Summary: Fraud, Miscommunication, Attitude & Lies.
Ordered an arrangement online (I'm not local) to be delivered locally on 4/1. Guaranteed delivery on requested date. Total price with taxes and fees was $93.07. Excited to make my friends day, I was very excited to receive a delivery confirmation email at 2:42pm that day, that my arrangement and kind note had been delivered. Having not received a text from my friend around 5pm (knowing she was home) I reached out to her mom that was on property. Nothing had been delivered. Assuming it had just been an address/property mix up, mom and now recipient starting looking, surprise obviously ruined. Finally around 8pm, they called to let me know that there were not any flowers to be found. I then emailed the floral shop FROM MY DELIVERY CONFIRMATION EMAIL & told them I wanted to be contacted as soon as they opened the store. Didn't happen. Finally, was able to get someone on the phone much later the next day (after saying I needed to place an order) and was told my flowers did NOT deliver but would within the next few business days. That didn't work, because my recipient would no longer be at the address requested (was having a baby). I asked for a refund. After finally explaining why it couldn't just be delivered later, and getting lots of attitude in return, we landed on they would refund my $94. I specifically asked how many days the refund would take and was told it would be 7 to 10 business days. It's 25 days later, no refund. I disputed the charge with my credit card company & filed a complaint with the Better Business Buero.
Don't make my mistake - tried to "support local" should have gone with Amazon.
I am out of state and did a Google search for the closest florist to my sister’s home in Little Rock, AR. I selected Fairytale Florist. I spoke with Scott, who was very professional, friendly, and accommodating. Scott's Customer Service goes a long way, and I truly appreciated his customer care--as this was a significant milestone birthday for my sister. These flowers (Alstroemerias) last at least 2-weeks. The arrangement is what I was looking for, Scott! With heartfelt appreciation. Kind Regards from the Rockies!!
Scott was so easy to work with. I called to talk about flowers many times, and he was always happy to talk to me. There was a plaque on the wall I wanted covered so it wouldn't show in all my pictures. He came to the venue and put the arrangement together to make sure it was high and big enough to cover the plaque. He showed up early and was finished before we arrived to begin getting ready. I was very pleased with my bouquet as well.
A little disappointed with Fairytale Florals. Used them for my wedding and requested all white flowers - everything was mainly green. There was very little white in any of the arrangements that were delivered. We wanted a lot of curly willow and instead received willow that sort of flopped out of the vases. The flowers weren't even positioned all the way down in the vases. We also provided very detailed pictures of what we wanted - the arrangements looked nothing like the pictures. Even the cake looked completely different. We requested burlap wrapped around mason jars, and the jars came with these fake white flowers attached to it. Also, walked into our reception and the candles on all the tables (which were supposed to be in jars) were just sitting out and weren't lit. Overall, I was disappointed - it seems that the pictures and conversations we had were never taken into consideration.
All of my flowers at my April wedding were to die for! Scott had the wonderful idea to put floral wreaths on the front doors of the Terry House where my husband & I were married and they were everything I imagined and MORE!
This vendor was attentive to my wishes and very organized. I stopped in several times to let them know if something had changed and to make payments, and they were always glad for the feedback. They are the best in the Little Rock area and work the money!
The flowers were pretty, and Scott was very nice to meet with.
i have to say the flowers were very beautiful. as far as the service goes, scott had forgotten the 3 centerpieces, the day of the wedding, and had to return to retrieve them. the brides bouquet was very pretty but did have one flower noticeably stick up out of bouguet, off-centered. inital consultation was rushed and later realized that three of the centerpieces were not what we discussed, but did work out.
One of the things that I was shocked by while planning my wedding was the cost of flowers! But one of my friends sent me to Fairy Tale Florals, and I couldn't have been happier. Their designs were beatiful and creative, and they were also very willing to work with me on price. They were also very professional as well as being very knowledgeable about their field. We had a small family ceremony a few hours from our home, and with their advice I selected flowers that survived a long car ride, kept overnight, and endured the sweltering Arkansas heat of an outdoor ceremony. A couple weeks later, they also mastered the challenge of setting up arrangements for our large reception on a very short time frame. I couldn't have been happier with our choice of florist.
