ch a difference during the craziness of wedding planning. Anytime we needed something, she was there, whether it was answering questions, calming nerves, or stepping in to communicate with vendors on our behalf. She made the entire process feel so much less overwhelming and more seamless!  Her knowledge of wedding planning is amazing, and it was so clear how much experience and care she brings to her work. We felt supported every step of the way and couldn’t have asked for a better planner. I would recommend Kate to anyone getting married, especially on the North Fork. Kate is truly the best out there!!

us for 6 full weeks leading up to the wedding, was with us from start to finish for our entire wedding day - and from the moment we met her, we knew we were in the very best hands. Kate is an absolute sweetheart, by beyond tthat she is incredibly thorough, organized and so easy to work with. She always has her couples' best interests in mind. She attended our last two major venue meetings and came prepared with thoughtful questions we never even though to ask. She helped guide us through decisions when we felt unsure - whether it was decor choices, timeline details or general logistics. Her insight was invaluable. She built the most perfect timeline for our wedding day, and because of her, the entire day flowed beautifully and felt effortless. Any hiccups that popped up were taken care of quietly and professionally - so much so that we didn't even know anything was happening behind the scenes. We felt completely confident trusting her with our special day, and she exceeded every expecation. Kate truly is exceptional at what she does. She genuinely cares about her clients, pours her heart into her work, and is just an amazing person all around. We highly, highly recommend hiring her for any wedding coordination needs. Our wedding day would not have been the same without her.

We honestly could not have done it without her. bove and beyond our expectations. From day one, she was organized, thoughtful, responsive, and incredibly supportive—she made us feel like we were her only clients. Kate quickly became not just our planner, but one of our favorite people. She brought calm to the chaos, solutions to every challenge, and so much heart to everything she did. Her attention to detail, creative ideas, and unwavering dedication helped create a day that was more beautiful and meaningful than we ever imagined. Our wedding truly was the best day of our lives, and we owe so much of that to Kate. We can’t recommend her highly enough—if you’re lucky enough to work with her, you’ll not only have the wedding of your dreams, but also a true partner by your side every step of the way.

things. She was on top of it all. On our wedding day, both Kate and her assistant were incredible with making sure everything went perfectly. I highly recommend Kate for your wedding or any other special event.

e way. If Kate is this amazing for partial planning I can only imagine how great she is with being involved from day one. Throughout the whole process, Kate was open to all of my ideas while helping me tweak everything so it was absolutely perfect. She offered great suggestions and was always quick to help me with anything I needed. Her knowledge of the industry and all the accessible resources available were so helpful with planning. We couldn't have asked for a better day and we never would have been able to do it without Kate's help. We can't thank her enough for everything she did for us.

e is professional and so detail oriented and really ensures your day goes smoothly. From the countless calls, texts, and crazy ideas, Kate is there to make it happen. She also has relationships with the best vendors making communication that much smoother too. On a day where a million and one things are happening, Kate handled all of them so that I could be so present in the moment. I had an outdoor wedding and even though it poured, I had no stress at all - I knew Kate had it all handled. Handing out umbrellas, rolling down tent walls, covering food, etc. I’ll be forever grateful for Kate giving me that experience at my wedding.

and they all love her). The best part about working with her is that it's a lot of fun, like planning a wedding with a friend who just so happens to know everything about weddings. I left every one of our planning meetings feeling less stressed and assured we had it under control. And we did, it was the best day of our lives in large part because of Kate. I cannot recommend her more highly.  If you are debating whether to hire a planner, DO IT! Worth every penny. Kate will ensure your day is seamless, allowing you to be present and enjoy every moment.

to talk to. We could not recommend her more highly.

o coordinate, and Kate made the process seamless and easy! We used the month of coordination and it was the best idea we had! My husband and I got to enjoy our entire day without stress or worry knowing it was in the best hands. A plus, you’ll make a lifetime friend in her because she’s truly a gem!

orking with Kate about 2 months before my wedding and she helped me tie up all my loose ends, calm my nerves over little details i was stressing about and perfect our schedule. Having Kate there on our wedding day running the show was such a joy and really helped me relax. Would recommend Kate a million times over!

er team managed every detail behind the scenes, making sure everything ran smoothly so we could relax and enjoy the moment. She was exactly what we needed to make our day so special!!

ay of and I felt like I was in good hands the entire day. Any issues that came up, Kate handled with grace, calm, and understanding. I couldn't recommend her more!

available to address any questions or concerns we had or other vendors had leading up to the big day. On the wedding day itself, Kate's attention to detail and ability to handle any issues that arose at the drop of a hat was truly remarkable. She is also very intuitive and has your best interest at heart - my husband and I added some last minute decorations that we forgot to indicate where we thought they should go, but she was able to utilize all of them beautifully and even better than how we could have imagined. She made us feel like the center of her world on our wedding day, and her expert coordination ensured that everything ran smoothly from start to finish. She is worth every penny, and I highly recommend Kate to anyone and everyone who has a special event.

cess for questions and was truly my rock on the big day. Unfortunate weather forced us to make a tough decision to move things indoors but Kate assured me it would still be perfect. The unfortunate weather was truly the best thing to happen because Kate and my vendors made sure our indoor ceremony space was stunning and immaculate - it felt like a chapel and totally blew the original outdoor ceremony plans out of the water. I was so glad to have Kate & her team by my side to pull off a truly unforgettable day that wouldn't be possible without her. She advocates for her couples hard, relieves so much pre wedding stress and is a girls girl through and through. I can't recommend her enough

ncredible time thanks to Kate and her team!

. They moved us inside and to be honest, I don't even know how or when they did that. It was amazing. They decorated and set up beautifully. The team showed up for the girls to ensure everything was going well. I did not have to do one thing during the ceremony and the reception. For weeks before and during she was on top of everything. We hit a glitch with the band and Kate resolved the problem perfectly! I would highly recommend Events by Kate, she is super friendly, kind thoughtful and extremely resourceful.

ze our wedding in! From the start she was very attentive, and always checking in. Whenever I needed advice the month of the wedding she was a text message away. The timeline she coordinated with my other vendors was impeccable, everything was down to the minute. The morning of my wedding she came to our hotel and made sure that we were all set, grabbed all the decor that was needed for the church, pinned the boutonnieres onto the groomsmen and helped me get into my dress with many buttons. At the wedding she was fantastic, there for my every need. If I wanted something moved she had the venue move it, she literally was my husband and I's right-hand man all night long! She even sewed my bustle back on after it was stepped on and ripped during cocktail hour. Everyone was raving about her, down to my uncle who kept saying "she's fantastic" all night long. She truly is worth every penny and more. I really do not know how I would of done my wedding without her. I'm a generally anxious person and she took all that anxiety away and I was able to enjoy my wedding to the fullest extent. If you don't book her, trust me when I say you'll regret it!

te, we knew we were in the best hands. This was our family’s first time planning a wedding in over 10 years, and going into the process, we were completely overwhelmed and unsure of where to start. Kate immediately stepped in, calming all our anxieties, and worked with us to create a realistic and thoughtful timeline and vision that were catered perfectly to our vision. Despite the fact that she had also never done a wedding on Cape Cod before, she did thorough research to help us pick vendors that fit within our budget and matched our vision, and she coordinated all the details with ease. Her seamless interaction with every vendor made it feel as though she had done this at our venue countless times. Kate, you truly made all my dreams come true. I still can't believe how flawlessly the day unfolded. What makes your work even more remarkable is that you didn’t just create this experience for me. You took the weight off the shoulders of my mom, my family, and every single guest, allowing them to enjoy this dreamy day. The way you effortlessly coordinated everything, from vendors to timelines, made the entire event feel like it was flowing perfectly on its own. But we know it was your hard work behind the scenes that made it all happen. I honestly don’t know what we would have done without Kate throughout the entire planning process. You brought a level of professionalism, creativity, and warmth that went far beyond the role of a typical wedding planner. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for making our wedding day absolutely magical and everything we had dreamed it would be!

ping me calm throughout the entire process. Kate was there for every text, call, question, concern, tear, and piece of advice. She wasn’t just my wedding planner—she became a true friend. I couldn’t have made it through without her, and she’s the reason the day turned out as perfectly as it did. We had a backyard wedding, but Kate made sure it didn’t feel like one. Every detail, every vendor—everything was flawless. On top of that, she took the time to check on me throughout the day, offering the reassurance every bride needs. I will be forever grateful for these moments with Kate and will genuinely miss texting her every day. If you’re on the fence about hiring a planner or day-of coordinator, just do it. ocess. She is professional, easy to reach, dedicated and caring. The sky could be falling and Kate would figure out a way to fix it, she’s that good. To have Kate as your wedding coordinator is to literally have superwoman by your side, she truly was born to do this. It’s her passion and you can see clear as day this is what she loves to do. Wedding planning is a truly stressful process and your wedding day is 10x worse. Kate made sure we stayed on track, battled the windy day we were getting married on and most of all made sure her top priority was making sure me and my husband had the most magical wedding. I can’t stress enough how amazing she is at her job. So again to all future brides: you need Kate. Period.

red and everything that could’ve happened. She was prepared for. She was 100% An asset on the day of and kept me calm and made this the least stressful day I could’ve ever had. Her emotional support physical support and her presence made everything so easy.

derful experience! I would recommend Kate to everyone and anyone I know that needs a wedding coordinator! (You would be lucky if she is available for your special day!) We can’t thank her enough for making the day seem effortless!

reached out to schedule periodic check-ins. She emailed us very helpful meeting recaps and to-do items that kept us on track. She always gave her honest opinion but was never pushy or judgmental! The day before our wedding we had a switch in location for where myself and my bridesmaids were getting ready and Kate handled reaching out to all our vendors who needed to know and helped keep me calm. It was a huge relief to know she was handling it! The day of our wedding when the timeline inevitability started off a little rocky, Kate once again kept calm but took charge to get us back on track. She also had built in time to account for such hiccups. The entire day we felt like we were in amazing hands and had full trust in Kate. Not only is Kate a rockstar professionally, she is also a sweetheart. She is kind, caring, funny, and an awesome support. Kate truly felt like a friend during the process and we will forever be grateful for her part in our wedding day. My only regret is not doing Kate’s full wedding planning package! I highly recommend Kate and can’t wait to watch her business continue to grow.

the day of. My own bridal party and family kept telling me how amazing she was, but I already knew! I could not have asked for someone better to work with. Always answering emails and texts promptly as WELL 😌🤍

could’ve ever spent on my wedding. Worth. Every. Penny. She checked in on everything the month leading up to the big day. With prompt response time, she was on top of it all.. any problems, details, speaking with vendors, and everything in between. If there was an issue, I didn’t even know because she seamlessly handled everything with grace. She built my entire schedule and itinerary. It was so detailed and easy to follow. She even sent a copy to every single vendor to make sure everyone was in the loop. When the day came she was there from morning to night by my side. She kept me calm, cool and collected, hydrated, made sure I ate, re-applied my lipgloss, fixed my hair and kept everything on schedule. She is not only an amazing event planner but a genuine and great friend. Mentally, physically and emotionally she supported me and kept me together through the process. What I expected to be an extremely stressful day actually ended up being pure bliss. This is all thanks to Kate and her planning/control! Like I said, I could not imagine getting through the day (and even month before) without her. Any future events I know she’ll be my number one go to. I cannot recommend her enough!🤍

The last few weeks before the wedding I was much more relaxed than anyone expected, and that was because I knew Kate was handling all the last minutes details with vendors and creating the perfect timeline. On the morning of the wedding, it felt like Kate was another friend celebrating with me and my bridal party, while also expertly keeping the whole day on track and handling last minute hiccups. When it rained on our wedding day, Kate personally escorted every bridesmaid with an umbrella to the tent for our outside ceremony. I would recommend Kate to anyone who is looking to plan a wedding.

planning process (which lasted one year for us). I enjoyed having a more hands-on role in the planning, but of course had no real idea what I was doing, so Kate’s support and guidance were very much appreciated and needed! She was also a huge help in negotiating with vendors; my husband commented that she “paid for herself” early in the planning process by helping us negotiate with the caterer we loved to find a solution within our budget. From our first conversation, she was consistently respectful of our budget, which I really appreciated as other planners I interviewed made clear that they thought we should spend more than we wanted to spend. Leading up to the wedding day, Kate was essential in preparing when there was a hurricane threatening in the Atlantic—we were able to reserve a last minute rain tent through her contacts, and I was so grateful to have her support during that stressful period! The wedding day itself went off without a hitch, and we had an absolutely amazing day. Thank you so much for everything, Kate!! —Emily & Zach

geable and has a way about her that makes you feel confident she can do the job! She is so kind and on the day of my wedding went above and beyond to do anything she could to make sure it went smoothly. She was there to help with any unexpected issues. She even brought her adorable assistant Kayla to help out. Kate made my wedding perfect and I am so thankful I chose to work with her. She’s the absolute best and I will be recommending her to all future brides. Thank you so much Kate!!! ♥️

land's east end. When my daughter decided she didn't want a small wedding, but a micro-wedding, Kate shifted gears and helped us with all aspects of planning the event, which was now in NYC. Having her on board made the process so much easier since my daughter lives on the West Coast. First, Kate is an outstanding communicator. No text, no question, and no call went unanswered. Her responses are clear and timely. Additionally, she is incredibly organized. She is creative. She's a problem solver. She is patient, and best of all, Kate is a lovely person. We would have been lost without her.

w how to bring it all together. Thank goodness we found Kate! She was a true god-send! She listened to our ideas, and worked with us every step of the way. I found Kate so easy to communicate with she became a friend. I could bounce ideas off her and she made wedding planning fun, not stressful. And if something got stressful, she knew how to lessen the stress and make it fun again. Kate is a whiz at problem solving, she has wonderful communication skills, and I swear she is magic! Even when we moved out to the West Coast for the winter, we knew our wedding planning was safe in Kate’s hands. Come wedding weekend it was a true dream!!!! We have gotten so many comments from our guests about not only how beautiful our wedding was, how wonderful the vendors, food, flowers, etc, but have even been told how wonderful our wedding planner was!!!!! You can totally tell Kate loves what she does and I know we are all so happy to have worked with her for the past year.

hich was a huge plus!!!! She coordinated our wedding day so perfectly- it really couldn’t have gone any better. I’m super lucky to have had her there with us and just gave our bridal party such ease. Not to mention she brings an emergency kit with alll the goodies if you need!!! Book with her she’s amazing and you won’t regret it !!!!!

ere for me with everything I needed. She is an angel. All of my vendors even said she was so great to work with! I wish everyone had Kate for their wedding! 100000/10. I can not recommend Kate enough! She went above and beyond any expectation I ever had. I can not imagine going through this without her. She made sure everything was going to be perfect. I got the full package and she helped us plan everything from day one. Don't hesitate to hire Kate.

n wedding in Tulum and a cocktail wedding party in NYC) just one week apart from each other. Kate did not skip a beat and seamlessly helped us switch to our new plan. She spent countless hours with us texting, talking on the phone and meeting on Zoom at all hours and days of the week. She worked tirelessly on our behalf. We became so close with Kate and she really got a feel for what our tastes are and what we were looking for in our ideal wedding. Kate most certainly delivered for us. She held vendor calls on our behalf talking to venues, DJs, caterers, florists, etc. She held our hand every step of the way from the start through the finish. From calming words when we were freaking out, to helping us stick to budget/plan to traveling with us for the weekend of the celebration and making sure everything was executed according to plan, Kate was there for us. And she did all of this for BOTH of our weddings with just a week in between. Kate did a wonderful job and we appreciated her help so much and could have never pulled off our events without her. And even better, Kate became a friend which just shows how great she is and how closely we worked together in the year leading up to our events. We highly, highly recommend Kate to all couples.
