nd my son in law were not going to have the average flavored wedding cake. They decided on a strawberry cake and after a few unsuccessful attempts to find a bakery that would agree , we found the Dutch Epicure. From the start of our appointment we could see that Stephanie was our Baker. Stephanie took the time with us to be sure that she understood exactly what my daughter was looking for and explained exactly what technique she would use to create the strawberry cake filled with strawberry mouse! Stephanie actually created two different variations of the cake for us to try and choose from! Stephanie is absolutely a delight to work with and is a very lovey person who absolutely loves what she does! My daughter was married this past weekend at the gorgeous Allrose Wedding venue in Greenfield NH. Stephanie personally delivered the cake to the venue, so to complete the final floral placements on site and to give instruction to the caterer. Stephanie was punctual, professional and has mastered her technique!The cake was amazing ! The cake itself was super moist and held the perfect strawberry flavor! That coupled with the amazing strawberry mouse filling , the cake was a masterpiece! My daughters wedding truly looked and felt like something straight out of a fairytale book. Stephanie worked well with our other amazing vendors and together they made my daughters wedding experience everything that she and my son in law had hoped for!
