I take what you have thoughtfully planned and make sure it actually happens the way you envisioned, on time and without stress.
At Events with Natalya Sachuk, I'm hands-on, detail-focused, and always aware of what is happening behind the scenes. Whether it's keeping vendors aligned, adjusting the timeline in real time, or handling unexpected issues before anyone notices, I lead the day so you do not have to.
My experience extends beyond weddings to coordinating events of all types, including galas, festivals, concerts, private celebrations, and corporate events. That breadth of experience brings a high level of organization, problem-solving, and confidence to every event I manage.

ng we did a walkthrough of our venue and she helped us come up with a timeline. She collected all of our day of staff and coordinated with them. Because of her my day ran smoother than I could have imagined. She jumped in and helped wherever she was needed without anyone having to ask, SHE WAS AMAZING! These are just some of the things, there was SOOO MUCH MORE that she helped with but you’ll just have to see how amazing she is yourself. For anyone looking for a day of coordinator I would recommend her 100% !!
