We received countless compliments from guests on the venue, and many said it was the most beautiful wedding they'd ever been to. The representatives that worked the wedding were incredibly helpful. I felt no stress throughout the day because I knew they had everything covered. I can not say enough good things about this venue!

oon as we saw photos of Emmerich we knew it was meant to be. It has the most amazing location with incredible views. Kurt was so helpful, accommodating and responsive during our planning process. Emily was amazing and helped us so much the weeks leading up to our wedding and the day of. Our wedding was everything we dreamed it would be & more. The sky is the limit at Emmerich and I loved that we could bring all of our visions to life. Our guests had such a good time being surrounded by nature and so much love and were fully present in the moment the entire night. We are forever thankful that we found Emmerich- we fell in love with Warwick so much that we moved here. We look forward to visiting the tree farm every year for our Christmas tree and to reminisce on the best day.

While planning a wedding, you can expect stress and disappointment in almost every aspect of the process; so it was an incredible relief knowing that Christine not only understood my vision, but possessed an imagination and efficiency that is so rare to encounter. I am most grateful for the fact that she was always available to discuss all of our options, and was constantly conjuring up the little details that made our wedding nothing short of magical. In our opinion, Christine is responsible for an evergreen tree farm venue’s metamorphosis into an elegant, yet relaxed, rustic wonderland. While working with Christine, I was at complete ease, knowing that she would stop at nothing to make sure everything looked exactly as we had discussed. She transformed our basic ideas into a finished product and effortlessly achieved the vibe we were hoping to create. Looking through photographs from our special day, I am still awestruck by how flawlessly everything came together - from the intricate thistle boutonnieres, to our breathtaking tablescape, dripping in greenery and candlelight - we are eternally grateful for her talent and expertise. When it comes to complete dream fulfillment, there is no better choice than Tulip, Tinsel & Twine!

ute we stepped foot on the grounds and met Kurt that afternoon, we knew this is exactly the setting we wanted for our wedding. He even let our dog "Tikki" be apart of the ceremony!!! ( This was a major component for her to be apart of the day so this just even more confirmed how perfect the farm was going to be) We live on Long Island and did not want the "traditional hall-style" wedding. The setting is absolutely breathtaking, you are surrounded by a vast amount of evergreen trees and mountains, and your guests really get a sense of the hudson valley area. All the walkways are meticulouly maintained, and all ametities are available. Our family and friends could not stop talking (and still can't stop talking!) about how amazing the venue and staff were. Throughout the planning process, Kurt was extremely receptive to our vision and very accommodating - even providing our guests rides in his cart the day of the wedding. The ceremony was outdoors, overlooking the farm and the reception(which was just a few yards up) was in an open-air pavilion (which can have sides if the weather in inclement) with plenty of room for dinner and dancing. We had just under 110 guests, but could definitely hold up to 160. There is an amazing fire pit right outside the pavillion which my guests absolutely adored and Kurt kept it going all night. I'm already receiving questions via social media about the venue for their weddings and can not stop recommending this place. If I could give more then 5 stars I would without a doubt. It's been 5 months since our wedding, and not a day goes by that I don't think about how stunning everything was. Thank you Kurt and the rest of the Emmerich team, you made my dreams come true and made my wedding day more perfect then I could have ever imagined !

We also had a fire pit during our reception and it was a huge hit! There is a bridal tent which we used to get ready and do first looks. It is so cute! The views here are awe-inspiring and are even more beautiful in person. The pavilion is rustic but has all the amenities we could have wanted. The bridal tent was super cute and a great little spot to have a quiet moment. Also, if you love dogs, let Kurt know, because he's got a sweet, happy black lab named Hudson who would love to meet you if you're game.

Your guests will walk through the woods to the ceremony site, which is located right next to the reception site under a covered pavilion. The ceremony site is located on top of the hill overlooking mountains and, of course, the evergreen trees! The site has bathrooms, dance floor under the pavilion, a fire pit ( we had a s'mores bar), and plenty of space on the grounds for "lawn" games. The tree farm owner recently built a "bridal tent" in the middle of the woods, where we hung out in between our first look and the ceremony so that our guests wouldn't see us as they arrived. Our wedding turned out exactly as we pictured, having nice weather certainly helped. Highly recommend for couples willing to put in some work for a DIY wedding, as you would have to contact and organize your own vendors- so worth it! The tree farm owner has contacts as well as past couples.

you are looking for a complete DIY venue, this is the spot for you. My husband and I hold Warwick, New York close to our hearts and working with Kurt Emmerich could not have been easier. A town built upon hard work, dedication, love, and support. We love the message that Warwick provides and wish to bring these values into our marriage. We offered food and drinks from places found locally that have inspired us over the years. Nestled in the forest of tall Oaks, at Emmerich Tree Farm, live music and lawn games were played while overlooking the family farm and Warwick skyline. With S'mores, we end the night, guests gathered around the fire pit, then we had a final celebration by lighting sparklers for our farewell. It was very important to us to source everything locally and have our guests experience what we love. With this venue, we had the opportunity to book Alan Falafel's of Chester, New York where their food truck was more than welcome on the property. We served wine, hard cider, and beer from all the local wineries and breweries such as Clearview Vineyard, Applewood Winery, Warwick Winery, and Rushing Duck. The Craft Beer Cellar of Warwick was also a big help. As your guests arrive, they can grab a drink like ours did, they may walk down the wooded path or take a golf cart ride where they will gaze upon Kurt's beautiful farm. The best part is, Kurt provides the golf cart, rustic bars, and shelves for your use and there are two bathrooms on the property for your use as well. I would recommend Emmerich Tree Farm a million times over and our guests still remind us of the most enchanted wedding day they have ever experienced.
