Esquire Limo

DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE!!!!!!! WON'T LET ME GIVE 0 STARS!!! Rented a limo from Esquire Limo for my daughters wedding. The limo that they sent broke down in my drive way. Talked with Michael the owner and he assured me that I would get a full refund. It has been 3 weeks and I have yet to see any money. This guy is a liar and a thief see attached email; Hi Billy, Refund is in process. We have to send it to our credit card processor. They then will refund to you account, unfortunately it does take about 7 business days to hit your account. Sorry for the slow process, but that is the speed of a refund for a credit card. Trust me if I could give 0 stars I would. Lets start out by saying I contacted Esquire Limo about renting a bus for my daughters wedding party. Not a problem reserved the bus for my daughters wedding. Was told the bus was going to the shop to have everything checked out. The evening of the wedding the bus shows up at my house and breaks down out front. Still not a problem needless to say the driver didn't have jumper cables. After about 30 minutes or so we got the bus started, got on the bus and the air doesn't work this doesn't seem to matter to the driver at all that it is around 100 degrees outside and about 115 inside. Like I'm supposed to put 15 girls all made up on a bus with no air. Contacted Michael the owner of Esquire Limo told him the air was out and I could not use the bus, he assured me that I would get a FULL refund. Cut to the chase he won't return calls will not reply to emails, and I have still not received my refund. STAY AWAY FROM THIS BUSINESS!!! This guy is a liar and a thief!!!!! It's a shame that it has come to this but if I can save 1 person from wasting their money it's worth it.

Showed up a hour late. Outside of limo was very dirty so pics couldn't be taken by it. The inside was filthy as well. The guys laid their tux jackets on the seat after they got in. When they got out and went to put their jackets back on they were dirty from stuff on the seats. The limo driver had her child with her and you could hear the child yelling the entire time. Limo. Limo was hot which made the girls hair fall and make up run. Limo was not stocked with anything to drink so they could even drink anything to cool down. Called esquire first thing Monday and they will not return your call or do anything about it.

Esquire was the cheapest option in town (and this was one of the last decisions we made which didn't help), but we were pretty disappointed. The limo was late, so we did our sparkler exit on time and just had to wait around for the limo. The driver was on her cell phone (on speaker) the whole time and we could hear her entire conversation. The limo was old and dirty, and the door didn't close correctly so we rode a few miles with the door cracked open and therefore all the lights on. Overall we were pretty disappointed with the service and quality we received
