It was gorgeous and had the exact alterations that I had requested, and we had fought so hard to get. When my dress was in-hand I was able to contact Diane, Dora Grace’s recommended seamstress, for alterations. Diane was detailed with scheduling and was able to get me scheduled close to the wedding, but far enough out for no stress! Diane was very personable, professional, and knew what she was doing! With such a unique case she had her hands full! She was able to make my bodice fit like a glove and give detailed instructions to my bridesmaids for the complicated bustle due to the train of my dress. She put in the work and was able to squeeze me into extra fittings to make sure my dress fit perfectly. I love Dora Grace and their team! Thank you so much!

. Everyone was so sweet and excited to work with me. The first appointment was great, and Kennedy was so helpful with picking out dresses for me. She was so fun and made the appointment so relaxing. At my second appointment, Kara helped me pick the perfect veil for my perfect dress! Dora Grace and their consultants are so easy to work with and I am so excited to wear a gown from there on my wedding day!

I was fortunate to find the perfect dress, and I was very please by their option to store my dress their until my wedding as bringing my dress across the country and back again for the ceremony sounded extremely cumbersome. no where seemed to have it. I called them on a Monday and spoke with Jenny. Told her what I wanted. Sent her the two dresses I had found that I wanted. They were not ones they carried but she assured me they had some that were VERY similar. Once we booked the appointment she sent me 3 texts with photos of the dresses they carried and they were spot on! I had to reschedule due to timing and they were nothing but accommodating for me. Day of appointment my mom and I showed up and it was so effortless. Jenny had the dresses pull aside and ready to go. She buttoned me up and clipped me in so I could get the full experience and at the end of it… I said YES to one of the dresses! Jenny was amazing and made the whole experience amazing! On my next visit, Reese was my consultant, she was able to quickly pull my favorites and help illustrate the alterations I wanted to make. With a big alterations request, Reese called over the manager, Emilee, who was very transparent and honest about the things I was asking for and what it would cost and what the best way to accomplish the customizations would be. After discussing, Emilee decided to make a call to the designer rep and it turned the whole appointment around! Thanks to her quick thinking and willingness to ask I will now have my customized dream dress!
