Delish Catering

We were very pleased with our choice to use Delish Catering for our wedding. We chose to have a plated dinner service to fit our more formal wedding. There were enough servers to ensure all of our guest received their food in a reasonable amount of time. The food itself was delicious! We gave our guests the choice of stuffed pork tenderloin or poached salmon. Delish was very accommodating and provided a vegetarian meal for one guest. As my new husband and I finished our meal the chef came out and ensured we enjoyed our meal and told us how amazing we looked. All of the Delish staff members were incredibly sweet and helpful! We received many compliments from our guests about how great the food was. Delish also made our nontraditional wedding cake. Rather than a standard wedding cake we chose to have a cannoli tower with a small cutting cake on top. Both the cake and the cannolis were very good, beautiful, and a big hit with our guests! A delish bartender also worked at our event and did an incredible job. He was extremely friendly and fast! We worked with Lacey, the director of catering sales, during our planning process to organize what we wanted for the wedding. She was very responsive and helpful with ensuring they were carrying out our vision. The day before and the day of the event Shannon, the owner, was our point of contact. She personally served our sweethearts table and ensured we had everything we need. Shannon was so sweet and such a delight to work with! Towards the end of the night my new husband spilled his drink on my dress and Shannon came out of nowhere with a towel and immediately started cleaning off my dress. She went way above and beyond what we had expected. I would recommend Delish to everyone for any event!
