We had such a wonderful experience working with Christine at Enchanted Weddings! We hired Christine for partial planning and coordination and were very pleased with the high quality service that we received during the planning process and the weekend of our wedding. Christine was genuinely committed to helping to share the mental load involved in planning our wedding so that we could enjoy the process. I personally struggle to give up control because I like things to be a certain way, but I can honestly say that I had full confidence in Christine’s advice/guidance and all the hard work she put in to coordinate our wedding. Christine provided us with a detailed to-do checklist that was organized by dates to complete each item by and we found this resource was INCREDIBLY invaluable to staying calm and collected while planning. Six months out from the wedding, I had monthly discussions with Christine to brainstorm decor and vendors. Christine connected me with some lovely suppliers on her preferred vendors list and she also assisted me with the coordination of our vendors during planning and the weekend of. If I needed to contact Christine out with the monthly calls, she promptly answered emails. My wedding combined traditions from both the US and the UK and I felt that Christine had a full understanding of our vision from the day and was very flexible and accommodating with all of the traditions we wanted to include. Christine also provided us with a timeline of the day that she regularly updated as we continued to finalize the details and timing. Christine also worked closely with our venue coordinator to put together our ceremony and reception floor plan. I was very impressed by her hands-on approach to leading and working with our team of vendors. Our wedding was at a beach front hotel in Clearwater and took place a week after hurricane Milton and only a few weeks after Helene. I cannot thank Christine enough for her support and guidance during this stressful time less than a month from our wedding day.
During the weekend of our wedding, Christine’s expertise and experience with coordinating weddings truly shined. I felt like I was able to sit back, relax, and enjoy thanks to Christine and the Enchanted Weddings team. From coordinating the delivery and set up of our decor items, leading our rehearsal, and keeping everyone to the timeline, Christine worked so hard to make our wedding weekend as special as we dreamed. We were able to enjoy the weekend with little stress. We had a large bridal party (10 bridesmaids and 10 groomsmen) and we were so impressed by Christine’s ability to keep the group so organized. She stayed in regular contact with the maid of honor and best man to ensure that any questions from the bridal party did not go to the bride and groom. Christine also took initiative to reorganize the order that our bridal party went down the aisle so everything would flow better because we had such a large bridal party. Christine’s assistant Caitlin was absolutely PHENOMENAL when it came to coordinating the groomsmen and keeping them on track. Throughout our wedding day, Caitlin also checked in with myself and the groom to see if we needed anything. We appreciated how she saved us hors d'oeuvres, since we missed the cocktail party, and refilled our drinks when needed. We are truly so thankful for the thorough, professional, and personalized planning service we received from Christine at Enchanted Weddings.

Christine and Caitlin were the best! I am a very organized person but they helped make wedding day so smooth. With assistance of timeline, moving items along, and taking on set up and break down of the reception, it took pressure and responsibility off of my parents and myself. I naively thought that I would not need a wedding coordinator for our wedding on 12/6 but my mom had fortunately talked me into it pretty early on. As soon as I met Christine, she opened my eyes to how much work goes into planning an event for over 100 people and immediately got to work with us. She was an absolute Godsend and I literally could not have done this wedding without her! She helped plan and execute our dream wedding. She had so many decor items, an immense amount of experience at our venue, recommendations that ended up saving us thousands of dollars, made us floor plans, timelines, and about 20 other documents that I would've been a lost puppy without. Amazing work and amazing people. I cannot recommend Enchanted enough and will never be able to thank them enough for helping us have the wedding of our dreams!!!

I have nothing but positive things to say about Christine and her team! Due to a prior commitment, I did not have Christine for the day of my wedding but she was with me every step of the way as we needed a day of coordinator for the birchwood! She not only listened and made sure what I wanted was the focus but made me feel comfortable before the big day! Lanae was my day of coordinator and she was nothing but exceptional, I know we ran into some issues, but I honestly didn’t even realize it happened due to her and her assistant making sure it did not affect my husband and I’s day! She made the whole day feel like it ran smoothly! I would highly recommended them as I was not sure, what I was getting myself into when we needed to hire them, but they are truly the best in the business! I got married at the James museum on 8/3/24. Christine made our wedding perfect! She was always responsive and helped us problem solve when we came across any issues with vendors, timing, weather, etc. She responds to emails very quickly and is always willing to talk on the phone or even meet in person! Every time I spoke with her about our wedding, I left the call feeling calm and reassured! She made sure our vendors stuck to our timeline on the day of the wedding and even brought my husband and I drinks and made sure we ate our dinner when we were busy catching up with guests! Do not hesitate to hire her!!

My wedding was this past weekend & it was hands down the best night of our entire lives. All our vendors did amazing, but Christine had a rapport with all of them already, & they worked well together! Christine rescued me a few times during the ceremony & reception. Things I thought wouldn’t be as bad, when I later saw them in my photos I realized that Christine had decorated my venue in a magical way! I could have never done as good of a job as Christine did. Christine was perfect. We got married at Sunken Gardens and it was the best day ever! The wedding went by so fast and there were so many things going on but Christine handled everything. We were so at ease the day of the wedding allowing both of us to soak everything in and enjoy all of the little moments and details. Christine and her team are nothing short of outstanding. We hired Enchanted Weddings and Events for our Wedding in Sarasota, Florida and we could not be happier with our decision. Christine had excellent communication, outstanding time manamgement, and handled all my questions with ease. Christine was our day-of-coordinator at sunken gardens. She was very supportive throughout our rehearsal and wedding day. At rehearsal, Christine mentioned that she was there to take the stress away from that point on and she was right. Our decor was set up beautifully and we were never off schedule. She had two amazing assistants that made sure all our needs were met. We were never without drinks or food as they kept checking in with us the entire night. We highly recommend her!

We did not have a positive experience with Christine. After 10 months of planning and only 3 months before the wedding, Christine sent an abrupt and unexpected email and informed us "With thoughtful consideration. Myself or my staff will not be moving forward with the coordination." We were quite surprised and in a bit of a panic. We had to scramble to find another coordinator. It added enormous stress to us and our families.

I would first like to say. In 10 years and over 480 weddings I have never had to dismiss a client!
I did carefully consider this situation. This was not a decision made overnight or taken lightly.
The mother of the bride was continually passi...
ve aggressive during the planning process. At one point told me to "Not upset the apple cart" by contacting the venue". This is what we do to communicate with vendors and gather all the information needed for the coordination process.
On a second note after speaking directly with the management at the Morean Center for Clay. They too were on the verge of dismissing this client for being disrespectful and rude to their staff. They were fully onboard with my decision to step away.
I was not going to be on site the Day of the wedding my lead coordinator was assigned to coordination. The manner of disrespect in which the mother of the bride showed me it was clear that she was going to treat my coordinator same way or worse.
So yes I made the decision to remove myself and my staff from a potentially volatile situation.
I am very sorry that I had to make this decision. The Groom worked for me and was a friend, No good deed goes unpunished!

You helped us execute the most incredible wedding reception, you took our ideas and executed them perfectly, seamlessly and were there for us and with us every step of the way.

Christine is a pro! Everyone told me things are going to go wrong at your wedding and prepared me for it. The day after my wedding, I asked my mom what went wrong and she couldn’t think of anything! We quickly realized that neither of us could think of anything that went wrong and I think the reason for that is Christine. Christine was an amazing wedding planner! My fiancé and I used her partial planning. I work a lot of hours and she helped make planning easy despite our busy schedules. We did mostly phone appointments and a single in person appointment and she ensured everything was taken care of. All of her recommendations for vendors were efficient and timely. Our wedding day went smoothly because of using them! She will be blunt and honest with you about what will make you wedding day easier (or harder). It was obvious she had a lot of experience as a wedding planner! I would 100% recommend her for anyone getting married in the Tampa/St Pete area because of her efficiency, connections with vendors, and overall kindness on our wedding day. Christine Ferkile and Enchanted Weddings & Events transformed our wedding into the most enchanting day of our lives. My husband and I had postponed hiring a coordinator until just four months before the wedding, feeling overwhelmed by the task of planning for our 150 guests. From the very beginning, Christine provided the reassurance, guidance, and support we desperately needed, all while embracing our relaxed and nontraditional style.
From the lead-up to the big day and throughout the event, Christine maintained direct communication with all our vendors (including the bar service, catering, fire dancers, and DJ), as well as with our friends and family who were helping with the setup and cleanup at Tampa Bay Watch. She was also mindful of our budget and skillfully directed us toward the most suitable vendors.

I had the opportunity to work with Christine, Lanae ams Berit at Enchanted Weddings and Events for my wedding in June 2023 and my overall experience was amazing! I live in Ft. Lauderdale and I was looking for someone who was local to St. Petersburg and it was a bonus Christine was familiar with my venue, Sunken Gardens. We cannot recommend Christine enough! Christine helped us plan our destination wedding in St. Pete, Florida. From the beginning, we knew we were in good hands. Christine was on top of everything, from emails and phone calls with vendors to coordinating the day of and letting everyone know where to be and what to do. Christine is the absolute best! We got married July 1st and Christine and her team made the day flow perfectly. From the first day we communicated, during the planning process, Christine was quick to respond to emails and answer any questions. We had a larger guest count plus a separate location for Ceremony and Reception, and her timeline, communication with vendors, and professionalism made the process easy and fun. Any vendor we booked (DJ, florist, etc.) also had nothing but wonderful comments about Christine. The pricing is also very reasonable. From the very first call I had with Christine I could tell she was detailed oriented and knew what she was doing. I had my top 3 vendors already booked before I found her so I did the partial planning option, but she was definitely a life saver and worth every penny! She was very familiar with our venue, Tampa Bay Watch, and is one of their preferred vendors. Every question I had was answered promptly, and she thought of things that I didn’t think of and that is coming from a type A person who is also very detailed oriented. We had issues with our previously booked caterer, but she was able to help us find and replace that vendor quickly. The caterer we ended up with, Amici's Catering was phenomenal and still within our budget! On the day of the wedding I wasn’t worried about anything because she handled it all! I even had a wardrobe malfunction with my bustle and my photographer and Christine were able to fix it. After the wedding, all of our guests said how amazing everything turned out and how smoothly the day went. I heard of other issues that happened after the fact but I didn’t have to worry about them because Christine and her team were on top of it!! We had christine help us plan our destination wedding. Honestly- despite me liking to think I could have planned it myself, I don’t think we could have done without her. She truly made our day beautiful.
We ran into multiple hiccups throughout the wedding planning process. One of which was losing our venue 4 months before the wedding. Before even telling me, christine and my mom found a new venue that Christine had recommended. It was pure perfection and turned out better than I could have ever wished.
Christine was so detail oriented and brought up things that have never crossed my mind. Even with hair and makeup running late, she kept us on schedule, made adjustments and keep us calm. She is very blunt which is exactly what I needed to make decisions. Again- we couldn’t have done it without her professional insight and planning.

We hired Christine for full wedding planning, and it was definitely the right decision for us! Trying to plan a destination wedding ourselves was incredibly stressful. Once we hired Christine, we felt relieved and started to feel excited about our wedding again! Her knowledge and experience were invaluable to us, and having someone to ask our questions to gave us peace of mind.
From start to finish, Enchanted Weddings was an absolute dream to work with! Christine is the perfect combination of being knowledgeable and organized, and kind and supportive throughout the entire planning process. I’m from St. Pete but live in Boston, so I was expecting planning from a distance to be more challenging. However, Christine was so communicative and accommodating whenever we needed to meet, whether in-person, virtually, or over the phone. She brought up different points to consider when thinking about what our venue can accommodate, wedding day scheduling, etc. – so many things I would not have even thought to consider if she was not guiding us throughout the process. On the day of our wedding, I ended up being extremely uncomfortable in my dress and wasn’t able to breathe and take deep breathes since it was so tight. I focused on the length the entire time of my fittings and not on the actual fit of the dress itself… I asked Christine if it was possible to run back to our hotel with the trolley we rented to get a change of clothes (luckily I had another white dress packed for our honeymoon!), and she made it seem like it was so problem at all and we sent a couple of my bridesmaids to run back. I was so worried about causing an issue with the schedule for the evening and she never made me feel like I was being a bother. The day before and day of our wedding, we also worked with Lanae who was so calm and collected while directing our rehearsal! It was so easy to trust her and know that the day was going to flow as planned with both her and Christine. She even made sure I had some Tums when I mentioned I wasn’t feeling my best after the having changed my dress (my guess is it was stress). I didn’t even ask – Lenae just knew it could help. Yet another thing I wouldn’t have thought of and she was so kind and friendly to take a pause and make sure I was able to enjoy the day we had taken so much time to plan. I am so beyond thankful we had Christine as well as Lenae for our wedding! Please do yourself a favor and work with their team!

Although we didn't have Christine as our day of coordinator, she made sure her team knew EXACTLY what we wanted and what to do for our wedding. You can tell Enchanted is a well-oiled machine. Lanae and Kristin were there to support us and make sure everything ran smoothly and they did that and more! From making sure our Polaroids were taken of each guest for our autograph book, to putting out our party favors at each table, they were amazing!! Super sweet and super professional! It was a huge plus that they were a recommended vendor for our venue (Tampa Bay Watch) as well as our caterer (Amici's) so we had very middle-man conversations. Enchanted Weddings and Events was a fantastic company to work with. I had moved right at the beginning from out of state in the planning process of my wedding, and Christine really listened to what I was looking for. She had resources and connections right from the start. She was very straightforward and efficient which I so appreciated. Positives – We asked Enchanted Weddings to arrange hotel blocks. Unfortunately most hotels no longer did that for wedding guests without financial risk to me and we decided not to go with one of our hotels that still offered a block so EW did fulfill that contract (and added cost) stipulation. The caterer dropped out a few months before wedding and EW worked to secure another; however, we decided to go with a different vendor we found ourselves.
Less than positives – Attention to detail is not their forte. I felt I coordinated the coordinator especially in the last month before our wedding - repeatedly providing and correcting information previously provided, correcting contact information/name for caterer. EW failed to reserve chairs for the outdoor ceremony - luckily the venue contacted me less than a week prior and I was able to resolve that oversight. The cake vendor had the wrong timeline (developed by EW) which I had to correct, resulting in their delivery schedule being altered for other weddings. On the day of the wedding, the principal coordinator announced she had to leave unexpectedly for a family issue when I arrived 1.5 hours before the ceremony. Although substitute coordinators were made available, they seemed overwhelmed by the challenge of coordinating the reception without the guidance of the principal coordinator. The substitute coordinators were unable to keep the reception moving according to the timeline. Guests were not ushered to buffet, resulting in a very disorganized dinner hour. Examples are guests from Table 12 approached us asking when they could go to the buffet line – their frustration was apparent and a guest from Table 5 told me they decided to get up and go to the buffet given the length of time awaiting direction. One side of the room had finished dinner before the other side of the room went up. The coordinators did not coordinate the photo lineup despite having been given that information in advance; they started clearing off table decorations about two hours before the scheduled time, prompting guests to leave early. Both coordinators were outside packing votives at approximately 9:00 when the photographer asked us to step outside for a night photo. My contract for the venue was until midnight. As the night wore on, both coordinators were often outside rather than always having someone present in the reception to watch for issues and monitor the flow. As a result, the final dance started approximately 10-15 minutes early with no groom because he was outside trying to figure out what the coordinators were doing. Over half the guests left before the send off at 10:45. One guest (K.E.) provided me feedback the card box was removed early resulting in her card being stuffed in my overnight bag. Overall the substitute coordinators seemed totally overwhelmed by the job they were there to do. The substitute coordinators were pleasant and meant well, but they were clearly in over their heads and had not been well prepared by the Enchanted Weddings principal coordinator. EW was certainly not worth the money for a partial planner and day of coordinator package. I am disappointed."

I am happy top provide you with documents in regards to your micromanagement that undermined my organization and communication with the vendors and the venue. As for my absence. I was on site all afternoon to ensure everything was set up and complete before I had to leave for a family situation that came about that afternoon. This is not a situation that has ever happened and is not a practice of mine to leave an event. Below is the clause in my contract that you signed; "In the event that Christine Ferkile should be unavailable for your event. Christine was everything I wanted in a wedding coordinator and more. She remained patient and present throughout the entire w and even after the wedding, aided me in sorting out issues with some of the vendors. She didn’t have to do all that she did. But she did so and gladly. Her assistant Lanae is very sweet and comforting, which is greatly valued on your wedding day. Christine provides quality service for a reasonable price. She also has a ton of optional adds-ons and resources that will help you plan the big day.
I can’t say enough great things!! The whole team is amazing! Christine was quick to respond to my messages , kept us on track, and recommended great vendors. Another great perk is the selection of decor she allowed us to use, which saved us a ton of money. A week before the wedding we had last minute guests rsvp and we had to add 3 more tables. Christine personally called me and handled everything professionally and really eased my anxiety. Her assistant Lanae was are day of coordinator she answered questions I didn’t even think to ask. Working with Christine from Enchanted Weddings was by FAR the best money we spent on our wedding day. If you think you ‘might’ need help from a wedding planner- the answer is you DEFINITELY do and Christine is the one for you. She kept my husband and myself on task throughout the whole wedding process. Between the schedule Christine kept us on and the check-ins she would do to make sure we were feeling confidant- I swear I wasn’t frantic AT. ALL. Leading up to the wedding. Even the week of! I couldn’t believe how chill I felt and it was all because I knew we were in good hands. Our wedding day flowed SEAMLESSLY. I couldn’t BELIEVE it!!! I am a fairly erratic person and MANY people came up to me during the wedding asking me how I kept everything so organized and all I said was I OWE THIS ENTIRE WEDDING TO CHRISTINE! She even made sure my husband and I ate before everyone else so we weren’t miserable and starving by the end of the night!!! I honestly can’t recommend Christine enough. If there WERE any problems the day of the wedding- I wouldn’t have even known because Christine kept all drama away from me on one of the most important days of my life. In the weeks leading up to the big day, there were several problems with vendors and arrangements that we had to deal with ourselves, despite having chosen the Partial Planning and Coordination plan. Coordination and communication among vendors, Christine, her assistants, and us was not what we had thought it would be nor what it needed to be. For example, outdoor ceremony chairs had not been reserved (even though the Partial Planning and Coordination plan stated “Ensure complete setup for the Ceremony”), and the cake delivery required us to make a last-minute adjustment with the vendor to meet the timeline.
Christine did not attend the rehearsal on the day before the wedding, and on the day of the wedding, just prior to the ceremony, she unexpectedly left. As a result, two of her assistants were left to coordinate the ceremony and reception. Christine did not inform me that she had to leave; I had to find that out from my bride, nor did Christine introduce the substitute assistant. In Christine's absence, the two assistants were not able to keep to the timeline during the reception. The assistant coordinators failed to inform our guests when to go to the buffet line; the Last Dance started about 10 minutes early when we were not even in the reception hall; cleanup began before Last Dance and Send Off, so guests had the impression that the party was ending early, and at times neither assistant was in the reception hall, so there was no one to go to for help. Although the substitute coordinators meant well and did try, it was clear that Christine had not prepared them to take over the entire event, and neither substitute coordinator is included on Enchanted Weddings list of “Team of Planners & Coordinators.” The lack of attention to detail shown by Enchanted Weddings made our experience, from beginning to end, much more stressful than it should have been. For what we paid, we did not get good value, and I would not recommend Enchanted Weddings & Events.

However. there are issues in this review that should be directed to the vendors at fault who are more than happy to justify any and all situations prior to and on the day of.
You are absolutely correct I did not attend rehearsal. As you both knew my lead coordinator was scheduled months in advance and would be handling your rehearsal as noted in emails.
As for my absence. I was on site all afternoon to ensure everything was set up and complete before I had to leave for a family situation.
This is not a situation that has ever happened and is not a practice of mine to leave an event. Below is the clause in my contract that you signed;
"In the event that Christine Ferkile should be unavailable for your event. You agree to be assigned one of Enchanted Weddings team members for Rehearsal and or Day of Coordinator."

Is it okay to miss your wedding planner? Asking for a friend!
Seriously Enchanted Weddings were incredible and we do miss Christine (looking into adopting adults) although the whole team are awesome.
We were a Covid delayed wedding, Enchanted stuck with us all the way through 5 (yes 5!) dates and reorganised everything each time. Enchanted were, flexible, fun, organised to the second, imaginative, creative, worked within our budget and such a pleasure to deal with. Our wedding ran like clockwork, it was a dream day; everything we had imagined and more.
At our wedding Enchanted were the invisible magic that made everything happen and all the suppliers they recommended were superb too.
I lost my Mum shortly before our big day, it was heart-breaking and Christine put a lot of thought and care into how the family were included in our ceremony without her there. I'm really grateful for that it made such a big difference.
After our wedding we were fortunate to witness another wedding at a nearby venue. Theirs was no where near as well choreographed and timed as our wedding, organisers were running around sometimes in view of the guest! We felt very smug that we had used Enchanted!
Christine was extremely organized, punctual and completely made the wedding flow as smoothly as possible. We are not the most organized people but she helped us keep it together and took most of the stress out of set up and clean up off of us. She was very professional and we highly recommend her to anyone looking for a well qualified planner!
We LOVED working with Christine and Enchanted weddings! Christine was always prompt to answer emails and provide support along the planning process. She was very hands on and organized and helped us to finalize every little detail- even the ones we forgot to think about! The night of, she made sure everything ran smoothly for our 250+ guests. She ensured that we had everything we needed as the bride and groom including food and drinks throughout the night, just one little example of how thoughtful she is. We highly recommend Christine to all as she is an excellent wedding coordinator!
Enchanted weddings and events is worth every penny and more. I could not have been more pleased with the job that Christine and everyone there did. They helped organize things every step of the way. From the smallest details like where to place a sticker or a picture frame, to the big things like vendor deliveries and wedding blocks at the hotel - Christine had it all covered. I didn’t have to stress over any of it. She provided table numbers, a cake topper, and she even helped my mother and I stay on the same page the whole time. She really brought our vision to life and made sure the event ran smoothly and on time. If anything did go wrong, I still have no idea. I HIGHLY recommend Enchanted Weddings and Events.
Christine helped make our wedding day and planning seamless and worry-free! My husband and I initially interviewed four wedding planners, and Christine was clearly the top best choice. We were traveling out of state so we choose to work with Christine for the “partial planning & coordination”. We had long13 months of planning for the BIG day! Christine’s responsiveness, professionalism, experience, and problem-solving abilities are top-notch. She immediately saved us money on the flowers and had other tips of how to stay in your budget. She also immediately responded to all my questions with an added personal touch. The day of the wedding, I was not nervous at all, as Christine and her, team literally had tackled every issue that came up and had already prevented any other issues. I have no idea how she was in so many places at the same time, but after wedding, over and over I was told “Christine helped us” or “Christine directed us” from my guests. If you want a stress-free and beautiful wedding we would strongly suggest hiring Christine, she’s a true professional and an excellent wedding planner!”

If you need a day of coordinator look no further. Christine and her team are an absolute dream to work with. Christine is truly an expert in her field, assisting with logistics that I had never and would never have thought about. Transitions between venue spaces were flawless, she coordinated the decorations and other vendors per our plans and oversaw so much more that I don’t even know about. That’s why she is so great! We were able to eat, dance, and have fun with no worries on how the evening was flowing or awareness any mishaps along the way because Christine was ontop of EVERYTHING. During the planning process she was extremely communicative, detailed, patient with all of my (and my husbands) questions and needs, and most importantly realistic, while maintaining a friendly and professional demeanor. She provided items to rent like table numbers, glass votives, vases, cakes stands etc., that were used throughout our venue spaces. Additionally, we chose to add-on assistance with ceremony set-up and break-down, and they did a stunning job. Thank you Enchanted Weddings for being part of the most fun and memorable day of my life, and letting me and my husband enjoy every moment!
Christine is amazing…. Hire her now!!!! Our wedding went so smoothly thanks to her! From reaching out to vendors, timelines, planning, setting up decor, keeping us on schedule, and anticipating literally ANYTHING we needed throughout the whole day. I cannot recommend her enough!
