I found Final Word Connection on Thumbtack, and although I was hesitant, I thought that it was worth meeting with him. It went great; he made it comfortable, personable, along with being professional. David took the time to get to know us, our relationship and what was important to us. He wove all of those details into our ceremony; personalizing it to our relationship. He was there if we had questions, gave us examples, guidance, ideas and freedom for the verbiage we would want used, but didn't need our final choices until the week before the wedding. On the wedding day, David combined a perfect balance of humor and seriousness into our ceremony. More importantly, my husband told me after the ceremony that he thinks he would have lost his mind without David. Mike said David was the ONLY person that calmed him down when he was freaking out that no one knew what they were supposed to be doing and when he couldn't figure out when he should be walking...Mike said David was able to get him to relax and feel that everything was going to work out fine. Also, as you know weddings are expensive, and you are overcharged for almost everything; however David was the only person/vendor that my husband said that he would have paid him triple the amount for how great he was. David's pricing is way more than reasonable, it is almost unbelievable. To recap my long review: all-in-all he is amazing. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts Dr. McFadden. - Kim and Mike

Dr. McFadden made us feel very comfortable during the ceremony (which was helpful because the day-of can be nervewracking!). I would highly recommend Dr. McFadden to officiate any wedding ceremony, both traditional and nontraditional. He is terrific at what he does!

While mostly formal, he kept the crowd entertained with appropriate humor and moved things along at a perfect pace. Despite a busy schedule he was able to attend our rehearsal as well. Several compliments were given to us afterward about David's service during the ceremony. He didn't preach, spoke very well, and had a couple jokes for us and the crowd, which is always a plus! We also really enjoyed how we were able to pick from a variety of choices regarding the vows, declaration, etc. This helped us customize our ceremony without doing too much at the same time.
