went to visit their little warehouse to see their linens, table decor, plates, silverware, napkins, etc. in person, and Michelle was super helpful in bringing my colors together. The staff helps to bring your vision to life! Overall, very professional, responsive, and easy to work with! One thing to note - most wedding vendors are closed on Mondays, so if you are expecting a response from Events to Remember, keep in mind they are not in the office (usually) on Mondays.
We hired Events to Remember for our wedding and overall, I would give them a 4/5. They have a LOT of linen options which is so nice, and their prices are definitely affordable! They also have other decor options you can add on (candles, china...
, flatware) and that definitely made the planning process a little easier! The main things I think can be improved on are communication and professionalism. I went into their design studio twice and both times I felt a bit unwelcome and rushed throughout my visit. I added items to my order on my second visit and when I called a week or 2 later for the updated quote (which I hadn't received), they said those items weren't added and were no longer available. They also showed up late to do the set up the day before our wedding so we were behind an hour. The ladies setting everything up did a great job and I know the delay wasn't due to their error, it was what was put on their schedule. It seems to me like they may be understaffed and if they had more employees, things would be a lot easier for both them and their clients. Still, I do recommend them with these things in mind, and I would book them again due to their linen and decor options and prices!

Even though I had an appointment for a set time, I didn't mind the wait as it was an unexpected circumstance. For picking them up and returning them, we had to flag down somebody in the warehouse section and wait for them to find somebody in the showroom to help. However, whenever I had questions or needed to edit my order to less tablecloths, Nicole was very prompt in responding and helping me!

During my first visit, the ladies listened to my short description of what little I knew about my own style and looked at the pictures I had saved to my phone. Somehow they used that information to show me exactly what I wanted, but didn't know I had wanted. From there they helped me to plan the wedding of my dreams. Our wedding date went exactly as planned. The linens were flawless and the set up team worked quickly and with great precision. Many of our wedding guests still tell me that ours was the most beautiful reception they had attended, and I agree with them. I have recommended Events to every bride to be I've met since!

d this, the office was closed, meaning my family had to run around town to try to find some napkins to incorporate (had to get white and alternate with the blush ones I ordered). My friend returned the linens for me on Monday because I was already gone on my honeymoon. I had told her what had happened and asked her to see if they would give me a partial refund, which I think is reasonable. However, they would not even recount the napkins and were so rude to my friend (basically had an attitude with her before she even mentioned the mistake and then said there was no way they made a mistake, insinuating that she was lying) that she went to her car and cried. My husband called after our honeymoon and was able to get a partial refund, even though they never really admitted they were wrong. I definitely DO NOT RECOMMEND!

We were very impressed with the way that they handled delivery of our items too. They allowed us to pick them up a day early with no additional charge so we would have enough time to get everything set up for the reception. When we came to pick them up, everything was organized and packaged so that it was easy to carry and get set up. They also made sure to steam the runners and napkins for us so that they looked nice for the day of!
Did I mention that they are affordable?? By far the most affordable place around!
