One of the things I appreciated most was the personal client portal she created for me. I could view all of my inspiration photos, notes, and updates for my wedding arch in one place, which made the entire planning process smooth and stress-free.

After meeting Bashan and her team at Eventbay at the Baltimore Wedding Expo last year, I knew without a doubt she would be the one to help us plan our big day! Her organization, her leadership, her questions to help us make decisions, responsiveness, her energy, literally everything! I cannot express how happy we are with our decision to hire Eventbay! No detail was missed, no stone unturned, we did not have a thing to worry about except to show up and enjoy our special day! Bashan felt like family. She made us feel comfort in her ability to handle everything!! Which is really hard for me to do lol, but she made it easy to trust that we were in GREAT hands. Our wedding day was just perfect! Y’all, it is not an over-exaggeration when I say: hiring EventBay and Bashan was single-handedly the greatest choice we made in our entire wedding process. I cannot thank Bashan enough for her services, in addition to her several helpers who supported our wedding.
My husband and I contracted with EventBay for our day-of wedding coordination. We’d heard great things about her through our friend/my bridesmaid, and all the hype was real. When we say we chose her, we didn’t realize that this service would include Bashan showing up to and running our entire rehearsal, giving us wrap-around services the day of, and meeting with us several times leading up to the wedding itself. We were so incredibly grateful for all of the supports Bashan gave us throughout the entire process.
In addition to her coordination services, we also contracted with Bashan for balloon decoration. Bashan got to know Miles and I with our initial call, in person meeting at the venue, and zoom call, and with all of that knowledge, she threw together the most BEAUTIFUL balloon arch. This took up one of the major walls in our wedding and was full of rainbow colors (I’m nonbinary), marbled balloons, and was complete with thoughtful details of rainbow roses inserted into every color change in the arch. WOW! Let me tell you: this thing took my breath away.
I was married at a local venue, and while the event was GORGEOUS, Bashan insured that I would never be aware that a tragedy occurred at the venue unrelated to the wedding. She handled the issue with grace and her and her staff ensured that those of us in the wedding never felt the impact of what occurred. You never want a disaster to strike at your wedding, but to my knowledge, that day, I wasn’t even aware that one had happened, and that really speaks to the services EventBay provides.
From now on, I will be contracting with Bashan for everything. If ever a friend needs an event planner, a decorator, ANYTHING, I will tell them: don’t go to anyone else. This is who you NEED!

I married the love of my life and I could not have managed the stress of planning a wedding without the grace of God and EventBay, LLC. From consultation to day of, Bashan McLeod (owner) exuded professionalism, profoundness and poise. Her skillset, knowledge and expertise of wedding planning and event planning provided a sense of ease and allowed me to focus on the only important thing…marrying my husband. Lol.
I retained the Day of Coordinator service from EventBay, LLC. and the Event Agenda a la cart service to make my big day manageable. Bashan went above and beyond, she always did a monthly check up on me to see how I was doing before her services started. And when the 30 days out started, this business owner was on it! She also recommended vendors when my now husband and I were stuck and could not find a DJ. My entire wedding party was in awe of the seamless transitions between timeline tasks and how Bashan and her team got us together. I am so very grateful to have found EventBay, LLC. I literally had no clue what I was doing. Bashan was clear and concise, personable, and fancy. I would definitely utilize EventBay, LLC.’s services again in the future for any event. Looking back on our wedding day, it feels like there is a near-infinite list of things we are grateful for. But highest among them is easily our wedding coordinator Bashan McLeod. It was immediately clear that the foundation for everything running so smoothly was laid by Bashan and her incredible team at EventBay. Her support and experience lent immediate comfort and clarity, long before the day of the event. Scheduling with Bashan through the EventBay portal could not have been easier, and made us feel confident and at ease that she was never more than a click away, and that we could always find the time to check in.
Bashan McLeod went above and beyond in every way, showing tremendous care, professionalism, and a honed attention to detail that allowed us to have a truly perfect day. She will celebrate the work you have done to plan your special day and help you identify and resolve any blind spots creatively and efficiently. All of which is done with a level of warmth and care that made her an absolute pleasure to work with.
