We had no stress on the day of and could just enjoy our wedding because we knew we were in good hands (from timeline, to set up, and through clean up), which is one of the best wedding gifts.

I brought all the vendors into the venue we chose and I couldn't have done it without Eventity. The timeline they put together ran so smoothly that we were actually early for the ceremony without feeling rushed. Monica also took care of all the details to fit in 3 additional guests for us a week before the wedding, after the seating chart and final numbers had been completed.
Overall, I was so happy with their work and would highly recommend them to anyone getting married in the San Diego area!
Our only mistake with hiring Jen of Eventity is that we did not hire her sooner to help with our wedding. Everything was perfect!

On our wedding day everything ran perfectly and our wedding was truly amazing! Jen was so detailed she reviewed every vendor contract, came to our rehearsal assisted with the seating chart and ran the whole wedding timeline so we could simply enjoy the day.
You can't go wrong with Jen and we are so glad we had her to help us prepare and facilitate the day. Our family and guests still talk about how amazing the wedding was. Jen was a big part of making everything come together.

We first "...
met" on a Skype conference call. Jenn and Monica asked questions about us and our vision. They let us ask several of our questions, and they were more than prepared with answers and anecdotes. We felt extremely comfortable chatting with them, and almost immediately, it felt like a collaborative effort. Also, starting around 3 months before our special day, Jenn and Monica regularly checked in with us and our vendors to make sure we were all on the same page. They even caught the fact that one of our difficult vendors (San Diego Paella) ended up falling off of the approved caterers list for our venue! Without Jenn and Monica, we may have had to scramble for a last minute caterer for our wedding. They pay an incredible amount of attention to detail.
One week before the wedding day, Jenn and Monica coordinated a walk-through of our venues for the ceremony and reception. They notified our vendors and arranged for someone from the City of Coronado to meet with us and go over our final contract. Jenn and Monica from Eventity had thought of EVERYTHING! They had previously sent us a draft timeline, processional, ceremony diagram, and seating chart. We basically just had to fill in the blanks. They had our day planned out by 5-15 minute increments. I was beyond impressed. Plus, they really kept their composure were extremely professional with our latest difficult vendor (K&J Party Rentals). They also made sure to have their questions answered and to allow us plenty of time for questions. After the walk-through, they also took lots of our "props" and decorations to hang onto for us (so we didn't have to lug that stuff around before the wedding day).
On rehearsal day, Jenn and Monica were on time and they explained everything to our wedding party and family. They brought several copies of the timeline and took questions at the beginning and end. We ran through the ceremony once, and after some remaining questions were answered, we ran through the ceremony a second time. I am so thankful that Eventity was there because: (1) our officiant was not able to make the rehearsal; and (2) we didn't realize we had so many questions about how the ceremony was supposed to go. The entire rehearsal went about 1 hour, and I am so thankful that we were able to get together the day before the ceremony. It was a huge stress reliever. Also, my husband and I were able to drop off most of the remaining decorations to Jenn and Monica at the rehearsal, so we had only a small punch list of items for our trusted family members to worry about on the day of.
By the time the day of came, it really felt like we could let go. I am a type A lawyer, and it takes a lot for me to relinquish control, but I was 100% confident that Jenn and Monica would get things done. The ceremony was beautifully set up, and the reception was incredible! They really stuck to my vision, and I absolutely adored what they did with our sweetheart table. Jenn and Monica were great about letting people know they were "on deck" for toasts or speeches or that the grand entrance or cake was coming up. It was just what we needed. One final thing, they helped me orchestrate an amazing surprise for my husband, and I will never forget them for that.

We hired them for the month of plan, they pretty much worked with us the entire time, not a lot of people or businesses would do this and they went WAY above and beyond for us, giving us materials to reviews, ideas on vendors, supporting my wife and all her questions and so on, amazing is all I have to say. I was keen on the details, I wanted every detail perfect and my wife and I to not have to worry about anything on our wedding day.
During our wedding day there were numerous things that went wrong that we had no idea of, Jenn and Monica just took care of them and handled everything, it was seamless to my wife and I and made it just the absolute perfect day, in fact, we were shocked when we found out about certain things that happened (cake being late etc.) because we had no idea. These two will make your wedding day perfect, will be supportive and detailed throughout the entire process and make you feel like they are just as invested as you are, so thankful to have them apart of our day and our year of planning, we couldn't have done it without them, two very special people and amazingly great company! I would HIGHLY recommend Eventity for any wedding, party etc, as they will make sure it's something you won't forget.

full-service wedding coordination and planning our destination wedding in the San Diego/Del Mar area (my husband and I live in Texas).
They were extremely helpful in suggesting and selecting excellent vendors that matched what we wanted and were within our budget. I didn't have a single problem with any of our vendors during the planning process or the day of our Wedding. All vendors provided excellent services and products.
Jenn & Monica provided superior communication via email, text and phone and were willing to work around my schedule and time zone difference. Email communication was not limited (I've seen some other wedding coordinators limit the # of emails you can send per month/week). They made themselves available for in-person meetings when I had to visit California several times during the wedding planning process and even helped schedule my other meetings with my vendors during my visit; basically planning my entire wedding planning trip's itineraries.
As the day of our Wedding approached, Moncia and Jenn became increasingly involved with communicating with vendors, creating event diagrams, and timeline schedules. The day of the event, both ladies were on hand at all times and ensured our Wedding was perfect! They made adjustments to our schedule as needed (when my husband and I took longer to take pictures after the ceremony) and everything went so smoothly!
Jenn and Monica are extremely professional and they both were so pleasant to work with. They listened to our wants and vision and helped us communicate that to our vendors and venues. They made our priorities their priority and made us feel that we were the ONLY couple they were assisting with Wedding Coordination. This made us feel extra special!
