Hiring a week of coordinator was one of the first things I did after getting engaged, and I am forever grateful that I hired Desert Fling! I went into wedding planning thinking that I could do it all, and would just need a little help the day of to keep things running smoothly, I was wrong! Desert Fling went above and beyond my expectations and truly saved the day so many times! The week before my outdoor wedding the forecast went from beautiful to the windiest day of the year. I was FREAKING out! But the team had many calls with me to talk through backup plans and different options. They ended up making a new altar piece for me days before the wedding and it ended up more beautiful than what I had originally planned! The day of my wedding went so smooth. Even with the wind I was able to stay calm and relaxed because they had everything under control and they kept me up to date on everything that was happening. My whole family loved everyone they brought. My mom said that we will never put on another wedding without them and I suggest hiring them to everyone I talk to! They are really just the best!!

Working with Rachel was amazing! Her ability to help us through last minute after our plans fell through was nothing short of exceptional. She worked really well with the owner of the venue to make our wedding a magical day. They went above and beyond in every way possible. Throughout the entire wedding planning process, Rachael was on top of everything and just a text away if I ever had a question. Her attention to detail is unmatched. She communicated with our vendors and coordinated the wedding timeline with ease. Our centerpieces, table settings, and sweetheart table were absolutely beautiful. She truly cared about what we wanted and made our vision come to life. During the wedding day, we had an unexpected rainstorm right before the ceremony and Rachael saved the day with the cutest little umbrellas that she happened to have in her truck. This lady is PREPARED. She did so much behind the scenes and fixed issues with vendors without bothering us unnecessarily. We were able to just relax and enjoy our special day. Feels like I had a good friend on my side taking care of things I didn’t even know existed. We had multiple guests comment on how smooth the day went. Everything was just perfect. My husband was against the day of coordinator initially, but quickly came to realize that we couldn’t have done it without her. We cannot imagine our wedding day without the Desert Fling Team.
