but a couple days after hiring her (& never discussing any details for Miami) we quickly pivoted to Cartagena. We thought we were lucky because Zeiry advertises herself as a “Destination Wedding Planner”. My mom and I planned a trip to Cartagena & expected help from her & her team on venue selection. They recommended venues that “accommodated our wedding needs & logistics”. We are having an Orthodox Jewish wedding and from the venues she “recommended”, it was clear that research wasn’t done on these venues. For the first venue, I learned within 2 minutes that under no circumstances could they accommodate a kosher wedding. The second venue was an old church with saints on the walls, also inappropriate for an Orthodox wedding. These were just the top venues anyone can find in a google search. When I came back from the trip & asked why these were recommended, it was brushed off. For kosher catering, my fiancé & I made it clear that we didn’t know any Cartagena wedding caterers but she said she knew of a potential contact. However, in meetings & follow-up emails, she would ask for updates on our kosher caterer. Later into planning, we were waiting patiently for the budget but were told they were still working on it - it was supposed to be provided within 1-2 months of signing. The mood board was also supposed to be provided within 1 month of signing, but we never discussed a single design idea. I felt like things were slipping through the cracks. After our trip, it was made clear that we needed a wedding planner based in Cartagena. Because we already hired her, we tried to make it work, but eventually, we pivoted and hired a different planner in August. Unfortunately, this is when things went from average to horrible. We hired Zeiry for 2 months, but because we didn’t receive any deliverables (budget, mood board), she didn't help with venue selection, & the quick change - we tried to part ways on good terms & asked for a partial refund. We recognize she has every right to keep the deposit, but based on the minimal work done, we figured it was worth asking. We didn’t receive a response to our original cancellation email in August & had to follow up multiple times. Eventually, she said she would contact us to schedule a call but we had to follow up again in October regarding this call. My fiancé had to email her multiple times (most going unanswered) to get a call but we finally got it scheduled in November. The call was baffling, I would never speak to a client that way - she bullied us & had a very aggressive attitude. Ultimately, she said she needed a week to work with her team on the possibility of a refund. After multiple follow-up emails with no response, she responded 3 weeks later. We agreed on this refund & wanted to move on. However, we emailed Zeiry 5 times in December & January without responses. It’s clear that she doesn’t respect us or care to maintain any level of decency through all of our interactions since August. I didn't want to write this review, I want to move on & enjoy our wedding but I wish I knew this about a potential vendor while I was looking. I can’t truly convey the agony it’s been for us & our family, but I would never recommend this vendor.

jority of our vendors, with decor and florals left to book. She was gracious to offer a combined package from what she was offering at the time to meet our needs. She created a mood board for our wedding decor, and after only one edit call it was perfect and exactly what we were looking for! She went out of her way to attend important meetings with vendors, she came to meeting while she should’ve been resting from a surgery, and FaceTimed into a meeting while across the world! The day of was seamless and she made us feel relaxed! There was a lot going on at our wedding but Z was on top of everything and seemed to have multiplied herself to be everywhere at once. I cannot recommend her enough, she is amazing, personable, and a true professional.

did everything I needed to do, had all my vendors lined up and was ready for someone to step in and take the reins. I was super underwhelmed by her involvement. Initially I felt she didn’t make an effort to build a relationship with me at all. That’s super important as we are putting our trust in her on the most important day of our lives. I had to start conversation and ask questions. Answers were just straight to the point. Brochure says we would talk/FaceTime weeks before and that didn’t happen. Furthermore, vendors told me they hadn’t received emails or anything from her until the week of the wedding. That isn’t okay. I felt I needed to get involved and coordinate a few things. Also, the morning of the wedding she tried to change the timeline. This is an issue because hair and make up was already planned out time wise. That was stressing me because I was trying to understand why the change needed to happen so suddenly and so early in the day. I heard she told a vendor "too many captains on one ship" when my maid of honor and I tried to discuss something with her the morning of. She sent the processional order the morning of the wedding and it was wrong. We did it the morning before at rehearsal and she wrote it all down. I was standing in the middle of the dance floor alone- kinda awkwardly for a good minute because my dad wasn’t ready for the dance with me. No one prepped him or had him on stand by. The owner of the venue pulled her away after the ceremony. I felt her absence. Her assistant was there but she’s not her. I had family/friends helping with my dress and holding and handing me my bouquet in between photos. Then it’s 3 days after the wedding and I can’t find my cake topper, my bouquet or the top tier of the cake!! She said she put it on the bar and asked my family to grab everything and put it in the car. I don’t think this was the way to handle this. Especially when guests were drinking and enjoying themselves. She said she’s done this for 15 years. I felt a disconnect from the beginning and I kept telling myself it would get better. Now I don’t have my bouquet that I wanted to use to make a keepsake. Very very heartbroken. Her brochure is incredible and so is her Instagram. She was more on the expensive side and I decided to splurge for someone who really looked like they had a lot of experience. I don’t know if maybe I was just a day of/month of package and it wasn’t as important as the other weddings but I definitely felt that way. I made it a point to tell her all this and her response was: “Thank you for taking the time to share your thoughts and words with us and this is something we will reflect on as we are a team of professionals. As we always appreciate feedback. All the blessings.” A very it is what it is response. I am very disappointed.

know that she can make it even better. Zeiry is creative, caring, knows a ton of great vendors to recommend, and a total professional. She also has great style, is relatable, and is a total boss. All of which were important for me when selecting our planner. My wedding day was absolutely stress-free. Nothing went right- it rained, the best man forgot the rings and we were hosting a destination wedding in the middle of the pandemic. Zeiry and her team was prepared and ready for any situation that came our way. More importantly, I dance the night away and did not have a single care or concern the entire night. That alone was worth every single penny! She is amazing at her job- again you are lucky if you can get her.

tc. Boy was I BLOWN AWAY with how amazing and on point Zeiry and her team was. Z is hands-down the Dream Wedding Planner. Her personality was very warm and her ability to handle the massive amount of coordination and logistics was very telling of her extensive experience. She timely answered all my obscure wedding questions that popped into my head. I trusted her recommendations and her advice when it came to whom to hire for photography, DJ, etc., as I didn't really know at the time who to pick. Ultimately, our wedding day was perfect. There's no other way to describe it. Z took care of everything and the day was flawless. My fiance and I were extremely happy and beyond satisfied with how the wedding came out and with all of her help leading up to, and on, wedding day. She and her assistants were such a perfect team that day and an all around pleasure to have with us.

! My ceremony vendor was not the best to work with and made her life miserable and she handled it SO professionally and made my life so easy and stress free. Thank you for making my wedding a dream Z! Also her assistant Camilla is amazing as well I got so nervous before walking down the isle and she was back there with me making me laugh and eased my nerves the whole time! 100% recommend Zeiry and her team ❤️

I was amazed how many things go on behind the scenes that I never knew about because they made sure the bride wasn’t stressed out! And of course, everything came out perfect! us. She is a busy business woman so if you are someone who wants a wedding planner who is your “own personal assistant” then her services are not for you. We are not those kind of people. Z and her assistant(s) were punctual and made sure all the vendors were set up and good to go. She continued to check in up until “go time” to make sure I had everything I needed and had all sorts of emergency toiletries on her utility belt. And once we got going, Z and her team were like air..everywhere and nowhere. There were some last minute changes to our ceremony that made walking down the aisle a challenge and time management, during the reception, that could have been better. I wish I knew what the time was because had we known that our “time was up” we definitely would have tried to extend the reception another hr. Overall, she did what we asked of her and her team and made us laugh along the way. We wanted a simple, relaxed wedding with family and friends with amazing food and good music.

e money she was so lost didn’t answered me right away days when by and no response back. I was worried she was not going be great for my wedding planner. I feel like she didn’t take any stress from me as my wedding planner should.The day of my wedding she was rude to my wedding guests and didn’t have things under control. My photographer was late and the shuttle service transportation didn’t have a schedule or a plan time for the day. She didn’t communicate well with them people were late to the cocktail hour waiting for a long time. Everyone was calling my husband the day of the wedding. The last meeting We had with her,she said I had a 2 hour Gap to extend my cocktail hour from 4-6 Even after I told her that already sent my wedding invitations. She said don’t worried it’s okay I take care of it. My wedding invitations said cocktail at 5 o’clock. Everyone was so confused on the wedding day about the time and late to the cocktail hour. The catering company wasn’t ready at 4pm things weren’t setup in time. Besides all of this she goes up to me while I was dancing and asked me if I wanted to cut my wedding cake lol while telling me my photographer isn’t going be there for the cake cutting making it seemed like I didn’t have to cut my wedding cake. We had took pictures with the cake earlier. So I said no because I wasn’t thinking clear was Distracted. I mean she’s the professional why would she go up to me and asked me that! Cutting the wedding cake is so important and meaningful. I feel horrible blaming myself for this. So much regrets. At the end of the day she shouldn’t have gone up to me. She’s the wedding planner she knows what to do. I do not recommend her to anyone it was a joke hiring her so unprofessional and rude to people in my wedding. A bride shouldn’t feel this way. Stay away and save your money!

o the big day as well as making sure I was covered for the wedding day. Z was always there to answer questions and come to appointments when needed throughout the process. Day of, I didn't have to worry about a thing. She coordinated with all the vendors, made sure things were delivered on time, and that everyone was where they needed to be. Her and her team were everywhere throughout the wedding day, but they were never intrusive - they were like ninjas - everywhere and nowhere! She stayed until the very end of the night to be sure we had a key to our bridal suite. Thank you Z for helping to make our dream wedding come to life and keep us all smiling throughout the day :)

, not only coordinating with our vendors and the hotel but with her advice! She knows what she is doing and has seen it all, so when my flowers arrived less than presentable and my family was being difficult, Z handled it all with grace and a smile on her face. I did my own centerpieces and decorations and she supported me through all of it, even with the set up. She did an amazing job! I was so happy with how everything came out. Could not have done it all without her, she is our hero!
