up to speed on everything. Deanna and Catherine worked in seamless harmony throughout our wedding day, to make it perfect for us, our families, and our guests. They were on-site from the first delivery (chairs, I believe), to the final break-down, and even took some items home with her, and brought them to us later the next day.
I can't say enough great things about Deanna Nash Events!
Deanna was the last of the 5 people my now husband and I interviewed and the minute we met her, we knew she had to be our wedding planner.
She was calm, funny, kind and attentive...
. She just made us feel at ease, which is a feat since I am super anxious about everything.
She was ALWAYS available to discuss any questions or issues that would arise and never made us feel like we were wasting her time.
Deanna helped make my wedding day the most memorable and beautiful day of my life - even my dad thanked her during his speech!
If you want someone by your side every step of the way helping you plan your special day with a positive outlook, experience and the ability to handle ANYTHING (even ordering you a pizza after midnight so you don't faint because you were too nervous to eat during the wedding) then Deanna is absolutely the best choice.

ired that we have a planner, Deanna came highly recommended. After looking over the different options Deanna offers, we chose the Full Wedding Planning. This was the most important and one of the best decisions that we made. Deanna was always available for us. When we first hired Deanna, my daughter was living out of state. Deanna not only made time to email and Skype with her, but on a personal trip to the city where my daughter lived, she went out of her way to meet with my daughter and her fiancé. When my daughter moved to the LA area, Deanna continued to meet with us countless times during the planning process.
Deanna made the wedding planning process stress free and fun. She is a joy to work with and very knowledgeable. She always kept us informed on what was being done and would offer suggestions and ideas throughout the planning process. She knew perfectly how to turn my daughter and son in law’s vision into reality. Usually, the weeks before a wedding and the wedding day can be a very stressful time. Deanna’s attention to detail, her calm demeanor, and the quality of her work made it possible for my daughter and me to relax and enjoy every moment and create wonderful memories. (Deanna even came over to our table during the reception to make sure that everything was alright and to see if we needed anything).
I highly recommend Deanna Nash as an event planner. Deanna’s attention to detail, her connections and relationships with vendors, and her truly good heart are the reasons that we were so blessed to have her as our daughter’s wedding planner. We loved her and you will too :-)! Teri F

ting Deanna, it was set. She would be my wedding coordinator. I even went for the "Month-of" package. Her personality is great! She's calm, so easy to work with, beyond nice, responsible and professional, and always willing to help with anything! I was pretty hands on but she was there any time I needed her, always checked in with me to make sure everything was ok, and always responded quickly to any question I had or anytime I went to her for suggestions/advice. She was more than happy to go with me to any appointments too. She was organized and made sure all the vendors knew what they were doing, where they were going, when to be where, and all those details that would've driven me crazy. The day of my wedding...well, it couldn't have gone smoother! If there were any glitches, I didn't know about it! All I had to worry about was making sure I enjoyed every minute of my wedding. Deanna handled everything else going on. She knew exactly what I wanted my wedding to be and how I wanted everything to look. I added a lot of personal touches to my venue, and everything was placed exactly how I wanted. I can't emphasize enough how wonderful Deanna was, and how grateful I am for everything she did. And on top of being such a great planner, she's a great person too. I've gotten to know her over the whole planning process and even after, and I felt like she was of a friend than a person I hired. I loved her, and my family loved her too. So stop searching and just hire her already!! You won't regret it for a minute!

If you're looking for someone who will be totally supportive and keep a very level head on the big day, Deanna is the coordinator for you.
I found Deanna on the knot. I was looking for a planner for the week before and day of my wedding. I wanted someone who was from a small company, or preferably alone. I felt that I...
would get a more personalized service with a greater expertise this way. And I did!
There were no storage of phone calls, and I mean her calling me to check in and see if I needed help, not me calling her. And my day ran smoothly. The family all loved her too.
I hired Deanna to be our "Day Of" wedding coordinator for my daughter's wedding. I had not planned on hiring a wedding coordinator, but our venue required that we have at least a ...
"Day Of" coordinator. We are so glad we did! While my daughter and I planned the details of her wedding, Deanna was there to do all the things on the day of the wedding that allowed us to just relax and enjoy the day! She went above and beyond what most would consider "Day Of" duties, we actually met with her 3 times to discuss the timetable and all the details of the day. Our meetings never felt rushed, she was very generous with her time. She got all of our vendor contracts signed and made sure everyone was where they were supposed to be on the day of. On the day of the wedding she made sure all the little details we had worked so hard on were in place and looking perfect. Deanna has a very calm and pleasant personality and is extremely easy to work with. On the day of the wedding she was always there checking to see if we needed anything and if we did it was done immediately. She made it clear that if any little problems arose she would handle them, we were to just relax and enjoy ourselves and that was exactly what we were able to do because she did her job so well. We enjoyed getting to know her and felt like friends at the end - we would highly recommend her to anyone looking for an organized, friendly, calm coordinator who will help you plan your big day.
Deanna is so incredible. She made my whole wedding planning super simple. Was always there to lend a hand, offer advice, bounce ideas of off, etc. But she never pushed her ideas or...
what she liked on me. Always just guided me in the right direction and helped me find the best execution for my vision. Deanna is super sweet and great to work with. I had no worries the day of my wedding and I couldn't have been happier.
Deanna coordinated our smog shoppe wedding to great success. She referred us to top-quality vendors, was a calming influence on the process, managed all the various elements of th...
e wedding coordination, timing, etc with aplomb. My fiancee and I (and our parents!) were able to sit back and enjoy our special day knowing Deanna had everything under control. Deanna is calm and soothing and provided quick responses to all of our questions and our parents questions. Both of our families loved working with her and would recommend (have recommended her!) to others.
Our wedding was flawless and I know Deanna is huge reason why. I can't recommend her services enough!
