I used Brenda and her team for month of coordination for my wedding. She was recommended to us from family who used her for their wedding. Brenda met with us to do our event run through, ran our rehearsal the day before, made our day of timeline, coordinated all of our vendors and made sure everything went perfectly the day of. Brenda and her team we so attentive and we didn't have to think about anything. The set up everything better than I even imagined. You can tell that she really cares about making your day perfect. I absolutely couldn't have done the day without her. You wont be disappointed!
Despite our day being a literal storm non stop… brenda always made sure to keep me relaxed. She came to our room with liquid iv in hand ready to keep me hydrated and calm because the rain wasnt going to stop. She made sure to set up our venue despite the hiccups on time… she took the venues comments with a grain of salt and made sure alex and I were happy. She made sure we had apps, drinks and food all night! She is the best, I only had her for the month of but I loved every minute of having her help. Always get a wedding planner and if you can hire Brenda!

Wedding planning is a stressful time, but she is with you holding your hand every step of the way. She always keeps it real with you, she’ll give you advice, but at the end of the day, she will move mountains to make sure your day is perfect.
She has a personal relationship with many different vendors so if you need something, she knows who to call for what.
She sends you a survey to fill out, and the month before your wedding, she will sit down with you go over ALL THE DETAILS from that survey & more. She takes over all communications (which I will forever be thankful for because mental health), she and her team handle everything up until the big day.
My wedding had 0 hiccups, & if it did, Brenda took care of it & I was none the wiser.

I want to start of this review by saying if you are iffy about if you need a wedding planner, please do it! it will be the best thing you ever do! I’m so grateful to have had Brenda and her team help me with my month of coordination. It definitely was a stressful time but I was assured that everything would come out perfect and it did thanks to Brenda and her assistant Karina on the day of my wedding. She always listened to my concerns and kept it 100% and help set up everything exactly how I wanted it. She also was with me when I was taking my photos in the hot Florida weather and was my advocate for my photographers that we needed to find another location, so my hair and make up with stay intact. she also carries around a very cute little pink fan, which was my saving grace😂 and she also will send you hundreds of photos for you to have while you wait for your professional photos which I greatly appreciated. On your wedding day It’s so fast paced that you don’t even have a second to sit down sometimes but she makes sure that you have something to eat and that you take care of yourself as well during your day. I would give her 10 stars if that was an option but I definitely am very glad that I booked her as my wedding planner. If it is in your budget at least do the month of coordination. You will thank yourself later for doing so. 🥰❤️
Brenda and her team were absolutely amazing from start to finish! We hired her for month of/ day of and she started helping me with vendor recommendations when needed months in advance! She helped our dream day come true and knew exactly what we wanted with few words to express it . She made our day smooth, stress free, and fun! She even saved us when the car broke down! Brenda is super down to Earth and personable and I HIGHLY recommend her!
Brenda and her team are absolutely amazing! By far the best money spent when it came to the wedding. She is very professional and always answers you, and is by far the reason I had such a beautiful wedding! She saved me by letting me know my original venue was shut down (before the venue let me know which they never did). So I will be forever grateful to her for everything she did! She was so impressionable that my family and friends all adore her too. A true gem!
HIRE BRENDA- MY WEDDING WAS PERFECT BC OF HER. It’s hard to put into words how thankful I am that I made the decision to hire Brenda. I consider myself someone who enjoys planning and thought to myself “maybe I don’t need a planner.” Wrong! I don’t care how much you love planning, Brenda will do things that as a bride, you could never physically do on your wedding day. Everything ran so smoothly because of her. I hired Brenda as a month of planner since I already had most of my vendors booked by the time I found her. The month before she completely took charge of vendor communication. This was the biggest weight off my shoulders. She also brought up some logistics that I would’ve never thought of or even known to think about. She went above and beyond my whole wedding weekend- from the rehearsal, to making sure my welcome party decor was set up on time, and then everything the day off. My gosh…I could go on forever about how amazing she was the day of- I had 0 stress the day of because of her. From making sure my decor was set up perfectly, to getting the guys ready and in the right location for pictures, to calming me down when it rained before my ceremony, to always making sure I had a drink and my lipgloss re applied! Also the way she had all of our decor perfectly organized in a box at the end of the night. I could go on and on. These are just a few examples. Her assistant Karina was also FABULOUS. They were a well oiled machine. They even carried 35 pizzas from the hotel lobby to the back of the venue for me at the end of the night. My fiancé and I kept saying “thank gosh we have Brenda.” I truly don’t know how the day would’ve happened without her.
Side note- my venue came with a coordinator as well. Even if your venue comes with one, I still highly recommend hiring Brenda! She does so much more for the bride & groom than the venue coordinator will do. Brenda- we love you and could never thank you enough!!!!!
Brenda was great! We hired her for full planning. She helped us bring our dream wedding to life. She was always available to talk, text, video, or meet in person. Brenda was able to find us and recommend us amazing vendors! She was able to find us a venue exactly like what we wanted after just one phone call. Having a wedding planner was the best decision we made. Brenda was able to take pressure off of us with anything we needed. Thank you Brenda for all your help!!!
One of the only regrets I have from my wedding planning is not having found Brenda sooner. I hired Brenda after my month of/day of coordinator ghosted me the week before my reception. In less than 48 hours she was up to speed, she managed to calm my fears of everything going south and even talk me through the day of during one of our conversations. I can only imagine how great her partial and full wedding planning services are! On the day of, and without knowing my fully, she followed my floor plan and took charge to ensure that things went smoothly! Brenda and Karina set out all our decorations and really brought my vision to life. I am eternally grateful for them!

Brenda, Ailyn and her team were outstanding! We hired Events by BBG for month of planning, and we are so glad we did. Our wedding went off without a hitch, and was absolutely beautiful, thanks to Brenda and her team. Since the first time we met with Brenda before the holiday craze, we felt comfortable with her, as if we had known her forever. She was diligent in reaching out and staying in contact with our vendors, and kept us calm and collected when we were nervous or had questions. As a super Type A personality, I was nervous to hire a wedding planner but I am SO glad I did! I could not have done it without Brenda and her team. Brenda helped me create the most perfect wedding! My wedding day was a dream. She always has her brides best interest and I loved that! She has your back no matter what. Brenda made my husband and I feel so comfortable the day of our wedding (we were so nervous) but everything ran smoothly and according to plan. My best tip to future brides: soak in every minute because your special day comes and goes in the blink of an eye!

So happy to have worked with Brenda. Me being super type A, I never thought I needed a planner. I thought I would be able to handle everything on my own, even day of (lol right?). A family member suggested I look into one and I had been following Brenda and her team for a little while now so I reached out. Best decision I could have made. I called her, more than once, with breakdowns for issues that came up but that we were able to resolve. I felt soooo stress free on my wedding day, which if you know me was a total surprise to everyone. She carried out every detail exactly as I wanted and how we had talked about, and one thing I won’t forget which may seem like nothing for some but after my veil fell off during my walk down the aisle, she came and put it back on and I heard from multiple people that they didn’t even notice her doing that so that meant a lot for me. She is professional and knows what she is doing, but also very friendly and makes you feel super comfortable. From making sure we ate, and drank water all day but also making sure we enjoyed the night and downed our shots lol. Super glad I made this decision!
I hired Brenda as my month of coordinator. She did a phenomenal job leading up to the wedding and the day of. A few things that happened that were all taken care of perfectly by Brenda and her team. She was very attentive to my wants and needs. Thank you Brenda for all of your help.
We hired Brenda for the month of planning and let me tell you, it was by far one of the best decisions we have made! No matter what time, Brenda would always respond immediately. On 3.11.22, the day of our wedding, she went above and beyond we could ever expect. She maintained us on a timeline when there was 20+ people in our bridal party and always kept me on the loop with everything. I accidentally forgot our get ready robes at the venue and she was there first thing in the morning to pick them up for us. She transported and handled all the things we wanted set up for our wedding. She helped me calm my nerves moments before it all started and at the reception even fed me cake on the dance floor! We truly could not have picked a better planner!
Brenda was the best wedding planner we could have hired! We purchased her month-of package, but looking back, I would have hired her for either partial or full planning. She was someone I was able to vent to when I had issues with picking up my wedding dress, she helped when things went wrong at our wedding, and even fixed my broken bustle in the middle of a conga line during our hora loca! She is such a special person, I highly recommend hiring her for your wedding.
Brenda is an absolute gem. If you're thinking about hiring her, just do yourself a favor and do it! She helped us laying out decor and managing the timeline at our wedding. Everyone loved working with her. If I could hire her to coordinate my life, I would.
I don’t even know where to begin my goodness! I hired Brenda 2 years + prior to our wedding for partial planning and it was the best decision I ever made! I can honestly say I gained a friend out of it and I’m sooooo thankful for her. I drove her crazy for 2 years and she was and is phenomenal. Anything I asked her for without hesitation she would always assure me it would get done and sure enough it got done. She is so patient and attentive. I had a really bad habit of wanting to go over budget and she always made sure to remind me I needed to slow down haha! (My husband really appreciated this) she was always available for me even in the wee hours of the night while I was up with my newborn wedding brainstorming. I’d send her random texts in the middle of the night and first thing she did in the morning was answer me. On the day of our wedding she was seriously my life saver! Our entire wedding day went soooo smoothly. She always reassured me that she had everything under control and I was able to enjoy the entire day with my bridesmaids calmly as we were getting ready. She went above and beyond and moved our ceremony arch into our reception room so that we had a backdrop for our sweetheart table. SHE FED US CAKE WHILE WE WERE ON THE DANCE FLOOR. Not kidding, she came with a plate of cake and fed me as I was dancing the night away. I can go on and on about Brenda, she was literally heaven sent. Our wedding night was THE most magical night of my life and I have her to thank for it. Brenda will forever hold such a special place in my heart, I am so thankful I met her. I don’t know where to start! Brenda was an angel during the whole process. She literally saved me numerous times during the wedding planning process because as a “COVID Bride”, this was not an easy process mentally.
Brenda doesn’t believe in day of planning which is why I decided to go with her, besides the fact that we clicked after our first conversation! We hired her for month of, and she helped me stay on budget, not lose my sanity and made sure the wedding of our dreams happened flawlessly. And it was just that , the most magical day thanks to Brenda !

Where do I start, Brenda is FREAKING AMAZING! I had an outside wedding and it was kinda hectic but Brenda literally took care of everything and made sure I was completely relaxed and unaware of any little hiccups. Brenda was so amazing to work with she literally took care of EVERYTHING the month of the wedding from start to end. Initially Brenda had sorted out all vendors and created a timeline which last minute week of the wedding had to be rearranged due to it being spring break and the church being in Miami Beach despite that Brenda still managed to make all the necessary changes and it all turned as perfect as can be. I am so glad to have come across Brenda because I don’t know how I would have done it without all her help and support I admit I was one of those brides who thought I didn’t need a planner but you most definitely do especially one like Brenda!🤍
Ailyn and Brenda are literally a dream team! I’m a control freak and easily get anxiety, but I wanted no anxiety and to fully enjoy my wedding day. So I booked EventsbyBBG for month of coordination. Leading up to the wedding, Brenda and Ailyn made sure that they had all the details and information needed. They are so funny and the sweetest and so patient. Day of our event, Ailyn was on top of everything. I literally had to worry about nothing. She was constantly making sure I was happy. This day was truly a magical day that felt like a dream, and I couldn’t have done it without them. I love you ladies and would recommend you a million times for any event.

If you're looking for a wedding planner or day of coordinator in Miami, you need to hire Brenda and her team. Brenda was beyond incredible! She took over all the vendor coordination the month of the wedding to make sure we were all set. She also helped me out with the wedding timeline and was always available to answer any questions I had. The day of the wedding, she made sure all the vendors were on track and that everything was placed were it need it to be. On the morning of the wedding we had a mishap with our wedding cake. The wrong cake was delivered to our venue. Brenda took care of it right away and made sure everything was how I had imagined it. She set up all of my decorations and sent me pictures while I was getting ready of how everything was looking. When guests were arriving late because of an accident on the highway. She suggested that we did a first look, that way we could hold of on the ceremony until most of our guest had arrived. This was the best decision and it turned out better that expected. She was always on top of everything, making sure everything was running smoothly. Hiring Brenda was truly a blessing. Brenda was a superstar. 10 out of 10, hands down.
There isn’t enough to praise that I can give to Brenda for being my wedding planner. She was amazing! Brenda... or should I say, my best friend on my wedding day! Nay... wedding month ! Brenda has been the best support throughout the crazy wedding planning process, leading us through the correct (budgeted) path. Come wedding week she was there at the rehearsal to straighten everything up and then again early morning of wedding day, with cafe con leche for me ! She handled everything like a champ, including the last minute switches due to the rain. She was able to recreate my vision for the reception to the T! I teared up once I saw our reception space. But the one thing I will treasure the most is the fact that she kept reminding me that this was my day, and to let nothing and no one ruin it. I can’t put enough emphasis to how important it was to have Brenda there as our wedding coordinator and now, forever friend! Thank you!

Let’s begin with I hired Events by BBG 3 weeks prior to my wedding. Everything up until I hired her was planned and coordinated by myself, the bride. It was not until I was getting closer to my wedding day that I came to the realization that I needed to hire a professional to handle everything from that point forward. I would strongly suggest hiring Brenda as your wedding planner/coordinator AS SOON AS YOU GET ENGAGED. You will have a tremendous weight lifted off your shoulders considering she coordinates AND plans your ENTIRE event, NOT TO MENTION, she stays by your side the ENTIRE DAY-NIGHT of your wedding.
I frantically searched for days for a Wedding Coordinator who was reasonable, professional, and trustworthy, without knowing them, just trusting my instinct on what I saw on Wedding Wire. I messaged Events by BBG on Wedding Wire and within 2 minutes, I kid you not, 2 minutes, she called me. I explained everything that was going wrong and what I was being put through with the venue manager I was currently dealing with. She ensured that she was what I NEEDED.
Not only was did she coordinate the last few weeks before my wedding, she took the responsibility of someone else who was not coming through to make our wedding day what we expected it to be. Brenda made sure to go over all the details from start to finish to ENSURE my day would go as PERFECT as I planned it to be.
She attended our Rehearsal with our officiant and went over exactly how the ceremony would go from start to finish. The morning of my wedding she was on top of all the vendors, making sure my bridesmaids were on time for their hair, make-up, she was on top of the caterers, making sure everything was delivered on time. We even had to edit the wedding line up for my ceremony the morning of and she contacted the DJ immediately to ensure I got what I wanted.
Brenda also saved the day for one of my bridesmaids that missed her make-up appointment, by taking the initiative and doing her make-up as well.
Being that we were had our wedding in MIAMI, if you are from MIAMI, you know the typical MIAMI weather. After a week of PERFECT sunny blue skies, it poured AND poured AND poured the afternoon of my wedding day. I was distraught at the thought that my OUTDOOR WEDDING was ruined because of the rain. My ceremony was delayed by 2 hours because of the rain. I was overwhelmed with the fact that my guest were under a small roof with a huge thunderstorm going on outside. BRENDA, came to me more 3 times to CALM me down and REASSURE me that she was doing the best in her power for the night to go as magical as I envisioned it.
BRENDA, made sure my husband and I were the first to eat, she was on top of us cutting our cake and ensuring we were having a good time.
AND that it was. Magical, it is the only way to describe the ending of my wedding night.
Honestly speaking, I do know if my wedding would have happened if it was not for Events by BBG.
HIRE HER. CALL HER (SOONER THAN LATER). YOU WILL NOT REGRET IT.

Brenda is a sweetheart, being that she’s been in your position as a bride before she understands all the concerns you may have. She assisted me in all the day of coordination to make sure our wedding day was everything we dreamed of and more! She makes you feel like she’s your friend more than your wedding planner and you will cherish that bond with her. I recommend Events by BBG whole heartily and with eyes shut!
Brenda, you are truly amazing and professional. When I started to wedding plan, I didn’t think I needed a coordinator. Until I started having a conversation with Brenda, and realized she knew what she was doing and I didn’t realize how much I actually needed her. Look no further, she is your girl. She made every single detail perfect. If I had any issues with any vendors, she would handle them and resolve them immediately.
