We purchased a package for photo and video from Eivan’s for our wedding in November 2023, we could not be more pleased with the overall experience, the staff is extremely communicative and very helpful with any questions you may have. We cannot say enough good things about the photographer and videographer that were sent to our wedding, they were true professionals with years of experience. They knew exactly how to efficiently capture our photos and masterfully set the scene, telling our story. We never felt rushed or hurried by the photo and video staff and they flawlessly interjected themselves into the evening capturing every moment and working with the ideas we wanted to put together. In the end we received back over 1100 gorgeous and expertly edited photos, along with a 40 minute video beautifully capturing everything from our first look to very late night dancing. They were truly there for us and gave their full attention and commitment. After the even we had great communication from the post production team in reviewing our photos and videos. The included photo album that was put together for us is absolutely stunning, from the sleek and heavy acrylic cover to all the highly detailed photos capturing our beginning we could not be more pleased. We would highly recommend Eivan’s to anyone in need of photography or videography. Working with them has been nothing but a positive experience and their care and dedication to you are second to none.

Our photographer was absolutely amazing!!! We struggled with finding a budget friendly photographer for our wedding and really lucked out. The positivity and people skills he displayed were top notch. Almost every single one of our guests commented on the delightful experience, leaving everyone wondering how we found such an incredible photographer. If you look at the portfolios the pictures speak for themselves (equally amazing if you haven’t had a chance to look yet), if you get a photographer half as good as the one we were given you will not be disappointed!

We checked out a few vendors that I found on the Knot, but we felt that Eivan’s was the best fit for us. The cost of the packages were very reasonable. From the first point of contact, each person that we had contact with, whether through email or text or phone conversation, everyone was kind & helpful. We chose a photographer from the list; We did not get that photographer but the guy that was chosen for us was THE BEST PHOTOGRAPHER!! We could not have been a better match. Michael Pierce was so attentive to all our wants & requests & he took every shot we asked. We communicated a few days before the wedding & he was ready for the shots we requested. The proofs were sent to us quickly & We truly love every photo!! We have already ordered my album & a grip of prints!!! We can’t wait to share these beautiful photos with our family & friends!!

My husband and I booked a photographer (Alex) through Eivans. From the start, Eivans was so easy to work with. Alex herself was AMAZING. Everyone who saw her could tell she was excellent and she knew what she was doing. Her cues helped my husband and I feel comfortable posing for pictures. She also got some special candid moments. Overall, it was a great experience and I've been recommending Eivans to all my friends who are getting married.

We had the pleasure of working with Eivan’s for our wedding day. We got married April 23, 2022. I would recommend working with them. We booked Eivan’s a year in advance and had zero issues with communication and getting our questions answered which is great. We had two photographers assigned to us and they were both fantastic. They had assigned them about a month in advance. I was able to speak with both about a week later which was helpful. We confirmed locations and times with no issues at all. The process was nice and easy. The day of the wedding Luba met with the bridal party at one location and Gilbert met up with my husband and his groomsmen at the venue. They were able to capture all the memories on our special day. The one thing I would recommend, which Luba went over with me, make a list of what types of pictures/poses you would want. I got a little overwhelmed, but they were able to help and guide us. We got our profile with proofs about 3 weeks later. The pictures look fantastic. We are currently in the process of picking our photos for the album. We cannot wait for our pictures! Eivan’s has been a fantastic company to work with from start to finish. Thank you for capturing our special day.

What a fantastic photography experience. Our photographer did an amazing job capturing different types of photos, really listened to our wants and needs and was wonderful to work with. Having a photographer and videographer was a main priority on our wedding list. I'm so happy we decided to go through Eivan's! We went with Eivan's because they offered great package options for exactly what we wanted for half the cost of local prices. We were able to get everything that we wanted on our list and still be affordable. We were skeptical that the quality would be hindered going this route, but we were far from wrong. Eivan's performed better than expected! We had Kurt as our photographer and Del as our videographer and can I say just how grateful we were to get them. They were so nice, amazing and helpful, even during these COVID-19 times. They were flexible and easy going and were an amazing team that worked exceptionally well together. I don't think we could have picked a better pair to capture our wedding! Would 1000% recommend them to anyone in the Indiana area. We took a chance going through Eivan's instead of the traditional small business route and I'm so glad we did. If anyone's wavering on who they should choose to capture their wedding day, I highly recommend Eivan's!

Eivan’s was amazing on our wedding day! Anthony helped everything run so smoothly time wise. They had a beautiful warm attitude and we could not have asked for a better company to make our day so wonderful! We had to make changes a few times and they were more than willing to accommodate us on our requests before the big day! Also on our special day Anthony had every one smiling! I was honestly a little worried about the process of using Eivan's because you didn't get your photographer assigned until pretty late in the game and you didn't have as much interaction with your photographer until your actual wedding day. I had some serious doubts to be completely honest but MAN was I proven wrong! Our photographer reached out and set up a call once they were assigned to us, we had a great conversation, and because of the standardized setup process that Eivan's has, we could skip the whole 'what are you looking for' and go right into getting to know each other. The day of the wedding was PERFECT! Kurt was phenomenal - having fun with us and our family, showing us pictures as he was taking them, letting us be us and not feel super pose-y, and taking candid shots without ever feeling like he was in the way. The pictures were turned around SO FAST (they were sent to us before we even got back from our honeymoon) and they were incredible. I truly recommend you set your fears aside and use Eivan's - you won't regret it! The process was so streamlined, the photographer was great, and we couldn't be happier with our experience.

Our photographer Johnnie was amazing. We loved how he created a lot of cool poses for us to do and he really took charge and was confident while shooting us. Our videographer Steve was so nice and made sure to captured all of our specials moments that we wanted. Couldn’t ask for a better experience from Eivan’s on our wedding day.

GREAT ATTENTION*** I will try to make this post as detailed as possible and or not so long. But the entire world needs to know this company is not great it's a scam and if you want to remember your wedding please please do not book them. On May 12th 2017 the most beautiful day of my life, my husband and I locked vows. We spent $80,000 on our special day which was well detailed planned out and organized. Unfortunately we hired this company Evians to make sure they create such a beautiful memory so we can always go back on and view together as one on our anniversary. But needless to say our memories are ruined. No over Exaggeration, we received our video and it was horrible, the expert (they say) videographer missed my entire wedding, my wedding party was filmed from behind 3steps and the ceiling was the remaining view , the groom did a special entrance which was not filmed.during the ceremony the camera man most forgot why he was there and filmed the back behind of my guest which was embarrassing especially when one of the guest was immediate family and she felt violated of he wedge dress between her bottom. I noticed the camera was slacking and I asked him to clarify the shots and to let him know my father and I had a dance routine how ever the videographer had it covered he said. And of course filmed the back of my father and I killer part is I treated my staff as guest brought their plates of choice which was 65-85 dollars a plate just to make them comfortable as well. Heck that's probably why I have no wedding h memories focused on the wrong things. Well to make matters worse I made a review on this site the knot. And was immediately asked to take it down and they will help me. What did I take it down for because my 2nd anniversary has passed and no help same video and broken promises. My heart is so hurt right now because I have no memory of my wedding however I do have great pictures, which my photographer was awesome she didnt miss a beat she was on it so on it, Evians thought it was okay to replace my wedding video with the pictures, yes the added pictures in my wedding video to replace what the video man didnt get. I'm so disgusted spoke to the owner several times well 3 times and he promised access to a short video which actually held me off but then he deleted it 30days later so I wasnt able to view that as well. Truth be told my husband and I spent so much money and we dont have anything to show for it. I will be posting the actually video on YouTube, Facebook and Instagram I'm also forwarding this entire situation to the news station just to see if this situation is appropriate. Again if you want a beautiful memory of your special day please bypass this company forsure and research research before spending money. Planning another wedding for memories is no fun. Again it's been 2 years I've been so patient and no video.

My husband and I were very satisfied with this company! Very respectful and professional and got the photos back to us in decent time! The pictures turned out wonderful as well! They are located everywhere so it’s a great choice for a wedding photographer!

Poor customer service and not impressed with the photo's taken. I had to tell the photographer to get simple family photo's as they were not doing the usual photo's taken at a wedding i.e. bride (and groom)with her immediate family from out of state! Submitted feedback on my album and they had a question but failed to contact me to clarify so now the album has to be redone as they deleted it because "too much time has passed", I waited for the revised album to approve for 8 weeks and when I still did not have any communication I called and emailed them, this is when I was told too much time had passed so it now had to be redone. Purchased photo's as they were the only ones I had. There were problems with the website when ordering prints as well. Definitely would not recommend.

I got married last year on August 6th. We were happy with our photographer Steve. What went wrong was the costumer service after the fact that was awful. When we received our video there was no footage of my dad and I on our first look and the audio from the mic my husband wore was not working. Either the mic was not turned on or they were not working. We were told we would be able to hear everything we said to each other during the ceremony. Correct me if I am wrong, but when you pay for videography you are expecting to actually have audio and at least hear your vows. I understand that mistakes happen, but as a professional company it is their job to own up to their mistakes. I was dealing with Sam who was awful to me. He called me initially stating they would take care of me and try to fix the video and will call back within 90 days (everything took 60-90 days). He never called back, so I requested a call. When he called it was like he didn't even remember talking to me. We talked for 45 minutes on the phone. All he would do was offer me credit towards pictures, which I already had all my pictures. It is just short of a year later and I still was dealing with this company until now. It took them ONE YEAR to add pictures of my dad and I to the video, and to try and turn up the volume on the DVD a little bit. You still can barely hear us take our vows. When I recently messaged Sam about the credit he offered me, he stated he does not recall offering me anything. I asked for the recording of the phone conversation as he stated multiple times that our conversation was recorded, and he would not give this to me. This company has caused so much stress to my husband and I and we felt we were treated so awful after the wedding. I would never recommend this company to anyone. I feel terrible for the photographers who work for a company that represents them like this. I would recommend paying the extra money and going with a more private/smaller company that will care

I cannot express enough what a great job that eivans did. We had the photographer (dorin) go through mud to get the best shot. Seriously I cannot express how wonderful they were and how much they worked for us and we're flexible with changes. Best company ever. Also very affordable.

For going into my wedding day blind, by not previously meeting either my photographer or videographer I was very impressed by the services we received. Our photographer William was so great! He walked right into the salon in the morning and started to get to work without any hesitation what so ever. I got so many compliments from guests about his professionalism, and could not have asked for a better person to take ideas from just about everyone in the bridal party as calmly as he did. Overall I am very pleased with the service we were provided with!

Mitchell and Galen were our videographer/photography team. I was pretty nervous because they did not know each other and it was our videographers first event with the company. However, I immediately became relaxed after the first time I spoke with our photographer, Galen. We instantly connected while discussing the tone/setting of my wedding. He spent a lot of time truly getting to know our story. The next day, I talked to our videographer, Mitchell. He blew me away when explaining the process (videography was new to me) and going over what the most important moments/aspects were to my us and our families. Our wedding ceremony was very intimate and Galen and Mitchell did everything they could do to make sure they captured those moments. Almost 3 months later and our wedding guests are still talking about how great they were. While taking pictures, we noticed our photographer was wearing an ice pack on his back while he was laying on the floor to get the shot I wanted. After a lot of prodding from a group of women, he finally told us he had hurt his back just days before. Not once did he grimace, complain or hold back on the shots he was getting - for 10 hours. We are so thankful we got this team and for their friendship that day. Our videographer actually handed me a kleenex because he thought I was crying. Couldn't have asked for a better day!

Eivan's made my husband's and I wedding day unbelievably special. The photographer and videographer we're amazing! They were definitely fun to work with! Our pictures and video turned out amazing, and I would choose them again in a heartbeat. I felt comfortable with what they were doing, and trusted them fully. They made my pictures look beautiful. I am speechless with the way they did everything. Also, reaching them is never a problem and if you leave a message they do return your call their customer service is excellent. I will never forget my wedding day and thanks to Eivan's for giving us a wonderful experience. They are fun to work with!!! We booked Eivans last year for our July 9th wedding and couldn't be more pleased with the services that we received. From the initial phone call to finally getting our pictures, they were always professional with our interactions and answering the multiple questions that I had. After we booked with them, they sent us a timeline of when we should be expecting certain things, and I was so excited when we finally got connected with our photographer and videographer a few weeks before the wedding day. I would certainly recommend them to anyone looking for a quality photographer/videographer!

My husband and I were fortunate enough to work with Eivan's Photo & Video Inc. for our special day last month. It was really easy to communicate with Sam and he made sure he was always there if we had any questions or concern. Our wedding package included 10 hours of photography, but we realize a week before the wedding that we needed an additional 2.5 hours. Eivan's made it super easy for us to add the additional hours, hassle-free. Our photographer Marina was a sweetheart! She communicated with us through email a month prior to our wedding day. I loved the fact that she asked us to send any wedding photo ideas that we liked so she can incorporate it into our photoshoot during our wedding day. She was very prompt and easy to work with, which made it easier to get through our hectic 12 hour wedding day. I would recommend Eivan's to anyone out there who's looking for great service along with value and professionalism! Thank you Eivan's for capturing our special day, all 1k of them!

I was hesitant at first since Eivans provided such a good deal. I sent emails, triple checked the contract to make sure there were no strings attached. Again, I was super skeptical. Overall the customer service was phenomenal, the photographer and videographer were excellent. Not only were the photographer and videographer great but they were cool as all get out. I liked their personality and quality of the images. It really did exceed our expectations.

I did not think this quality of photography / videography existed for this price. Eivan’s blew us away with how professional they were to work with, and the quality of their work is unmatchable. We used Eivans to coordinate a photographer / videographer for our wedding in Austin in June. We got matched with Sandor G and John A. They were fantastic! They were so polite to all of our guests, and got amazing shots. We really feel very blessed that we were able to get these guys at such an AMAZING price! All of my friends could not believe that there was a service out there like this, and when I tell my friends that are getting married they are so thankful. They are so easy to work with too. They always emailed back right away, or were able to answer the phone. They made photography stress free and easy, and even thought of things that I had not. The team at Eivan's was very helpful when we were choosing the photo package we wanted. Never did we feel pressured to add on anything we didn't want. On our wedding day, our photographer, Jeff was a pleasure to work with. He was on time, flexible, and friendly. I called to schedule an over the phone consultation to my surprise when the day came for my consultation I did not receive no phone call at my scheduled time. I waited an hour more with my daughter and her fiancé for the call and still no call. I sent them an email informing them how upset and unprofessional it was and that I was disappointed. I thought that they would read my email and maybe I would get a response back but wasn't expecting it. Monday morning came and I received a phone call from the district manager apologizing and informing me that there was a glitch in the system and if I would allow him to go fix it for me and my daughter. I thought what do I have to lose I can always say no and not sign a contract with them. We went onsite this time for the consultation because I was not taking any chances for another glitch. So we get there and we were greeted very nicely then we were taken to a room for the consultation and to our surprise it was the manager he was going to conduct the consultation. I was happily surprised he again apologize and showed us the packages and because of the glitch we had happen he made sure he took care of it and made the package really sweet. He did not have to add all the extra stuff he did but because he was sorry and wanted to make sure we knew that he valued our business he made sure my daughters wedding package had everything she wanted. He was awesome I would highly recommend them because even if they mess up the accept it and fix it. Love them and will use them again.

I was beyond excited to find this company!! So many services were outside our budget and I was nervous that I would have to sacrifice quality and professionalism but with Eivan's, NOT AT ALL! There multiple package options really allowed for us to customize everything we wanted/needed for our big day! Eivan's was able to match my husband's and I's styles and photo needs to a PERFECT photographer that worked extremely well with my family and bridal party. The quality of our pictures are beyond words and are just simply amazing. I am so happy to have found/used Eivan's services for my wedding and can't wait to have these memories for a lifetime!!

From beginning to end, our experience with Eivan's was first rate. We were looking for wedding photography over the course of our big day and Eivan's delivered. Our sales representative, Dughan, was highly responsive to every question we had, took us through our entire contract in great detail and was attentive to our needs at every step. Our photographers, Artur and Nick and videographer, Max were tremendous. They were professional, yet relaxed and very pleasant, and fit in with our guests extremely well. They took well over 2,000 photos and hours and hours of video! We could not have asked for any better than this team. I highly recommend Eivan's.

All I can say is wow! We hired Eivan's for our wedding day and I have to say it was the absolute best decision and right choice! The price was very fair and the employee who booked us was very flexible and willing to help us out in any way possible. Our photographer, Tom Widmar, was absolutely AMAZING! He was very prompt in responding to emails, he communicated well with me, he was on time and ready, he stayed busy the entire time taking thousands of pictures, he was patient with me when I was overwhelmed, he was kind, and most of all he shot BEAUTIFUL work. Our Wedding was June 12th 2016 at the Abbey Resort in Fontana, WI. The venue was beautiful, and our photographer, Mike, knew exactly how to capture our perfect day. He had structure, which I appreciated. It was very clear that he knew exactly what to do to get great photos. I felt he, and Brandon (our videographer), were very flexible and professional. Not to mention, they were extremely kind and outgoing. When we received our photo gallery, we were over-the-top excited and happy. Mike truly caught the essense of our big day. My suggestion to you brides and grooms- do not get the lowest package. It was impossible for us to choose only 30 photos- we called for an upgrade right away. Definitely get the package with the rights to all the photos because they do such a wonderful job capturing all the special moments :) When doing my upgade, Sam was also extremely helpful in making sure I could get exactly what I needed. We highly suggest Eivan's!

Eivans did such a wonderful job the day of our wedding on May 28, 2016. The entire staff was polite and respectful and they showed up on time to each location the day of our wedding. I would recommend Eivans to all of my family and friends looking to hire a a photography company.

My husband and I were married on 12/12/15 and we were very grateful to have Eivan's photography and videography capture our special day. We worked with Mike and Shannon and they were a pleasure to work with. They captured moments that I wouldn't have otherwise seen which made me very happy. They were very professional and prompt and worked well with my large bridal party. The price for what you get is amazing and Eivan's was always quick to answer questions throughout the planning process.

I got married September 28, 2013! Not sure why it took me this long to write a review. But here it goes: I love pictures, I think they are one of the most important aspects of any celebration. A picture can take you back in time and allow you to remember that day like it was yesterday. For that reason I was looking for a company that took their job seriously and was affordable. I came across Eivans while searching on this website www.theknot.com and gave it a shot. I saw the price and thought it was too good to be true. We scheduled a consultation and got lucky to have Steve as the consultant and as our photographer. He was awesome, so easy to work with and went along with anything I asked of him. He was so helpful and friendly. He was yes to make sure the day went smoothly. They prices were reasonable, compared to other companies. I felt that we got a lot for our money. The one thing I wish I would had done however was buy the copy rights to the pictures before the wedding. As they become extremely expensive after the wedding. After almost three years I called Evian's to see if the price for the pictures' copy rights had gone down, unfortunately it was the same price. I asked my husband if the pictures were worth it, which to be honest they are, but the price was out of our budget. I called again and asked if something could be done, they were able to bring the price down to something more comfortable. Though ideally it's not what I wanted to pay, I'm thankful they worked with me and lowered the price. I went ahead and bought the copyrights to my pictures and I don't regret it one bit! I do love the pictures and the work that Steve did! I know I will have these memories to cherish for years to come! I recommend Evian's Photography in a heartbeat.

Our photographer and videographer were amazing! very artistic and had great ideas. The customer service is great too, they always emailed back or returned my calls in a timely manner! Cant wait to see my photos and video.

We had a wonderful experience with Will as our photographer and Nancy as our videographer! The day was handled with efficiency and professionalism and Will was wonderful at directing the flow of the pictures and arranging us for pictures. We received the picture proofs this week and we are so pleased with the photos and the fact that we received 2300 pictures! Eivans lets you see the proofs on their website with a watermark and then you can purchase the download rights immediately at an additional cost or wait a couple of months to receive the CD of all the photos (if purchased with your package). We will be waiting, but we are very happy with how they turned out and looking forward to sharing the photos!
