Mark, Louise, and the DINE team were exceptional in all phases of the process and delivered delicious meals with excellent service. They provided a very personal touch at two tastings (they accommodated us after signing when one of us could not be present for the first) and made last-minute dessert preparations. Their prices cannot be beat for the quality and quantity, particularly their desserts! Leading up to the event, Mark and Louise were excellent at communicating with us. When we had additional requests like adding in hot tea and coffee stations in the days leading up to our event, they were very accommodating. We had a serviced buffet where the serving staff specifically brought hors d’oeuvres out to all the guests in the ceremony area and had a separate plate for us, the couple. Everything was plated nicely (just as we saw at our tastings) and the food tasted very fresh. We got many compliments from our guests. The execution was smooth and our friends helping coordinate commented on the kindness of Mark and his team who were present. They clearly love and take pride in what they do, and it was a pleasure getting to know them and working with them. Highly recommend them!

We had a great experience working with DINE Catering for our wedding. Because of busy holiday scheduling, I wasn’t able to do a tasting until 2 months before the wedding, which was stressful for me, however Mark and Louise put me at ease and created a wonderful atmosphere and menu, with great recommendations and opportunities for customization. Our guests were blown away by the food and the catering service and personal attention on the day was exceptional. From passed apps with delicious meat & veggie options to a plated dinner that our guests are still raving about, the quality of the meal reflected the passion that my husband and I have for food and was wonderful to share with our guests.

Mark, Lou, and their team were amazing! They served the most deliciously breath taking hors d'oeuvres. From the moment we met at the Dine Cafe for sampling we knew the DINE Catering team was a must for our vendor team. They are kind, compassionate, knowledgeable, and professional. I am so thankful to the this amazing team for making cocktail hour one of a kind with amazing food and service! We are forever grateful and cannot wait for our next event so we can have Mark, Lou, and their team involved!

DINE went above and beyond for our recent wedding — we only did one tasting when we were planning our event and it was with DINE — we booked them immediately! Mark and Lou are the kindest people ever — they will take care of you and your guests with the utmost attention to detail. From e-mail coordination in the months leading up to the wedding (they brought our cookie bar vision to LIFE!!), to checking in the week of asking us to let them know if we need ANYTHING — they were so attentive. There was a tray of appetizers waiting for my husband and I in the bridal suite after the ceremony — I was so grateful to be able to grab a bite between the fast moving moments throughout the evening. Mark personally brought plates of food to our seating with all the options on the menu. They ran the passed apps, buffet, cookie bar, and coffee drip station with 11/10 service quality. We can’t thank them enough for being a HUGE part of our day and we are forever grateful!! Much love to the DINE team and Mark & Lou!

I cannot say enough good things about Dine Catering. Mark and Louise took care of feeding almost 300 people, as well as making the table settings look fairy-tale perfect for my daughter's wedding in January 2022. The staff were all incredibly professional and everything ran smoothly from the serving of hor d'oeuvres, to the main courses and cake cutting/serving. We highly recommend Dine Catering!!!

Dine was the perfect catering service for our 11/06/21 wedding! From the moment we went for our tasting, I knew we had made the right decision. Mark was so friendly and helpful as we discussion the vision and different options for our reception food! We opted for a cocktail style reception, with a Mac n cheese bar, salad bar, pulled pork sliders, jerk chicken and rice, and passed appetizers. They set it up stations-style, and it was absolutely perfect. The food was incredible - our guests are still talking about how delicious everything was! I still dream about the pulled pork sliders! They were also quite affordable for the amazing variety of food we got, as well as plates, utensils, and we were able to rent linens as well. Communication with Mark and Louise was always prompt, thorough, and friendly. I cannot recommend Dine highly enough.

I am so glad we chose DINE for our caterer. My husband and I are foodies who met in culinary school, so expectations were high for the food at our wedding and DINE delivered. We chatted with the owners about our ideas and they helped us develop the perfect menu that fit our needs and budget. We loved that they can truly accommodate any style or taste. I particularly love that they will only make food that can travel and presents well. They whole heartedly care about the integrity of the food and service.

hands down the best food we ever had is a comment we keep hearing from our guests! Mark and Louise are both absolutely amazing- from the tasting to the day of our daughter’s wedding they went beyond to ensure our guest food experience was like going to a fine restaurant! The food, service, and presentation is top notch at affordable prices! Not only are Mark and Louise amazing at what they do they are so incredibly kind. -We feel we made friends for life in them! Nothing was out of the question for them, they truly worked to make sure everything was perfect! I even contacted them last minute for lunch for my daughter and her bridesmaids and they put together and delivered the most exquisite tea boxes! Again-the food, presentation, and service is top class, and if you want the best then I highly recommend Dine! Thank you Mark and Louise!

To put it simply, Mark and Louise saved us. We were down to less than four months to our wedding and didn’t have our caterer, linens, or place settings yet. Mark and Louise bent over backwards and gave us all of that at an amazing price. They even stayed well after hours to host our tasting. The food and mimosa/Bloody Mary/coffee bar were phenomenal at our brunch wedding! The tables and dessert area were gorgeously displayed, and their wait staff was so professional! Mark and Louise even checked in on us throughout the reception to make sure we ate and were hydrated! If you’re looking for the friendliest people that provide top-notch service, look no further than Dine!

Honestly there is no other option. This sweet couple felt more like friends invited to the wedding than just our caterers. The food is absolutely amazing. I can’t even count the compliments and rave reviews we received from our guests about the food. They also provide so much for such a reasonable price. They made planning so much easier when it came down to the little details right before the big day - you’ll be grateful for having them!! AMAZING AMAZING AMAZING. I wish I had another wedding so I could book them again.

DINE is our go-to for catering events. We have hired them for smaller private events and had no qualms about having them cater our daughters wedding. They are a pleasure to work with! So accommodating and helpful in menu planning even helping sort out dietary restrictions for our guests. The food is beautifully presented, delicious, and generously portioned!

Louise and Mark were both AMAZING during our tastings and on our Wedding day! They were both so accommodating and gave us exactly what we wanted within our budget. Their staff the day of the wedding were also so kind and wonderful to work with. We absolutely loved the food and have had so many people tell us how great everything tasted!

My co-worker had a wedding last year and she said that if she were to recommend any of her vendors it would be Dine catering whole heartedly and I can confidently say I would do the same for anybody considering a caterer. Mark and Louise are a heaven sent team that take all the worries away from you during the hectic planning of a wedding. Not once did we worry whether or not they were going to do an amazing job because they are organized, understanding, and efficient. Our first meeting was for the tasting of different dishes. During this meeting they made it clear that we can do whatever we wanted with our menus from changing recipes slightly to creating a complete new dish. We had originally only planned to use to them for the wedding reception but their food and prices were so spectacular we had to have them for our rehearsal as well. When we had to reschedule our wedding because of Covid-19, Mark and Louise were on top of the accommodations for the new date, taking a lot of stress off of our shoulders. Come rehearsal day, everything they did was executed flawlessly. We even had guests show up that weren't originally listed for dinner but Louise informed us they had extra meals and it was no issue. Louise catered to anything we needed for the night without the feeling of bothering us or getting in the way of the nights events. During the wedding after the ceremony, we were so busy with photos that we were not able to eat but Louise made sure we did by bringing private dishes to us, our family and wedding party. We also had a personal waiter from Dine assigned to us in case we needed any drinks. The food was delicious for both events and the hospitality was even better. Though Mark was mainly in the kitchen cooking, he still found time to come out and congratulate us. Mark and Louise don't make you feel just like a customer but someone they actually care about by building a personal relationship with you and that was our favorite thing about them. If you are on the edge about a caterer, I strongly urge you to use Dine as your vendors and you will not regret it!

The overall service was exceptional :). The only portion that we felt was not up to par was the food once the wedding day came. During our tasting session, the veggies and meat were extremely flavorful and tasty, however, once our wedding day came, the chicken wasnt as flavorful with zing, the meat wasnt cooked to a crisp like before, and the veggies were a bit bland. The food itself wasnt terrible, it just didnt taste as good as the tasting. Overall, we had a good experience though.

DINE was incredible! We were married over a month ago, and the one thing people are still talking about is the food! They went above and beyond! The food gave soooo many options, but also was tailored to what we liked! We were really big on making sure it was all food we would like to eat too (we're such picky eaters as a couple, so it didn't leave us much options) and they did just that! We had a pasta station, an ice seafood station, a salad mixer station, and a beef carving station. And our cocktail hour, I wanted a giant charcuterie board. They knocked it out of the park! It was all amazing!! And on top of that, Mark and Louise are the absolute sweetest people EVER and are so amazing to work with! I cannot recommend them enough.

Mark and Louise are amazing! I start off by saying that because they truly are. Not only was the food outstanding but Louise helped me, as the bride, in every way she could. We also had a donut station at our wedding and Louise offered to pick up the donuts for us so that we didn't have to worry about them. She also set up the whole station and it looked fabulous. I didn't have cake stands and Louise took care of that and brought us 2 the day of our wedding. As the bride, with no wedding planner, I had so much going on and Louise made me feel like I had nothing to worry about when it came to our wedding dinner of 250 guests. Mark does an amazing job making the food absolutely delicious but also so beautiful. These 2 make a great team and it truly showed. Their staff served all my guests right after we were served, there were no complaints but so many compliments about the food. We knew we wanted them to serve our wedding right after we had our tasting with them. They made us feel right at home and it wasn't just about the food with them.

Mark and his wife are excellent at what they do. Good selection of foods and well organized- would recommend!

We used DINE Catering and Events to support us at our wedding in 2018. Nothing was too much for Louise and Mark to sort out and we settle on bespoke canapes as our venue already came with in-house catering. Our canapes were the talk of the day and everybody loved them! Louise and Mark were professional, helpful and creative throughout the planning process right up until the big day. Mark also helped us with constructing and decorating our two tier home baked wedding cake which looked absolutely stunning. Louise also went above and beyond to help us with pulling together our vision for our big day, helping out with sourcing decorations and offering advice and ideas around our theme, which was so helpful. We couldn't have had our day without them and I wouldn't hesitate to work with them again for our next celebration

Full disclosure: we did not end up booking DINE only because they fell just a little bit too far on the upper end of our budget, but we absolutely HAD to leave them a review here because of the impression they left. Mark and Louise were absolutely incredible to work with through the whole process. Our tasting was out of this world, and we were able to spend almost 5 full hours with them, well into the night, discussing food and wedding experiences and what we wanted for our day. They were truly engaged in wanting to make sure our day was wonderful and it showed. If you have the opportunity to consider DINE, we would say there’s no need to pick anyone else. The quality of food is incredible and the presentation you will get is absolutely top class. On top of it all, Mark and Louise are genuine people who are willing to do what it takes to make your day a success. We are sorry we could not book them, but will recommend them to anyone here!

Mark and Louise were incredible! My husband and I knew we had found some great caterers in Mark and Louise. Their menu is unique and the food is incredible - we’ve had guests raving about the food even weeks after our wedding. Their service staff was also very friendly and accommodating. We used DINE for our rentals - tables, chairs, linens, the bar, etc. Louise really helped us come up with our vision and implemented it even better than we imagined. There was a slight miscommunication on the chairs we wanted and Louise went out of her way to make sure that we ended up with a product even better than we had initially requested. In short, they really delivered and our day-of coordinator and venue LOVED them! You can tell that they are really busy so sometimes it was hard to find time to talk with them, but they delivered when needed. Plus you can’t beat their prices!
