Adell had multiple meetings set up and always made herself available to us. Working a full time job and planning a wedding was the most difficult, time consuming thing, and Adell took so much pressure off by referring the right vendors and providing advice along the way. Plus it ensured my parents and my in laws could enjoy the day to the fullest without stressing about anything! The day of the wedding was nothing short of perfect. There were bumps in the road I wasn’t even aware of, she handled them quickly and quietly so my husband and I could enjoy our special day. She even ran out last minute to buy red bull as a drink mixer for family members!! She was by my side every step of the way and kept my anxieties calm. We were already impressed by how together she was for the initial interviews - she was the only wedding planner who sent us a pre-interview questionnaire so that she knew coming into the interview what we wanted and what she could do towards that. And boy did she prove that experience day of 💖.

er coordination. Having her lead the ceremony made my entire party feel so much better as well, since we weren't nearly as familiar with how things ran! She told us exactly when to go and with who, which was a huge relief! When there were slight issues day of, as there always will be, she handled them for us and kept the stress off our shoulders as we were getting ready. Adell and her team immediately called the bakery and had new cakes at the venue within an hour. They spoke to the original bakery, and even had a backup bakery ready to bring a cake. Unexpected things are bound to happen at weddings, but what’s important is to find a planner team that can handle these unexpected issues seamlessly! r. Starting with the great communication through out the engagement process all the way up until the month of the wedding. We had multiple phone calls confirming timeline and decor inventory. We met the Monday before my wedding to hand over all my decor. The day of the wedding she had everything setup to exactly how I had shown pictures and descriptions. She made sure we stayed on time actually stay ahead of schedule. At the end of the night Adell and her assistant had everything packed up and ready for us to take home within 30 mins. Working with Adell was one of the best decisions my husband and I could have ever made. She made our wedding vision and dreams come true. We are so thankful for her hard work and thoroughness. She executed everything we wanted and even put her creativity into decorating our venue. When we met with her, it was clear that we had to work with her if we wanted the best job done on one of the most important days of our lives. Our favorite thing about working with Adell is she is direct and to the point. She will tell you what she believes is the best outcome for YOU. (And she was always right!) Her relationships with other vendors were another thing that we absolutely loved about her. She took it upon herself to introduce herself to all vendors by reaching out and getting to know them before working with them. We felt this was important and helped us, and the wedding party relaxed immensely. We did not have to worry about what was happening and if things were getting done because we knew Adell, and her team were always on top of it. Another thing that my husband and I loved was that Adell and her team showed up before anyone at all meetings, rehearsal dinner, and throughout our wedding weekend. Everlasting is so reliable, and it just wasn’t noticeable to us. (Thanks, Adell, and team!) They took it upon themselves to take charge and show up for us during one of the craziest weeks of anyone's life. And we are so thankful! The team that she worked with was exceptional. They accompanied us when they did not have to to make sure we had all our questions answered. Working with a thorough, professional, and attentive team was lovely. The way the crew treated our friends and family was the same experience we had. The team showed excellent work ethic, and everyone looked happy to be there, which made us even more grateful. We cannot express all the love, hard work, and support Adell has given us over the past several months. She truly cares about what she does and goes above and beyond with anything she does. Another favorite thing about Adell is that she ensured that everyone (over 350+ people) waited to enter our venue until my husband, and I did our room reveal (even after being 15 minutes late). We are so happy we chose to work with her, and if we had to do it again, we would go with her. She is fantastic, and you will be in the best hands possible if you work with her. Adell, thank you again for going above and beyond. You are simply amazing, and if we decide to renew our vows (down the road), we will call you. There was a ton of back-and-forth conversation (because of how big our wedding was), but it wasn't an issue for her, which we genuinely appreciate. And the check-ins via phone were more than appreciated. We always made our conversations clear and satisfied because she made it a point to ask more than once if we had any questions/issues. The way she caters to the customer's needs shows in real life. (i.e., the photos we have from the photographer as we did our room reveal!) We still receive compliments on how everything was done and set up at the venue. It was stunning.

s several months to a month away from our wedding were very insightful and helpful to really organize everything and go through details, etc. The Rehearsal went really well and the assistant was there to run through the entire wedding. The wedding day was perfect. I knew that I could sit and relax and enjoy my time with my bridal party and not have to worry about any of the details at the venue, or the vendors, etc. Everlasting Engagements took care of everything. They made all aspects of the wedding day feel stress-free. One of the best parts was that we really could enjoy the moment and time with our families and friends. The organization of everyone before the ceremony was perfect. The timeline after the ceremony, before the reception flowed together so nicely. Everything came together so well. The reception was perfect and they always made sure that we were happy. If we had any questions or concerns, they would make sure to take care of it so we could enjoy ourselves. The assistant came with us to take our sunset photos and made everything fun. She made sure we were safe and that we had help with everything. At the end of the reception, we didn’t have to lift a finger and everything was taken care of and put away so we could bring it home. The overall experience was absolutely 100% worth it. We were able to enjoy every moment of our wedding with no stress. It was perfect.

Was at the venue coordinating vendors and directing setup which started at 330 for a 6pm wedding. Stayed throughout to handle all issues arising during the event… the amount of stress this removed from me was immense!

nd she was really fun to work with. Highly recommend her! One piece of advice: be sure to clarify who will be working with you during your planning. I found out late in the process that Adell was not going to be working with me during the day and she wasn't in any of the meetings leading up to the wedding day, like she said she would be. She told me I would have 2 coordinators, but later found out that I would only have one. I was a bit stressed with the lack of clarity on the plan and professionalism leading up to the day. This was all frustrating for me, but it turned out great because Taylor is great.

l where she originally communicated that she would attend our rehearsal and less than 24 hours prior let us know Taylor would attend in her place. We were hesitant at first since Adell was the only person we were dealing with. However, we were put at ease once we met Taylor from her team. Taylor attended our rehearsal and was great at coordinating and listening to our needs. Honestly knowing that we had Adell and Taylor to fix any problems and to setup and make sure we are happy was well worth it. Both Adell and Taylor were present day of and made sure everything went seamlessly. We even had a guest rip their dress and Adell and Taylor saved the day. Don’t skip out on a day of coordinator is the biggest wedding advice we can give!

ess for my wedding than anything else. She consistently proved to be disorganized and repeatedly would ask me the same questions via text that we already discussed on previous dates. As just one example, I had to ask her twice for a final invoice and didn’t get one until 2 weeks later. When she finally decided to send one, she didn’t even know which decor/services I wanted from her only 9 days before my wedding. This bothered me, as it had all already been discussed with her. Several things like this occurred and it was clear to me that she doesn’t take notes of any conversations had. Per contract, Adell states she will start to discuss a detailed wedding day timeline ONE MONTH out from the wedding. Contract also states that a meeting or phone call will take place 2 weeks out to review and finalize ALL wedding details, including a day-of timeline, engaging with all vendors, and preparing a ceremony format sheet. None of this happened for me during that time. I asked her 2 weeks out to help me figure out a wedding day timeline. She kept saying she would do it but always said she was too busy with other weddings and would have to do it later. I had multiple vendors asking me what the wedding day plan was. We were now less than 1 week away from my wedding and I still didn’t have a timeline from Adell. My vendors were still blowing up my phone because Adell did not once contact them yet. When I brought this to her attention, she never apologized. She just talked about all of her back to back weddings and said her policy is to do these things the Monday or Tuesday prior to the wedding. This clearly contradicts her website and contract. Per contract, the only things that should needed the week of the wedding are rehearsal coordination and vendor FOLLOW up (not initial contact). She eventually provided me a timeline after I already had to figure out a timeline on my own with 3 of my vendors since they were reaching out 1-1.5 weeks out. The day of the wedding, she was very short with me and seemed to not want to be there. I had multiple guests and another vendor make comments about how rude she was. She never asked me or my bridal party if we needed anything while getting ready. The only time we saw her was when she had questions about our cake cutting plan and some decor I added, which she was confused about (there would have been no confusion about these things if she called me to discuss the wedding day even once). She was also absent during coordination of the family photos. At the end of the night, she was so unprofessional in the way she spoke to my friends and family. She even told my MOH that we needed to “start packing up our sh*t” from the bridal suite and insisted the venue would not let us come back the next day to bring anything home. We found out on Sunday morning that this was NOT true. I wish I spent our money on another coordinator who is genuine, organized, and follows their contract timeline without making excuses for themselves. Thankfully my other vendors still made our day wonderful. I just want people to know that this side of her does exist, and if you respectfully call her out on anything, you may not get the wonderful service you deserve. I can’t speak for her other employees, as I didn’t have any interaction with them. It was all just Adell

’s also very honest and up front which I love. One thing to note which is not a big deal - if you need a florist they work directly with flowers by amore in Bloomfield hills. My wedding day went so smoothly with no major issues (and if there was she took care of it and I had no clue!) there was one small hiccup in our reception and she addressed and fixed it right away! It was incredible. Her assistant was also amazing and was so helpful throughout the day and made me feel so comfortable and special :) definitely recommend everlasting engagements

my husband! 10/10 recommend for anyone who even thinks they need planning. Her design details were FLAWLESS , she even went above and beyond to sew my bridesmaids dress when it ripped. WOW is all I have to say

They kept our day on schedule, made sure we got in every item that was important to us that day, and handled all of the communication with the vendors to make sure everything was all set. They set up our space and it was more beautiful than I could have ever imagined — they did a great job and I would hire them again in a heartbeat.

y vision come true. My main point of contact, Taylor, was a great source of suggestions and was there to answer my questions and keep me calm up until the wedding. On the day of our wedding, she did everything in her power to ensure I was able to enjoy the day without worrying about all of the little things that came up. I highly encourage anyone looking for a little help the day of to pick this dynamic team!

ood my vision ensuring that I had nothing to stress about day of!

supposed to take away stress from the couple and their families, but Adell exaggerated some small issues that could have been handled without my involvement. Right before the ceremony she came to be to explain how unhappy all of my guests were that they had to be out in the heat even though there were shaded areas and the ceremony and cocktail hour was planned for outside. I conceded and allowed guests to enter the ballroom early after the ceremony and she failed to communicate that/make an announcement. When my mom asked her to while we were completing family photos, Adell told her that she would not do that. It really shouldn't have been that big of a deal. Adell and her assistant Taylor did a nice job of making everyone was in their places for the ceremony and that all of the remaining decorations were set up. I had a dessert table brought in by an outside vendor and there was some miscommunication with that bakery. Adell immediately acted when I noticed that some of the desserts looked to be missing. She contacted the bakery for me and had to play a little bit of telephone tag to get an answer. Adell made sure to come tell me that the bakery was terrible at communicating and the missing desserts were actually delivered but not properly refrigerated, smaller than they should have been, poorly decorated, etc. Again, I don't think this issue required my immediate attention since there was nothing I could do at that point. I think that she could have mentioned it to my mom or maybe let me know the end result of the conversation at the end of the night. I took care of the issue with that vendor the following week. During the planning process I showed Adell photos of my arch and other decorations. She expressed interest in purchasing my arch after my wedding. So, the wedding day comes and during the reception she comes up to me and asks me about buying some of my signage, arch and other items. I told her I felt more comfortable figuring out a price and payment prior to her taking things and said that we do it another day. This seemed to be no problem, but apparently it was. She made sure to tell my mom about how annoyed she was that I had told her that she could buy the arch and then I changed my mind. My wedding was at a country club and the venue coordinator was very accommodating during the planning process and on the wedding day. At the end of the night, there were leftover food containers and desserts that needed to be stored in the refrigerator at the club. When I went into the side room, everything was in bags. I told Adell and Taylor that they needed to go in the fridge. Adell told me that the venue coordinator told her no, which was not true. Again, it should not have been a big deal to have some stuff put in the fridge. By the end of the night, Adell was so visibly annoyed with me and everyone else. I asked her assistant if everything was ok because of her attitude toward me and my mom and she assured me that she was fine. Adell had confronted me to ask why I felt this way and I had to explain to her that I did not appreciate her being rude to my mom. She apologized and insisted that she was fine but made sure to tell me about how awful the communication was with the country club staff. Not exactly what I want to hear at the end of my wedding. The following day, I reached out to Adell and gave her a list of prices for the items and she replied that she no longer wanted anything because she "found similar items in her warehouse." She then asked for the last name of the venue coordinator so she could mail her a gift/card to thank her for her help, but she never did that.

My venue turned out beautiful, the details were all there, and I never had to worry about anything! My big day was everything I could have imagined and more!
