From your first consultation to your day-after brunch, she will make sure each step of your journey to marriage is full of joy and happiness.
Tina is experienced in planning a variety of family events and loves bringing loved ones together for any celebration. With over 10 years of experience in the event planning industry, Tina has honed her skills in coordinating and executing successful events of all sizes. From intimate gatherings to corporate meetings, Tina has consistently delivered exceptional experiences for her clients. Her knowledge in event logistics, vendor management, and project coordination allow her to seamlessly bring your vision to life and exceed expectations every time.
Events by Tina will start with a one-on-one consultation with you, where you can freely discuss your vision, budget, and inspiration. Tina will then customize a package for you to give you all the assistance you want. On the big day, Tina will be present at your venue, and make sure each element goes according to plan. In addition to your big day, Tina can also coordinate your prenuptial events, including your engagement party, wedding shower, and bachelor and bachelorette parties.
Events with Tina is based in Milwaukee County, our primary service area include the following counties: Milwaukee, Waukesha, Racine, Kenosha, Ozaukee (Port Washington), Walworth (Elkhorn), Washington (West Bend).

After watching my daughter's friend arguing with the onsite event coordinator the day of her wedding, I thought "I could have done this better”, that’s when I decided it was time to take my passion for event planning to the next level and turn it into a business.
I may be new to the wedding planning side of the event planning business, but I have been planning events (corporate and family) for years. I know my strength is project management and let’s face it, a wedding is definitely a project.
As your wedding planner my goal is to provide vendor referrals, keep you on budget, and handle the logistics. I want to bring your vision to life in a seamless and stress-free manner.

Tina was an excellent month/day of coordinator for our wedding. We would have been lost without her help developing a day-of schedule ahead of the wedding. She did an excellent job with set-up and take-down of our wedding decor on the day-of, and she managed hiccups along the way, ensuring that we experienced little added stress. I would definitely recommend Tina to anyone looking for some extra support on their wedding day!!

Tina and her sister were amazing to work with. They went above and beyond to make sure our wedding day was perfect. Their detail and organization allowed for everything to run smoothly and allowed us to be present in the moment and focus on enjoying ourselves while they took care of all of the moving pieces of the day. Tina did a phenomenal job as our day of coordinator. From creating an event timeline, to contacting my vendors, to the day of details, she was wonderful. She set up and tore down my entire reception and ceremony for our wedding day. She was professional and made sure everyone in our wedding party knew their role. Tina is very detail oriented and was an absolute lifesaver on our wedding day. I cannot recommend her enough!

Initially, I was planning to ask family and friends to help with wedding day coordination. But this was my fiancé and my second marriage, and we wanted to relax and enjoy our special day so, we decided to hire Events with Tina, a professional day-of-coordination. There is no doubt that hiring her was overall the best wedding decision we could have made.
Leading up to the day, she was available anytime via email. She asked pertinent questions to understand my vision. She attended my final walk through at the venue and contributed ideas that had not even crossed my mind. Tina did so much more than making sure things went smoothly on the day-of, she also created our day-of schedule which was emailed to vendors to ensure everyone was where they needed to be at the correct times. She had everything coordinated out to the minute.
My husband and I are so thankful that we hired Tina to run our wedding day. My wedding day was truly stress-free. I was able to relax and genuinely enjoy my wedding day from start to finish. I am a type-A bride who planned most of my wedding, but it could not have been so perfectly executed without Tina. Everything went on without a hitch. Tina coordinated with the florist to decorate the church, then after the wedding ceremony, she transported the flowers to the reception. There she received the decorator and baker and made sure the reception area was beautifully decorated and the memorial and dessert tables were set up. My guests are still raving about how the venue was so elegantly decorated. For a small wedding of forty guests, she kept a watchful eye on the venue for anything off while we celebrated and made sure all the reception events that the Master of Ceremonies would normally perform happened on time and smoothly. She even started and stopped the music during the reception for us. So, as you can see she had a lot on her plate, but she did an amazing job.
Tina worked alone – she is a one-woman dynamo who was punctual, visible, and so supportive throughout the entire day. She coordinated and assisted in the set-up for the ceremony and reception, oversaw all vendor day-of coordination, kept things on schedule while making everything fun and special. She stayed till the very end of our wedding, cleaned up everything, and organized the décor, gifts, and extra food into boxes we could easily transport home. Outside of her organizational skills, she is also extremely personable, professional, patient and an all-around joy to be around, which is exactly what you want in someone playing such a big part in your day.
If something went wrong, we did not know it - and that is exactly what we wanted. I had the best time at my wedding and was completely stress free because I knew I was in excellent hands working with Tina.
Look no further for planning services if you are getting married in the metro Milwaukee area. Tina Dondajeski was easily the best money that we spent during our wedding planning process. As I stated earlier, my husband and I initially did not think we needed a day of coordinator, but having someone take care of all the vendors, set-up, clean up, and more was a huge weight off our shoulders on our wedding day!
We are so thankful we hired Tina and cannot recommend her highly enough!

We are so happy that we hired Tina as a day-of coordinator for our wedding! I truly don't know what we would have done without her. Tina was extremely organized and willing to help wherever we needed it. She even offered to store our desserts at our house when our venue was being difficult about refrigerator space (but thank goodness she didn't have to do that!). She dealt with all the curveballs the venue threw at us, such as the owner not knowing how to work the audio system the night before the wedding. She worked seamlessly with the venue staff and had everything under control. I didn't have to worry about event logistics on my wedding day, and that meant so much to me! Thank you Tina!!!

Tina was great to work with! I did the planning myself, but her checklists were helpful to make sure I didn't miss any last minute details. She was at the rehearsal and helped make sure we didn't miss anything. Then the day-of she was on point. She took the reins as soon as she arrived and handled everything so I didn't have to. Mother of the groom went to the wrong Jimmy John's to pick up lunch - Tina handled it, where are the musicians supposed to sit since we moved indoors - Tina handled it, food/dinner is going to be more than 45 minutes late - Tina handled it. She only got me involved when she wanted to update me after the situation had been resolved. She set up dinner, cut the cake, helped divvy up leftovers into to-go boxes, and helped clean and pack up everything during teardown. She saved me so much stress and allowed me to just enjoy the day.

Tina was incredible to work with for our wedding day. She set up our flowers at the venue flawlessly (we did our own flowers), she coordinated with vendors day of without a hitch, made sure our timeline was followed, meticulously packed everything up at the end of the night (including stray polaroids!) and even traveled to our airbnb to pick up the bride's outfit change - so so appreciated!! We are so grateful and highly recommend Tina.

We hired Tina as our day-of coordinator for our wedding and she was absolutely AMAZING to work with. From our initial meeting with her to the wedding day itself she was always professional, organized, easy to communicate with and she even had some great recommendations to help make our wedding day seamless. She kept the entire day running on schedule (including coordinating with all of our vendors) and completed all the wedding tasks/decorating/clean up I needed her to do perfectly. Our wedding day went so smoothly and I truly believe that was because of Tina's excellent service. If you need a day-of-coordinator you can count on for your big day, I 1000% recommend hiring Tina!

Tina was really helpful with coordinating the wedding. She took the work off my shoulders and ensured that I enjoyed the big day. We really appreciate her help throughout the whole event. She worked well with different vendors, hotel, photographers, videographers, etc. And made sure to tackle any situations that arose. We are very happy and highly recommend her services.

We loved working with Tina for our wedding. She was so responsive, went above and beyond on everything (the amount of pre-planning and organizing she did exceeded what we paid her for), and she was so good at making everything happen when it needed to happen. I didn't question her judgement, and everything went perfectly.
For reference, Tina was our day-of coordinator. We got married at a small/new venue owned by my mother-in-law, and everything was provided by us independently from the venue. On top of that, there was no provided coordinator or anyone who could spend the whole day dedicated to coordinating, since of course my mother-in-law was celebrating and deserved to enjoy herself as well! Tina helped us make all the photo ops happen with the videographer and photographers, moved people from place to place for the ceremony, reception, etc, made sure the reception area was set up, received and set up the catering and desserts, MC'ed, kept a general eye on the venue for anything off while we celebrated, and made sure all the reception events that the DJ would normally do happened on time and smoothly. She even started and stopped all the music for the ceremony and reception for us! So, you can see she had a lot on her plate but she did amazingly. I had no stress during the whole wedding day, and I attribute that primarily to Tina's organization and support.
I would not hesitate at all to hire Tina again. Her rates are very reasonable, she is kind and cordial, she's so organized, and she obviously cared so much about us and our day (our first dance made her tear up!). So it kind of felt like we had another mom there celebrating with us rather than just someone there doing their job. If you're looking for some a la carte wedding day coordination (which I would highly advise for any bride seeing how well it worked for us!) Tina will work with you so you are only paying what you need to pay. Highly, highly recommend her.

This was the first time working with Tina (hired by bride and groom). We cannot say enough about how amazing she was with the couple and with us--Wisteria Castle (venue). Tina went way above and beyond during the wedding by helping us with keeping an eye on trash receptacles, bathroom supplies, handing out drinks, setting up food service, making sure people had all of their needs taken care of, and keeping the event flowing very smoothly. We, will most, definitely recommend Tina and would be thrilled to work with her again!
