Although this may be your first time planning a wedding, it's not Nicole's and that was so evident throughout our meetings with her! I'd like to consider myself someone who is fairly concerned about organization and details but especially as our wedding day got closer and I thought of the more detailed tasks that would need to be completed involving other vendors (I.e. communicating arrival times, timelines, etc.), Nicole had already completed them. My favorite part about the day of the wedding was that Nicole was present and available and whatever I wanted/needed, it was no problem for her. I never once saw her get stressed or overwhelmed - a trait that is truly admirable and necessary in a job like hers. When there was a mishap with one of the decorations we had after it was set up for the ceremony that resulted in it being unusable, Nicole promptly took care of the situation and I didn't even know about it (which is what I preferred!). When my veil fell off walking down the aisle, Nicole quickly grabbed it and some of my guests thought we intentionally had the veil come off because of how seamlessly Nicole responded to the situation. Due to our wedding guest number, Nicole did have another person with her to help out and I just want to acknowledge all of the hard work Kylie did, too! We are so appreciative of the both of them. our dream wedding. Nicole met with us a few times in person when we traveled to Florida, but we largely had zoom meetings. She was always so gracious to work around or busy schedules. I was nervous to plan a wedding from across the country, but Nicole was so organized and gave us wonderful vendor recommendations as well as to-do lists to keep us on track. The day of our wedding we experienced a huge thunder & lightening storm that began during our cocktail hour and continued through the reception. I was never once worried; Nicole and her team were on top of it! Plans quickly pivoted, but the party never missed a beat. The day turned out better than we could have imagined, and we truly could not have done it without Elegant Pairings!!

Most of our wedding details were already taken care of but not having to try and contact all of our vendors the week/day of our wedding was so nice and stress-free. On our wedding day Nicole and Courtney made everything for us so enjoyable! They took care of EVERYTHING so we could enjoy talking to our guest and not run around making a bunch of last minute decisions. Instead of having a dance at our reception, we had yard and drinking games. Nicole and Courtney put all of them together and even tore them down at the end of the night. It's been a little over a week since our wedding and we still can't stop talking about how awesome Nicole and Courtney were. nely did not notice anything go wrong the day of, even though there must have been something. I would consider myself relatively "low maintenance" in the sense that I hadn't thought about, nor did I care too much about very many details of our wedding. Honestly, that disposition may have been harder to work with than that of a couple that has very specific wants and needs. Either way, Nicole handled it like a champ. She took it upon herself to organize and design several details of our wedding (i.e., my bouquet, cake embellishments, etc.) to make them more special than my lack of opinion allowed for. She could have easily gone with the bare minimum -- I said I didn't care so what does it matter? It mattered to Nicole. As for the "high maintenance" moments, Nicole seemed like she had seen it all and knew exactly how to work with us to handle every curve ball we threw at her. I tell everyone I know that we would not have gotten married without Nicole and it's the truth. Without her help, I truly believe we would still be mulling over finding a venue. She helped us keep to our timeline and she has connections to so many QUALITY vendors for a variety of budgets. For those reasons alone, I recommend hiring a wedding planner. For everything above and beyond, I recommend Nicole.

They are both so fun and easy to work with and made the wedding planning process so easy. A couple of weeks before the wedding I felt like I was constantly emailing or texting Nicole last minute questions and she was always so happy to answer and was very quick to respond. On the actual wedding day they both made sure all the vendors were there and on time and that everything ran smoothly. If something did go wrong I wouldn't have known because they both took care of everything. Nicole always made sure even the littlest of details were taken care of. and got engaged, my fiance and I found ourselves with three jobs between the two of us, and a military schedule to navigate through. My mom came into town and set up a few meetings with planners, and Nicole was the first one we met with. When I say she blew my mom and I's socks off...we actually cancelled all the rest of the meetings we had set up for the day. She was sweet, professional, smart, energetic, and clearly very knowledgable about her field. Plus, her pricing was incredibly reasonable-much better than some of her competitors in the area. We were even a little nervous about planning a wedding during one of the busiest wedding seasons of all time (2022), but she assured us with complete confidence that we would have the wedding of our dreams regardless. We booked her that day for full-service, and the rest is history. If you are overwhelmed with the idea of planning such a big day in your life, I cannot recommend Nicole more. She was there for me every step of the way, made recommendations when I was unsure, answered my panicked texts and emails when I was overthinking little details, brought us the best vendors with amazing prices, and always gave me her utmost attention when we met in person. One specific memory I have is when we met at a coffee shop to go over the website, and we ended up sitting and talking about non-wedding stuff for over an hour! It was so nice to work with someone who actually cared, was clearly passionate about her work, and who I could count as a friend at the end of all this. My fiance and I's wedding day was an absolute dream come true, and we genuinely had so much fun. A sign for me that we made the right decision to book full service planning was that I wasn't stressed for even a second during wedding weekend. I feel like for a lot of brides, the day of the wedding is lovely, but every second leading up to it is chaotic and generally not a good time. Nicole and her team gave me the confidence that the day would go smoothly, and that I didn't have to worry about a thing. Just an example to attest to this: Nicole ended up being unable to come to the wedding due to health concerns (health is obviously a priority, I know she would have been there if she could), but she sent her husband and two members of her team to work with us during the day. We had laid out an itinerary for the day weeks prior, and she had made sure all vendors were up to date on it. Caitlin, the team member who stood in for Nicole, was the absolute sweetest, and was always by my side making sure everything was up to standards. Even though it was unfortunate that Nicole couldn't be there, it truly shows how invested, personal, and detailed her services are. To put it bluntly, with my fiance and I's very busy schedule, I know this wedding wouldn't have been as beautiful without her help, or have even happened quite frankly. I feel so blessed to have met her and to have worked with her for 11 months. She will always be a part of the reason I look back on my wedding fondly. So, as someone who was once very skeptical about the wedding planning business, I can say with full confidence that I'm converted. I recommend every bride get a wedding planner, and if you're in the Mobile-30A area, book Nicole!!!

On our wedding day she and her assistant came in and set up all of my personal decorations (even the rented silk flowers I used for the day-it truly was a large task) was able to relax in the bridal suite and come down to a completely transformed reception space that was even more beautiful than I had imagined in my head. Wedding days truly are soooo busy & they go by in the blink of an eye. Nicole kept us on schedule, she bustled my dress after our formal photos and even brought me a cocktail before the ceremony while we were waiting for the rain to pass. Our wedding cake was over 2 hours late & because I had Nicole on my wedding day, I had no idea how late the cake was until the week after the wedding when I received a phone call and a refund to my account for the cake being so late. ke no girl, thank YOU! I didn't even know where to begin with our wedding. We had so many ideas, we just needed organization and some help. Nicole was there every step of the way, through every zoom call, every text, every meeting, and throughout the entire day. She listened to EVERY detail. We had many non-traditional requests and she made sure ALL of them happened. She confirmed every vendor. By the time we had a few months out, she would ask if I needed anything else, I honestly didn't. She had done EVERYTHING!!!! She coordinated everything before and during our special day. Everyone asked me the morning of if I was nervous or stressed, they were shocked when I said no. How could I be? She took care of it all! Time came for us to leave our condo and head to our church. I was over an hour late. I was like "oh no, Nicole is going to be so mad". Not at all! She assured me we were going to be just fine, and we definitely were! We were right on schedule, which was perfectly laid out on her timeline! She stuck with us from beginning to end. Actually she changed before the ceremony and I was like "girl I didn't know you were going to change and be fancy". She said "well I would never show up to your wedding a mess!". Like you did EVERYTHING for us, I was not worried how you looked (so cute!). She was right beside me throughout the ceremony and reception, but wasn't at the same time. I was able to just float through and enjoy. She stay long after to help clean up and continued to check in on me. We still are in contact months later! She has become a wonderful friend. She also still continues to support our marriage and others she has done in the past, posting constantly about her memorable times. I am so excited to continue to see her grow her business because every single person deserves to have her help and/or plan their wedding. Absolutely amazing!!!!
