If you are thinking about hiring Kate, stop thinking and do it! I hired Kate two months before my wedding to do my day of coordination. I got very lucky that she was able to squeeze our wedding in! From the start she was very attentive, and always checking in. Whenever I needed advice the month of the wedding she was a text message away. The timeline she coordinated with my other vendors was impeccable, everything was down to the minute. The morning of my wedding she came to our hotel and made sure that we were all set, grabbed all the decor that was needed for the church, pinned the boutonnieres onto the groomsmen and helped me get into my dress with many buttons. At the wedding she was fantastic, there for my every need. If I wanted something moved she had the venue move it, she literally was my husband and I's right-hand man all night long! She even sewed my bustle back on after it was stepped on and ripped during cocktail hour. Everyone was raving about her, down to my uncle who kept saying "she's fantastic" all night long. She truly is worth every penny and more. I really do not know how I would of done my wedding without her. I'm a generally anxious person and she took all that anxiety away and I was able to enjoy my wedding to the fullest extent. If you don't book her, trust me when I say you'll regret it!

Despite the fact that she had also never done a wedding on Cape Cod before, she did thorough research to help us pick vendors that fit within our budget and matched our vision, and she coordinated all the details with ease. Her seamless interaction with every vendor made it feel as though she had done this at our venue countless times. Kate, you truly made all my dreams come true. I still can't believe how flawlessly the day unfolded. What makes your work even more remarkable is that you didn’t just create this experience for me. You took the weight off the shoulders of my mom, my family, and every single guest, allowing them to enjoy this dreamy day. The way you effortlessly coordinated everything, from vendors to timelines, made the entire event feel like it was flowing perfectly on its own. But we know it was your hard work behind the scenes that made it all happen. I honestly don’t know what we would have done without Kate throughout the entire planning process. You brought a level of professionalism, creativity, and warmth that went far beyond the role of a typical wedding planner. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for making our wedding day absolutely magical and everything we had dreamed it would be!

As soon as I got engaged, I knew Kate was the planner I wanted by my side. She dedicated countless hours coordinating with vendors, handling every detail, and most importantly, keeping me calm throughout the entire process. To all future brides: you think you have everything for your wedding? No you don’t, because you’re missing Kate. She is 100% what you need for your wedding day/ wedding planning process. She is professional, easy to reach, dedicated and caring. The sky could be falling and Kate would figure out a way to fix it, she’s that good. To have Kate as your wedding coordinator is to literally have superwoman by your side, she truly was born to do this. It’s her passion and you can see clear as day this is what she loves to do. Wedding planning is a truly stressful process and your wedding day is 10x worse. Kate made sure we stayed on track, battled the windy day we were getting married on and most of all made sure her top priority was making sure me and my husband had the most magical wedding. I can’t stress enough how amazing she is at her job. So again to all future brides: you need Kate. Period.

I don’t even know where to begin from the moment Cait walked in the room. I knew that everything was going to be handled and taken care of. No request wasn’t met. No question answered and everything that could’ve happened. She was prepared for. She was 100% An asset on the day of and kept me calm and made this the least stressful day I could’ve ever had. Her emotional support physical support and her presence made everything so easy.

Kate was a pleasure to work with! She is a consummate professional, while managing every aspect of the wedding day! Her personality and her outgoing, friendly nature make for a wonderful experience! I would recommend Kate to everyone and anyone I know that needs a wedding coordinator! (You would be lucky if she is available for your special day!) We can’t thank her enough for making the day seem effortless!

Kate is the absolute best! We did design consulting and day of coordination with Kate and I cannot imagine planning without her. During planning she was always very responsive and reached out to schedule periodic check-ins. She emailed us very helpful meeting recaps and to-do items that kept us on track. She always gave her honest opinion but was never pushy or judgmental! The day before our wedding we had a switch in location for where myself and my bridesmaids were getting ready and Kate handled reaching out to all our vendors who needed to know and helped keep me calm. It was a huge relief to know she was handling it! The day of our wedding when the timeline inevitability started off a little rocky, Kate once again kept calm but took charge to get us back on track. She also had built in time to account for such hiccups. The entire day we felt like we were in amazing hands and had full trust in Kate. Not only is Kate a rockstar professionally, she is also a sweetheart. She is kind, caring, funny, and an awesome support. Kate truly felt like a friend during the process and we will forever be grateful for her part in our wedding day. My only regret is not doing Kate’s full wedding planning package! I highly recommend Kate and can’t wait to watch her business continue to grow.

KATE IS AMAZING! Hire her for all of your events. She was my wedding day of coordinator and went above and beyond to make sure everything went smoothly! Including putting out fires the day of. My own bridal party and family kept telling me how amazing she was, but I already knew! I could not have asked for someone better to work with. Always answering emails and texts promptly as WELL 😌🤍

KATE IS AMAZING. I whole heartedly believe I could NOT have gotten through my wedding without her. From the moment I emailed her I knew she would be the absolute best investment I could’ve ever spent on my wedding. Worth. Every. Penny. She checked in on everything the month leading up to the big day. With prompt response time, she was on top of it all.. any problems, details, speaking with vendors, and everything in between. If there was an issue, I didn’t even know because she seamlessly handled everything with grace. She built my entire schedule and itinerary. It was so detailed and easy to follow. She even sent a copy to every single vendor to make sure everyone was in the loop. When the day came she was there from morning to night by my side. She kept me calm, cool and collected, hydrated, made sure I ate, re-applied my lipgloss, fixed my hair and kept everything on schedule. She is not only an amazing event planner but a genuine and great friend. Mentally, physically and emotionally she supported me and kept me together through the process. What I expected to be an extremely stressful day actually ended up being pure bliss. This is all thanks to Kate and her planning/control! Like I said, I could not imagine getting through the day (and even month before) without her. Any future events I know she’ll be my number one go to. I cannot recommend her enough!🤍

Having Kate as our day-of coordinator was the best decision we made for our wedding. From my very first phone call with her, she brought such great energy and made me feel at ease. The last few weeks before the wedding I was much more relaxed than anyone expected, and that was because I knew Kate was handling all the last minutes details with vendors and creating the perfect timeline. On the morning of the wedding, it felt like Kate was another friend celebrating with me and my bridal party, while also expertly keeping the whole day on track and handling last minute hiccups. When it rained on our wedding day, Kate personally escorted every bridesmaid with an umbrella to the tent for our outside ceremony. I would recommend Kate to anyone who is looking to plan a wedding.

We had a wonderful time working with Kate as our wedding planner. We selected her partial wedding planning package; with this service, we worked together as a team during the whole planning process (which lasted one year for us). I enjoyed having a more hands-on role in the planning, but of course had no real idea what I was doing, so Kate’s support and guidance were very much appreciated and needed! She was also a huge help in negotiating with vendors; my husband commented that she “paid for herself” early in the planning process by helping us negotiate with the caterer we loved to find a solution within our budget. From our first conversation, she was consistently respectful of our budget, which I really appreciated as other planners I interviewed made clear that they thought we should spend more than we wanted to spend. Leading up to the wedding day, Kate was essential in preparing when there was a hurricane threatening in the Atlantic—we were able to reserve a last minute rain tent through her contacts, and I was so grateful to have her support during that stressful period! I found Kate on the knot and had a phone call with her. After our first call I knew she was the right wedding planner to work with out of all the others I spoke to. She is knowledgeable and has a way about her that makes you feel confident she can do the job! She is so kind and on the day of my wedding went above and beyond to do anything she could to make sure it went smoothly. She was there to help with any unexpected issues. She even brought her adorable assistant Kayla to help out. Kate made my wedding perfect and I am so thankful I chose to work with her. I cannot say enough about how Kate helped plan and manage my daughter's wedding this past weekend (9/30/23). We originally booked Kate to help us plan a small wedding on Long Island's east end. When my daughter decided she didn't want a small wedding, but a micro-wedding, Kate shifted gears and helped us with all aspects of planning the event, which was now in NYC. Having her on board made the process so much easier since my daughter lives on the West Coast. First, Kate is an outstanding communicator. No text, no question, and no call went unanswered. Her responses are clear and timely. Additionally, she is incredibly organized. She is creative. She's a problem solver. She is patient, and best of all, Kate is a lovely person. We would have been lost without her.

My husband, in-laws and I started working with Kate a year ago. Back then we didn’t even know where to begin with the whole wedding planning process. We had ideas, but didn’t know how to bring it all together. Thank goodness we found Kate! She was a true god-send! She listened to our ideas, and worked with us every step of the way. I found Kate so easy to communicate with she became a friend. I could bounce ideas off her and she made wedding planning fun, not stressful. And if something got stressful, she knew how to lessen the stress and make it fun again. Kate is a whiz at problem solving, she has wonderful communication skills, and I swear she is magic! Even when we moved out to the West Coast for the winter, we knew our wedding planning was safe in Kate’s hands. Come wedding weekend it was a true dream!!!! We have gotten so many comments from our guests about not only how beautiful our wedding was, how wonderful the vendors, food, flowers, etc, but have even been told how wonderful our wedding planner was!!!!! You can totally tell Kate loves what she does and I know we are all so happy to have worked with her for the past year.

I am soooo happy I chose Kate as my planner- she is super sweet and attentive when it comes to communication. She is extremely thorough and you can ALWAYS text her with questions which was a huge plus!!!! She coordinated our wedding day so perfectly- it really couldn’t have gone any better. I’m super lucky to have had her there with us and just gave our bridal party such ease. Not to mention she brings an emergency kit with alll the goodies if you need!!! Book with her she’s amazing and you won’t regret it !!!!!

THE BEST!!!!! I can not even put my thoughts into words. My wedding was beyond perfect and magical. Everything I imagined kate brought to life. The day was so smooth and she was there for me with everything I needed. She is an angel. All of my vendors even said she was so great to work with! I wish everyone had Kate for their wedding! 100000/10. I can not recommend Kate enough! She went above and beyond any expectation I ever had. I can not imagine going through this without her. Kate is an absolutely fantastic wedding planner. We began talks with Kate discussing a traditional wedding on Long Island. We quickly pivoted to have 2 weddings (a small destination wedding in Tulum and a cocktail wedding party in NYC) just one week apart from each other. Kate did not skip a beat and seamlessly helped us switch to our new plan. She spent countless hours with us texting, talking on the phone and meeting on Zoom at all hours and days of the week. She worked tirelessly on our behalf. We became so close with Kate and she really got a feel for what our tastes are and what we were looking for in our ideal wedding. Kate most certainly delivered for us. She held vendor calls on our behalf talking to venues, DJs, caterers, florists, etc. She held our hand every step of the way from the start through the finish. From calming words when we were freaking out, to helping us stick to budget/plan to traveling with us for the weekend of the celebration and making sure everything was executed according to plan, Kate was there for us. And she did all of this for BOTH of our weddings with just a week in between. Kate did a wonderful job and we appreciated her help so much and could have never pulled off our events without her. And even better, Kate became a friend which just shows how great she is and how closely we worked together in the year leading up to our events. We highly, highly recommend Kate to all couples.
