perfect! The way she problem solved unexpected situations throughout the planning process and wedding day in such a professional matter and made sure to keep us calm. We have heard and read stories of a few couples being so unkind, unappreciative and disrespectful, and it is truly clear now they were ungrateful, rather needy and did not allow Z and her team to do their jobs as professionals but instead knit pick on things that truly didn’t matter. It’s your way wedding day! Enjoy it and be in the moment! We are forever grateful to Z and so blessed to have had her part of our journey. We love you Z!!

racted with Z as a full wedding planner after having booked a majority of our vendors, with decor and florals left to book. She was gracious to offer a combined package from what she was offering at the time to meet our needs. She created a mood board for our wedding decor, and after only one edit call it was perfect and exactly what we were looking for! She went out of her way to attend important meetings with vendors, she came to meeting while she should’ve been resting from a surgery, and FaceTimed into a meeting while across the world! The day of was seamless and she made us feel relaxed! There was a lot going on at our wedding but Z was on top of everything and seemed to have multiplied herself to be everywhere at once. I cannot recommend her enough, she is amazing, personable, and a true professional.

and the overall process. I feel I was a very prepared bride. I did everything I needed to do, had all my vendors lined up and was ready for someone to step in and take the reins. I was super underwhelmed by her involvement. Initially I felt she didn’t make an effort to build a relationship with me at all. That’s super important as we are putting our trust in her on the most important day of our lives. I had to start conversation and ask questions. Answers were just straight to the point. Brochure says we would talk/FaceTime weeks before and that didn’t happen. Furthermore, vendors told me they hadn’t received emails or anything from her until the week of the wedding. That isn’t okay. I felt I needed to get involved and coordinate a few things. Also, the morning of the wedding she tried to change the timeline. This is an issue because hair and make up was already planned out time wise. That was stressing me because I was trying to understand why the change needed to happen so suddenly and so early in the day. I heard she told a vendor "too many captains on one ship" when my maid of honor and I tried to discuss something with her the morning of. She sent the processional order the morning of the wedding and it was wrong. We did it the morning before at rehearsal and she wrote it all down. I was standing in the middle of the dance floor alone- kinda awkwardly for a good minute because my dad wasn’t ready for the dance with me. No one prepped him or had him on stand by. The owner of the venue pulled her away after the ceremony. I felt her absence. Her assistant was there but she’s not her. I had family/friends helping with my dress and holding and handing me my bouquet in between photos. Then it’s 3 days after the wedding and I can’t find my cake topper, my bouquet or the top tier of the cake!! She said she put it on the bar and asked my family to grab everything and put it in the car. I don’t think this was the way to handle this. Especially when guests were drinking and enjoying themselves. She said she’s done this for 15 years. I felt a disconnect from the beginning and I kept telling myself it would get better. Now I don’t have my bouquet that I wanted to use to make a keepsake. Very very heartbroken. Her brochure is incredible and so is her Instagram. She was more on the expensive side and I decided to splurge for someone who really looked like they had a lot of experience. I don’t know if maybe I was just a day of/month of package and it wasn’t as important as the other weddings but I definitely felt that way. I made it a point to tell her all this and her response was: “Thank you for taking the time to share your thoughts and words with us and this is something we will reflect on as we are a team of professionals. As we always appreciate feedback. All the blessings.” A very it is what it is response. I am very disappointed.
