Lauren and her team were absolutely incredible! She is incredibly detailed, communicative, and so easy to work with. Lauren helped us think and plan through so many logistics and made our day so special. She worked with all of our vendors really well. We also had a lot of decor and Lauren's team made sure everything made it to the right place! We had the wedding of our dreams and have Lauren and her team to thank :)

The best thing you could do for your wedding is hire Lauren and her team. I could not have imagined my wedding day without the help of Victoria. They thought of EVERYTHING! We had several meetings before the wedding to talk over details. I’m normally a nervous wreck with big events, however I was so calm and relaxed on our wedding day knowing I had Victoria and her team. I really felt like I could sit back, relax and enjoy the day without stressing over the little things. They were so kind and helpful and I can’t thank them enough to do everything they did for us🤍

Lauren and her team were the best support system we could ask for to make our wedding weekend a dream. Lauren not only provided partial planning services for my wedding but also helped my mom plan a poolside lunch the next day at our home for our family. Lauren went above and beyond (even while pregnant 😇) to keep everyone organized, think of the little things you’d easily forget, and provide a fun, positive, upbeat vibe that made it seem like there was no reason to stress or check the time. Every meeting with Lauren felt like chatting with a very organized and supportive friend. Katie from EE also supported us on our wedding day and was a hit - she had everyone calling her “mom” by the end of the night. Hire Lauren and her team!

Go ahead and stop your search for wedding planners, Lauren is all you need to make your wedding day perfect! Lauren made the wedding planning process easy, organized, and fun answering any questions my mom or I had along the way. Lauren was the key connection between the church, wedding venue, and vendors communicating on set up and needs the week of the wedding and the morning of, allowing me to enjoy my wedding week and day. Our bridesmaids and groomsmen were provided a detailed timeline avoiding any questions of where people needed to be and what time for my husband and I. Lauren and Katie were on-site the day of waiting on my husband, myself, our whole bridal party, and parents hand and foot checking in to make sure we didn’t need anything, even going as far as getting drinks for our whole bridal party and significant others upon our arrival so no one had to wait in line!! The Everlasting events team will make your day more amazing than it already will be by allowing you to sit back and truly enjoy it, thank you for allowing my months leading up to the wedding and wedding day so stress-free!

If you are getting married, then you need Lauren in your life. She is sweet, easy to get along with, accommodating, experienced, and hard-working. We hired Lauren for full planning, and it was the best decision we made for our wedding. We are based in California with busy work schedules and Lauren did an amazing job coordinating with us during our trips back to Ohio and meeting with us despite the 3 hour time difference. She is prompt in her communications and all of the vendors we worked with spoke highly of her. Lauren was able to pivot quickly with the last minute curveballs we threw her way. Our wedding was a big Asian wedding with 400+ guests and because Lauren and her team was there, I did not have to stress AT ALL during our wedding day. She took care of all the details and the big picture so that all we needed to do was just show up! We can’t wait to see her again next year as my cousin also hired her for their wedding! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

Lauren was absolutely incredible to work with. We hired her as a month of coordinator, and she is the reason I stayed sane the whole month of my wedding. She has such an eye for detail and also the big picture. Our wedding was perfectly executed and I attribute all of that to her and her team. We are so lucky that she was willing to travel down to Louisville for our wedding and would hire her again in a heartbeat.

We hired Lauren as a day of planner and my husband and I both agree - the money spent for her as a planner was the BEST money we spent for the wedding. Lauren stepped in to help with details, building a timeline, and making sure I was on track for my planning over a month out and made the last month of planning SO much easier and less stressful than I had anticipated. Not only is she INCREDIBLE at her job, she was truly such a joy to talk to and be around and exactly the kind of person and energy you want around you on your wedding day. I’m sure there were some obstacles throughout the day, but I never knew of any of them because Lauren did such a great job running the show and making sure everything looked and ran PERFECTLY. We were so grateful to have had her through this process.

Lauren made sure our wedding was a complete success from our first meeting until the end of the reception. If we requested a vendor and they were unavailable Lauren came back to us with several other options which made everything so easy to arrange. It was important for us to be able to show up with our guests and leave when the night was over and not worry about anything else in between and Lauren made that a reality which was so important. We cannot recommend her enough!

I knew Lauren and her team were going to be exactly what we needed for our wedding. Lauren is so knowledgeable about this industry and is so organized that it took all the weight off my husband and I as well as our parents for the day of the wedding. Leading up the the wedding we had a couple of hiccups that were unforeseen but Lauren stepped up and gave us other options that made the wedding day absolutely perfect. If there were any hiccups on the day of the wedding I had no idea about it. She was a dream to work with and I would highly recommend her to anyone in the Cincinnati area!!

Lauren was absolutely amazing in helping my wife and I have the day of our dreams. We hired her late into the planning process to help us when we started to become overwhelmed. She immediately started tidying up our plans and was very helpful in coordinating with our vendors. Katie from Everlasting Events worked our day of and was incredible. She worked so hard for 12 hours straight. My wife and I felt like we could sit back and actually enjoy our day because Katie made everything run so smoothly. We didn’t have to worry about anything and neither did our families of wedding party. Overall, Everlasting Events was some of the best money we spent on our day.

If you are contemplating hiring Lauren and her team, this is your sign. I hired Lauren as my day of coordinator but she did much more than that. Lauren sat down with me months prior to go over my vendor list and to make sure I had everything ready for my day. She created a schedule for my rehearsal and tan the rehearsal, as well as making sure all necessary vendors were in attendance. She also created a detailed schedule for the wedding day and checked in with all vendors weeks prior to make sure everyone was good. The day of my wedding, she was an actual Angel. She made sure all of my decor and table placements were exactly like I dreamed of. She was just waiting on me hand and foot and made sure I had everything I wanted. She kept everyone on schedule and also just made sure I was happy and okay the entire day. Outside of that, she answered every single email, call and text and gave amazing recommendations. Truly my wedding received so many compliments for being perfect - and that’s all thanks to Lauren!!!!!!!!!

I do not even know where to begin. We used Everlasting Events for our Day of Wedding coordination. Hiring Lauren and her team was hands down the best decision we made in the entire wedding process. Lauren was such a calming presence during the wedding process. She made everyone feel calm and relaxed while she dealt with all of the moving parts of a wedding day. Lauren was there for me every step of the way and always three steps ahead. She answered every questions and always responded so quickly. She was active with our vendors ensuring everything ran smoothly. When there was a problem Lauren was able to fix it before I even knew there was an issue. Lauren truly becomes your friend during the process. She and her team made sure everything ran smoothly. I want to plan another event just so I can work with Everlasting Events.

Lauren was amazing to work with from the start. As a type-A, I was worried I would have to handle all the details on the day of but that was not an issue at all - Lauren was on top of it, handled all the vendors, was so communicative, and managed setup and takedown of decor. We never had to worry about the details. We cannot recommend her enough!

HANDS DOWN THE BEST DECISION FOR OUR BIG DAY - Lauren is an absolute NO BRAINER for those of you looking for someone to calm your nerves leading up to the event, help make your dreams a reality, and just own the show the day/night of so you don’t need to worry about anything except having fun! From the very beginning, Lauren was on top of it and prepared thorough timelines with any and all information needed for the day. We ended up using Lauren as a day of coordinator, but she was so much more than that. She took full reign about a month or so out from our wedding so that we didn’t have to deal with last minute vendor questions and making sure everyone is in the right place at the right time. Lauren was simply amazing and I’m so sad that our wedding is over for the sole reason that working with Lauren was so fun!! More personal note - The day of our wedding it rained NONstop, but my husband and I had one big wish to have a parade from our ceremony to reception. She made it happen seamlessly because it was something we really wanted to do! My husband also broke all 3 clasps of my wedding dress bustle before the dancing even began, and of course, Lauren came to the rescue with a sewing kit and other tools to fix it. I was the happiest I’ve been because it was my wedding day and I had nothing to worry about with Lauren on my side!!!

Lauren is the absolute BEST! Her & her team are on top of there game and made the whole wedding process so fun and enjoyable! Lauren was so organized and kept in close contact with all My vendors. I did a tent wedding and don’t know what I would have done without her and all the phone calls & emails that she did so I didn’t turn into a crazy bride. I highly highly recommend everlasting events. Lauren feels like family and I cannot say enough about how much she helped turn my dream wedding into real life.

AH!!! Book Lauren!!!! Months out from my wedding I started getting very overwhelmed around the logistics. I had everything booked but had no idea how to put it all together. Lauren helped coordinate all my vendors, drop off my welcome bags, source custom floral stands when my florist did not have the ones i wanted, gave me IDEAS, connected me with people, and helped bring my colorful vision to life when I was at a loss of how to connect my theme! She was calming, communicative and so helpful! <3

We could on for days about how amazing Lauren and her team are! We were originally supposed to get married in 2020, but needed to postpone to 2021, which came up on us rather quickly. We started doing research on event planners in the Dayton, OH area and Everlasting Events OH came up. We read the reviews and then got a chance to speak with Lauren. As soon as we spoke with Lauren, we knew we had found the right person to help us finishing planning and could make sure our big day went off without a hitch! Lauren in our opinion went above and beyond any expectations we had for a day off coordinator as that is the package, we selected to work with her on. She made time to meet us when we were back In OH (did I mention we were planning this from FL) before the wedding and helped us secure last-minute vendors that we were missing. She provided small acts of services that were big to us. Our big day would have not gone as smoothly as it did without Lauren and her team. We say that as we guess there were some hiccups we never knew about until after the big day – that is how well Lauren and her team did at handling everything. She is the one person we felt extremely comfortable & confident releasing all control of the big day to! She kept every single person and thing involved in the big day coordinated & made sure we were having an amazing day celebrating! If you are looking for someone who is professional, personable, and genuinely loves helping couples make their big day as special as it can be then look no further! We highly recommend Lauren and her team!

Lauren is the BEST! Our only regret is not hiring her sooner. She made our wedding day stress-free and made sure everything ran smoothly. We will forever be grateful for her and are so glad she was part of our special day.!

Thinking about hiring an event coordinator-just do it. We booked Lauren very late to the planning when I started to get overwhelmed(about 3 months out). This was one of the best decisions I made. Lauren did an awesome job creating a timeline and communicating with vendors. We had Katie and Rose on the day of and they made the day a cake walk. From the assistance of setting up and tearing down of decorations, assisting our family with meals at the buffet for some of the elderly guests, running interference on any issues that may have come about, and ultimately making sure we always had what we needed even if that included a beer run for the boys lol. Thank you all for making our day truly amazing!

Lauren was amazing! I had no idea on how to even begin to plan our wedding. She made this entire process for my husband and I as smooth as can be. She really is a gem and we are grateful for the opportunity to work with her!!

Lauren was absolutely outstanding for our wedding. She was so professional and communicative throughout the whole process and was very responsive to questions. She guided us through the whole planning process and pointed out so many things that we wouldn’t have ever thought of. She also was a rockstar and helped us smooth out all the day-of issues we had. Our florist canceled on us the day before the wedding and Lauren jumped in to action. She had a clear plan with multiple options we could choose from. She honestly took all of the stress out of planning and the day of. I would 10/10 recommend her to all of my friends getting married in the future.

Lauren and her team were absolute rockstars for our wedding weekend. We had a couple of hiccups and Lauren handled them in stride and took every bit of stress off of us and allowed us to enjoy our weekend. Would 100% recommend Lauren to anyone looking for a planner for their special day!

Omg! Where do I begin. Hiring Lauren was the best decision we made. I am the mother of the bride and I wanted to enjoy my daughter’s wedding and I did just that, Lauren was only hired to be a day of coordinator (10 hours) however in our 16 months of wedding planning she answered every text, within minutes.. The day before the wedding at 8 AM our florist calls her and informs us that we will not be getting ANY of our flowers, bouquets, centerpieces, arrangements that would be placed throughout the venue etc. Lauren within 30 minutes calls me back and says I have the ferns, she reached out to her contacts and within a few hours she had bouquets, centerpieces etc. She helped us that day to set up the venue, she came to the rehearsal to make sure we felt good about the following day. Wedding day arrived, my daughter’s veil ripped and at 9:30 AM Lauren shows up with a sewing kit and a glue gun. She went above and beyond what she was required to do. She overheard my daughter ask her bridesmaid if they had any abs kid and 10 minutes later Lauren comes back with a sandwich. She even loaded up everything we brought and brought it to the grooms house the following morning. I really could go on and on about this incredible woman and her team. If you want to be relaxed, stress free and truly enjoy your wedding day HIRE THIS PHENOMENAL WOMAN

Lauren was our day of wedding coordinator for our wedding on 4/17. Lauren was amazing to work with. She was very helpful and responsive from the beginning. She took care of any concern we had and was in direct contact with all of our vendors. I highly recommend Lauren. Thank you for making our wedding day so perfect!

Lauren was our wedding planner for our wedding on 10.10.20.. due to covid we switched our wedding to my parents farm and planned it in a little over two months! 🤩 Since it was a private property, we needed all the extra stuff a venue would normally have! Lauren made sure we had EVERYTHING covered. From making sure everyone was where they needed to be, to making sure we had the tent/chairs covered, and of course making sure I got down the aisle on time! Can’t say enough good about this girl. She made sure we had the wedding of our dreams, and I promise she’ll do the same for you!! 🥂✨

Oh my goodness! Don’t even know where to begin! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! Lauren literally thought of EVERYTHING that day. She took all the weight off of me and Michael. When I woke up the next morning panicking I had left my purse and the top part of my dress, it was neatly placed our hotel table. She was prepared for ABSOLUTELY everything from shout wipes to Advil. This woman knows what she’s doing and if you’re smart you’ll hire her for your big day, that is, if you actually want to enjoy it. 100/10! Thank you Lauren!!!!

Lauren was our wedding coordinator for our wedding in July and she was amazing 🤩 Unfortunately, we had to cancel our May wedding due to COVID-19 and she helped us put together the most magical wedding in our hometown (in less than 2 months)! She is so professional, always willing to help, and is full of great vendor recommendations! I truly could not have asked for a better person to provide coordination from start to finish.

Lauren was our wedding coordinator and she did an outstanding job in every aspect. Lauren was always there for any type of assistance, no matter how big or small it was.
