productive, professional, and organized. Their opinions were extremely helpful and they were able to assist with a lot of small (but very key) details, such as easels and table number holders - things that could otherwise go forgotten. As organized people ourselves, we weren't sure what "difference" would be made by hiring a coordinator, but there is no way we could've done a fraction of the wonderful work that Victoria + the team pulled off had we chosen to proceed independently. We're forever grateful to them and would highly recommend hiring Everlasting Events!

key connection between the church, wedding venue, and vendors communicating on set up and needs the week of the wedding and the morning of, allowing me to enjoy my wedding week and day. Our bridesmaids and groomsmen were provided a detailed timeline avoiding any questions of where people needed to be and what time for my husband and I. Lauren and Katie were on-site the day of waiting on my husband, myself, our whole bridal party, and parents hand and foot checking in to make sure we didn’t need anything, even going as far as getting drinks for our whole bridal party and significant others upon our arrival so no one had to wait in line!! based in California with busy work schedules and Lauren did an amazing job coordinating with us during our trips back to Ohio and meeting with us despite the 3 hour time difference. She is prompt in her communications and all of the vendors we worked with spoke highly of her. Lauren was able to pivot quickly with the last minute curveballs we threw her way. Our wedding was a big Asian wedding with 400+ guests and because Lauren and her team was there, I did not have to stress AT ALL during our wedding day. for my planning over a month out and made the last month of planning SO much easier and less stressful than I had anticipated. Not only is she INCREDIBLE at her job, she was truly such a joy to talk to and be around and exactly the kind of person and energy you want around you on your wedding day. ady for my day. She created a schedule for my rehearsal and tan the rehearsal, as well as making sure all necessary vendors were in attendance. She also created a detailed schedule for the wedding day and checked in with all vendors weeks prior to make sure everyone was good. The day of my wedding, she was an actual Angel. She made sure all of my decor and table placements were exactly like I dreamed of. She was just waiting on me hand and foot and made sure I had everything I wanted. She kept everyone on schedule and also just made sure I was happy and okay the entire day. Outside of that, she answered every single email, call and text and gave amazing recommendations. ’t need to worry about anything except having fun! From the very beginning, Lauren was on top of it and prepared thorough timelines with any and all information needed for the day. We ended up using Lauren as a day of coordinator, but she was so much more than that. She took full reign about a month or so out from our wedding so that we didn’t have to deal with last minute vendor questions and making sure everyone is in the right place at the right time. Lauren was simply amazing and I’m so sad that our wedding is over for the sole reason that working with Lauren was so fun!!
More personal note - The day of our wedding it rained NONstop, but my husband and I had one big wish to have a parade from our ceremony to reception. She made it happen seamlessly because it was something we really wanted to do! My husband also broke all 3 clasps of my wedding dress bustle before the dancing even began, and of course, Lauren came to the rescue with a sewing kit and other tools to fix it. I was the happiest I’ve been because it was my wedding day and I had nothing to worry about with Lauren on my side!!!

Lauren in our opinion went above and beyond any expectations we had for a day off coordinator as that is the package, we selected to work with her on. She made time to meet us when we were back In OH (did I mention we were planning this from FL) before the wedding and helped us secure last-minute vendors that we were missing. She provided small acts of services that were big to us. Our big day would have not gone as smoothly as it did without Lauren and her team. hs of wedding planning she answered every text, within minutes.. The day before the wedding at 8 AM our florist calls her and informs us that we will not be getting ANY of our flowers, bouquets, centerpieces, arrangements that would be placed throughout the venue etc. Lauren within 30 minutes calls me back and says I have the ferns, she reached out to her contacts and within a few hours she had bouquets, centerpieces etc. She helped us that day to set up the venue, she came to the rehearsal to make sure we felt good about the following day. Wedding day arrived, my daughter’s veil ripped and at 9:30 AM Lauren shows up with a sewing kit and a glue gun. She went above and beyond what she was required to do. She overheard my daughter ask her bridesmaid if they had any abs kid and 10 minutes later Lauren comes back with a sandwich. She even loaded up everything we brought and brought it to the grooms house the following morning. I really could go on and on about this incredible woman and her team. Hi there! My name is Lauren Wolf and I am the owner of Everlasting Events. I have been coordinating weddings for the last 3 years in Ohio. I graduated from the University of Akron with a degree in Communication and Marketing in 2017, and then moved back home to Lebanon Ohio. In July 2019, I married my high school sweetheart, together we have a Goldendoodle named Maizy. My favorite part of planning is day of coordination. I love to get creative with decor and watch all of the hard work pay off!
