There are no words to describe how absolutely amazing Noel is at what she does. She made the design, planning, and execution of our Santa Barbara wedding at The Moxi Museum this July an absolute breeze and did it all with such grace. We worked with Noel for a little over a year before our wedding, and she went above and beyond to help us with the design as we just couldn't quite put pen to paper on what we wanted. In the months leading up to the wedding, Noel was crucial in getting our vendors solidified and fully involved in our special day. She was incredibly communicative and you can tell it was her instinct to make sure that we were happy and comfortable with the entire process.
We couldn't imagine that working with Noel could get any better, but then the wedding day hit and she truly blew not only us, but our families and wedding party away! She was incredibly organized the entire day and made it her number one duty to keep things on schedule, and more importantly to keep my husband and I away from the hubbub and able to truly enjoy our day blissfully unaware of any of the logistics that her and her team so expertly navigated. Over a month later, our family and friends are still raving about what a great job she did - and we're right there raving along with them.

Working with Epiphany Events absolutely made the entire wedding run smoother. Noelle sent helpful reminders, making sure we were never behind schedule in our planning process even though we hired her and her team to support us just for the week of our wedding. It felt like on the week of, I had nothing to worry about in terms of my vision being brought to life. On the day of, Noelle was everywhere with any thing we could possibly need (which meant a lot since I did have my bustle break and spill red wine on my wedding dress that miraculously came out within minutes). Would definitely hire them all again if I were to re-do everything! Thank you to Noelle and her team for her support.
Noel was incredible from the first time we spoke through the 2 years it took to finally have our wedding due to COVID. She was always professional, supportive and available whenever I needed her. She helped make our day perfect and I am forever grateful for her and her team!

Noel was absolutely amazing. I live in CO and planning a destination wedding in Paso would have been impossible without her. She was SO easy to work with. Attentive to every detail I would have never even thought of, so thoughtful, and incredibly talented at what she does. I did the Diamond Package and the day of coordinator, we also had her do the rehearsal! I can’t recommend Epiphany Events enough! I was able to really sit back and enjoy my wedding day without an ounce of stress. Everyone at my wedding had such wonderful things to say about Noel and her team. My wedding took place at my grandparent’s vineyard, so I was worried that my family would feel obligated to be working, but that was not the case at all. She does an amazing job at really taking to heart what YOU want for your wedding and pushing for you to get everything you dream of. Also, Noel is from SLO county so she has a lot of connections and recommendations for vendors in the area. Thank you so much Noel for throwing us the best party ever!
Noel was so helpful before the day but especially on the day. Nothing felt chaotic or out of sync, it was just a perfect, beautiful day. She kept everything moving but yet was nice and easy to work with. She was very responsive to anything we needed throughout and was attentive to make sure we were eating and drinking too. I appreciate all that she did to make it such a wonderful day for us.

I was referred to Noel and her team by a friend. Planning a wedding during Covid was stressful. I found Noel before Covid. She was there for me while the pandemic started and I needed to move my date. She was incredible through the entire process. I finally booked a new date and we went for it! I would of not been able to have an easy wedding planning process if it wasn’t for Noel. She kept on top of me and everything and beyond. My wedding day was so smooth. Not one thing went wrong other than I didn’t eat enough donuts from Dazzling Donuts! Incredibly thankful to have worked with Noel and her team. I highly recommend their serves, look no more!
We don't even know where to begin with how happy we were to have Noel and her team on board for our wedding! As two admitted type A people, we thought we were already good at planning but Noel has a level of experience and expertise that is truly unmatched. From our first contact with her through the end of our wedding day Noel was always there to help guide and support us. Her and her team were always pleasant, professional and a joy to work with. Our wedding day turned out better than we could have ever imagined and we know that it is in no small part because of Noel and her team. During the best of times planning a wedding is stressful, during COVID it was essential to have someone as experienced as Noel to help us navigate the various complexities that arose while planning our perfect day. Not only were we impressed, so many of our guests commented on how Noel was organized, professional and always one step ahead making sure everything turned out flawlessly.

I recently worked with Noel and her team and I can’t say enough good things. She is so pleasant, caring, and professional. I know the differences too between a good and bad planner as I have seen dozens over years working in the wedding industry. She looks at and manages every detail. And yet is so easy going and calm about things whereas other planners like this can be a bit harsh to be honest. I watched her take care of every detail for the wedding party, constantly checking on things, so they didn’t have to do a thing. And she went above and beyond to take care of and work well with the vendors which doesn’t always happen. Again, you will be beyond pleased if you select Noel to plan and manage your wedding or event.

Noel was an absolute dream! I am so grateful for everything she did to put me at ease on my wedding day, and ensure everything went off without a hitch. I hired her as a day of coordinator for my micro wedding. Since it was a very small micro wedding, I was not initially planning on hiring a coordinator. But WOW I am SO HAPPY I did. I genuinely cannot imagine how the day would have gone (or what my sanity in the weeks leading up to the wedding would have been) if I haven’t hired her. She connected with all of my vendors and created a timeline in the weeks leading up to my wedding. Noel walked us through the rehearsal and put me at ease the day before the wedding. The day of the wedding went so smoothly thanks to her! She thought of EVERYTHING and allowed me to relax and focus on marrying my best friend. Noel made me feel confident knowing she had it all covered! On top of it all, she has the best demeanor and personality that just puts everyone at ease! Right before the ceremony was set to begin- she gave me a moment with my bridesmaids, poured me a glass of Chardonnay end had me take a deep breath! It was exactly what I needed to cam my nerves before I walked down the aisle. Noel was incredibly professional, kind and on top of it! Couldn’t recommend her more! We hired Noel for what was supposed to be our October 2020 150+ wedding and of course the pandemic hit. Noel was AMAZING at navigating this incredibly new territory that we had no clue how to handle. She coordinated with all of our vendors to inform them of our new plans and helped us find new vendors for our small elopement. At every step of the way Noel has been there! She recommends great vendors within our budget and knowing our style. Everything is organized and she communicates clearly over email. Noel helped us execute our small elopement in Santa Barbara in a private home this past August. Even when our cake cancelled on us one week before the wedding, Noel was already on it and recommending options for us. It was such a nice relief to hand off everything to Noel the day of and know that the day would turn out beautifully!! The elopement was so beautiful and magical, we had an amazing day and we could not have done this without her! We plan on having a celebration and full party next year and Noel is our gal to plan for that!!

Hiring Noel as our wedding coordinator was one of the best decisions we made. Noel was there for us to every step of the way, from giving us vendor recommendations as needed to creating a flawless wedding day. If there were any issues at our wedding we never heard of them because Noel was already on it! I can’t thank Noel enough for all her patience, kindness, organization and support.

Before I walked down the aisle, I was anxiously waiting with my Dad and Maid of Honor. Noel told all of us to close our eyes and take a deep breath. It was so calming and made me smile -- I will never forget that.
I have so much gratitude for Noel for everything she did to make our Wedding so special! My sister-in-law was our wedding planner but we wanted her to enjoy the day with us so we contacted Epiphany Events about their Sterling Silver Package and we are so glad we did. Noel ensured a flawless execution of our day and surprised us by putting extra wedding cake in our room at the end of the night. We are so grateful!

My name is Danielle, my husband's name is Brian, and we worked very closely with Noel from Epiphany Events. Brian and I were married a week ago, and we are still on cloud nine from the day's festivities!
Noel worked tirelessly to ensure our day, and all of the events leading up to it, was everything we wanted and more. Epiphany Events coordinated our daughter’s wedding in April 2019. At first we thought we could do it on our own but soon realized there were too many “moving parts” in pulling off such a special day and we wanted to enjoy it not work it! Noel was amazing! She is personable, professional, organized and knowledgeable. She coordinated both the wedding snd reception. She went over and beyond to make sure that it was my daughter’s dream wedding day. We couldn’t have done it without her. It was a perfect day!

My wedding day was so enjoyable thanks to Epiphany Events! Noel and her team did an outstanding job overseeing the logistics of my wedding and reception which enabled me to have a stress free day.
