Evelyn is a luxury Dallas, TX-based restaurant, wedding venue, and private event space in the heart of Dallas' Design District. It's designed for celebrations that feel as unforgettable as they look. Inspired by Old Hollywood glamour and 1970s allure, she blends exceptional dining, craft cocktails, and vibrant nightlife into a setting that is both timeless and electric.
From the very first "yes" to the final dance, Evelyn was made for every moment of your wedding journey — receptions, rehearsal dinners, engagement parties, bridal showers, bachelor and bachelorette celebrations, and proposals — in spaces that feel intimate, elevated, and entirely your own.
For couples dreaming of a fully immersive experience, Evelyn offers full restaurant buyouts for up to 325 guests — cocktails in the Ruby Room, a candlelit dinner in the Chandelier Room, and a transition into Room Seven, our 70s-inspired lounge where the music builds and the night unfolds beneath the disco ball. At the center of Room Seven hangs Dallas' largest custom gold disco ball, transforming dinner into an unforgettable late-night celebration. Buyouts also include the Wine Room, Peacock Room, and Champagne Room — perfect for bridal party suites and intimate toasts.
For more intimate weddings of up to 125 guests, Room Seven can be booked on its own. It's perfect for a stylish, self-contained celebration with a full bar, dance floor, and DJ stand, with the Champagne Room included as a private space for the bridal party.
Beyond the wedding day, Evelyn's private dining rooms — the Wine Room, Peacock Room, and Champagne Room — are also available individually for rehearsal dinners, bridal luncheons, bridal showers, bachelor and bachelorette parties, and engagement celebrations.
Evelyn is designed as a turnkey experience. Her interiors are already richly layered and design-forward, eliminating the need for additional décor, while every detail — tables, chairs, professional staff, cuisine, bar service, valet, a private bridal room, on-site event coordination, and a photo booth — is seamlessly integrated. Room Seven and full buyouts also include a built-in DJ stand, professional sound system, and microphone, with trusted DJ referrals available through our preferred partners. Florals and photography can be tailored to your vision.
Evelyn's culinary program showcases premium steaks, fresh seafood, and modern interpretations of classic steakhouse cuisine, complemented by a curated wine list and handcrafted cocktails inspired by the glamour of the 1960s and 70s. Service is polished yet warm, ensuring each celebration feels both elevated and deeply personal.
As a final touch, every wedding reception booked at Evelyn includes a complimentary engagement photo session within her stunning spaces — a timeless way to capture your story in a setting that feels as iconic as your celebration.

- Bri CrumCo-Owner, EVELYNBri Crum is the Co-Owner of EVELYN, a luxury Dallas restaurant, wedding venue, and private event space in the Design District. With a career rooted in event production, media, and brand storytelling, Bri brings a refined, guest-centric approach to creating celebrations that feel both elevated and deeply personal. Bri’s foundation in events began in Los Angeles, where she owned and operated Divine Celebrations, a full-service event planning company specializing in corporate events, weddings, and destination celebrations. From San Diego to Los Angeles to Santa Barbara, she produced high-end events that blended thoughtful design, seamless logistics, and memorable guest experiences—an approach that continues to shape her work today. In addition to her event background, Bri built a successful career in media and marketing. She served as a fashion editor for a local magazine, later launching her own PR firm representing lifestyle brands, restaurants, and personalities. She also created and hosted the television show Inside Entertainment and contributed regularly to Good Morning Texas as “The Weekend Insider,” highlighting the best in dining, events, and culture. At EVELYN, Bri has helped shape a one-of-a-kind event experience inspired by Old Hollywood glamour and modern-day energy. From intimate private dinners to full restaurant buyouts and weddings, she works closely with each client to bring their vision to life with ease and intention. Her approach is rooted in creating a seamless, turnkey experience—where every detail, from ambiance to service to flow, is thoughtfully considered and expertly executed. Known for her eye for design, attention to detail, and ability to anticipate guest needs, Bri is passionate about creating events that feel effortless, immersive, and unforgettable. Whether hosting a wedding, rehearsal dinner, or milestone celebration, her goal is always the same: to create an experience guests will remember long after the night ends.
