- Alyssa FeltFounder & CEOAlyssa grew up in Southern California and has a love for Disney, the Beach, and traveling. She has always been a planner, whether it was for a trip or a birthday party. She learned valuable skills which allowed her to learn the Events Planning industry. After graduating with a Bachelors Degree in Accounting from BYU-Idaho in 2016, she worked as an Events Coordinator for a few years and soon fell in love with planning events and weddings. Alyssa officially started this business in 2019 and it has been growing ever since! Alyssa's vision of her company is creating happiness in the lives of her clients and those she works with. She wants everyone to feel happy, special, and have their dream come true for their event.
- Mackenzie FeltEvent CoordinatorMackenzie graduated from BYU in English, with an emphasis in Editing and Creative Writing, in 2021. She is currently writing 3 different book series and hopes to publish them at least one book in the next few years. She has always been a hard worker and extremely detailed in what she does. She cares for her work and the people she works with. She began working for Dream Weddings by Alyssa since its beginning and loves being a Coordinator.
- Sarah FeltEvent CoordinatorSarah is studying Physchology and Experience, Design, and Management (EXDM) at BYU. She is hoping to open her own business to help people have positive and fun experiences. She is a strong leader, with a drive to accomplish things quickly and perfectly. Alyssa came recommended to us by our venue Snowpine Lodge and we're so glad we went with her. She found us all our vendors including the band, photographer, videographer, cake and did all the decor with her and her team. She did such a great job communicating with them, which really made things easier for us and let us focus on other details for our special day. She was organized and kept us on-track with our responsibilities as well. On the day of Alyssa was professional and yet firm with our guests which we appreciated. We would easily recommend her to any of our friends and family getting married.

Alyssa and her team were fantastic! She did such an amazing job of checking in with us before our wedding and making sure everything has executed exactly as we wanted it to be the day of. I would highly recommend her to anyone in need of a coordinator.

Did get the job done but was very unprofessional. Yelled at our photographer (who was absolutely amazing). Was rude to guest. We paid extra for her to move decor and she forgot, and when asked she said she never knew about it. Called groom by wrong name (which was fine) but when corrected blamed officiant for doing it first and called over to him rude tone to tell him he needs to know grooms correct name. (Officiant was long time friend of grooms and definitely knows his name and does not remember using any other name). Just admit it was a mistake no one was mad we just corrected her. Was telling people grooms lit a cigar in the building and that’s why the fire department came, when it turns out someone accidentally pressed a the fire department button in the elevator. Whatever happened, don’t go telling people the “drama”

on. The vendors commented to me how professional and friendly I was, so I don't know why you said I yelled at the photographer when I did not yell at anyone. I never once spoke rudely to your guests as I strive to make sure everyone has a great time. Several guests came up to me throughout the night to tell me what an amazing job I was doing and how the wedding was so great. I did call you (the groom) Brady when I heard the Officiant say that. I legitimately thought it was a nickname and used it as well. When corrected, I was only commenting on the humor of using the wrong name (after I heard it from the officiant - which I could have heard wrong) since you get called the wrong name all your life (bride's dad made a comment about that in his welcome speech). I thought we were all laughing at the mistake together. I did not "call over to him in a rude tone to tell him he needs to know the grooms name." I did not mean to not "admit my mistake." In addition, for the decor, I was only asked to move the table centerpieces from the dinner room to the reception room, that was it. When the brides mom asked me why the ceremony flowers were not brought into dinner and placed on the sweetheart table, I told her correctly that I was not asked to do that but would be happy to move them. I then asked how they were to be placed - on the table, in front of the table, or on the fireplace mantle. The mother asked the bride and told me on the table and mantle. I then went up and dismantled the florals and placed them how they wanted it. So your claim that "I forgot" is incorrect. Lastly, the grooms room was filled with cigar smoke. The fire department did indeed confirm that that was the cause of setting off the silent smoke alarms which caused the elevator to not run (in case of a fire, use stairs). I spoke with the venue coordinator about this and she confirmed that was the cause. The only people I spoke to about this was the bride and groom, brides mom, best man and groomsman (since they had to clear out the room of the cigars), and the venue staff to confirm info and make sure the venue was okay. I did not go around "telling people the drama" as you claim. Based on these, I feel your comments do not show the proper picture of how I spoke or what I was doing to coordinate everything. I am sorry if you feel disappointed in me, but I want to make things clear on my end.

I am so type-A... But I knew I was going to need help planning my wedding since I was living in Connecticut, my fiancé in Vancouver, and our wedding was in Salt Lake City! What a complicated mess that could have been! So, thank goodness we found Alyssa!!! She was just the most perfect person to work with. She was always on top of our to-do list, had as many phone calls with me as we needed in order to plan, and she gave great suggestions based on her years of experience and expertise in smooth-running, beautiful weddings! 100% Alyssa will take great care of your wedding's needs; I highly recommend her and her work. She was also just a great person to talk to and made our planning so easy and fun. Her services were wonderful, suggestions perfect for decor, catering, and day-of timeline, and she was always prompt in answering my questions. She's very up to date with what's going on in the Salt Lake area and can connect you with great vendors. She took care of so many little details which really helped ease my mind on the day of the wedding and allowed my family to relax and actually enjoy the party! That's worth the investment right there! I'm so grateful to her because our day went absolutely perfectly and 100% as we planned. I hired Alyssa knowing I would need someone to coordinate vendors and wrangle people on the day of my wedding, and I'm SO GLAD that I did!
Alyssa met with me several times leading up to the wedding to go over timeline and details. She has fantastic attention to detail and helped me think through how I wanted the day to go.
THEN exactly two weeks before my wedding I broke my leg and needed major surgery. I needed significant adjustments to my floor plan and day-of scheduling to ensure I'd be able to function as a bride recovering from surgery in a wheelchair. Alyssa rallied to make sure all the last minute changes were made.
I was confident that they day would run smoothly because I knew Alyssa was behind the scenes, and I was right to be! The day was perfect. Highly recommend hiring Alyssa!
