erred vendor list. tasting and our sales rep was great, so we booked. Fast forward a couple weeks, our sales rep left and we were assigned a new one. She was ok. Our old sales rep was going to make sure my husband and I got a plate of appetizers, make canva signs for us, and be there all around. Our new sales rep did not do that or offer :( Husband & I didn't get to eat one appetizer on our wedding day. We did buffet style and had 21/120 people not show up and still managed to run out of salad, not sure how that happened unless people were taking ungodly amounts of salad to eat.. one thing I did not like was the caterers were going to my MIL to ask questions. Someone should have found the groom and I, because my MIL instructed the caterers to release tables in completely wrong order. Also we did disposables for table wear, and they didn't leave out any forks for us on cake cutting, so we fed each other with our hands. My husband and I aren't so high maintenance, so it wasn't the end of the world, but if you are a soon to be bride/groom and have out of this world expectations for your day just want to provide this insight if you are wanting to book.
