lutely loved her work. Our wedding was supposed to be in May of 2020, but that had to be canceled. We then tried for February and then June of 2021, but we received word from our wedding venue that those dates would not work either given the severity of the situation still looming in LA (& government regulation on gatherings). We ultimately made the painful decision to cancel our wedding. It felt like too much of a risk to the health of our friends, family, and vendors to try and host a party this year and we no longer even live in LA.
When I reached out to Judy, I explained the situation and I was hoping we could meet in the middle as it pertains to the large deposit we already paid. I know this year has been so hard on small businesses, so we were just hoping to meet in the middle and get a 50% refund. I know that the deposit we made was ‘non-refundable’ however, given the extraordinary circumstances of the pandemic, we were hoping we could work together and compromise. We never even met with Judy to plan out our arrangements, so to my knowledge, and per her emails, Judy did not order any flowers yet or do work for the event yet since it was more than 6 months out.
This isn't a review based on the work of EG Floral Design, which I know is beautiful, and i'm sure in normal times, they are great to work with. This is a review on how a vendor responds in a moment of crisis like the moment we are in and I feel that Judy failed to meet the moment and do right by us.

She was so good to work with, so artistic, so attentive, so professional - really just a pleasure to be around during our long, crazy wedding planning days. We had a mood board and mock up included - both of which were pivotal to having her vision come to life. The flowers were exotic, fresh and gorgeous! We really felt like we got more than what we paid for - Enchanted Garden is a full service florist and she had candies and other accessories for our tabletops as well. Thank you Judy for all your hard work and beautiful vision! Looking forward to working with you again soon!!!!

She blew me away with her knowledge and specificity. My flowers were so so incredible! She did such an awesome job!

She also is just an all around kind and wonderful person and sent the nicest note after the wedding thanking us for partnering with her! We met with her again closer to our wedding to hash out all the final details. I had a few photos for inspiration, but I told Judy that she knew what was best in terms of specific flowers being in season. I said that as long as the colors, were right, I wasn't super attached to anything else. I was truly stunned on our wedding day. The flowers were gorgeous, as was our ceremony and reception set-up. I loved it all.
Judy was great to work with. She responded to questions in a timely manner and even created a Pinterest board for our wedding so we could post inspiration pictures in one place. I highly recommend Enchanted Garden Floral Design!

My sister in law actually had Enchanted Garden do her wedding and her flowers were gorgeous! We did our research with other designers and it was an easy decision to choose Enchanted Garden. We worked with Jane who was so communicative right from the beginning. She was so easy to work with and so conscientious to create the whimsical look that we were going for. What we really appreciated was how she offered her ideas to make our day happen. Seriously considering getting married every year just so that we can re-live every detail, every flower all over again :) Would recommend Enchanted Garden to anyone looking for a designer to decorate and adorn their event!

rest. Judy did a great job of researching before I got there and having an idea of my venue and budget. She understood what colors I was looking for and gave me plenty of options of how to stay within budget while still making it amazing. I never felt overwhelmed even though there are a hundred things to think about when figuring out where to put flowers. She did a great job of re-working some of the flowers from our ceremony into the reception so that we could save a bit of money.
In the end, our flowers were gorgeous! Everyone commented on the bright colors and how amazing they were. They were exactly how I imagined them to be. Thanks Judy and team for beings such a huge part of our day!
