We got married at Irving Street Studio, and the venue was absolutely perfect! The ambiance, space, lighting.... we could not have asked for more!
Perfect!
Our wedding was a great success and it would not have been possible without our amazing venue space, Ecotrust! All my (millions of) questions were answered and I always felt very supported. The staff was wonderful! Highly recommended.
The rooftop deck of the Ecotrust is a stunning venue. We held our rehearsal dinner here, but it works as a smaller wedding venue as well. The staff were friendly and helpful, but not always great at responding to emails. The rental fee is totally reasonable, and the fact that you can rent tables and chairs and they'll set them up for you outside of your rental time is awesome. Overall, we and our guests had a great time and really loved the space. I'd recommend it to anyone.
Ecotrust was great to work with and the event manager, Chad, was very helpful and friendly. For the most part our requests were granted, although they had some limitations due to environmental requirements (such as no balloons), but I was happy to abide. Most importantly the venue has a wonderful ambiance. The only downsides to the venue are the expenses, including the rental price, which seems a bit high at $275/hour, and all the additional fees associated with renting chairs, tables, etc. Also, we had just 100 people and although there limit on the rooftop is 150, I can't imagine having any more than we did. 100 was comfortable but on the edge of being a little tight. Overall I was very happy with how our big day panned out and the planning process in general.
