Flamingo Las Vegas

r and it was perfect for the first dances and speeches and to start the night off! They were super communicative with all the questions we had and were very organized the day of! Overall it was a perfect venue and they made it the perfect day.

mony the staff were very communicative, helpful, and very kind. Our guests even told us how beautiful the location was. We wanted our wedding in Vegas without it feeling like a Vegas wedding. The Flamingo was perfect, and we had the best day ever! Thank you again!

ge at Flamingo. They provide flowers and a beautiful gazebo and helpful coordinators and a good photographer. It was the perfect location for my 30 guests. We did the garden party afterwards with cupcakes and champagne which was great. We stayed at the hotel which is a bit older but the wedding venue was top notch. If you are a relaxed bride or type B, the Flamingo packages include everything you need for a great wedding at a good price.

e needed help. Kudos to all!

ore, and we loved everything being taken care for us. Our best experience was with our photographer Tate, who totally captured our vision and got extra shots for us in our time allotment.

was GREAT! She answered all of our questions and made sure every detail we wanted included was perfect. We saw some complaints about communication but that was NOT the experience we had at all. The coordinator was very upfront that you secure your date and time initially and then 45 days prior you submit all your extra requests; flowers, decorations, music etc. We provided all of our extra requests in one email and BOOM. DONE. This made wedding planning completely stress free as opposed to normally spending ~6+ months going back and forth on every detail with a coordinator. The Gazebo chapel was so beautiful! The space is nestled behind the main chapel building and feels very secluded. The ceremony was everything we asked for and more! The minister provided by The Flamingo did an incredible job and listened to all of our requests. The ceremony staff executed everything we asked for, from the music to the champagne after party, perfectly. We are so happy we chose the Gazebo Chapel at The Flamingo for our wedding ceremony and would recommend it to anyone!

dding stress" out of planning since Brianna handled everything. We got married at the Gazebo Chapel that was beautiful and private. We also had the cupcakes and champagne for after the ceremony which all of our guests loved. (Way better than buying a big cake!) The videographer did a wonderful job as well. Also, the flamingo has such a mix of outdoor tropical locations and casino locations for a mix of pictures. Highly recommended if you are looking for a beautiful outside venue and a no hassle wedding.

rapher and many others). The day was absolutely perfect and I am so grateful for all their hard work. Angie was very responsive to my questions before the day and even after out big day helping to send me another set of toasting glasses because ours broke in our bags on the plane. I was super skeptical to planning a wedding at a place I wouldn’t really get to see much before the wedding but the entire team eased my thoughts. They met with my family the week of the wedding to show where things would take place, called me the morning of to remind me of items I needed to bring, and provided such a loving/friendly environment for our ceremony. I absolutely love that our wedding was at the Flamingo and I hope many more loved ones get to celebrate their special day there ❤️❤️. Ask for Angie T as your wedding coordinator she won’t let you down!

Chapel that accommodate weddings of various sizes, including very small weddings such as ours. We chose Paradise Falls, and it was just perfect - it was beautiful, private, and just the right size for the occasion. Our coordinator was wonderful - she made the planning easy and seamless.

dding vibe and experience and look the Flamingo is a 12/10. My husband and I had the most incredible experience ever here from the communication to the price to the stay and coordination. Your wedding coordinator is in constant contract with you and whatever vision you have they will make it happen the way you want it. They will meet you the day prior to go over everything with you and also get you the pictures back to you the next day. I cannot say enough good things about the experience we had with them. The price is wonderful the staff is wonderful the scenery is private and away from the public. Please consider them if you plan on having your wedding here.

sive, kind- and really put me at ease, as planning your most important day in a completely different state can make you feel uneasy/cause additional stress. I reached out a couple of months later, and don’t get a response for over two weeks. I’m then informed that my wedding coordinator no longer works with the company, and assigned to someone else. I had a few questions about additional flowers, and I was was abruptly told that “we would discuss that in November during your call to finalize everything”- which was off putting, especially since it was more of an inquiry, and I felt brushed off. Then a few weeks later I receive another email from another coordinator, again stating she’d be handling my wedding from then on. Seems that their staff turns over pretty frequently. On my last call to finalize one month before my wedding, Brianna was able to answer all of my questions and make additional accommodations with floral arrangements, which was great- I just wish I didn’t have to wait until 30 days out to simply have some questions asked. My wedding in the garden chapel was beautiful, and I wouldn’t have changed a thing. Our guests throughly enjoyed the wedding, and our officiant was wonderful- it was truly the perfect day you’d hope for on your wedding day. To sum it up- I couldn’t have asked for a better day, but my experience with planning and hopes of putting my mind of ease by answering my questions ahead of time was less than stellar.

ng and planning process. My husband and I live in the Palm Springs area and we were worried we would have a hard time planning everything but Brianna made it a breeze! If I had to give feedback on anything it would be the room block situation, The link would mess up and it wouldn't let us or our guest book rooms at the Flamingo. The room block coordinators were sweet but they were hard to contact, I would text, email and call but no answer. I did not get help until I emailed our coordinator Brianna and even then when they "fixed" the link it still did not work. At that point were were about a week out until our wedding so we just gave up and booked an airbnb not too far from the hotel. Even though the room block process was stressful we still had a beautiful wedding and had so much fun in Vegas. I would recommend the flamingo if you are wanting a small and quick wedding thats just a bit more than just getting married in a chapel, the packages are great and affordable. The chapels are beautiful and their photography team is amazing!

it was beautiful and clean and so much room for many guests.

d with the pool next to it. The go pool was closed during my ceremony so I could only imagine how loud it would be if it was open! I hired my own photographer so that had a 200 fee. I did a very custom package. I added a welcome sign, flower petals, altar sprays, altar flowers, upgraded bouquet, wedding garter, 3 songs and a asile runner. My final cost was around 2,500. My bouquet was a bit underwhelming, I included photos for inspiration and it was not like the pictures. The rest of the flowers were beautiful tho & I wouldn't change a thing. The sign was ugly in my opinion. However, it served its purpose! I didn't receive my garter until AFTER the ceremony so really wasted my money on that one. The officiant had a bit of an ego.. I asked a question and she cut me off mid sentence to say that is the wedding coordinators job. My question was about the ceremony and if she let me finish she would've realized that!! When I asked her to step aside for our first kiss, she said something like I've been doing this for 25 years, I know when to get out of the way. Ok, fair. HOWEVER, just reassure me instead of being rude? Her speech was amazing tho! It didn't feel generic at all, which was a big concern of mine. The things I am actually upset about are how my grandmother was treated. She is 80 years old and has an electric scooter. The chapels are technically handicap accessible, but with limitations. The only way to the chapel was through a back gate that a staff member had to open. The coordinators were huffing and puffing about letting her through and rushed her out after the ceremony! I wasn't able to take any photos with her at the ceremony because of her being rushed out. I understand the coordinators are in a rush, but that is not how you treat anyone. After the ceremony they really rushed us out of there. We still had time, but guests from another wedding were starting to show up early so the coordinators were basically pushing us out. I guess our coordinator didn't debrief her notes before the ceremony because she didn't know our processional order whatsoever. We didn't have a bridal party or anything so we had my husbands parents walk down and my mom and stepdad. I emailed the coordinator the order a month before the ceremony. I went over it again the day before when I dropped off the marriage license. I thought the order was more than clear!! The coordinator was going back and forth with my mom before the ceremony saying they were not walking down. The officiant had to step in and tell the coordinator that I did want them to walk down!! Very appreciative of her for that. I would've been devastated if my mother wasn't in my wedding when she was supposed to! Overall, I had a beautiful wedding and I would do it all again. The convince of having everything at the hotel was great! Ask to stay in the habitat towers since they are the closest to the chapel. I would recommend being very thorough with everything you do. Don't wait for the coordinators to email you. Ask all the questions, because the info sheets they give you do not include any details. I would hope in the future the professionalism improves here.

ent to have our wedding venue located within our favorite hotel.

champagne it will work for you. It's Not even Chilled. - Missing a bottle had to do part of the toast with water for guests that don't drink. Left my wedding to find the coordinators to get the missing bottle of Cider. - The Cupcakes are mini/bite-size, but they don't tell you that either. "they are similar to those in the picture" (told in multiple calls) When you read cupcakes you think regular size, not mini/bite-size. Again misleading wording. - The favor Table wasn't set up, I Had to remind them 15 minutes before. Even though it was discussed with the coordinator that they would do that. " We don't set up a table inside because you would see them in the pictures" ( Told in call after the wedding) - The guest Book was not set up where we discussed and agreed upon its placement. " We don't do that, it is always placed in the garden area" (told after the wedding when I called) - Flowers petals bought to line the runner. Someone Made them into a Heart at the end of the runner. Again Not what we wanted nor were we asked about the change they just did it. - the Aisle Runner, bunched at the door in the chapel, created a tripping Hazard, and ripped as well. The photographer tripped on it, and others. "We don't put runners in the chapel, we did as a courtesy to you" ( Why not just give the money back and explain that then, instead of doing a crapy job and taking the money) - The garden Area was decent but as a guest found someone else's boutinere on the ground along with a bouquet where our tables and first dance were to take place. (last wedding, and hot so guess they didn't care) - Communication was excellent at first, we felt important. As time went on it became 3-4 before a response. This seemed to happen after our balance was zeroed out. Even now our coordinator was supposed to get back to us Sunday. Its Wednesday, and nothing. We Called in 3 times to speak to a manager, always out of the office or in a meeting. I left Messages for a return call and still nothing. (the first call was Friday) - When I spoke to the coordinator Friday she became rude and defensive placing blame on us for not asking the right questions, even tho the brochure she sent us in the email and on this site shows and states certain service and items in packages we paid for. Told us that everything we planned they didn't do. Like she didn't remember agreeing to them all and said that they could do them for us. We never asked for anything crazy just a extra table for favors (we also said we would pay if it was extra) - Photographer seemed to be in a rush. " Didnt get our picture suggestions" so we didn't get some of the shots we wanted. Also told "they put the flamingos to bed" so we wouldn't be able to take pictures with them. We saw them sleeping out in the open the next night about 10pm - Best part of the wedding was we got married and the guest who didn't know what was missing love it. Also the private transport I booked was a hit and the Dinner venue I booked was loved. So just beware, I wouldn't want anyone else to go through what we did. Ask the questions and if you ok with it go for it. It is a beautiful venue just not staffed with the best.

erytime you had a question, it was either a very long time to get a return call, and when you would finally be able to speak, she rushed you off the phone. There were many things that weren’t explained well. There were costs that were not explained. When confronted with these issues, she was immediately defensive. Just generally a bad experience. There is no help from management if your coordinator doesn’t call you back or makes mistakes, so don’t expect accountability. My flowers were extremely wilted, and when confronted with this they just said they look beautiful, no. Rather than arguing on my wedding day I just gave up. They leave the cupcakes out in the what, so they are partially melted by the time people start eating them. Everyone in my party that stayed at the Flamingo was disappointed in the hotel as well. Poor quality rooms that needed to be cleaned and updated. Some of the rooms felt like circus circus. The updated rooms seemed nice, but often not clean. My moms bathroom door was broken, and they tried to say it was her fault. They never even attempted to fix it during her whole stay, and she reported it after being in the room immediately. I will say the venue was beautiful, but you can likely do better than here.

reality. The only negative is the additional costs if you don’t want to use their photographer or flowers. Would definitely recommend for the ease of planning and price.

our own photographer but also used the ceremony one included in our package and those photos were even great. The coordinator was there on the day of and make sure people walking by weren’t stopping to watch us which was much appreciated. The officiant that was supplied by the flamingo was also amazing! He made it personal even though we just met and what he said was great.

was gorgeous and luckily the pool was off season or we would've had a lot of noise in the background. Our minister Wanda was perfect! She sounded genuinely happy for us in her tone and she was so organized and ready to go. Highly recommend this venue as an option in Vegas. It was also easy to book the room block. Thanks to Heather for that as well!

t was naturally even more beautiful in person. Granted, I couldn't always see so well because I teared up so much at the altar, but I'm pretty sure it's idyllic. Super props to: Laura at the Flamingo who made our dreams come true My wife who I am so lucky to have All of our family and friends who shared our joy Minor props to: Myself for finding the perfect lady for me

t engaged until the moment I walked down the aisle (I actually hugged her when we met because I felt like we already knew each other). We never felt like "just another wedding"; we truly felt special, and all of the staff went out of their way to make our day one of a kind. It was a dreamy day and all of our guests had nothing but amazing things to say!!!

they have started charging for things like parking even for guests of the hotel - it felt like we we nickle and dimed. It has charm, and is pretty clean overall - the staff is super friendly and helpful. The people we worked with directly for our wedding were very helpful and kind, and we appreciated them.

first, and then Laura the best thereafter. Make sure to communicate. I had the expectation of a pretty normal wedding with just over 50 guests. My biggest complaint was the quality of the photography for the price. After doing more searching on The Knot for a “make up” session when we go back for our 6 month anniversary in June, I’m pretty convinced we overpaid quite a bit for OK quality. I’d advise to provide an extremely detailed list of photos you want from Cashman photography. Make sure you do your research on photography before agreeing to their photography!

beautiful than expected. We had such a wonderful experience planning our event from Florida. Iliana, our coordinator, was amazing at coordinating our ceremony and was super friendly and always available to answer my questions. Thank you for creating such a memorable experience for us!

will undoubtedly come back to new vows on day. Kimberly coordinated the effort to have Roland August (Elvis) perform the Wedding - THE ABSOLUTE BEST !!! - Thanks Kimberly. The only drawback we had was the very very novice photographer from Cashman Photos did a worse than poor job. No photos would be better than the disappointing photos taken - lots of missed opportunity. Linda at Cashman Photos, apparently the manage or owner was very nice, but we simple couldn't order much of anything. Bottom Line: WE LOVE OVER FABULOUS FLAMINGO WEDDING !!

ll never forget it.

ad I wanted to just show up the day of everything would have been exactly the way I had planned.  I will never forget it!

le it was amazing having a nontraditional wedding. The staff was amazing!

e chose is the Gazebo Chapel, which accommodated my 110 guests comfortably. My guests raved about how pretty the gazebo and the surrounding garden areas looked. My coordinator was Iliana, and she is very nice and always very helpful and responsive to all my questions via email. My minister was Wanda, and I only met and spoke with Wanda about 15 minutes before my ceremony started. Wanda is very professional, and my guests really liked the minister's choice of passages (they couldn't believe that I had never met the minister until only about 15 minutes before the ceremony!). I also had a small reading that I wanted the minister to share in the ceremony (I provided the reading to Iliana couple of weeks before my wedding), and Wanda did an excellent job incorporating my reading with the overall message and theme of the wedding. Another reason my husband and I decided to get married at the Flamingo is because of their flexible wedding packages and a la carte items. We only purchased or upgraded for the items we needed, and didn't have to waste money on things we don't need. We also liked that we can bring in our own photographer for a small fee of $150 (other venues on the Las Vegas Strip charge way more to bring own photographer, or they do not let you bring any outside photographers at all). My ceremony was short, but sweet and to the point. Everything went smoothly without issues. I would definitely recommend the Flamingo wedding chapels if you want a lovely ceremony for a great value.

re also very accommodating and catered to our every need. I definitely recommend it.

s. Both rooms were renovated, and very clean, and very cheap! My one concern is I had a couple things go missing the day that we left. I don't think it was housekeeping (I could have misplaced it). So just keep an eye on all your stuff just in case and put anything valuable in the safe they provide.

ugh to someone. Who said if I was able to bring my dress down that night they could have it for me (the day of my wedding) the very next day! I hurried to them, and they assured me everything would be fine. The next day my hair/makeup appt was running late and I called the front desk and politely told them the situation and asked if they could take it up to my room. They said that they would be able to. Needless to say, I had only seconds to spare to get my dress and get back downstairs for the limo to arrive. They saved the day by not only being able to clean my dress the day of, but putting it in my room so i could have it for my ceremony!! I couldn't ask for such better service!! They put my mind at ease!!
