We knew having a wedding planner was going to make our day, but I also wanted to do a bulk of the research for vendors, so we hired WEME/DreamCo for the month-of planning and added the decor package. The decor package ended up being so clutch for us and was one of the best wedding decisions we made. For reference, this was a 200+ person summer outdoor wedding in Los Angeles.
We had the pleasure to work with Stephanie (lead planner) and Natasha (decorator). Stephanie checked in with us monthly even before our month-of package kicked in. She was responsive, organized, and nothing slipped past her! Natasha met with us multiple times so that she could be dialed into the floral/decor vision and even provided mock-ups of the tablescape. Her enthusiasm & feedback assured me she understood what vibe I was going for.
We felt fully confident in our team and handing all control over to them, and they executed flawlessly. Lauren, Stephanie and Natasha are just wonderful human beings to be with, and I felt their warmth & positivity every time we met. Thank you!
Highly recommend this company for helping with your special day. We just needed a day of coordinator and even having our person for that day really helped make everything go smoothly. I had the absolute pleasure of working with Chelsea at Allie & Lars' wedding, and I can't say enough good things. From start to finish she was organized, professional, and just so easy to work with. Had the BEST experience with Dream Co. Weddings & Events. Lullette was simply amazing and our wedding would not have run smooth with her. From start to finish she was on top of everything, organized & professional. Everyone loved her and told me how great she was! We had a small hiccup in the beginning of the wedding (our officant fell and ended up going to the hospital, shes okay :) and Lullette helped keep everything under control and the wedding on track & on time. I'm so thankful I hired this team, we wouldn't have had a smooth wedding without them!
I also hired their decorating team & they not only did an awesome job but it made my and my friends and families life SO much easier. My mom said after the wedding that usually when throwing parties it's stressful and hard to enjoy but at the wedding she got to relax and enjoy herself and this was due to Dream Co. Weddings. Natasha came and set everything up exactly how we wanted it and took it all away at the end of the night. It was so nice to use their rentals as I didn't have to deal with buying a ton of items I would only use once and then have to try and sell them after.
If I could give them company 10 stars I would! Highly recommend them!

I worked with Hayley on a wedding that took place in Green Bay Wisconsin. I am a florist in the area, and I was blown away by her attention to detail, communication skills, and immediate response time. She took the time to have a zoom call with me, to make sure all details were ironed out plenty of time before the wedding date. She is a true professional, and I would trust her 100% with my own wedding day. Working with Dream Co was really a dream. Highly recommend the team!

Chelsea was assigned as the main coordinator on our wedding day. She was professional, timely, and extremely organized. She met with me and my partner a few times before the big day, and her friendly sense of professionalism set my mind at ease.
I paid for the package where I was still involved with vendor communication leading up to the wedding, but it was nice having Chelsea there for support in the month leading up to the event. The package also included set-up of one box of decor, which was perfect for my situation as I didn't have too many extra decorations (just the guest book, Instax camera, and card box). Plus, the package pricing was reasonable compared to other vendor quotes I received.
On the day of, Chelsea kept everything running smoothly and on time. Our wedding day was a ton of fun, mostly thanks to Chelsea and Natasha's hard work. If you're on the fence about hiring a day-of coordinator, DO IT. Dream Co.'s services will save you a ton of stress and let you enjoy your wedding day to the fullest.
I was able to work with Hayley on a wedding and she was absolutely wonderful from start to finish. Organized, always had a positive, calming attitude you want on your wedding day, and managed everything to a T. Would def recommend her again and again.
Emails and pre-wedding communications were always timely and concise. Felt extremely prepared going into the day with no confusion.
D was pleasant, but our wedding was difficult to coordinate because it was on a ranch and we ended up having problems.
Our coordinator was unable to solve a problem that happened on our wedding day, that resulted in our live musician, a talented singer and guitarist, to be reduced to a DJ. We were all looking forward to listening to his newly released music and he was unable to play. We had also paid for an assistant coordinator to be there and we never saw another person show up. ** Apparently she was there, but didn’t stay the full six hours** The assistant would have been amazing to help call with the sound company so the main coordinator could keep on with run of show, but since no one was arranged or showed up, our coordinator apparently didn’t have the bandwidth to problem solve and keep the wedding going.
Another issue we had was with the vendor set up. While waiting at the ceremony site, the coordinator happened to show me the set up of the reception. There were no linens on the table. I’m not sure how that was miscommunicated, but each of those vendors for the reception should have been equipped with a picture of what was expected so there was no lack of clarity.
If she hadn’t off hand shown me the set up in progress while we were waiting, our dinner tables would have looked like picnic tables with over 5k of floral arrangements on them.
The icing on the cake was the almost 20% fee to do a walk through of the venue and the “rush fee” to coordinate it. As per contract, the gold coordination package includes: “ One (1) 30 Minute Meet & Greet with your Coordinator
One (1) Client-Coordinator Meeting &
Unlimited contact via email. Apparently a venue walk through is not considered a “client coordinator meeting”. We never saw her before the actual wedding day except for that one meeting, everything else was zoom or email. If you want to meet your coordinator in person, prepare to be charged.
I understand that we had a difficult venue because it was on a 10k acre ranch and Wi-Fi wasn’t good.
After a call discussing this review, the company felt many of my complaints were not their fault, and instead the venue or my fault because I didn’t buy their more premium packages.
As for the decor, I do think it is was within their purview: “Oversee set-up of the ceremony, cocktail location, reception areas to make sure all commitments are fulfilled.” Linen on the table was doing their job.
Problem solving for the audio failure was also part of their purview: “Designated Problem Solver: We’ll be ready and available to solve any unexpected situations or emergencies”
She also brought up how she stayed for extra hours during the wedding rehearsal. This DID happen, because according to contract, wedding rehearsal was only supposed to be one hour: “Coordinate Ceremony Rehearsal (1 hour)”
I’m not sure if the following bullet point happened:
“Distribution of Timeline: extremely detailed wedding day itinerary passed out to wedding party, family, and attendants” but I added a star to the review because of this.
Overall, I didn’t have a good experience. Our coordinator, D, was very pleasant and she probably was overwhelmed with how difficult this was. None the less, I was left with a lot of regret after my wedding.

This review is quite surprising since Dream Co. resolved many issues that resulted in the wedding day being on time with perfect table settings and music for the rest of the night.
Linens: The venue was in charge of setting dinner ...
tables and when we noticed something looked off, we came to you immediately to confirm the issue. As soon as it was reconfirmed that linens needed to be added to the tables, we stepped into action and had the venue reset them. The tables were perfect before any of the guests saw them. Additionally, Dream Co. was not hired for design or decorating. When Dream Co. is hired for design and decorating, photos would be sent to the venue for setup.
Sound: As for the sound issue, Dream Co. and the venue both recommended a professional sound tech be hired for the wedding day. This did not happen. Although Dream Co. team members are not AV professionals, we were able to resolve the situation immediately by contacting the AV rental company. We sent pictures back and forth of the equipment to fix the settings and had the situation rectified as best we could given there was no sound tech present. According to the AV company, the settings were completely different than they were when the AV company had performed the final sound check, leading us to believe the musician had changed them causing the issue. However, because of our swift actions, the wedding had music for the rest of the night. Had a sound tech been onsite per our recommendation, not only would have this interruption to the wedding not occurred but there would have been live music as planned.
Package Purchased: The package that was purchased is Dream Co.'s most economical and least supportive package. It was recommended that a more supportive package be purchased that included decorating and design, due to the importance and intricacy of the vision described for the event. However, Dream Co. was not hired to perform design or decorating services. Per the contract, Dream Co. closely monitored the pre-selected vendors during setup, and once our team determined there was an issue with the table settings we employed our expertise and rectified the situation with the venue staff.
As a core pillar of Dream Co. services, we recommend all planning be completed at least one month before the event. Unfortunately, planning was still in progress several days leading up to the wedding. As professionals, we can only do our best to mitigate issues if they arise. Which is exactly what we did.
Services and Fees: The package purchased was our value-priced option which incorporates both virtual and in-person meetings. This was clearly defined in the initial phone consultation and the signed contract. Had a package been purchased that included additional in-person meetings, our coordinator would have loved the opportunity to have met.
We accommodated and performed every single service that was in our contract as well as others that weren't such as creating a floor plan and monitoring the rehearsal dinner.
Dream Co. exists to prevent wedding day stress this day was no exception. We performed above and beyond the assistance we were hired to do resolving situations out of our control and providing additional services to ensure wedding day continuity. I had a backyard wedding on 9/23/23 and let me say that having a backyard wedding for 150 people is not for the faint of heart! But from the moment we hired Dream Co. things got easier. Carrie was so helpful and responsive every step of the way and it was a HUGE relief when she started coordinating and communicating with vendors directly (which was my least favorite part). On the wedding day, several things didn't go according to plan (which always happens) and Carrie and her assistant Deanna handled it seamlessly. I heard from so many people that it was the best wedding they had ever attended and I owe so much of that to Carrie and Deanna. We also had the pleasure of working with Natasha for decoration and her eye for detail was beyond words. She took piles of supplies and decor and turned the backyard into a 5-star venue. I can't recommend this company enough. They actually made my wedding day a day I could enjoy and cherish.

I recently had the pleasure of officiating at a wedding that Hayley coordinated and was impressed with her drive and commitment to the couple. The venue had some issues, and really kept Hayley hopping to move things along at the right pace, but she did it - and the bride and groom never saw most of the problems.

Chelsea and her team were amazing. They anticipated things before they happened and she took care of it. She was very professional and so responsive. She has excellent professional credentials, and a high level of stamina and enthusiasm which never wavered. Her timeline for the rehearsal and wedding day were extremely detailed, leaving nothing to chance. She treated the families with respect, but also has a fun side which helped keep everything relaxed. A lovely woman, inside and out.
I worked with Hayley for a clients wedding (we were providing the trolley transportation) and she was very communicative throughout the process and right up until the day of. She was able to get me answers quickly and when she wasn't sure of the answer she sought it out and got back to me.
I am so glad I hired month of planning for my wedding and added the decor package. It is worth the money and saves you a ton of stress. I loved working with the WEME team- Lauren, Chelsea (planner), and Lorena (decorator) were so kind and a dream team! People always warn you that your wedding day, things happen and to just go with the flow. But I can honestly say, if anything "happened" I didn't know about it! Our wedding was stress-free and beautiful with the help of these ladies and I would highly recommend them to anyone that needs their services!
I worked with Lauren a couple of years ago and was really happy with the support and services she provided for my wedding. My husband and I were planning a destination wedding that got stalled because of COVID and Lauren went right to work helping us with alternative options. Although we ended up not going through with the destination part of the wedding, everything else was exactly what we wanted. Lauren's ability to listen to our wants and make them happen especially during the pandemic was not only vital to our wedding actually happening but was essential for our sanity. Our wedding was beautiful and everything we could have hoped for even though we had to pivot quite a lot during this process. Sorry for taking so long to write a review, but I wanted you to know how thankful we are for all of your help, during a really crazy time.
I hired WEME for my wedding and I couldn't be happier! Natasha was my planner and coordinator and she was so understanding, patient, and always answered my questions quickly. I was really worried about being able to find affordable vendors that would fit within our budget and I was not disappointed by the people they referred us to. Our flowers were amazing, the food was incredible, and our photos turned out phenomenally! I felt so overwhelmed before I started working with Natasha and I can't tell you how much it meant to me that she was there for me every step of the way. Our wedding was just perfect and we are thrilled. Thank you so much, Natasha and WEME! We will be hiring you guys again.

This review will not come as a surprise to Lauren. I feel a responsibility to anyone hosting, paying or planning a wedding not to use Lauren / Cherya. Lauren needs to re-evaluate her business ethics and systems. She sold me on her love for weddings and attention to detail and handed me to the most incompetent planner on her team. Cherya was so in over her head she resorted to missing details, burying truths. With 4 weeks out until our wedding, I spent hours and Hours and thousands of dollars to fix and save our event. The staff is underpaid - which becomes the clients problem to solve if they want their event to unfold.
$17k in lighting ordered without my approval
$2500 in umbrellas ordered which never arrived
Dinner napkins ordered over and over instead of cocktail
Small child in background of every meeting and told when you text with questions - sorry I don’t check messages when I’m with my child
Not able to work the software for layouts
Talks in circles in meetings because nothing is done correctly
The ONLY person with a clue is Anika. She’s so over worked and under paid , I supplemented her income by thousands over what I had to pay to the company.
Absolutely the worst company ever.

I really wanted help scouting a venue and with the month of prep. I had ideas on how to create the day but they certainly helped along the way, whether it was researching vendors for me within my budget, communicating with selected vendors, and creating an online portal that helped me stay on track with everything.
Chelsea was my month of coordinator and I truly don't have enough words to express how much I loved working with her. She has an incredibly calm way about her, she was on top of it with organization, and on the day of she really made it absolutely seamless. Everyone (guests, vendors, myself) that was there was impressed by her and had nothing but wonderful things to say. I really can't recommend her enough. Her calming presence is exactly what you want on your wedding day.

Chelsea & her team hired myself as the Day of Coordinator for Gina & Erik's wedding located in Wisconsin! I would have never thought working with a Wedding Planner out of state would be so easy, until I met Chelsea. My husband and I are super busy, we work very demanding jobs and don't have a lot of spare time. We really liked WEME's pricing and the fact that they offer full planning for about half the cost of other companies. Natasha was our wedding planner and she was amazing! She helped us find all of our vendors and also created our wedding timeline, even though we had a friend coordinate our wedding. Our wedding was beautiful and WEME had a lot to do with that!
