to weddings. We had been to over 15 in 3 years…but never one at Drumore. I was pretty much sold the moment my feet hit the ground. The grounds are stunning, the house is beautiful, and the staff rock. Some small things I greatly appreciated were the venue access times and the ability to pick up your decor the next day. During the planning process I was slightly nervous about the food because we were only able to taste items selected by the venue at the tasting. Ultimately there was no need to worry. The wedding day food was wonderful and we received many compliments. We had the salmon and short rib for entrées and all the apps were yummy! Our guests also ADORED the grounds (how could you not?). We received endless compliments on the venue itself, the grounds staff does excellent work. It is truly a magical place to be married. Our coordinator was Marnie and we cannot say enough good things about her and her team. From day one we hit it off with Marnie and we were thrilled she was available to work our wedding date. If you are lucky enough to have Marnie as a coordinator please trust her judgement. She knows what she is doing and she will make sure your day is everything you dreamed it to be and more! Marnie FLAWLESSLY executed every single detail perfectly. Literally, nothing was amiss. Looking back I would not change a single thing about my wedding day. Lastly, the venue will supply a list of recommended vendors. We used most of the recommended vendors (Kevin Rist Video, 3 West, Rosemary & Rust, to name a few). There is a reason why they are recommended. They were all amazing! The vendors we used that were not on the Drumore list were vendors we loved and were VERY familiar with from being in other weddings (AlyV Photography & Exquisite Cakes). We had the dream team. If you go with Drumore make sure you have experienced vendors you can trust to match this amazing venue.

tely beautiful with the chandeliers and linens. Marnie was our coordinator, she was fabulous. We had a rain storm and they did great job coordinating everything that nothing in our schedule changed. The food is delicious. I loved every part of my wedding there. I highly recommend it it has it all. The staff is great, the place is absolutely gorgeous, and food is amazing.

f outdoorsy and elegant- nestled in the quiet countryside with rolling hills in the background, but an elegant manor with manicured gardens and brick pavers. This suited our two very different tastes well! Marnie, our wedding coordinator, is marvelous. She is enthusiastic, organized, responds promptly, flexible, and goes above and beyond to make the day a success. She even picked up our order of apple cider on her way into work that morning because it was on her way! We had two in person meetings with her on site and many emails and texts exchanged back and forth. She was really engaged, looking at our pinterest board to see our theme and vision and help it come to life. The pros of the venue are many: amazing coordinator, staff does all the set up and take down (bridal party gets to enjoy the day!), many photo op locations indoor and out, very spacious bridal suite, game-day decision in case of rain, furniture and prop rentals on-site for convenience, they have a list of many vendors you can choose from but don't require you choose from their list (we did tour a different venue that mandated you use their DJ and photogs), byo alcohol helped save money (and you can drop this off the morning prior), and one of the most unique things that really sold us was the ability to byo food to complement the reception dinner, which allowed us to incorporate cultural dishes to make our menu really personal. This also reassured us that this was a staff that was welcoming to many cultures and ethnic backgrounds which was so important to us as an interracial and intercultural couple! They love the get creative too, we had a food truck come bring cupcakes as our dessert. A few cons, they still consider the first couple Saturdays of November high season, which we found surprising, and this came at a higher price and a minimum guest count of 130 people, and the max count in the carriage house was 150, so they basically set the number of guests. Of course we were told this at our tour when we looked at available dates and packages. When we toured the property, we were told we could have farm table seating at reception. This was true to an extent; there would only be room for that at a certain number of guests, and not the minimum number they mandated. Or, we could have the farm tables without a sweetheart table. Marnie really helped us consider all the seating options, measuring out the carriage house and seeing what was possible. We ultimately preferred to keep our sweetheart table, had two rows of farm tables in the middle and the surrounding ones were rounds, and it ended up looking great. Because it's such a popular venue, we couldn't do a rehearsal there the day before as there was a wedding going on- which is also a plus, that you will have exclusive access to the entire property on your day- so we did a day-of rehearsal, separately for men and women. I think this is pretty common now, and we still had plenty of time for hair and makeup afterwards. And the one big hiccup that hopefully won't happen there again is the chef who did our tasting abruptly quit about two months before our wedding. They found a replacement quickly, who honored the menu we had previously chosen, and the food was great! Our guests are still complementing the venue and we would do it all over again!

Our wedding day at Drumore was beautiful and so much fun. The only small critique we had was that we had a new wedding coordinator on the day of, and things at times felt a bit disorganized; we were not given much guidance at the day-of rehearsal, we did not know where they were when we first arrived as well as a few other times throughout the day, and the cocktail hour ran a bit late. However, that did not detract much from an overall very positive experience at Drumore. We would recommend this place for sure!

We felt like more than just a client. The only shortcoming of the planning process and day of event was the last minute change of our coordinator who lacked Marnie's enthusiasm and professionalism. While our concerns negatively affected the later part of the planning stage, we are happy to say that our wedding day was incredible, and we would highly recommend Drumore Estate as a venue!

They have multiple options to have your ceremony and reception as well as a plan B incase of bad weather. Having Marnie (our coordinator) was great. She made planning and putting the wedding together a breeze! Even the day of the wedding when I tried to offer my help I was turned away to enjoy my day. Drumore Estate has a great reputation with a lot of outside vendors to make your wedding special. They provide a vendors list to show you who is familiar with the venue and having those vendors who have been to Drumore previously makes a huge difference in making your wedding flow smoothly. All the vendors that we picked off the list were precessional, down to earth and super nice. All I had to do was pick my vendors and bring a couple of my own decorations and they do everything else! Our wedding day was perfect and the best day of our lives!
