Everyone could not stop raving about how delicious our food was! Encore did an amazing job bringing our vision to life. The food was delicious, the service was amazing. We could not be happier. Thank you so much!

From the first tasting to the final bites at the reception, the food was nothing short of sensational. Each dish showcased your culinary expertise and attention to flavor, leaving our guests raving about the exquisite meal. The presentation was not only visually stunning but also a testament to the meticulous care you put into every detail.

First off let me start by saying our bartenders were AMAZING! Probably one of the best parts of our Encore experience. Now for not so great review. Vendor was from our venues' preferred vendor list. tasting and our sales rep was great, so we booked. Fast forward a couple weeks, our sales rep left and we were assigned a new one. She was ok. Our old sales rep was going to make sure my husband and I got a plate of appetizers, make canva signs for us, and be there all around. Our new sales rep did not do that or offer :( Husband & I didn't get to eat one appetizer on our wedding day. We did buffet style and had 21/120 people not show up and still managed to run out of salad, not sure how that happened unless people were taking ungodly amounts of salad to eat.. one thing I did not like was the caterers were going to my MIL to ask questions. Someone should have found the groom and I, because my MIL instructed the caterers to release tables in completely wrong order. Also we did disposables for table wear, and they didn't leave out any forks for us on cake cutting, so we fed each other with our hands. My husband and I aren't so high maintenance, so it wasn't the end of the world, but if you are a soon to be bride/groom and have out of this world expectations for your day just want to provide this insight if you are wanting to book.

Encore Catering has helped us on our wedding/reception on 11/7 and they’ve provided us an exceptional service. The food is amazing, and all my family and friends loved it. Kimberly and Alissa have helped us a lot finalizing the menu and reception layouts, they are very responsible and knowledgeable. My husband and I really appreciate their hard work and help for arranging everything. Encore is definitely the catering service to go to for the wedding/reception, it’s a very pleasant experience!!
