What I didn’t realize until the final few months before the wedding was that Whitney had truly worked behind the scenes for months, coordinating with our vendors to assure we had everything we needed for a seamless wedding day. I have recommended Whitney to every one of my friends getting married in California, because I truly trust her. I also recommend getting a bridal assistant the day of the wedding through Everly + Co. This was one of the best decisions we made! We had Kaitlyn for our wedding day and even though it was my first time meeting her, I felt like she was a friend I’ve known for years. She steamed my entire wedding dress and veil, captured Tiktoks on my phone for my bridesmaids and I, and even helped each of the groomsmen tie their ties correctly. At the end of the night, Whitney and her team assured us we had all of our belongings packaged up neatly, a task most forget about until the last minute. To top it all off, I saw Whitney and her team at one of my friend’s weddings last month and I was surprised to be greeted by a member of Everly + Co who remembered me from our wedding. planning process run smoothly. She kept us on track and gave us amazing recommendations/ideas! We were able to meet Melissa at the trillium open house. She was so sweet and talked us through everything! She was always on top of our check in calls and very responsive to messages no matter what time of day. As we got closer to the day Melissa took care of all the finishing touches and made sure we felt good about everything. She was very accommodating to any changes we wanted to make! A few days before our wedding we realized it was going to rain a ton on our day. Melissa reassured that everything would be ok and we’d come up with a rain plan. It was a hard day for me as I realized I wouldn’t be getting my mountain view wedding that I had imagined. Melissa stayed positive and was confident that our day would be absolutely beautiful. She talked through all of our options and even gave her honest opinion on which would run smoother. I felt good about our plan and Melissa ensured that if I wanted to change anything the day of that it’s no problem. The day of the wedding it continued to pour. We started finding out about road closures leading up to the venue due to flooding. Both parking lots were flooded where all of our guests were supposed to park. At this point my fiancé (bless his heart) took over all communication so I could still have my moment while getting ready. Melissa took charge and worked with the shuttle company to find an alternate parking lot. My fiancé, parents, and maid of honor were able to spread the word early enough for guests to plan accordingly. I cant thank Melissa, her assistants, and all the vendors for everything they did for us that day. Everyone worked together to make the day run as smoothly as possible. Everything turned out so beautiful and I couldn’t have asked for anything more. The ceremony was perfect, cocktail hour was a hit, and the reception was fantastic. Truly everything came together so nicely. Everyone arrived there and back safe and sound. The next day we received so many compliments about how perfect the wedding was and the rain was just a small part of it. In the end we had the most amazing day with the best team around. We will never forget what you did for us Melissa. You made such a special impact on our day. We couldn’t have done it without you. You’re the best!
